  @BasilTheGreat It's worse, if you have BT, EE, or Plusnet broadband with their router, part of YOUR bandwidth & electricity is used to help provide THEIR public WiFi network. (It's hidden in the Ts & Cs but you can opt out in your account settings)

  @Plusnet years of poor service and drop outs constantly. Never getting the speeds advertised. Now an issue where it won't work at all and I have too wait 5 days for an engineer!! With a disabled child who relies on Internet as a sensory calm! Not good enough.

  As a customer, I really wouldn't recommend @Plusnet Been with them for years, no idea why. Internet speeds fall when contract is up for renewal, and not usually the speeds advertised anyway. I've been paying £35.99 a month for the slowest internet on the planet...

  I have been a loyal plusnet customer for a number of years. I received an EE router and a text to switchover to EE, without wishing too. I have followed the steps to switchover and encountering problems. My logins are not working for either provider, can you help? @Plusnet

  @LiamFromOrlando @SSOUIC Nope, I was having trouble with my ISP router (PlusNet) when I first using the HomePod mini as the audio output for my Apple TV, but I bought a pair of eero routers and have had zero issues since, until the past few days where this bug started.
