@ultrazool @harry_wood @Plusnet @plusnethelp Try moving back to the other socket. Could be an internal wiring issue if only the test socket works. Sounds like I done the right thing and moved away from Plusnet a couple of weeks ago.

@plusnethelp Hi there. I was just wondering if you could help me. I'm changing my broadband provider and I've already given you notice but there has been an issue with my order and it's not being activated for another couple of weeks. Is it possible to extend my plusnet service?

@plusnethelp This is shocking customer service! We have been trying to contact @plusnet for days, with no reply. Our broadband is dropping out frequently making work impossible! I accept covid is making things difficult but this is out of order!

@FiShoop I'm with PlusNet, have been for a few years now and never had any problems with them. Unlike other service providers I've been with, they've also been proactive when my current contract has expired, sending new offers through pretty quickly.

@plusnethelp not your customer cancelled direct debit so you MORONS send me an email telling me to reinstate the direct debit whilst refusing to refund my money ! Don’t have to be thick to work for plusnet but it helps

@fkhanage Unless it's virgin, they're all using the same wires. Go with whoever offers the best customer service, whoever is the cheapest or whoever offers the best package... whatever your priority. That used to be Plusnet but that's not the case any more.

@Plusnet why on earth would you cancel an email address when a broadband account is closed? How inconvenient for your customers can your technician team get in touch with me please?
