@Plusnet still waiting on a reply and fix!!

  • 14will14 Breeze (@14will14) reported

@PaulDAFC @Plusnet Had a lot of issues with the Plusnet router. Phoned them multiple times and they refused to do anything about it. Ended up buying a dedicated router instead and so far haven't had any problems - that was over a year ago now.

  • AstonmartinBond Bond "The real 007 " Astonmartin (@AstonmartinBond) reported

@MirandaMoff yes Plusnet use B.T for their mobile service too so they are being affected as well

  • 14will14 Breeze (@14will14) reported

@PaulDAFC @Plusnet I remember there were multiple threads on their forums about this. It's annoying to have to expense a router to resolve their issues though but I'd wanted a dedicated router anyway. I'd probably still recommend phoning them and reporting a fault on your line first

@Plusnet All is not well. I seem to have good network after 6pm and no or 1 bar signal during the day

@Plusnet What the hell is wrong with the mobile service in CV47 - Southam, Warwickshire? This is now 24 hrs down. Don't tell me it's my phone - I have two and neither connects. UNACCEPTABLE ! 🤬

  • cmclean_cm Charlotte McLean (@cmclean_cm) reported

@Plusnet Hi, thanks for getting back in touch… signal is still poorer than it was. Only one bar on my phone now where I used to get three

  • Gavwightman Gavin Wightman (@Gavwightman) reported

@Plusnet bloody crap service Plusnet! 27 days since making switch from BT and we’re still awaiting your router. We’ve no internet!! Today you’ve suggested we go to Argos and buy one. What a start. Was with BT for Years but wanted to support local jobs hahaha bloody joke

  • alexis987000 Deeva1 (@alexis987000) reported

@mullallyl @Plusnet Change provider. Get out while you can. They are sneaky squeezing money from their loyal customers. Worst provider around. I’m ready to leave as soon as I can. Had nothing but rip off prices for a slow sluggish service.

  • grandadknows andrew whaley-coates (@grandadknows) reported

@Plusnet I would like to give notice of my wish to cancel my service, with Plusnet. I no longer require a home phone (not used for 18month+), and the £41/mth can be better spent. Your advice would be welcomed.
