@Gadgetoid @Plusnet Fortunately it is not my model of router but another customer's. They used to be so much better than this, including proactively getting in touch when I found a vuln in another company's router years ago when they realised theirs might have similar firmware (it did).

Just found out Plusnet's automated system for placing orders cancelled my order after it was placed, I've been waiting for 5 weeks for something that wasn't coming. I think I've had every internet issue possible at this point.

@plusnethelp hello plusnet. We had an issue with our plug socket the other day but the power was working we've since had an electrician change our power socket but now our router is going down atleast +10times a day can you help with this? Been happening for about 3 days now.
