    @Plusnet No we are using a third party one as yours got fried in a storm a few years ago. But the router was absolutely fine before it stopped working on the line and you had to fix. I don’t think it’s the router that’s the problem.

    @Plusnet 4 days i contacted you via Facebook, X and Instagram and nothing is thus the way you treat loyal customers? Why am I paying over £60 a month for my Internet when I can get it with virgin for £25?

    @Plusnet I telephoned your sales department to enquire about broadband deals and your representative refused to provide any information because I wouldn’t give me date of birth. Stated he needed to get into the system to provide any information re at all. Disgusting service.

    @Plusnet it really hasn’t been ‘straightforward’ to sign up a new account online. You’ve taken payment, but no account set up and page said no payment taken. Spoke to your customer services and told I need to wait 5-10 days to get a refund, and to call back if I haven’t received!

    Hey @plusnet what is going on with FTTP connections in the midlands and north? I can see loads of us posting on X have all had repeated disconnects overnight the last few days and today I have almost no bandwidth starting about 5:30pm. Support tell me there is a geographic issue?

    @Plusnet are you aware of any signal/wifi issues in the Putney area. Our WiFi has been dropping in and out for a few days now
