    @plusnethelp Hi there. I was just wondering if you could help me. I'm changing my broadband provider and I've already given you notice but there has been an issue with my order and it's not being activated for another couple of weeks. Is it possible to extend my plusnet service?

    @rktecture Earlier today, some customers experienced problems accessing their emails and accounts in Plusnet Member Centre and connecting to their broadband service. We worked quickly to resolve this and we’re very sorry for the inconvenience caused.

    @chivey @Ofcom @Plusnet Glad it wasn't just me. From 10.30am this morning. Nothing on their website. The status update page was down. And impossible to get thru on the phone and didn't call me back.

    @Plusnet In the middle of no broadband has also just invited me to win a prize. Can I win internet access and get back to work? Disgraceful to send that but no update on the current issues.

    @Plusnet connection issues are still not sorted. When will this be repaired? Already lost four hours of work which I will need to make up over the weekend now!
