Just had my first post increase bill from the shysters who are @Plusnet - bill up by £6 a month for exactly the same service. If I could leave without penalty, I would - but their disingenuous business practices won’t allow this. #robbed

@PolaRooS @Plusnet Always had excellent service from BT - recently got a new 2 year contract and an open reach engineer came to install it and he rationalised wires in the house, traced an earth daily to the exchange and we gained 10Mp in speed to 78

@Plusnet hi, I've had no mobile signal on my phone for the last two days. Any network issues you're aware of?

Never had to call before, so it was with trepidation I called @Plusnet. The call? A quirky email problem. The result? Call answered within a minute, super-friendly person on the other end who hadn't heard of the problem before, but made calls at her end and sorted it. Good job.

@cbm64 @Nigelnog1 @ClaudiaWebbe Anything with a natural monopoly to me. For example, I pay plusnet for internet, but if I have an issue I have to wait for openreach to fix it, as they own the infrastructure. So really it is they that supply. Is is not?

@mariepercival @Plusnet Ive just signed another contract with Virgin, managed to keep the same deal I signed up to 18 months ago, they’re the only ones who can provide fast fibre broadband in our area…BT have been so slow reaching our area. Vodafone & EE offering 5g broadband

@houseoflabrys My game plan when I moved in was to find someone who would install a satellite dish for me (via BT, kind of expensive to do independently), then once that contract was up go to freeview box £70. Internet / phoneline (I never use) by Plusnet. They're fine? <£30p/m

@Plusnet Hi, understand, thanks for your help. I've checked deals online and unfortunately the speeds offered are way lower than your competitors so I won't be renewing anyway!
