    @Plusnet No we are using a third party one as yours got fried in a storm a few years ago. But the router was absolutely fine before it stopped working on the line and you had to fix. I don’t think it’s the router that’s the problem.

    @nowtvhelp After your appalling service last year with months of waiting for broadband to work, I instigated formal complaints, all of which came to nothing, so I moved to #Plusnet. I’ve just been told by you I’ve earned a new rank as Advocate on your community! Sums you up.

    @Plusnet we haven't been able to pay for already two weeks, calling your service almost every day to get this solved... without success. Your colleagues provided an extension to 21st to process the payment expecting the service to work by now, but it doesn't. We are stuck !

    @Plusnet Why are there issues with landline? No dialling tone. Has been suggested something to do with VOIP. First we’ve heard of it!

    @Plusnet so over 8 months ago you promised me an £18 refund, i am still waiting then you try to blackmail me into saying you will put that on hold until my problems with broadband are resolved They are still unresolved as are my landline issues! pleased my contract is up soon

    told me they are really good? I'm so fed up with the rubbish from these internet/phone providers who slow down the speeds. Do not touch plusnet as they told me once they had given me fibre, (when I had a brief pause from vodafone) and it turned out they hadn't give me fibre at

    @Plusnet I am trying to set up a new email mailbox but when I click to manage my email, it takes me the billing and payments page. It does this if I try to go through the help pages too. Is there a problem with accessing this page? Thanks

    @Plusnet Just reset again, this is utter rubbish, no idea why I resigned a 18 month again with you all. And I know it's more than likely the router because it is an old piece of crap, but hey only new customers get the new hub right? Disgraceful.
