@plusnethelp Hi there. I was just wondering if you could help me. I'm changing my broadband provider and I've already given you notice but there has been an issue with my order and it's not being activated for another couple of weeks. Is it possible to extend my plusnet service?

@ultrazool @harry_wood @Plusnet @plusnethelp Try moving back to the other socket. Could be an internal wiring issue if only the test socket works. Sounds like I done the right thing and moved away from Plusnet a couple of weeks ago.

@RustWrangler Plusnet started as an enthusiast service I guess, BT bought it and marketed it as a bargain one, but it’s still kept its historic features. Even if the website looks 20 years old too!

@plusnethelp @Plusnet Its not premium service. Its an SMS from Post Office, HMRC, Broadband service etc. I have been using Plusnet for over 5 years now and never faced this issue, You can update your site tomorrow that you dont offer calling? what good is such a service without SMS?

My #TalkTalk per month was £22.99, then they informed they were putting it up to £29.99 so I am moving to #Plusnet for £18.99, then TalkTalk came back with an offer of £17.99 per month if I stayed with them, but the damage is done, not they want £39.99 of me for stopping with em

@Plusnet Ive got 3 charity shops down which run Plusnet business broadband. On plusnet side log shows wrong passsword. Told by agent user must of reset the router. This happened before and was down to plusnet change that our routers was not ready for. How do i get esculated help?

@Plusnet What a useless company Plusnet is. Can't guarantee a WiFi connection with their router yet want to charge you for leaving a service they are not providing. Go with any company...just not Plusnet. Absolute rip-off company. Beware!
