    @plusnethelp Hi there. I was just wondering if you could help me. I'm changing my broadband provider and I've already given you notice but there has been an issue with my order and it's not being activated for another couple of weeks. Is it possible to extend my plusnet service?

    @ultrazool @harry_wood @Plusnet @plusnethelp Try moving back to the other socket. Could be an internal wiring issue if only the test socket works. Sounds like I done the right thing and moved away from Plusnet a couple of weeks ago.

    Thanks to a screw up btw @BT & @Plusnet, upgrading our broadband package with #PlusNet = no broadband 🤬. The earliest they can reinstate is 30th Dec 🤬🤬🤬. Their solution for how we can work at home? Buy extra data on our phone & hotspot & they will reimburse max £30! #EpicFail

    @Plusnet My internet connection is EXTREMELY SLOW—it takes over 20sec to load a basic Google page… Perfectly lamentable while working from home! I’m extremely unsatisfied with your service and must consider switching internet provider if this doesn’t improve ASAP. Not a + but -

    @Plusnet Engineer came, claim they fixed the issue (water ingress in post), plusnet closes the question but guess what - first bit of rain connection starts dropping. Also its no longer possible to reopen a closed fault and your site is a pain to navigate. Issue to be resolved correctly.
