    @plusnethelp Hi there. I was just wondering if you could help me. I'm changing my broadband provider and I've already given you notice but there has been an issue with my order and it's not being activated for another couple of weeks. Is it possible to extend my plusnet service?

    @ultrazool @harry_wood @Plusnet @plusnethelp Try moving back to the other socket. Could be an internal wiring issue if only the test socket works. Sounds like I done the right thing and moved away from Plusnet a couple of weeks ago.

    @Plusnet You sent me a ticket with ? an offer but no explanation. This matter has cost me much time,hassle and anxiety. Plusnet usually has excellent customer service but this time you cancelled my BT sport too soon

    @plusnethelp our new broadband service has worked for approx 45min before the Internet stopped again, not great! This is the 21st Century, where is uninterrupted-or-near switchover? @Plusnet

    @Plusnet worst customer service ever from Lauren to my sister today. Old, failing router and she must buy a new router??? Lauren says absolutely fine if she wants to leave but there is a cancellation fee.

    @clairezxclaire ****, at one point I had to put a relay in my house, on my Plusnet static IP, in order to get messages from our system reliably into BT and EE. Shall we compare notes on BT's ****** SMTP? 🙄

    @HoustonMargaret @Plusnet Probably a new socket, but that's a BT problem, not Plusnet. Your builder should really have covered the socket first. You can replace any additional sockets yourself, but the master socket has to be done by BT (though possibly someone can do it unofficially).

    Phoned @Plusnet and there is a major outage in the S2 area of Sheffield and will be fixed anytime up to 4pm today.
