    @plusnethelp Hi there. I was just wondering if you could help me. I'm changing my broadband provider and I've already given you notice but there has been an issue with my order and it's not being activated for another couple of weeks. Is it possible to extend my plusnet service?

    @Plusnet been having problems with broadband speed and was told last year that I new router was becoming available but as yet I have not received one...can you help?

    @superstratrob91 ...customer support team can be reached on 0800 432 0200. If mobile account, our mobile support team can be reached on 0800 079 1133 or 500 (From a Plusnet Mobile). Both can be reached from Monday - Sunday 08:00 - 20:00 I hope this helps. - Benj 2/2

    @Plusnet Can we get a new router? It dropped out again last night for a minute or two, our router is old. If it's a continuous problem with Plusnet,then maybe it's time for a change. We are the only ones in our street.

    @Plusnet @plusnethelp you are literally the worst. Having worked in CS myself I've given you many chances. Your agents are useless and now they say there is no manager on duty to speak to on the phone? Are you serious? Still no internet several fake engineer appointments later

    @Plusnet hi! In last few days speed has dropped from 43Mbps to between 2 and 5, plus the service disconnects now and then as well. Any idea what might be causing it?

    @Plusnet having internet issues with the router: blinking orange lightly. Have reset, unplugged etc but still no joy. Is there a problem?
