@Plusnet I don't know how many more calls I can make that go unanswered. How many more times in a day my router needs reset. I'm paying for internet that doesn't work nor help that never comes

Just want to give a public shout out to @Plusnet and specifically #mattwheeler - he went above any beyond customer service wise and even checked back in to follow up with to check if problem resolved. 🙌🏻🙌🏻 thats how you do it. With service like that, I’ll be going nowhere

@Plusnet awarding winning customer service you say!? I waited in for our 3rd engineer visit this morning to be told someone had tested line remotely and fault was ok. ITS NOT OK, IT STILL HAS AN INTERMITTENT FAULT!!! It shouldn’t be this hard!!

@NETGEAR UK based B&B business here. I need to build a secure network. What Router can you recommend that is compatible with BT Plusnet? I also need Access points with a landing page that only paying guests can use.

@Plusnet Your customer retentions team service and attitude is absolutely abysmal! Your price increases RPI +3.9% are grossly unfair to the customer. LET CUSTOMERS LEAVE CONTRACTS!

@RodHardpan I can’t recommend one but I’d avoid plusnet. Everybody I know with them in the greater Manchester area is having problems with the signal just cutting out

@pipmadeley @Plusnet Ahhh so it drops repeatedly?? I thought it was dropping completely for that period..i'd still say its an exchange issue though, possibly switching traffic around during low demand times

@rodwhiting @virginmedia Shocking mate. They can stick their ridiculous price rise as well. If @Plusnet can do me a good deal, I'd go back to them in a heartbeat. Great customer service, usually from someone nice in or around Sheffield.

@WeAreOpenreach Hi, I know you won't be aware of the backstory, but two separate engineers already attended last week, have been to the cabinet and in agreement with my ISP have ruled out any possible fault with my line. I'm sure @Plusnet will be in touch to discuss the ongoing issues with you.

@RichardJMurphy Also Plusnet. Regulators - Good for nothing, (except the service providers).
