@Plusnet I don't know how many more calls I can make that go unanswered. How many more times in a day my router needs reset. I'm paying for internet that doesn't work nor help that never comes

@Plusnet Promised a call back from a manager with 5 days! Would be pretty poor customer service had you achieved that but you haven’t. Call again this am but to no avail. Hardly award winning customer service is it?

@Plusnet I just spoke to your support team about being unable to receive calls or texts I was told it is a major problem with one of your service towers & started on 22-Jun. However, your status page says everything is fine. How can I keep upto date on when this is resolved?

Hi @Plusnet our service should have started today but we are still awaiting a text to let us know it’s ready to go. Currently working from home with no internet as previous provider has now stopped. Can you let me know when the broadband will be ready?
