@plusnethelp Hi there. I was just wondering if you could help me. I'm changing my broadband provider and I've already given you notice but there has been an issue with my order and it's not being activated for another couple of weeks. Is it possible to extend my plusnet service?

@Plusnet Yes, primarily an issue with WiFi devices eg. phone, smart speakers, WiFi extender. Connection randomly speed/connection drops and then improves again. WiFi hub has been seen going orange before recovering.

Not a @Plusnet customer but they have taken £138.76 out of my account. @Monzo are dragging their heels looking into it - surely if an UNAUTHORISED @DirectDebitUK was taken I am supposed to be immediately refunded? #theft #directdebit

@Plusnet I am a new customer and had my internet connection last week. Yesterday, the internet stopped a few times and destructed my work. Can this be investigated? Also, I am due a voucher as part of the offer. When will this be sent? Let me know if you need any further information

@Plusnet nearly 20 minutes on hold. I would like to cancel my contract. I have been a customer since October 2020 but have never had any of the promised connection speeds.

@Plusnet … Your help says it could take until midnight for service to activate, but that my old provider should cover me in til then. They disagree. Meanwhile I’m stuck with no broadband, which for a self-employed homeworker is a massive problem. Not a great start!

@Plusnet Since the start of July 21 I have frequently had 'no service' on my mobile phone. I am unable to access the Live Chat I used to use. I am becoming increasingly frustrated to the point of looking elsewhere for my services. Obviously I can't ring as there is no service.

@Plusnet I sent a message about 45 minutes ago. My new service was due to start Saturday night but was delayed until this morning. It still hasn't gone live. Would you be able to reply to my message with an ETA please. I work from home, and have already missed a couple of meetings today
