@ultrazool @harry_wood @Plusnet @plusnethelp Try moving back to the other socket. Could be an internal wiring issue if only the test socket works. Sounds like I done the right thing and moved away from Plusnet a couple of weeks ago.

@plusnethelp Hi there. I was just wondering if you could help me. I'm changing my broadband provider and I've already given you notice but there has been an issue with my order and it's not being activated for another couple of weeks. Is it possible to extend my plusnet service?

@SpongebobKnackp Thank you! 🙏 My sis has Plusnet (think they're owned by BT?) and has slow BB speed.

@Plusnet my internet is down and just wondering if it’s due to bad weather or something and when it’ll be back up.

@ItsJustaRide I have BT and found them really good. I used to have Plusnet and had the same issue so I switched. Much more superior service and connection speeds

@Plusnet Not really an adequate solution for what you have admitted is your mistake. 4g coverage is patchy and does not provide the bandwidth I require, as a result I will now have to travel to one of our offices a 5hr round trip daily. Anyone reading this DO NOT sign up to Plusnet.

@Plusnet We've had service (if you can call it that) for a little under a year, and there has bearly been a day where our service has not been interrupted. Can you explain why? We've had 2 new routers, 4 visits from engineers and still have problems. Not good enough.

@Plusnet We have internet, hence why we can live with it. But no phone line. We had multiple visits from @OpenreachHelp who would say the problem is with Plusnet. I'd phone you guys and you'd send an openreach engineer and so on. I lost the will to keep complaining. Can you help?

@Plusnet up to now I have been a satisfied customer. In February I notified you that I was moving house on 31 March. I wfh. I am being told I need to wait until 21 April for broadband in my new property. Do I need to switch provider or are you able to provide a better service?

@Plusnet Thank you for the email. I have moved to another provider that will start on the 14th. Does this mean I have being charged the whole month to cover for 7 days while the service moves over?

Hey @Plusnet Thanks for charging me £8.76 for <500MB of "Out of plan" data on top of my 7GB for £8 contract. You just lost a customer.
