    @Plusnet No we are using a third party one as yours got fried in a storm a few years ago. But the router was absolutely fine before it stopped working on the line and you had to fix. I don’t think it’s the router that’s the problem.

    @nowtvhelp After your appalling service last year with months of waiting for broadband to work, I instigated formal complaints, all of which came to nothing, so I moved to #Plusnet. I’ve just been told by you I’ve earned a new rank as Advocate on your community! Sums you up.

    To follow up @Plusnet @plusnethelp we've spent 1 hour and 7 minutes on phone (inc placed on hold 3 times) re a simple technical support issue, to be told that we'd likely have to wait 24-48 hours for the ticket to be read by the support team there, never mind get a resolution.😝

    @plusnethelp Service went live 13/01/21. Phone working,but when rang Plusnet,they said that the wireless driver on my 3 year old laptop was out of date, and I'd have to buy a new laptop. Was with b.t.previously and all working. This is not acceptable.

    Argh @Plusnet @plusnethelp I can’t cope with homeschooling with my internet slow or it cuts out 🤯 I’ve sent a DM. Been on hold for ages to customer service.

    @Plusnet @plusnethelp are there currently outages in Surrey? Currently no internet in Weybridge. Also, any danger of customer service answering the phone? Been on hold for 30 mins...

    @Plusnet Never had a problem with plusnet until I upgraded this has been during lockdown service is awful.can never speak to anyone and when I do I’m told the problem is my end. & it will cost me £80 to get open reach out to test the line disgusting service not fit for purpose

    @Plusnet changing to you for our ISP was the worst decision ever. Trying to home school 2 teenagers with unstable Internet connection is tortuous & damaging. Why will you not provide what you are contracted to do and resolve your terrible service!

    @plusnethelp hello, I would like to connect my TV via ethernet, but it doesn't work, I use an old bt hub, I've never had a Plusnet hub despite being with you for years, can I get a Plusnet hub?
