@nowtvhelp After your appalling service last year with months of waiting for broadband to work, I instigated formal complaints, all of which came to nothing, so I moved to #Plusnet. I’ve just been told by you I’ve earned a new rank as Advocate on your community! Sums you up.

@Plusnet No we are using a third party one as yours got fried in a storm a few years ago. But the router was absolutely fine before it stopped working on the line and you had to fix. I don’t think it’s the router that’s the problem.

@Plusnet Hi Maddy. She doesn't use Twitter & has tried calling several times now only to be told "you're still working on it". The onus shouldn't be on us to chase this. Can someone who can actually help please reach out, or can we have an assurance of getting through to someone who will?

Struggling to get through to @Plusnet Business Support. Long times waiting on hold. Service used to be much better.

@jugglerbry @WolfBaginski @Plusnet I would use a good wifi analyser app and check how many other local routers are using the same channel for 2.4ghz. I've been in the situation where my signal has been competing with 6 or other routers on the same channel. 5ghz shouldn't be a problem.

@Plusnet Very frustrated today trying to pay a parking charge by text. Took a lot of searching to discover you don't support short number texting. Given increasing use - why not?

To the idiot in @Plusnet who thought it's a good idea to do a survey via SMS and send text after text after another text asking me if I am happy with the service. Well, I was till now 🤬

@JacquiPybus Thanks Jacqui, we'll reply back to that as soon as possible. I've just tried calling 0800 432 0200 myself and the call connected fine, did you make the call from a mobile or a landline when you had that issue? - Adam - Plusnet Sheffield
