@NeilZammit5 @Plusnet @ktnolanxx Same problem. Been two weeks now. Poor communication on issue from Plusnet, no indication if or when it will be sorted. Couldn’t cancel within the 14 days or number would be lost. Have had to get another sim and as soon as I can I will be requesting a PAC and a refund.

@A_Lansbury_Ltd @SkyUK I think that they’re all about the same, ie give us your money. It depends where you live regarding high speed or even half decent speed broadband. I can only get a copper wire connection unless I go with Virgin, (not happening). Plusnet has UK based help.

@benmcfc I wouldn't use any network but EE, best speeds and coverage and no roaming charges. Plusnet's been excellent.

@LouiseA17186459 Hi Louise! So line rental costs are essential for a broadband connection. The broadband service runs on the same line as the phone so this is necessary for either or both services, if that makes sense. Let me know if you've got any other questions about this! - Cal, Plusnet Leeds

@Plusnet @ktnolanxx I have the same issue. What i want to know is how many people are affected, when is the issue going to be fixed, and what compensation are you going to give me for the total failure to honour your contract with me. For a start, how about giving people affected free temp SIMS!
