    @Plusnet I don't know how many more calls I can make that go unanswered. How many more times in a day my router needs reset. I'm paying for internet that doesn't work nor help that never comes

    @Plusnet Please no need for you to apologise it's your complaint section that are waste of time, it is with the Ombudsman service now, all for £1.50p/m you're losing a customer.

    @Plusnet I'll answer my own question. Friends on EE tell me that they were notified in advance that there was going to be a planned outage today. Pity that @Plusnet couldn't extend the same courtesy to their customers.

    @Plusnet I do not get why a company that offers a service does not notify new bill ready to view. Instead straight onto restricted services & you have not paid your bill something thing I have never failed to do. 🤯

    @bt_uk but to make it better, none of their lines are with BT, Plusnet for VDSL2, yes, A leased line which is sourced from the other end so we aren't a customer, and the current VoIP supplier, which replaced Vodafone. I really hate these lying emails
