    @Plusnet No we are using a third party one as yours got fried in a storm a few years ago. But the router was absolutely fine before it stopped working on the line and you had to fix. I don’t think it’s the router that’s the problem.

    @TToplis1 I had a huge discussion over two weeks with PlusNet. They eventually assigned someone to the issue and over two days I got a decent signal. It took some persistence and refusal to take their rubbish excuses. Good luck 🤞

    @rach0907 Recommend EE as they do have the best coverage, try to use one of the other providers who use the EE network as EE is very expensive. Plusnet, Asda, Virgin use EE

    @plusnethelp there’s an issue with @DayZ that’s been going for over a year now from my knowledge where some servers just won’t load. I thought it was just down to my area but now someone else using plusnet has come to me personally with the same issue! This is pretty bad from you

    @Plusnet avoid this company! Utter scam!! Won’t let me cancel after experiencing their product within the first week, threatening me with extra charges. Not happy

    @Victrix75 @Plusnet @BT I can’t help with specifics, but we’ve got a Netgear wifi extender. It plugs into a wall socket and lets the main wifi bounce out around the house much better.
