So tonight I have the worlds worst WiFi, can’t even load Wordpress. Come on @Plusnet sort it out, we’re supposed to have super fast fibre, may have to tether my @VOXI_UK 4G at this rate.

@Plusnet Find the correct screwdrivers moved my dressing table and all my perfume and mannequins came tumbling down broken.I was very upset and my son came into the room and spoke to the technician. All is still unplugged and he said that he will call back in 1 hour.Plusnet always trouble

@badger_funk I pay about half that with Plusnet. Service coverage has always been good - never had to contact their customer services but they’re meant to be good

@Jimdow1M I use PlusNet - it was okay in Glasgow but not so convinced here in Dundee. Mobile is fine it’s the home broadband that is my problem 🏴

@Plusnet I've been trying to cancel my account for a month after moving. Can only be done by phone- no answer x lots. Called by you today to collect my outstanding payment. Yes, I said, now can I cancel. Money taken. Transferred to cancellation team.. 1/2
