    @plusnethelp Hi there. I was just wondering if you could help me. I'm changing my broadband provider and I've already given you notice but there has been an issue with my order and it's not being activated for another couple of weeks. Is it possible to extend my plusnet service?

    @ultrazool @harry_wood @Plusnet @plusnethelp Try moving back to the other socket. Could be an internal wiring issue if only the test socket works. Sounds like I done the right thing and moved away from Plusnet a couple of weeks ago.

    @Plusnet currently Internet service is dropping out once or twice every hour @DN22 6UF and has been ever since I upgraded. What's the problem? impossible to carry on a meeting.

    @Plusnet We have a terribly unstable connection and despite informing you, it remains unresolved. I have 2teenagers who are being disadvantaged further by your inept service. They cannot participate in their home learning successfully due to your poor service

    @MattScratchley We had plusnet in Honiton, same problem if you contact them they run a speed check and tweak it if possible. However despite their fab cust service we’ve gone with BT here.

    @Plusnet Please help , My mum's phone line is not working, The Internet is . She has Parkinson's and a 24 hour lifeline to Kent social services, This is now innoperable. Have been on hold to Plusnet for nearly an hour, Online chat is closed, A note there to use Twitter.

    @Plusnet Absolutely fed up with the constant speed drops and calling cust serv to be told the line is ok and the speed is fine. Only been with @Plusnet since Nov, can’t wait till leave awful service
