    @Plusnet No we are using a third party one as yours got fried in a storm a few years ago. But the router was absolutely fine before it stopped working on the line and you had to fix. I don’t think it’s the router that’s the problem.

    @EE I am using your network through another provider @Plusnet and my signal is awful. On the EE coverage checker it says 4g coverage is good for my postcode. I can rarely make calls with my mobile though. It’s an iPhone XR. What’s going on?

    @smithy1876 I had to wait a few weeks for mine but it suited me tbh as I’m off in school holidays and still have a plusnet contract. I’m really impressed I feel like it’s rare to get good service nowadays!

    @cheekyfork If an engineer is needed to resolve an issue, then this is the next step we have to take in order to fix it. I am sorry we've not been able to resolve the speed issue on this occasion. - Curtis, Plusnet Sheffield

    @Plusnet Sorry can this issue not be resolved today? You said Wednesday it would be back on. I am a remote worker and I can’t keep using my 4G. This is costing me a lot of money and I am so close to cancelling my account and looking elsewhere.

    @Plusnet Thanks, but this wasn't me reaching out. The router having problems is my own, not the PlusNet supplied one. I am waiting for the new one I've ordered to arrive and using yours in the meantime.

    ******* knew something would go wrong with the Internet installation today. Missing a call by 2 minutes with no way to call back somehow allows Openreach to delay by a day? ******* what. Plusnet having barely any idea what's happening too. ******* stupid.

    Is anyone else on Plusnet? Their customer service might be good, but their connection is atrocious...is it just me?
