    DAY FIFTEEN of no @Plusnet broadband. The promised router hasn't arrived. Manager who promised to update me hasn't. I work remotely. This is impacting on my ability to earn a living. For god's sake Plusnet either fix it or let me take complaint to @Ofcom. This is beyond a joke.

    @Plusnet Your incorrect cancellation email yesterday to my elderly parents caused great concern and upset. No phone contact or email to explain and no notice, is this really how you treat your elderly customers?! #complaint #customerservice @Ofcom
