    @Plusnet No we are using a third party one as yours got fried in a storm a few years ago. But the router was absolutely fine before it stopped working on the line and you had to fix. I don’t think it’s the router that’s the problem.

    @DerylLynn @SammieJack3 @Plusnet They had bad patches before BT came along. The difference now is it no longer suits to have a separate brand in a crowded market.
