  • UKSaulGoodman 💙💛Saul Goodman 🇬🇧 (@UKSaulGoodman) reported

@Plusnet Your customer retentions team service and attitude is absolutely abysmal! Your price increases RPI +3.9% are grossly unfair to the customer. LET CUSTOMERS LEAVE CONTRACTS!

  • peeblesrunner Paul Nichol (@peeblesrunner) reported

@plusnet having just renewed by contract with you to get FTTP I am disappointed that you want to now crank it up by 14.4%. Especially since inflation is going down and therefore your costs for the next 12 months with be lower than the Dec rate. Very poor IMHO!

@NETGEAR_UKI UK based B&B business here. I need to build a secure network. What Router can you recommend that is compatible with BT Plusnet? I also need Access points with a landing page that only paying guests can use.

  • HartleyRobinso6 Hartley Robinson (@HartleyRobinso6) reported

@Plusnet I have just now found out that you havr badly, badly let down a family member. I need to discuss this with you now.

  • pipmadeley Pip (@pipmadeley) reported

@napoleondynorod @Plusnet @WeAreOpenreach Tried a couple but problem is it's happening so late at night most of the neighbourhood will be asleep anyway. Same reason Openreach haven't sent an engineer when it's actually happening.

  • ultraman_ginger Shep The Great {parody} (@ultraman_ginger) reported

@scribbles78 Plusnet are as straightforwardly okay as you can expect. Signal is up and down, but generally good. Never go with Virgin unless you can face being on the phone with them for 12 hours every time there's the slightest issue. TalkTalk are also evil.

  • _timbo1001 Timbo1001 (@_timbo1001) reported

@MartinSLewis @bbc5live When I realised to multiply by 12. £35/month is really £420! Power of a phone call. How else could I save £400+ Plusnet? £800/hour! Cancel everything on DD. They'll have you back (Netflix) if you really can't live without. Don't trust banks!

  • Jamsie Jamsie (@Jamsie) reported

@Digital_MW Evening gorgeous, you got any opinions on virtual network owners (tesco / Plusnet / VOXI) running on the main operators networks (o2/EE/Voda) they offer MUCH cheaper monthly rates with more data compared to the actual network owners.
