@plusnethelp Hi there. I was just wondering if you could help me. I'm changing my broadband provider and I've already given you notice but there has been an issue with my order and it's not being activated for another couple of weeks. Is it possible to extend my plusnet service?

@ultrazool @harry_wood @Plusnet @plusnethelp Try moving back to the other socket. Could be an internal wiring issue if only the test socket works. Sounds like I done the right thing and moved away from Plusnet a couple of weeks ago.

@awoodvine Me too. It's a case of we have a landline but only got the Plusnet router plugged into it. Have a phone somewhere but that's never plugged in!

@SkyHelpTeam "Most likely having WIFI or device issues" Wow nothing gets past you does it? Let's see, all WIFI devices having issues, so that would mean its the WIFI. Who provides the technology to provide the WIFI? Sky. Months of this crap I have dealt with. Can't wait to go with @Plusnet

I am sending this via a mobile phone. Search engines are working, returning links to your help pages but it is as if the servers are dead. No web pages delivered to this phone. Current DSL uptime 5h 58m, data rate as expected, for Plusnet landline

@plusnet Hey people, just a heads up about this company. For weeks now I have had a torrid time with the accounts department of this company. Issuing an invoice for charges not due. 7 phone calls later and it still is not resolved. No managers. Useless customer services. AVOID

@Plusnet my wifi keeps disconnecting and when it is connected it is really slow. I have followed all the advice on the website to set up the router but it still does not help.
