@Plusnet My internet has just suddenly gone down without any reason. I've restarted a few times. Unplugged everything and plugged it back in. Still nothing. I've logged into the hub using all the correct details but still no internet.

@Plusnet contacted customer help recently to explain my landline not receiving calls. They said BT Openreach would investigate on 16th August (yesterday). This afternoon found my phone line totally dead. Have followed your troubleshooting guides, line test result is "unclear"

@Plusnet How long does it take to resolve a connection issue to BT Sport? I sighed up on the 10th August and customer services still have not sorted this. I'm getting concerned as Serie A kicks off on 21st August.

@Plusnet We have already been in contact with the support team multiple times a day for over a week and we have been in contact with BT Sport. No one is resolving the issue. I have now made an official complaint due to the lack of resolution.

@Plusnet I got through to support and apparently a local EE mast is degraded so plusnet customers are suffering problems but strangely not EE customers .

@Plusnet Our Plusnet Access Control has stopped working. Control panel briefly flashes on screen, looks like settings are on, but WIFI is still on. I wondered if you were aware of anyone else having this issue?

@Plusnet Hi, I did the test on Ethernet and the problem was I was getting latency spikes. I spoke to the company and they heavily insist it’s down to my ISP
