    @ultrazool @harry_wood @Plusnet @plusnethelp Try moving back to the other socket. Could be an internal wiring issue if only the test socket works. Sounds like I done the right thing and moved away from Plusnet a couple of weeks ago.

    @plusnethelp Hi there. I was just wondering if you could help me. I'm changing my broadband provider and I've already given you notice but there has been an issue with my order and it's not being activated for another couple of weeks. Is it possible to extend my plusnet service?

    @Plusnet absolutely horrendous do not go with them my internet hasn’t worked correctly the entire contract but won’t allow me out 1 month to go and can be rid of them appalling customer service to add bye bye 1 month to go to finally connect properly:-)

    @Plusnet setup a static IP on our broadband account last Saturday but despite rebooting the router its still a dynamic one don't want to get charged again for removing and re-adding can you help?

    @Plusnet Hi, Since renewing my broadband with you the connection speed has gone down from 6mbps to an average of 1.5 mbps , rebooted etc but still slow speeds . Julian

    @Plusnet Iv repeatedly spoken to you since first week of contact ur advice purchase a booster erm no I’m paying for a service and you haven’t once provided in full yet u take your money every month absolutely joke for customer service and signal and to not allow me to go 18 mnths of hell
