Shaun McDonald (@smsm1) reported from Bramford, England@ultrazool @harry_wood @Plusnet @plusnethelp Try moving back to the other socket. Could be an internal wiring issue if only the test socket works. Sounds like I done the right thing and moved away from Plusnet a couple of weeks ago.

Darth Rider (@DarthRider4) reported@Plusnet As this failure to ring engaged is very frustrating, I have just ported away from you to another network that does what every phone has done for decades, i.e. tell you if the phone is engaged and not make you think you have dialled an incorrect number.
