    @Plusnet I don't know how many more calls I can make that go unanswered. How many more times in a day my router needs reset. I'm paying for internet that doesn't work nor help that never comes

    @ROWilliams2 So i phone @Plusnet up can't understand person on other end so they put me through to someone else they where taking to fast so after 35mins they say they will cancel it on 4th April hours later Email from @Plusnet saying I have 12 months contract I'm Dislexic

    @Plusnet worst service ever. Port still hasn’t happened which was due on Wednesday and now told operations closed until Monday. So might happen next week .. but we won’t call you back so you can spend 40 mins on hold if you wnat an update. Wow!

    Just been on my @Plusnet support ticket. Again saying I have a fault. Ffs. Nothing will happen till Monday. For gods sake tell @WeAreOpenreach to cease and reprovide through cabinet 16. This pathetic now. @Plusnet reps keep saying they will take ownership, lying.

    Hi @OpenreachHelp after 13 days many homes here still with no line, no mobile signal either so significant public health & safety issues. My ISP @plusnet unable to help. Please can you update & reply to DM please. Poor service.

    Customer service today, well what has happened? Is it just that we have been accepting poorer and poorer service levels over time until the abysmal levels of today's service have become the norm? #Dunelm #Plusnet you have both failed me this week. Once purchased u r on ur own!

    Do you ever answer your phones? Switched 3 days ago. Unable to make/receive calls/texts. E mail Says direct debit cancelled. Not by me!! Dreadful service. @plusnet
