    @Plusnet I don't know how many more calls I can make that go unanswered. How many more times in a day my router needs reset. I'm paying for internet that doesn't work nor help that never comes

    Shocking broadband signal from @Plusnet today and even worse this evening. Below 2mb dl and 3.2mb upload. Supposed to be on Fibre extra... Average 66mb download my arse!

    @J3Lyon Sky has always been decent avoid Plusnet like the plauge broadband is ok , but their customer service is diabolical.

    @J3Lyon Plusnet are really good and have a great customer service. I also use eero mesh network to make sure I get good coverage

    @Plusnet I had called support guys from provisioning team who seized my line which was working from last three months. They are disconnecting the calls without giving any proper answer. 1st they agreed for 8th Sept now today they don't have any answer. This is really frustrating.

    @Plusnet Hi Tony, I have tried it on both wired and wireless. The timings also seem to vary with the packet loss in the sense that some days it’s all good and others it’s bad. Or it’ll be stable for say 30mins and then all of a sudden pings go up and packet loss happens

    @Plusnet my internet went down at about 9pm last night. Flashing red light since. Tried everything. Still not working. Phone line fine. Please could you advise

    @Plusnet @Ofcom Although the issue was fixed by myself, there is still no explanation of why a customer would have to reset there router password when a person password hadn’t been changed by myself across any part of the plusnet network until it was needed to be done regarding router
