@plusnethelp Hi there. I was just wondering if you could help me. I'm changing my broadband provider and I've already given you notice but there has been an issue with my order and it's not being activated for another couple of weeks. Is it possible to extend my plusnet service?

@ultrazool @harry_wood @Plusnet @plusnethelp Try moving back to the other socket. Could be an internal wiring issue if only the test socket works. Sounds like I done the right thing and moved away from Plusnet a couple of weeks ago.

@PaulKozinski I use plusnet, it’s fine but uses BT Openreach lines so if there’s an issue it can take a bit longer to get resolved. Going to switch to Vodafone probably when renewal is up as they’ve just laid down highspeed fibre on my road.

Hi @plusnet having problems with our hub one router. Apparently a firmware upgrade might fix the issues with the 5Ghz wireless. Are you able to push out the latest firmware please? Can you confirm what you need to be able to do this?

@Plusnet Any way to get this sped up?! It’s practically unusable.. cut out 14 times in a 90 minute zoom meeting this afternoon! This is not acceptable!

@Plusnet down again. On phone for ages. Sick of this. Time to change again. All those awards mean nothing. How on earth can we trust which provider to use? And of course plusnet would never compensate me for lost business. #plusnet #internet #broadband

@Plusnet Hi Anoush, thank you for your help. Are you able to advise if I will be able to get a refund of the additional cost? Thank you.

@Plusnet having issues with more than a couple of devices connecting to the internet. We've spoken to customer service and got nowhere. Considering we have fibre unlimited which is supposed to be for multiple devices this is useless.

Update: things with my woeful former ISP @Plusnet now exactly twice as bad as they were yesterday, and no sign of a solution.
