@plusnethelp Hi there. I was just wondering if you could help me. I'm changing my broadband provider and I've already given you notice but there has been an issue with my order and it's not being activated for another couple of weeks. Is it possible to extend my plusnet service?

@ultrazool @harry_wood @Plusnet @plusnethelp Try moving back to the other socket. Could be an internal wiring issue if only the test socket works. Sounds like I done the right thing and moved away from Plusnet a couple of weeks ago.

@Plusnet @MarcAllera trying social media as your internal customer service channels are overwhelmed or uninterested. Kindly relieve me of my contract due to constant unfulfilled speeds. At a time when customers need to rely on you more true colours shine through. #”that’llnotdo”

New @Plusnet router arrived today. Couldn't set it up. Nice customer service person talked me through it step by step. All now working. Everyone happy

@rob3047 @Plusnet @plusnethelp Now I thought Plusnet was most reliable from all their blurb on radio. Shouting from the rooftops "Plusnet, won't let you down." Forgive them, they lied! Best I've had is Btinternet. Time to change Rob.

@rob3047 @Plusnet @plusnethelp Plusnet working fine here must be a more localised problem.

@plusnethelp you have got to be the worst Internet provider I have ever been with. Internet disconnecting every 10 mins. No online chat, call centre closed and when we do contract someone we get nothing but lies. 9 months this has been going on. Will be cancelling! #plusnet

@BanahanJayne @MoneySavingExp @virginmedia It sounds to me like you’ve got tv in that package, broadband on its own wouldn’t be so expensive. Whatever get out of it penalty free & maybe try Plusnet or TalkTalk (who I use,) there’s no difference in the service speeds, it’s just customer support that’s lacking. Good luck.

@Coastway_Will I have the same issues. That's have nothing to do with Plusnet - it probably means the wifi cables in your street are all ****** up and damaged so the wifi signal doesn't get through.

Hi, we recently got plusnet fibre broadband but the wifi keeps going off and we have to put the password in each time. How can I solve this issue?
