    @ultrazool @harry_wood @Plusnet @plusnethelp Try moving back to the other socket. Could be an internal wiring issue if only the test socket works. Sounds like I done the right thing and moved away from Plusnet a couple of weeks ago.

    @Plusnet been in contact with plusnet reference refund of charge for mobile and despite being advised on 3 occasions the refund charge will be sent to home. We are still awaiting and any Plusnet communication via mail has not materialised. Please help my refund issue.

    @Plusnet for THREE days I’ve been trying to purchase a contract on your website and can’t progress further than the checkout page as it just reloads! One of your advisors said you had received reports and were aware - when will you solve this?? You are about to loose a customer!
