@plusnethelp Hi there. I was just wondering if you could help me. I'm changing my broadband provider and I've already given you notice but there has been an issue with my order and it's not being activated for another couple of weeks. Is it possible to extend my plusnet service?

@Plusnet Thanks for the response. Do you think it's fair to charge a customer of over 11 years such a high early termination fee? Leaves a very bad taste to be honest. Certainly wont be returning to Plusnet ever, or recommending you as I once did.

Hands down, worst customer service experience ever. #Plusnet owe me over £100 in credits but can't process their own billing service so have restricted my broadband until I pay £20. Which I have done - just in order to keep WFH etc but I will be leaving them as ASAP. Inept.

@Plusnet Began trying to port over to you from bt a week ago.been without any mobile service whatsoever since. Called but advisors appear to have no clue what is happening. Can you please update on what the issue is and how much longer it's going to take to resolve?

@sophoftheyear @Plusnet Been over two weeks for me, some folks longer. Plusnet forum full of people with same issue. No end in sight. They’ll be trying to take the next monthly payment soon, won’t reply when asked if they’ll pause billing until it’s resolved for those affected.
