@Plusnet No we are using a third party one as yours got fried in a storm a few years ago. But the router was absolutely fine before it stopped working on the line and you had to fix. I don’t think it’s the router that’s the problem.

@Plusnet never said need a new router for upgrade, never ordered one & said because of Xmas & COVID without internet/TV until Jan. No way to original until router turned up. Leaving a person living on their own in Tier 3 without the service I payed for is unacceptable.

@Plusnet , @plusnethelp Stuff this! Your broadband service is adequate, your telephone helpers are good - but your email system is crap! 5 crashes just this morning, and that after recent complaints which have mostly been ignored. I am now informing everyone of a new address.

@plusnethelp i have had no support for 3 days. internet was fine and then asked if i wanted to upgrade. i did to then be given 60% lower speeds. so low i couldnt even do a zoom call. why can i get no support ? @Plusnet #plusnethelp
