@plusnethelp Hi there. I was just wondering if you could help me. I'm changing my broadband provider and I've already given you notice but there has been an issue with my order and it's not being activated for another couple of weeks. Is it possible to extend my plusnet service?

@ultrazool @harry_wood @Plusnet @plusnethelp Try moving back to the other socket. Could be an internal wiring issue if only the test socket works. Sounds like I done the right thing and moved away from Plusnet a couple of weeks ago.

@Plusnet husband and I had plusnet sim only. Cancelled both May 21. You carried on billing. Spoke to customer service in August who assured had now been cancelled. We are currently in Spain and have had to pay Arvato debt collectors more than £80. Appalling service

@Plusnet Managed to get the text service working and an engineer to come out. Improved but still inconsistent. Fingers crossed it settles to a better speed soon.

Hi @Plusnet can you explain what this line means "We prefer electronic 'tickets' to emails, this means that you can always see what updates have been made and check back over previous tickets too." when there does not appear to be a way for a customer to raise a ticket online

@Plusnet Still waiting on that update.. this is not great. I work from home and will seriously consider changing suppliers after this experience. No net, bad comms and an inflated bill this month without explanation. This is an essential service for people in 2021.

@Plusnet Hi Matthew, someone must have tweaked/fixed something on the line or at your end as d/l speeds are back to around 10 Mbps. No dropped connections yet but will monitor for next 48 hours and if gets worse again I'll update the Help Assistant question #219249945.
