@VickyGrut @virginmedia I did manage it a couple of years ago when we switched to Plusnet (much better IMO). I had to get fairly foreful and tell them it was my right to cancel.

  • pipmadeley Pip (@pipmadeley) reported

Said he'll try to chase it up but it might be end of next week before they're fixed. He was confident fibre port is likely to be the root cause of my issues. Meanwhile had a chat with James at Plusnet yesterday, another nice guy, genuinely eager to help. Maybe by next weekend...?

  • lixxie01 lixxie (@lixxie01) reported

@avocet2 @june2locked From BT that has hopeless customer service and delivery and charges its customers 4% "tax" on top of inflation rate every year... and tries to hide its failed brand behind EE and Plusnet

  • publicemeryNo1 Mister E (@publicemeryNo1) reported

@SkyUK My sky broadband has broken. Engineer been today to say it's all buggered. Nothing back from Sky, still no broadband. Will be switching to @Plusnet soon!

  • philkwindy Phil W (@philkwindy) reported

@Plusnet ...been with Plusnet 4 weeks, got half the connection speed I had with previous supplier and they write to me today saying the bill is going up by £3.... you can't make it up.....unhappy new customer!

  • sigbathscot Signature Bathrooms (@sigbathscot) reported

@Plusnet why are you refusing to cancel my account when I have changed suppliers? Why is your agent stonewalling? You are not owed any money.

  • brendon_rogers Brendon Rogers (@brendon_rogers) reported

@Plusnet upgraded from std fibre to FTTP today. You’ve disconnected the old service before the new one is working. Terrible service.

  • stayingaliveuk Michael de Groot (@stayingaliveuk) reported

@RobertHanna_eth @giffgaff for mobile and @Plusnet for internet. GiffGaff are not increasing prices for the whole year and use O2 network, regrettably Plusnet have recently.

  • Jamsie Jamsie (@Jamsie) reported

@Digital_MW Evening gorgeous, you got any opinions on virtual network owners (tesco / Plusnet / VOXI) running on the main operators networks (o2/EE/Voda) they offer MUCH cheaper monthly rates with more data compared to the actual network owners.

  • AlexTheGuiri Alex the Guiri (@AlexTheGuiri) reported

@JamesAHogg2 @EE PlusNet use the EE network if coverage is the issue.
