@ultrazool @harry_wood @Plusnet @plusnethelp Try moving back to the other socket. Could be an internal wiring issue if only the test socket works. Sounds like I done the right thing and moved away from Plusnet a couple of weeks ago.

@Plusnet I'm not buying a new router so you can troubleshoot the issue further, and I'm not signing up to a new 18 month contract so you can send a new router just to find out the issue remains and I'm stuck with it.

@Plusnet No response from my last tweet to you, supposed to be up to 80 down, we usually get around 50, today ive been on 8 and its disconnecting me. Its affecting my work as I work from home. Uve sent 4 engineers out over the years and they never find anything wrong in the house

@Plusnet Just DM you know at this point it really is a joke, I appreciate it's not your fault but it does feel on purpose to bill people for longer, I cancelled within 14 days and completely switched of the service, it just didn't work at all

Anyone in Dundee get such poor reception? Broadband and wifi package is with PlusNet. It was fine in Glasgow but rotten here. I’ve given it just over 6 months now but needs to go. I can’t get through to speak to a human and it very annoying.

@Plusnet why do you give a customer the option to amend their direct debit information on the "My Account" page? Isn't that just an invitation for someone to input incorrect details?

@plusnethelp Hi. I’m an IT pro trying to help my daughter with her Plusnet broadband. The account is held by her aunt who lives abroad. This makes support difficult. I have emails and pws but can’t login to the account. She just needs a new router. Please can you help!? Thanks
