@ultrazool @harry_wood @Plusnet @plusnethelp Try moving back to the other socket. Could be an internal wiring issue if only the test socket works. Sounds like I done the right thing and moved away from Plusnet a couple of weeks ago.

@plusnethelp Hi there. I was just wondering if you could help me. I'm changing my broadband provider and I've already given you notice but there has been an issue with my order and it's not being activated for another couple of weeks. Is it possible to extend my plusnet service?

@Plusnet I have tried that. So far have been asked to unplug wiring and take the front off of a socket. Asked for my mobile, laughed at and basically given the run around. I have no trust or faith in your service.

@Plusnet Thank-you very much. I do have a 'test' Mac 4 such issues & it was doing the same, but after much faffing about with my main Mac it seems 2 be behaving now. It was just odd that it would go from speedy 2 stuck randomly as I've never had that B4. I will only DM if more issues.😜

@WeAreOpenreach your engineer was booked by @Plusnet for 8-1 appointment, and no engineer attended and dont even bother telling @Plusnet was going to be late or myself, totally shocking but then again you have the monopoly so can give shoddy service and not care
