    @nowtvhelp After your appalling service last year with months of waiting for broadband to work, I instigated formal complaints, all of which came to nothing, so I moved to #Plusnet. I’ve just been told by you I’ve earned a new rank as Advocate on your community! Sums you up.

    @Plusnet No we are using a third party one as yours got fried in a storm a few years ago. But the router was absolutely fine before it stopped working on the line and you had to fix. I don’t think it’s the router that’s the problem.

    @Plusnet I've stopped being able to get onto my work laptop VPN. IT cannot find the problem and suggested:"Is it possible for you to get in touch with your ISP to see if they are not blocking windows VPN traffic, and do profile reset on your connection" Can you advise?

    @Plusnet Unfortunately, your customer service is abysmal, and you keep closing my complaints when the problem is not resolved. Avoid plusnet at all costs.

    @Plusnet Absolutely fuming that the £75 cashback I was due via clicking through @Top_CashBack when signing with you has been turned down as I have apparently used an authorised code! What code? It must have been on TCB!

    @Angelinalondon0 There isn't one. All as good/bad as each other. One person will say x is best but someone else will have ahd problems with them. Just a matter of picking one. If it helps. I'm on plusnet and never really had any problems with them.

    @JudySismey I don't think PlusNet offers Full Fibre broadband with a voice service so you may need to move to BT's Full Fibre package with BT Digital Voice (Internet based phone service)
