@nowtvhelp After your appalling service last year with months of waiting for broadband to work, I instigated formal complaints, all of which came to nothing, so I moved to #Plusnet. I’ve just been told by you I’ve earned a new rank as Advocate on your community! Sums you up.

@Plusnet No we are using a third party one as yours got fried in a storm a few years ago. But the router was absolutely fine before it stopped working on the line and you had to fix. I don’t think it’s the router that’s the problem.

@Plusnet Think I know why cashback didn't register. My bank's list of direct debits shows last Plusnet taken Oct 2020. BUT the authorisation's still live. So your affiliate sales system assumes I'm existing customer? Quidco & aff network should be able to reinstate? I'll delete old DD.

@QubeGB We had a no show from a Qube tech today on behalf of Plusnet, claiming he couldn’t gain access. Why didn’t he call us? We are in a rural location with lots of parking. How frustrating. Both of your websites lay claim to first class customer service.

@Hotspur67 I’m not going to ask but I bet whatever you’re paying BT it will be cheaper with PlusNet. If you’re looking to make some savings I’d go plusnet or ring them up and get a quote then go back to BT and speak to their customer retention department and they might make a counter offer.
