  @ultrazool @harry_wood @Plusnet @plusnethelp Try moving back to the other socket. Could be an internal wiring issue if only the test socket works. Sounds like I done the right thing and moved away from Plusnet a couple of weeks ago.

  @NtantuNow @virginmedia @Plusnet Virgin are so useless. Instead of fixing the issue they just offer to boost your speeds lol
