@AndrewCollins @Plusnet Last update says they’ve identified the problem but some of the work to fix it needs to be done overnight. They expect it to be fixed by first thing tomorrow.

Apologies to anyone trying to reach me by e-mail today - @Plusnet e-mail down since *last night* & pretty dire lack of meaningful updates from them since as to when it will be sorted. Latest (rare) update suggests possibly tomorrow?

@plusnet I clearly didn’t realise how much I rely on email until I don’t have it. Your disaster recovery is poor should have been able to switch to backup server to get people back online and recover any missing emails at later point!

@Plusnet @RichardnotatKF @plusnet This is not an update - it’s just repeating what you have said previously. Try explaining the issue and what you are doing to fix it. For example: mail server caught fire - currently rebuilding server.

Welcome to the dark ages with @Plusnet. They are sorry for their email being down, but not as sorry as I am to be losing business and much needed cash. It’s pathetic.

@Plusnet My business has ground to a halt today thanks to your inability to fix the email issue. 24 hours without a functioning email account is unacceptable for anyone, especially a business. “We’ll do you proud” Cheap words from a below par company. Hope you’re “proud”!
