@Plusnet No we are using a third party one as yours got fried in a storm a few years ago. But the router was absolutely fine before it stopped working on the line and you had to fix. I don’t think it’s the router that’s the problem.

@Plusnet I telephoned your sales department to enquire about broadband deals and your representative refused to provide any information because I wouldn’t give me date of birth. Stated he needed to get into the system to provide any information re at all. Disgusting service.

@Plusnet it really hasn’t been ‘straightforward’ to sign up a new account online. You’ve taken payment, but no account set up and page said no payment taken. Spoke to your customer services and told I need to wait 5-10 days to get a refund, and to call back if I haven’t received!

Hey @plusnet what is going on with FTTP connections in the midlands and north? I can see loads of us posting on X have all had repeated disconnects overnight the last few days and today I have almost no bandwidth starting about 5:30pm. Support tell me there is a geographic issue?
