So tonight I have the worlds worst WiFi, can’t even load Wordpress. Come on @Plusnet sort it out, we’re supposed to have super fast fibre, may have to tether my @VOXI_UK 4G at this rate.

@plusnethelp Hi I have signed up for a plusnet contract at a new property but just been informed by my landlord the flat does not have a phone line and they are not open to having one installed. Will I be able to cancel my contract in this case?

@MartinSLewis plusnet about 36 a month all in, get around 70mbps, no issues, no drops out. tempted on trooli on my street for 50 but then also add a phone line for 300mbps but i dont see the point. i can stream and download fine at 70

@biscuitsgod We had this problem and they kept coming back without what they needed. Literally about 12 times. They just never passed the information on. Nightmare calling @Plusnet every time who would then call openreach both of which seemed ironically terrible at communication.

@danpos_ @Plusnet When I get those speeds with my operator and talking to the technician does not work I give them an hour of bad grades on Ookla and as much frustration I can put into obscene words in comments on their FB page. Especially if they have promotions for new users.

Plusnet is actual the worst Broadband provider man this time last year my actual router melted from overheating causing a massive fire hazard n now am no getting any internet on n off :)) Only cause I messaged after waiting hours have a been informed it's a fault in my area lol

Really not impressed with my @Plusnet broadband. My firestick jumps, videos and uploads are so slow.....everything is as should be, its slower than my nan at this point. Not impressed.
