Well @Plusnet I will wait to see final bill, I will disconnect router at end of day on 30th Sept & if no correct bill by then I will also cancel direct debit. I'm not going to waste any more time like I have today in loads of messages all day. Plusnet really have gone downhill!

@2_Wheeled_Wolf @Plusnet @virginmedia And of course I’d have to ring the ***** up to cancel it and I’d be on hold forever. Might just write to them and cancel then kill the direct debit.

@plusnet. Ordered to switch broadband/phone on 31/8. Router sent RMail 1st 21/9! Had not arrived on 23/9 when old BT service stopped or today so still without broadband. 1. Why only send it 2 days before we go live? 2. Why send 1st class not tracked. BASIC PROCESS FAILURE.

@Stokesy1966 yup, @Plusnet ignored me & thus created their problem. I on the other hand will block any illegal withdrawal of funds from bank account & complaint to OFCOM. Just keep pushing & go for, cancellation, that works to get them listening albeit too late. @virginmedia

**** @Plusnet mobile. Got charged £25 for an additional 256mb of data on home soil (UK). All because the smart cap was set. Wish i had it off now. I'm going to switch on principle.

@BridgeeCee @Plusnet I suggest getting a different modem - router. Own brand modems tend to be crap, except BT. I suggest tp-link.

@Plusnet my service went live on 16th August and I was told that I'd receive an email so I can sign up for the £75 reward card within 10 days after activation but I've received nothing. I've emailed multiple times but heard nothing back.

@Stokesy1966 @virginmedia .@Plusnet seem to be okay. There was a problem when our account was switched over, but that was the fault of OpenReach.
