@plusnethelp Hi there. I was just wondering if you could help me. I'm changing my broadband provider and I've already given you notice but there has been an issue with my order and it's not being activated for another couple of weeks. Is it possible to extend my plusnet service?

@ultrazool @harry_wood @Plusnet @plusnethelp Try moving back to the other socket. Could be an internal wiring issue if only the test socket works. Sounds like I done the right thing and moved away from Plusnet a couple of weeks ago.

@Plusnet Have tried all tips and have had no problem with the router in the position it has been in previously. Anything else I can do? Not happy with the switch and have already finished the cooling off period so now tied in.

@Plusnet He I asked for help and spoke to someone from your team last Thursday who told me they were ‘going to send me an email with everything we had discussed’ and I could reply to… which I have not rcvd. Also was told I’d hear from broadband department but as yet have heard nothing!
