Craig Jump (@Craig_Jump) reportedHow is reporting a line fault for an elderly, vulnerable neighbour a GDPR issue ?, Plusnet refused to take the number and log a fault due to GDPR, I was not asking for any personal info.. just wanted them to log a fault #bonkers #nocommonsense @Plusnet

Alison Lees (@AlisonMLees) reported@Plusnet I have new email, says I'm switching to ee in 30 days. I phoned already. I want to remain with plusnet fibre to cabinet but lose the phone line rental, at a reduction in cost. This was not offered anywhere & person I spoke to on the phone before couldn't help. Please fix it.

ǝǝqspǝǝl 🇬🇧⚛️⚡️💡 (@leedsbee) reported@Benleo Never been a customer of theirs but It’s probably a very close tie between them, BT, Three, EE & Plusnet. The needs of the customer are totally irrelevant

ImDEADasHell (@LeoIncorp) reported@Plusnet Hello! I recently bought a phone off eBay and it said it was locked to your provider! It says it’s still locked but has no name of what provider. Is there a way you can contact me and help me unlock it? Thanks!

-on a beach- (@iamonabeach) reported@ArmchairAdml Cancel it and start a new contract with EE or PlusNet...they're all the same company these days but I think you'll be treated as a new EE (or PlusNet) customer so you'll get the new customer rate. If not take your business elsewhere.
