@Plusnet Hi, troubleshooting question, I am in online meetings 8.45 to 10.30 a few mornings a week, every time from just after 9 to about 9.20 my connection is very unstable. How can this change please? It is a consistent issue.

@plusnet How can I upgrade my current plan with you from £8 and 12gb of data to £10 and 22gb? I do not have the option in my account area of the website. I'm a broadband customer too.

@Plusnet Is the fibre activation date given in your emails an estimate, because we're set up as of yesterday (the date) but still receiving typically poor broadband speeds.

Outage continues, affecting also the local convenience store/post office et al. If @Plusnet rely on @BT_Openreach to swap out dead batteries from roadside cabinets and they in turn rely on the power company to provide uninterrupted power , who is the power company?

Cant wait until our contract is up with @Plusnet next month! Worst wifi connection Ive ever known! It's impossible for me to stream at night and I am constantly reconnecting my laptop! had to reset it 4 times in the last hour! SICK OF IT!

@David_cl5p @Plusnet @MarcAllera Thanks David and yes aware the BT bought PlusNet. Unfortunately I feel that the customer service of PlusNet is going down the route of BT! I have now cancelled my account with PlusNet.
