I notified @Plusnet I was moving providers for fibre broadband from June 3 and they have cut me off today. Apparently even though they acknowledge it’s their error, they can’t reinstate and getting broadband in the interim is my problem! 🤬

Good old @Plusnet - had an issue with my broadband speed, contacted it on here, Anoush got back to me (config issue, apparently), much faster now. All sorted professionally in less than half an hour total - 👍 #ThatllDo

@Plusnet customer support or lack of it sadly means no yoga sessions this weekend. My service is down no phone and no broadband but CS sending me round and round in circles. Not good enough at all. Even the fault checker isn’t working. I despair

Due to bad internet I have abandoned the goal of 6k games this month. I will relax this week and study more. Then once the internet is stable and a back up installed I will start a 30 day 6k game challenge. @Plusnet you will be the death of me. #notreliable

@NRKirby Plusnet. Have had one for a while. no issues. Just a toggle when setting up. Think it cost me £5 from memory.
