@Plusnet No we are using a third party one as yours got fried in a storm a few years ago. But the router was absolutely fine before it stopped working on the line and you had to fix. I don’t think it’s the router that’s the problem.

@plusnethelp is anyone monitoring the plusnet fault raising service ? I last had an update 30/12 and no useable service since 28/12. seems to be a lot of ‘issues’ and no response or resolution? following another users what are the early exit fees? As i need reliable wifi for WFH.

Dear @Plusnet I have been a customer since Jan 2020 and have had your broadband service at my house. I am resorting to sending you this message because despite spending hours ringing your support team and talking to people my broadband issues have not been fixed or fully sorted.

@plusnethelp I have an ongoing issue since just before Christmas. Phoneline went down and Internet speeds slowed with it. Phone was fixed on Saturday by openreach, but now I seem to have a "stuck profile" where my btw IP profile has updated, but my Plusnet profile hasn't.

@eva_angel9 @DOLWOAS Check the online Test rate for down , up loads.. you may find youve no longer getting the same rates... Plusnet changed ours earlier 2020... Was on Upto 70mps fast fibre...cant get that now....

Hi Plusnet, not had any reply back from you. It's difficult to phone while I'm at work. Can somebody explain why my internet is so slow. Constant buffering on TV now. It was pretty good up to a week or so before Xmas. Are BT throttling the system?
