    @Plusnet No we are using a third party one as yours got fried in a storm a few years ago. But the router was absolutely fine before it stopped working on the line and you had to fix. I don’t think it’s the router that’s the problem.

    @Plusnet hey there . Home phone service has gone live today but seems like broadband may not activate until tomorrow possibly until midnight . Is that normal to have to wait 48 hours without internet (previous service has already stopped)

    @Plusnet Hi, Thank I tried this, it works for a while then promptly reverts to cannot connect and a the process is repeated. However, I managed to stay on a bit by sharing my wifes password which is exactly the same, and this seems to have broken the loop!

    Visiting friends in Hertfordshire ( @carolJhedges ,) and absolutely no signal on my mobile for 24 hours, which I put down to being on train, then indoors, but no signal at all. Anyone know about any plusnet outage?

    Need help from @Plusnet. Only have wifi access in spain and should have roaming enabled. Automated Chat service unhelpful.
