@ultrazool @harry_wood @Plusnet @plusnethelp Try moving back to the other socket. Could be an internal wiring issue if only the test socket works. Sounds like I done the right thing and moved away from Plusnet a couple of weeks ago.

@plusnethelp Hi there. I was just wondering if you could help me. I'm changing my broadband provider and I've already given you notice but there has been an issue with my order and it's not being activated for another couple of weeks. Is it possible to extend my plusnet service?

@Plusnet absolutely rubbish service from Plusnet. Called customer service who said a wait of up to 40 mins to speak to someone. Now been on 1 hour 20 mins and still waiting. I'm calling on behalf of my parents who are priority users due to health issues and I cannot get thru

@Plusnet I am disappointed to receive an e-mail telling me you will take much more payment from me this month, despite the fact I have just renewed my account for a lower amount per month. Please fix this as soon as possible. I do not wish to pay extra on 09/10/2025

@plusnet my home phone hasn't been working for a couple of hours. Internet connection is fine. I have tried sending a text from my mobile, but your bot keeps telling me that it can't find a problem with my hub. It's not the hub it's the voice phone. I keep going round in circles

.@Plusnet Full day of work lost due to engineer no-show. Customers get penalties for missed appointments, but zero accountability on your side. Now told earliest is 22 Oct — 2nd time this has happened. ‘Award-winning service’? Not seeing it. Time to explore other options.

@Plusnet generic question about digital switchover. I have an alarm system which uses my landline to call me when there is an issue. What is my next step? When do I have to action the next step?
