    @GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK My condolences George. It seems to be the strategy of all mobile companies. We ended up with bad credit and couldn't get a mortgage over a 38 quid debt because plusnet wouldn't cancel a contract!

    Another great day for @plusnet. My vulnerable dad still has no functioning plusnet landline. We currently have no Plusnet broadband, and my Plusnet mobile signal is so bad I can't make calls or use any data at home inside or outside. Deepest urban Buckinghamshire...

    @Plusnet It's not his broadband, it's his landline. An engineer was allegedly doing "something" yesterday but failed to fix it. My broadband isn't working. Nor is my mobile signal functional.
