It goes off completely 4-5 times a day, my films stop when I watch Netflix and when they don’t stop the sound goes off. Don’t get Plusnet🤬

Told You So (@steviepattisond) reported@Plusnet I signed up for a further 18 months, you offered to send me a new homehub and then bill me for sending it? No mention of this when we ran through charges. Am not a happy customer.
