    So tonight I have the worlds worst WiFi, can’t even load Wordpress. Come on @Plusnet sort it out, we’re supposed to have super fast fibre, may have to tether my @VOXI_UK 4G at this rate.

    @Plusnet 👋 Hi there. Major WiFi issues tonight, and I can't connect to my PNH1 router to try switching off 5ghz channel. Getting to the end of my tether on this one. Please help!

    @Plusnet @NicJones6ag This is an outright lie. Many still have no internet despite the router saying its connected. Online apos and pages no longer open and your iwn webpage looks bad. Yiu cant access community on yiur own damn webpage. Abysmal treatment of customers.

    Update on this. Twitter staff did semi help but we are back to @Plusnet ghosting my mum and holding the ticket until Monday (bank holiday). If they can show their new customers with so much contempt I’d dread to think what long term customers experience. On hold to cancel 👎🏻

    @RickieTrades @Plusnet @Plusnet The outage update has caused a lot of issues when trying to open apps and send data. This is unacceptable. Your service and fixes are abysmal and the customer service is appaling. The text msg service is farcical. No one calls back. Shocking treatment of paying customers
