So tonight I have the worlds worst WiFi, can’t even load Wordpress. Come on @Plusnet sort it out, we’re supposed to have super fast fibre, may have to tether my @VOXI_UK 4G at this rate.

@Plusnet hello, my internet has kept cutting out all day again. My postcode is M5 4SG. This is happening far too frequently. Can you please fix it? When this happened last time you were able to fix it remotely instead of sending an engineer so hope that’s possible. Thanks

@Plusnet ,the agent who tried to help me was very sympathetic. But he just could not get a manager to speak to me. I'm a network engineer, I know the fault is not with the line or router. I need this escalating so I can work. #poorcustomerservice

@AmirTaghan @Plusnet Although Plusnet didn't mention it, check with your bank it could be cancelled on your end, and when Plusnet come to collect it could potentially cause problems later on. So check there if cancelled, contact Plusnet to set up a new DD mandate.
