    @plusnethelp Hi there. I was just wondering if you could help me. I'm changing my broadband provider and I've already given you notice but there has been an issue with my order and it's not being activated for another couple of weeks. Is it possible to extend my plusnet service?

    @ultrazool @harry_wood @Plusnet @plusnethelp Try moving back to the other socket. Could be an internal wiring issue if only the test socket works. Sounds like I done the right thing and moved away from Plusnet a couple of weeks ago.

    But apparently we can't leave and sign up to a different provider because we're 'under contract'. Do contracts only work one way then? @Plusnet Because I don't remember signing up for paying full whack for a consistent failure of service Surely this can't be allowed @Ofcom

    @Plusnet My routers clock keeps resetting to 1970 and then my connection drops. Are you having any issues that could be causing the clock to reset like this?

    @Plusnet and news on when the Broadband issue will be fixed in the RH12 area? You coped well during Covid but this is like going back to the 1980s?

    @MoneySavingExp Yeah but ones like plusnet don't use all the masts or the same strength or something. I was with them and it was ****. EE directly is much better signal.

    Getting fed up with @Plusnet who I have been with forever nearly. Every time it rains I lose my internet for a couple of minutes. When I log a fault they say it is fine now or monitor it for 2 days and close the incident. Of course it hasn't rained. Help!
