@Plusnet No we are using a third party one as yours got fried in a storm a few years ago. But the router was absolutely fine before it stopped working on the line and you had to fix. I don’t think it’s the router that’s the problem.

@nw_nicholas @Plusnet Assume you've tried these. To speak with someone at Plusnet UK, call their customer service number 0330 1239 123. You can also call 0800 073 1120. For 12-month contracts, use the number 0330 1239 123.

@MartinSLewis My sister in Glasgow was with Plusnet they never haggled about the price she's now with Hyperoptic for £25 a month she gets 1GB hyper fast download speed against 65 megabytes download speeds of Plusnet and they were charging £36 a month for old phone line technology

Getting issues in west midlands area right now, internet crashed down from 900mb to like 50mb just now. Restarted router and everything. @Plusnet
