Screwed over by #Plusnet disconnected our broadband and say they can’t fix it for up to THREE WEEKS!!!! 4G is intermittent here and phone signal is 1 bar on a good day. I may be unavailable for a while. #incandescentwithrage

@Plusnet broadband outage in street. BT, Sky, Zen provide decent customer service to neighhours. Plusnet still haven't confirmed my problem is going to be fixed. Shockingly bad service.

@Plusnet Thanks Alex. I don't want to turn off my own Wifi broadcast, but wondered what the additional hidden SSID was. Apparently in rural America, networks use hidden SSIDs to piggyback (nothing to do with the user: more network). Is this what it is?

  • CristinaMuntia1 Cristina Muntianu (@CristinaMuntia1) reported

@Plusnet the worst customer service ever! False promises, very disrespectful tone of voice and no care and empathy for their customers! Hugely disappointed with my broadband choice!

  • tigger_tim TimM (@tigger_tim) reported

@PCkeepswimming @Plusnet @BritishGas I agree. I was having an intermittent connection problem, and it was resolved by a real human being taking a look at the technical log and realising my router was failing.

  • StevenYWC Steven Cheung (@StevenYWC) reported

@Plusnet any idea on if/when you plan to offer 5g and WiFi calling? I've just got a shiny new 5g phone and want to be able to use 5g. I've been a loyal customer for many years but might have to switch to another provider if there is no roadmap for 5g and WiFi calling?

  • caffeine_crazy William Davey (@caffeine_crazy) reported

@Plusnet is there a problem in the DT9 area? I’ve been getting terrible connectivity and less than 10Mbps on fibre all evening…?

  • BrianSockhoward Brian Howard (@BrianSockhoward) reported

No service in stanley county durham #plusnet

  • orchard_end Ian Watson (@orchard_end) reported

@Plusnet Only been a customer for three and utterly brassed off with Plusnet. Why on earth don't you warn people up front that if they include a PAC code in the order there is a great chance their number will be ported and so cut them off while waiting for the new SIM to arrive.
