Gravin (@gravula) reported@NeilZammit5 @Plusnet @ktnolanxx Same problem. Been two weeks now. Poor communication on issue from Plusnet, no indication if or when it will be sorted. Couldn’t cancel within the 14 days or number would be lost. Have had to get another sim and as soon as I can I will be requesting a PAC and a refund.

It depends where you live regarding high speed or even half decent speed broadband. I can only get a copper wire connection unless I go with Virgin, (not happening). Plusnet has UK based help.
