@Plusnet we've now had an email (not acknowledging yesterday's missed appointment) but giving us a new appointment date that we're unable to do and threatning a £65 charge if the property is inaccessible. You're not off to a very good start for customer service.

@Plusnet i bought a new sim card from you and received it yesterday. i cannot send text messages but i can receive them. on my settings it says “verifying” but when i click on it says there’s an error. i’m wondering if there’s any way you can help me?

@Plusnet Desige your promise that we would have continuous wifi during the changeover, here we are without any. Really helpful for work. No voucher yet, charged for 2 months with no service, connection date moved 3 times (now on week 6) had to beg Sky to keep us on..

@Plusnet i recently bought a new sim card from yourselves which i received on friday. for some reason i can’t make calls or send texts. i can however receive texts but i cannot receive phone calls. could you please help me with this?
