@plusnethelp Hi there. I was just wondering if you could help me. I'm changing my broadband provider and I've already given you notice but there has been an issue with my order and it's not being activated for another couple of weeks. Is it possible to extend my plusnet service?

@ultrazool @harry_wood @Plusnet @plusnethelp Try moving back to the other socket. Could be an internal wiring issue if only the test socket works. Sounds like I done the right thing and moved away from Plusnet a couple of weeks ago.

@Plusnet with your 100mb+ fibre would we be able to use a 3rd party modem router? Or can we access the DNS settings on your own routers as standard? (Not currently a plusnet customer)

@Plusnet Have sent you a message, but have to say, that a business that gives people no way to complain about bad service other than twitter is pretty appalling!

@Plusnet Hi Mark, I appreciate the reply but I've already got an open support ticket on your system awaiting an advisor to respond so would rather not complicate matters. They have all the details/event log info. Pip - In Manchester

@Plusnet hi, my wifi has suddenly gone off (30 min ago) and router has gone to solid green light. What's the most likely cause/ solution? Thanks!
