    @ultrazool @harry_wood @Plusnet @plusnethelp Try moving back to the other socket. Could be an internal wiring issue if only the test socket works. Sounds like I done the right thing and moved away from Plusnet a couple of weeks ago.

    @plusnethelp Hi there. I was just wondering if you could help me. I'm changing my broadband provider and I've already given you notice but there has been an issue with my order and it's not being activated for another couple of weeks. Is it possible to extend my plusnet service?

    Hi @Plusnet, I've had periodic line drops in the last 48 hours, they only seem to last 2 minutes, but causing issues. SY2 area. Have you been doing anything with the line in this area ?

    @Plusnet Hi, Since renewing my broadband with you the connection speed has gone down from 6mbps to an average of 1.5 mbps , rebooted etc but still slow speeds . Julian

    @Plusnet Hello Curtis, thank you for replying. Just to confirm, when my contract runs out, I’m not entering into another contract by paying the standard rate? As in can I cancel my broadband at anytime after that without fees?
