@plusnethelp Hi there. I was just wondering if you could help me. I'm changing my broadband provider and I've already given you notice but there has been an issue with my order and it's not being activated for another couple of weeks. Is it possible to extend my plusnet service?

  • smsm1 Shaun McDonald (@smsm1) reported from Bramford, England

@ultrazool @harry_wood @Plusnet @plusnethelp Try moving back to the other socket. Could be an internal wiring issue if only the test socket works. Sounds like I done the right thing and moved away from Plusnet a couple of weeks ago.

@Plusnet Thank you very much. I noticed it was down again about an hour ago as well.

  • thenoblesteed Stephen Agius ステフェン (@thenoblesteed) reported

@Plusnet I’ve had these problems with both. It just cuts out for no reason. Happened again last night too.

  • NasBockarie23 🇸🇱 Sierra Leone’s Finest 🇸🇱 (@NasBockarie23) reported

@Plusnet struggled to work during the week with poor internet and now can’t even watch the England game!! Sort it out asap!!

  • Kranitoko Charlie Murray (@Kranitoko) reported from Chippenham, England

@JamesNewbon @Plusnet Ive got no service either also in Chippenham. It's the orange light with the red broadband symbol, but troubleshooting claims it's my service not being active yet... Even though Ive used plusnet for years.

@JohnTurner2021 @Plusnet True, but currently only BT and Virgin are immediately using digital lines. The others even though an arm of BT are not in the immediate future. This gives time to hope that a solution to charging phones when there is a powercut over more than an hour can be found. Can't see how.

  • toastykombat toastykombat (@toastykombat) reported

@Plusnet Hi, please can you replace my current internet? @virginmedia do not understand customer service and refused to assist despite my complaint. I'll send across my details separately.

  • littlekimmy Kimmy Mac (@littlekimmy) reported

@Plusnet please can you give me an email address to send a complaint to?

  • RealSoupyTwist Ed (@RealSoupyTwist) reported

@EE EE is the best network for reception, but if you aren't fussed about wi-fi calling you might as well pay Plusnet for the same service, starting at £6 a month. You'll get free roaming too.

  • HarmanKler Harman Kler (@HarmanKler) reported

@insurgent2047 @Plusnet That's so annoying. To be fair mine has been fixed and they said there was an issue and were going to send an engineer. But somehow it's fixed. The customer service is great

  • marionste Marion Steggles (@marionste) reported

@Plusnet No this issue hasn't been resolved. It went down Saturday and it's just gone down again. Luckily I have back up facilities
