@plusnethelp Hi there. I was just wondering if you could help me. I'm changing my broadband provider and I've already given you notice but there has been an issue with my order and it's not being activated for another couple of weeks. Is it possible to extend my plusnet service?

@blogmywiki I had issues with Giffgaff all summer. I'd have full 4g signal but no data anywhere with lots of people -capacity issues with masts perhaps? As an aside, I've switched to Plusnet mobile. They use EE and are much better and cheaper.

Hi @Plusnet, I am meant to be transferring over to you today from sky broadband. I was told that once the sky service stopped then I’d be ready to go with you guys. Sky stopped their service at midnight and yours still isn’t up and running….. any ideas when this will start?

@Plusnet weird question, I've found an old router from when I was a customer previously. Do you normally have these back, or am I free to dispose of? Cheers.

@edfoggin_ed Hi Ed, thanks for getting in touch. I'm afraid to cancel the account without transferring the service means you've need to give us a call in. Our mobile support team who can assist you with this can be reached on 0800 079 1133 or 500 (From a Plusnet Mobile) - Benj - Sheffield

  • CllrAsimMahmood Asim Mahmood (@CllrAsimMahmood) reported

@Plusnet really disappointed. You guys have messed up my number port for my mobile and I’ve just learned you’ve cancelled my broadband because you think I have 2 phone lines at my house. Ever hear of contacting the customer before doing something so drastic?

  • Plusnet Plusnet (@Plusnet) reported

@PScotfree I just need to ask your permission to do that first as it will cause the wireless signal to drop out for about two minutes, please feel free to message us with your username so I can do that for you. 2/2 - Adam - Plusnet Sheffield

@Plusnet This is a long standing issue. We had a total outage last year, fixed with new router. Lately we’ve lost connection for up to 15 mins at a time. Now has gone completely.
