    @Plusnet I don't know how many more calls I can make that go unanswered. How many more times in a day my router needs reset. I'm paying for internet that doesn't work nor help that never comes

    Can’t believe the terrible ‘service’ of @plusnet @plusnethelp that has left my daughter, a hardworking teacher who lives alone, with no internet since end of Jan. Broken promises, excuses & no call back left her unable to work from home and facing an even more isolated half term.

    @Plusnet Handful of times? Like another Plusnet Router the will fail 5GHz wifi.

    @plusnethelp @Plusnet after a few hours last night with no internet, I now have very slow internet (as advised by a internet speed test). I have poor phone signal in my home and need to work via a laptop on Monday. Is there anything that can be done to fix the speed/internet?

    @flyingmonkeyuk @Plusnet @plusnethelp Mine too. Third day in a row, although today it's been all day. Down detector shows lots of people complaining of downtime today. Of course, their Service Status page claims that all is fine 🙄

    @plusnethelp due to plusnet not abiding to terms set out in contact with reference to minimum speed, I'm wanting help cancelling my service.

    If you think of changing to @Plusnet for their cheap deals, you could find yourself without the internet for some time. They constantly offer you new solutions which never come to anything!

    @O2 2 hours of calls by blind customer to cancel phone order due Monday No success with 6 agents, 1 manager & being cut off 2x Manager described my service as #joke Hope I have right email for CEO Mark Evans for formal complaint Time to say goodbye to O2 and return @Plusnet

    @Plusnet @UswitchUK Yes sort out your service with openreach. you take our money and the internet speed does not match your line speed.
