@ultrazool @harry_wood @Plusnet @plusnethelp Try moving back to the other socket. Could be an internal wiring issue if only the test socket works. Sounds like I done the right thing and moved away from Plusnet a couple of weeks ago.

  • Melissa20379018 Melissa Williams (@Melissa20379018) reported from Stowmarket, England

@plusnethelp Hi there. I was just wondering if you could help me. I'm changing my broadband provider and I've already given you notice but there has been an issue with my order and it's not being activated for another couple of weeks. Is it possible to extend my plusnet service?

@Plusnet I got it sorted, issue was I was the order in which I did things. Changed eero first then plusnet hub and that connected. Apparently eero needed to still have internet access when enabling PPPoE mode.

@garethdrake further investigation and repair. Their estimated response time is by the 17th of June but, with it being an external fault, this is only an estimate and they'll fix it sooner if they can. Our faults team will contact you once have an update. Regards, Emily Plusnet Leeds

@Plusnet He’s got MH issues, which is why I’m the named second person on the account. He’s had two episodes because of this now so you can imagine how I might be feeling… we are looking at cancelling and switching providers. Less than 20 minutes to go. It’s clearly not happening, again.

  • ofalovedlife thestoryofalovedlife (@ofalovedlife) reported

@plusnet are the worst company we have ever dealt with. Our connection got cut off without us cancelling it and we have been charged over £200 cancellation fee. Why should we pay when we didn't want to cancel in the first place... Z

  • drgautammehta Gautam Mehta (@drgautammehta) reported

@Plusnet I’ve been waiting over a week for my SIM… no mobile service, despite being NHS doctor and needing my phone for work. Terrible service!

  • jermyn55 Paul Jermyn (@jermyn55) reported

@Ofcom, you keep telling us to send scam messages to 7726 BUT what if the provider does not support this option i.e. @Plusnet so perhaps you should make it a requirement that all providers do allow its customers to do so ?

  • dmarkhodgson Mark Hodgson (@dmarkhodgson) reported

RT @MSE_Deals: Right now you can get 12GB of data, unlimited calls and texts for just £4.50 a month from Plusnet 👇 Shame they don't support short code texts, often used for security verification or customer feedback. Left them for that reason alone. Price isn't everything.

@ShineyCat @Plusnet Yeah, this is ****, and it's not a great look for @Plusnet either.
