    @plusnethelp Hi there. I was just wondering if you could help me. I'm changing my broadband provider and I've already given you notice but there has been an issue with my order and it's not being activated for another couple of weeks. Is it possible to extend my plusnet service?

    @ultrazool @harry_wood @Plusnet @plusnethelp Try moving back to the other socket. Could be an internal wiring issue if only the test socket works. Sounds like I done the right thing and moved away from Plusnet a couple of weeks ago.

    @amandabell3344 @MartinSLewis @MoneySavingExp I’ve never had any bother with Plusnet, just speed was getting gradually worse which is what prompted me to contact them. Can’t fault customer service when I’ve had contact with them

    @Plusnet Id like to extend my greatest thanks and appreciation to support & sales for bailing me out of a very difficult financial situation by managing to restore my previously deleted mailbox, I had moved to Shell under the advice of Money supermarket and that was a big mistake

    @Plusnet I am having problems with my fibre extra broadband. I've looked on the website to see if there are issues in my area but nothing showing. It's still working but slow download speeds, reset router still the same. I'm in Weymouth, Dorset

    @kieronjbryan Change it back. Plusnet mobile are terrible. Their customer services message you all night every night between 1am and 5am. The operators find it funny

    @plusnethelp I was a happy customer until I moved house in 2019. My bills were wrong. Despite promises nothing was done. Then my account got locked in a "you have a product change in progress" cycle. I am now moving to a new supplier. How do I cancel Plusnet?

    @plusnethelp Hi. Do you offer an FTTP/Ultrafast product? I can’t seem to see one on the website. My area has just been enabled for Ultrafast and I’m already a Plusnet customer so thought I’d enquire. TIA.

    @Plusnet now then folks... any idea when you’re coming back online in the York area? Been out since about 19:00 last night. The support team said it’d be back by midnight at the latest.

    @plusnethelp My plusnet router has just died. No lights or anything on it. Tried switching on and off. Nothing happening. Socket ok. Please help. Thank you.
