  @Plusnet Horrible experience. Placed order on Sunday. Called today and it turns out order was not placed. Activation was due Thursday and now another order was placed and it wont be activated until 26th. Unacceptable service!

  @Plusnet No that's just it, I've recently renewed at got sold my latest deal which was only a little less that what I was originally paying. Why offer me a deal that's significantly worse than your most expensive when I'm getting a lot less for my money.. Terrible service.

  @Seanfrank Many thanks. I have WiFi calling with Plusnet ( the £44.did include a phone line ) so now also looking for VoIP provider. Problem there is I will need a UPS as no method of contact with 999 if power is down. Hoping Starlink supports WiFi calling?
