@Plusnet I don't know how many more calls I can make that go unanswered. How many more times in a day my router needs reset. I'm paying for internet that doesn't work nor help that never comes

My @plusnet email address isn't working properly... I'm struggling to send a couple of emails on my phone... and noticed some messages coming through late... Thankfully did a search & saw that they are having problems... but not sure what to do with the messages I need to send...

@Plusnet Although I have been receiving emails sent to me today, I have still not received any emails which were sent to me between 08.33 and 19.01 yesterday. I am also still not able to send emails. The problem is not resolved.

@Plusnet hi, my internet is so slow I'm having to tweet this complaint using data. It's about 0.5bps on average. And this is after waiting two months to just be connected. What can you do? Not being given the speeds promised at all.
