@ultrazool @harry_wood @Plusnet @plusnethelp Try moving back to the other socket. Could be an internal wiring issue if only the test socket works. Sounds like I done the right thing and moved away from Plusnet a couple of weeks ago.

@Jacdee2017 @Plusnet Had the same issue with this provider, @Plusnet they say one thing then do nothing. You have to badger them until they sort it out

@MatthewJRudd @KCOMcare Similar idea to the contact I made with @Plusnet when I was a customer. Their hold music was all Sheffield acts.
