    So tonight I have the worlds worst WiFi, can’t even load Wordpress. Come on @Plusnet sort it out, we’re supposed to have super fast fibre, may have to tether my @VOXI_UK 4G at this rate.

    @Plusnet No that's just it, I've recently renewed at got sold my latest deal which was only a little less that what I was originally paying. Why offer me a deal that's significantly worse than your most expensive when I'm getting a lot less for my money.. Terrible service.

    @DerylLynn @Plusnet Don't **** about. Slap a claim for £1,000 +costs in via MCOL. They'll happily settle out of court for £500 or more + costs and repair it.

    I swear, having to deal with @WeAreOpenreach and @Plusnet bouncing me back and forth just to have my fibre order, WHICH I PLACED IN FEBRUARY, fulfilled before MAY, is a layer of customer service hell I did not need. Openreach is organised with the sole purpose of making it..
