@Plusnet hi, I’ve had PlusNet broadband for about a year. It drops out regularly - often at least once a day. Is it a problem with the router or something else?

@Kennyaberdeen Hi Kenny, I'm sorry to see that connection speeds are a problem for you, there are no issues in that area so there could be a more localised issue but I'm certain we can help. Please feel free to send us a DM with your username so we can take a look, - Adam - Plusnet Sheffield

@blogmywiki I had issues with Giffgaff all summer. I'd have full 4g signal but no data anywhere with lots of people -capacity issues with masts perhaps? As an aside, I've switched to Plusnet mobile. They use EE and are much better and cheaper.

Dear @Plusnet Into our 2nd day and we STILL can’t make phone calls/text from our mobiles. We took all our family phones out with you. We were told yesterday afternoon to switch mobile on/off and remove sim .. it did not work. Now told 24-48hours?! Poor customer service.

@Plusnet hi folks - my contract is up on 23rd march. However I want to cancel now and switch to bt fibre. How much will early cancellation cost? Doing this early so I can minimise, any interruption in service due to homeworking.
