@Plusnet I don't know how many more calls I can make that go unanswered. How many more times in a day my router needs reset. I'm paying for internet that doesn't work nor help that never comes

@Plusnet internet down 7 times in 6 weeks paid extra for more data on phone , no tv . Told me an engineer was coming yesterday , someone house sat while I was at work no one came . They blamed bt .penalised if I come out of contract . I’m paying for a service I’m not getting

@jetlbomb If you don't want Virgin Media then you're stuck with the suppliers who us Openreach. The physical line will be the same, you're basically comparing on customer service and price. Plusnet business are good but don't offer full fibre, Zen Business is good, avoid BT business

@Plusnet Second person was helpful and we resolved the issue. But it doesn't deal with the fact that you don't have any contact methods other than calling. How do those customers who WFH, live alone and don't have a landline contact you if the issue is they can't make calls?

Well done @Plusnet leaving me without internet for 5 weeks so I cannot do my NHS job, be in my home that I’m paying rent on and still charging me for the privilege of no internet and to call them for 40minutes …and I can’t cancel it - what a way to treat people
