    @plusnethelp Hi there. I was just wondering if you could help me. I'm changing my broadband provider and I've already given you notice but there has been an issue with my order and it's not being activated for another couple of weeks. Is it possible to extend my plusnet service?

    @ultrazool @harry_wood @Plusnet @plusnethelp Try moving back to the other socket. Could be an internal wiring issue if only the test socket works. Sounds like I done the right thing and moved away from Plusnet a couple of weeks ago.

    @plusnethelp @Plusnet Hi please can someone get back to me I am waiting for my new broadband service to connect. It’s been 2 days and I haven’t received a text yet and am on endless hold on the phones. I organised this over 1 month ago-ridiculous!

    @israel_May_1948 Lol, looks like ANOTHER Plusnet WiFi victim, their poor WiFi service is not only awful, it’s legendary. Move provider, anything they suggest to you won’t work.

    6 weeks after moving house still no proper internet. @Plusnet messed up so we changed to BT Broadband @bt_uk. They've botched our connection and can't guarantee a fix before 30 Dec. I'm paying to use my phone as a hotspot. No streaming etc. over Christmas. 😡

    Absolutely terrible service from @plusnethelp. Called yesterday to report broadband issues, spent 40+ mins on phone. I was told a ticket would be raised so that issues can be logged. No ticket raised as no email received & broadband still problematic! @Plusnet just dont care!

    @Ro_Reveur @TalkTalk They had to cancel my order due to systems errors so I've just gone with @Plusnet instead, hoping for a better experience

    @Plusnet totally shocking service so far installation done wrong been eating all morning for an engineer who has not showed and a recorded messaged on your phone number saying you are too busy call back tomorrow not amused!!!

    @katebevan @alexhern ah! good to know. i had a poor experience with plusnet’s performance before but it’s good that they at least hold onto that.
