@Plusnet new customer, just received my rewards card, but it is for a lower amount than it should be - how do I go about getting this rectified?

Hi @Plusnet, I’m furious. An Openreach engineer you sent on 18 Sept left my home damaged — broken bricks outside & brick dust all over my new carpet inside. He never told me & just left. I’ve been told to email BT claims, but you are my provider. What are you doing to fix this?

@StevOHRogers @swiftness2009 @Plusnet I second this, plusnet customer service is an absolute disgrace, lucky for me the area manager allowed me to leave my contract early and even then, months later I'm still getting hassle off Plusnet which has nothing to do with me.

@weardend @Plusnet Same here, I'm on my second hub (I bet they refurbish the crap ones and send them out to some other unsuspecting soul)? #poorservice

@Plusnet It also appears that people are monitoring posts to you and trying to then impersonate your support staff - see replied to my original post

@Plusnet Can't send an email as it states I've exceeded my limit but only tried sending 1. Nothing unusual in sent items. Looked online and see info re transfer to Greenby but I haven't received any communication about this. My email is essential. What's happening please? Help!

@warmoaran3s Well customers weren’t migrated over, Plusnet was just killed and EE conveniently offered cheap deals at the start. I almost certainly think it’s a loss. Plusnet are a great player in the market, bringing affordability to a rather unaffordable network. It was simple, no fuss
