@Plusnet I seem to have a router issue, first lookup error with WiFi and now no ethernet..have pressed reset on my desktop ethernet and it stated resetting for too long. Pressed the factory reset on the box now

Anyone else had trouble with @Plusnet and @WeAreOpenreach working together? My in-laws have been trying to get their internet installed and the communication and speed with which it is being done is laughable. We signed up in April and still no progress.

Getting issues in west midlands area right now, internet crashed down from 900mb to like 50mb just now. Restarted router and everything. @Plusnet

I’ve calculated I’m owed about £90 automatic compensation from @Plusnet so far. I phoned to cancel my contract and they say there will be early termination charges. Hahahahahaha! **** off.
