    @plusnethelp Hi there. I was just wondering if you could help me. I'm changing my broadband provider and I've already given you notice but there has been an issue with my order and it's not being activated for another couple of weeks. Is it possible to extend my plusnet service?

    @ultrazool @harry_wood @Plusnet @plusnethelp Try moving back to the other socket. Could be an internal wiring issue if only the test socket works. Sounds like I done the right thing and moved away from Plusnet a couple of weeks ago.

    @TheRegister Worst parts today include automatically pushing up price after minimum contract: customers should phone retention team to get a sensible price, else migrate to, say, @Plusnet (or a quality supplier like @ZenInternet for business service - the price does not jump at end contract.)

    @MartinSLewis can you please help me, I've had some issues with @Plusnet the last 4 days and they still have not rectified their mistake by putting my phone line and broadband back on. I've now been told today it's going ro take 10-12 days to get back online at home. Please help

    @moni_waller How is TalkTalk involved? Can you ditch them and change supplier? Eg. @plusnet for a good value connection, or @ZenInternet for a high quality 9-5 type service.. BTW PlusNet increase your price ££ at end of minimum term, whilst ZenInternet don’t sting you for customer loyalty.

    @Plusnet Since joining Plusnet I've been without service for nearly a week, I have been sent three identical, equally useless, routers, and my Wifi coverage has been compramised so badly that I have to use mobile data in my kitchen and bathroom.

    i've never known a service provider like plusnet, archived all our work emails, how is it some providers allow you to have thousands of emails yet we have maybe 300-350 and they are now gone?! @plusnethelp

    @plusnet @plusnethelp we are moments from cancelling. Your service has not regularly and randomly dropped since friday. Almost impossible to use browsers, but apps seem to work better. Router shows data being sent & received

    So happy my contract with @Plusnet is ending! "Unlimited Fibre Extra" average download speed 66Mb. I never once received over 38Mb in the last 18 months. Worst provider with disgusting customer service. Avoid this company at all costs, Saving a few quid is not always good!!!!

    @Plusnet @plusnethelp Now a full day after our new broadband supply should have been up and running. No email, no text, no nothing. Not a great start to our journey together. A great example of bad customer service. Here's hoping 'the only way is up' 🎤🎶

    @Plusnet I arranged to switch to your network last weekend. Yesterday I got an email telling me that my SIM is now active. I'm guessing I should have actually received it by now, right?

    @xandvt Zen Internet Every Room is excellent, as is their broadband service. With BT & Plusnet I suffered internet dropout too often. Service 100% from Zen. I run Every Room in a largish 1930's 4 bedroom detached with their router and one extender and I have no wi-fi black spots.
