    '@Plusnet @plusnethelp Your wifi is a massive let down. Struggling to work from home. Im sitting right next to the router and my speed is fluctuating with an avg of 33mbps/75mbps. Chris at #Plusnet is arguing that he can only accept ethernet cable results. Its wifi am paying for

    @Plusnet @Jhugz5 Speed tests never use WiFi but a connection between the router and their server. Why bring WiFi in to the equation?

    @Plusnet @plusnethelp my router has been unable to find broadband for a while now but your phone line is closed and your online troubleshooting questionnaire requires me to test a landline that I do not have - any help?

    @Plusnet In the last 2 days my Internet speed has gone from bad to painful. Netflix is buffering every 2 minute. Over £30 a month for it to take me 2 hours to watch a half hour program.
