    @plusnethelp Hi there. I was just wondering if you could help me. I'm changing my broadband provider and I've already given you notice but there has been an issue with my order and it's not being activated for another couple of weeks. Is it possible to extend my plusnet service?

    I have been a loyal plusnet customer for a number of years. I received an EE router and a text to switchover to EE, without wishing too. I have followed the steps to switchover and encountering problems. My logins are not working for either provider, can you help? @Plusnet

    Hey @Plusnet , you bandits. You fail to inform me clearly that I'm out of contract, then whack my bill up by 100% while then offering me one that is 100% less. Why not offer the latter in the first place? Vile shower @Ofcom @WhichUK Oh, and your emails are dead donotreply ones.

    @Plusnet They have done nothing but push me pillar too post. One lets me leave the next says no and essentially bullying me in too staying in contract by making me wait 30 days too fix a fault thats lasted 6 months!

    @TackJompson @JamieGBarry I just cancelled. **** dancing with these pricks. Nearly same speed with Plusnet and their call centre is in the UK. Cheaper as well. Never going back to Virgin. They’re so bad I’m moving my O2 contracts when they expire as well.
