Why is your online help now terrible @Plusnet ? You've closed my ticket without sending me what I paid for and without updating me on progress. And now I can only get in touch by phone and I don't have hours to spend queuing. This isn't why I chose to upgrade after many years

@BradburyMaureen @Twitter @TalkTalk Yes, I see. I bet someone who knows about computers would know if there's a way to keep your emails. I'm with AOL, and have transferred the account from Talk Talk, BT and now Plusnet. Good luck - I think a computer boffin could help somehow. . .

Having broadband issues so phoned @Plusnet to inform them. I had checked my b/band speed with various operators and was only getting 20mbps. Plusnet said their reading was around 80. Smart TV wouldn't operate so they blamed the TV. Switched tv over to a freesat box and it worked

@Plusnet The BT service obligations (USO) states that my postcode is capable of 10Mb speeds and therefore is not eligible for upgrade. However you can only supply sub 5Mbs service. Can you explain the difference in the two scenarios.

@Greyhounds_PZ @Plusnet We rang them once we'd moved and we were connected within a few days. Then for some reason, our line was cancelled 😑 trouble is its up to 10 days to reverse it which means @DrewSegal can't work!

@Plusnet So not even the Twitter bot responds now. What is it about @Plusnet that it hates its customers and makes it customers hate it? Humans solve problems, @Plusnet creates them
