So tonight I have the worlds worst WiFi, can’t even load Wordpress. Come on @Plusnet sort it out, we’re supposed to have super fast fibre, may have to tether my @VOXI_UK 4G at this rate.

@Plusnet what is the point in sending a link to update a support ticket if the link is incorrect? Or is that the plan, zero tickets equal zero problems? 92 year old mother relies on internet connection which is intermittent as she is deaf so cannot call.

Day 5 of no internet. 2 days of work pay lost. @Plusnet keep passing the blame to Openreach, who said they are unable to find the root of the cause. Due to failure to provide the service we are paying for we will be leaving without paying the leaving fee. @Ofcom @BBCWatchdog

@SkyUK What the actual **** is ur wifi quality, its worse than plusnet. Im supposed to be getting 80mbps but i cant even get 30mbps download speed and playing games online? A thing of the past. Can yall try and be semi decent at least

@Plusnet I have never received such an abhorrent service from any provider. To be constantly lied to and spun round in circles. Which has now led to a loss of earnings. @Ofcom @BBCWatchdog

2 months on and 55 phone calls later and still no phone or internet service from @Plusnet I’m unable to work and the care home where my seriously ill mother resides cannot make contact by landline. The stress this is causing is beyond belief
