@Plusnet No we are using a third party one as yours got fried in a storm a few years ago. But the router was absolutely fine before it stopped working on the line and you had to fix. I don’t think it’s the router that’s the problem.

@Plusnet the disappointing thing about not having an email address is that when you fail to do what you say, and the customer is out of the country, then it is difficult to resolve the matter. Please give me a way to contact you without incurring a large international phone bill.

@Plusnet First day with Plusnet. Likely to be the last. Absolutely hopeless! Telephone support claim Plusnet unable to assist with connecting devices as not their responsibility.

  • michaelsaleem Michael Saleem 🇬🇧 (@michaelsaleem) reported

@finance55uk @Plusnet Same with my ISP. I'm now paying £73.75 / month (after price increase) for 900 Mb/s FTTP. The service is good and the Internet connection is very reliable, but it's just painful knowing that the same package is available for new customers for £40.99 / month (~ 44% less)! 😒

  • FlossyJem 🌠✩Lady✩Jemm✩🌠 (@FlossyJem) reported

@Plusnet I'm moving properties within the next month... as soon as I have a move in date, is it a simple switch over? Obviously long as the service is compatible etc..

  • snathe Him Over There (@snathe) reported

@_WezXL_ To be fair to PlusNet, I've only ever had one major issue with them in the years I've been with them and even the house move we did went smoothly and without incident, so I'm remaining optimistic here. (the less said about my smart meter installs, though, the better...)
