    @ultrazool @harry_wood @Plusnet @plusnethelp Try moving back to the other socket. Could be an internal wiring issue if only the test socket works. Sounds like I done the right thing and moved away from Plusnet a couple of weeks ago.

    @plusnethelp Hi there. I was just wondering if you could help me. I'm changing my broadband provider and I've already given you notice but there has been an issue with my order and it's not being activated for another couple of weeks. Is it possible to extend my plusnet service?

    @chrisdingleb It's okay - I am off to my home town today and I've let work know. Plusnet are in big trouble here. I am unhappy to put it mildly and the repeated "It's just email" when broadband is down coming on for 24 hours isn't acceptable. I will be moving provider as will many others

    Come on @Plusnet, this is terrible: e-mail issues have now been ongoing for *60+* hours. Your latest update is completely false: e-mails are *not* sending (even with 'a delay'), and incoming mail is being rejected. Completely unusable. @Ofcom can you look into this?

    @Plusnet Hi, I see the service status is now back up, but the latest update is just a copy/paste of the last one. I think everybody deserves something meaningfull. Appalling service !! @Ofcom

    @Plusnet Seems the problem with your e-mailing service is still on-going. No improvement now after 3 days ? Any idea when we can look forward to this service resuming properly ? Thanks

    Hi @plusnet…have you tried unplugging the server and plugging it back in? Webmail: fetch fail…mobile (IMAP): “incorrect username / password” Computer (POP3): “incorrect username / password - EER temporary problem, please try again later”…I’ve been trying for 3 days!
