    @icklenellierose I'm on Plusnet and generally its been pretty dang good. Seems prone to interference though - my phone struggles on WiFi in my kitchen because the router is in the next room, but the fridge is in the way of the signal?

    @icklenellierose My rental house has Plusnet and it is very unreliable, constantly dropping out for no reason. They’re not as bad as EE (in my previous rental), but still pretty poor. It could just be a case of you need a new router.

    @icklenellierose plusnet is one of the worst providers - Better off with SKY, BT or better still, Virgin :)

    Please @Plusnet @plusnethelp delete this from your marketing material. It is incorrect “We'll send your router out in time for your service to start. You'll get a text or an email when your service goes live. Plug everything in and relax. We think we'll get along great.”

    @Plusnet had no service now for last 3 days what's going on? And what you doing or going to do about it? Also we should get some kind of good will gesture just as contract up to renew

    @icklenellierose If you're using their wifi hub - I'd recommend getting the latest BT Home Hub. I had real trouble with my Plusnet when I upgraded to their faster speed Fibre. But once I replaced their router with the BT Home Hub it sorted out all the issues.
