    @amandabell3344 @MartinSLewis @MoneySavingExp I’ve never had any bother with Plusnet, just speed was getting gradually worse which is what prompted me to contact them. Can’t fault customer service when I’ve had contact with them

    @plusnethelp us anyone going to bother to get back to me regarding making a complaint? Extremely poor customer service to say the least! Seriously regretting switching to Plusnet! No Internet until at least 3rd March! How am I supposed to home school my kids?

    @plusnethelp On my 6th promised broadband activation date. Plusnet blaming Open Reach engineers for failing to keep appointments and customer service seemingly unable to resolve this. Why switch off my broadband before you can connect new #plusnetopen reachdrivingmemad
