@Plusnet has the worst customer service I’ve ever encountered. Two weeks solid not internet, two further outages and when I politely explained my frustrations agent hung up on me! Do not go with this company

  • jimmerc25 James Cummings (@jimmerc25) reported

@Plusnet Why would anyone need tips on how to fix your broadband?? Should it not just work?? Not if you’re with Plusnet.

  • franciskerr Frank Kerr (@franciskerr) reported

@BBCNews What else do you expect from BT, absolutely rip off merchants. They took over Plusnet and now they are just as bad as them now. Switch to a Giffgaff or Tesco’s mobile for a far superior customer service.

  • dianetay64 Diane Taylor (@dianetay64) reported

@Plusnet really bad service! My elderly mum left for over 3 weeks without a land line phone! An engineer should have come this morning, still waiting!!! Not happy!

  • philto Mr H (@philto) reported

  • JamesHobbsUK James Hobbs (@JamesHobbsUK) reported

@MoneySavingExp Do you know what the impact will be on networks that piggyback on EE’s signal. I’m with Plusnet Mobile for example.
