@Plusnet No we are using a third party one as yours got fried in a storm a few years ago. But the router was absolutely fine before it stopped working on the line and you had to fix. I don’t think it’s the router that’s the problem.

@MarkSaltmarsh Because there's no reception in the flat - and they decommissioned Sure Signal - I can only make calls via Wi-Fi Calling. So they want me to pay more to Plusnet to get a faster speed... And, yes, 'moving the mast' is definitely the way forward...

DAY 17 without service form @Plusnet for my 77 year old mother who lives on her own and has no mobile network coverage without WIFI calling. Requested a managers callback 3 times and still waiting.
