@Plusnet No we are using a third party one as yours got fried in a storm a few years ago. But the router was absolutely fine before it stopped working on the line and you had to fix. I don’t think it’s the router that’s the problem.

@nowtvhelp After your appalling service last year with months of waiting for broadband to work, I instigated formal complaints, all of which came to nothing, so I moved to #Plusnet. I’ve just been told by you I’ve earned a new rank as Advocate on your community! Sums you up.

@Plusnet Hi. Can I check....if I am cancelling my broadband contract with you, does my mobile SIM deal continue as it is, or is there a change as no longer a broadband customer? Thanks

@Plusnet Thanks Benj. Will wait to hear from you. My iOS is 14.8.1. My other phone running on 14.7.1 is not getting this warning alert on the same network. Also it looks like there is an upgrade to 15.1 tonight.

@Plusnet I phoned your customer service line and it seems it's a problem that comes up a LOT around major events. Very disappointing no one's bothered to prioritise fixing it, considering it seems to annoy so many customers. You're owned by the same company!

It's the Ashes tonight, so tried to sign-up for BT Sport through Plusnet and apparently I'll be able to start watching... at some point in the next 24 hours. Why are streaming companies so so bad at streaming?
