  @plusnethelp Hi there. I was just wondering if you could help me. I'm changing my broadband provider and I've already given you notice but there has been an issue with my order and it's not being activated for another couple of weeks. Is it possible to extend my plusnet service?

  @LessGrumpy @virginmedia Whenever I’ve had issues with Virgin it’s never been a UK call centre I’ve spoken to. Tend to avoid now but just left again after a couple of years of thankfully issue free broadband. Moved to PlusNet which is Openreach rebranded but far cheaper.

  @Plusnet Do not use this company. They take your money, don’t set up an account and fail to refund you when you provide your details. Customer service is non existent. EE have been amazing compared to this shower of a company.

  Slighty worried about @Plusnet cust service as a @bt_uk shareholder... he said it wasn't part of his job to know about the direct debit guarantee!

  @Plusnet I have given them another try. There is no option in the menu for what I need, but the recorded message does say I can go onto your website and raise an online support request. Please give me a link to where I can do this.

  @Plusnet hello! Last week I phoned to say I wanted to stay with your service - now I have a load of texts from you telling me my installation and router are set to happen/arrive - but I’m already installed and have a router…this is surreal

  @Plusnet This is the 21st century! I don't want to go through a bunch of phone menus that don't even have the option I need, to then be told the wait time is over 20 minutes, just to open a support ticket. Why can't I just login and create a support request ?

  @Plusnet The new service is at least 10x faster and cheaper than what you can offer. It’s due to start after my contract with you expires, so I don’t appreciate the continued pressure to stay with an inferior more expensive service

  @LeeJarvis10 If you only need broadband then I'd say Plusnet. Cheap as chips and have acclaimed service. I changed from BT to Plusnet in March, cost for identical service dropped from £78 to 29!
