@plusnethelp Hi there. I was just wondering if you could help me. I'm changing my broadband provider and I've already given you notice but there has been an issue with my order and it's not being activated for another couple of weeks. Is it possible to extend my plusnet service?

@Plusnet @lizcooperclark 'Plusnet emails can be accessed using an email client as normal.' No they can't. Email clients using IMAP & POP3 are still getting authentication errors. DM me for an example.

@Plusnet @blbuckley63 yeah, it's not working that well on all email clients, and still some emails are lost.

@Plusnet @lizcooperclark Totally untrue. It is totally down again and not even accessible through clients as you always tend to think (wrongly)

@Plusnet My Mother in Law's email (old John Lewis acc) not working. Worked briefly this am but can't even log on now. Really poor. I presume you'll be refunding!?

  • PSAutoparts1 PSAutoparts (@PSAutoparts1) reported

@Plusnet Great value broadband, award-winning customer service, for just £22.99 a month? That'll do. We're here to help from 8am-8pm every day. OR Just copy and paste every response. That won't do!

  • ColeInDorset Richard Cole (@ColeInDorset) reported

@MoneySavingExp I used Plusnet 'SIM only' for a while, but terrible in-house reception and no 'connect using WiFi' availability, so now have a £5pm 'SIM only' from Three that does support WiFi connection. Works well.
