APY (@a_p_y_7) reported@Plusnet your service is appalling. I’ve had no internet for eight days. I have to call for updates every day and you don’t know what’s going on or when it will be resolved. Apparently there’s a £73 cancellation fee unless the service is down for over 30 days. Unbelievable.

Dan (@DJisatwit) reported@Plusnet My parents did. They rang and was fobbed off saying they couldn’t do any checks or test anything as it’s a BT problem. As an ex-employee at Plusnet, i know that’s rubbish. It screamed of “finishing at 5 and can’t be bothered to do the checks. 🤦🏻

And to think I have 3 more family accounts with you aswel.. So much for loyalty.. Time to switch 😒

Plusnet initiated transfer to EE, OR install failed, EE cancelled order despite OR advice to proceed when ready. Repeated faults even after "repair".

Andy Bowes-Roden = = (@AndyRoden1) reported@mark395625 To be fair to Plusnet, it's not responsible for the network. But it can see the connection dropping like crazy. That would suggest strongly it's not fixed. So why claim it is when it self-evidently is not?

miriam kirkpatrick (@miriamkirkp) reported@SimonHawkins @Plusnet If you login to your account it shows you bill and payments underneath it's contract details and it tells you everything. Just checked mine ( broadband) but not sure if it's the same for mobile phone contract
