    Thanks for your email, telling me I'm out of contract and unless I take a new one, my bill goes up 50% @Plusnet So, you'll be pleased to know I have taken out a new contract - with @VodafoneUK / @CityFibre Love, Your ex customer.

    @plusnethelp Hi, our plusnet wifi keeps going down (over the last 3 days) with an error light on the router. We have upgraded recently and are transferring to fiber soon so is this whats likely to be causing the issue?

    25 min on hold to plusnet she answers "hello how can I help" followed by call ended on the screen. Get to **** like my biggest hate that.

    @Plusnet you promised i would have broadband on 18th Jan then 27th jan still no broadband , Vodafone were useless i thought you were supposed to be better , its getting desperate here i am on my own i need my internet back locked down and getting so so stressed with this

    @Plusnet We’ve switched to your service on 27th January, however there’s no broadband service yet. We also haven’t received the router despite it being dispatched on Saturday. It is affecting our jobs and education a lot!! Could you please help?

    @Plusnet our internet has been terrible for a couple weeks now. Troubleshooting checks done. Internet's been fine for a few months with you. No PlusNet issues reported on your site. Can't seem to reach you by phone. Please investigate the issue.

    @LozzaFox And this is why we left. We got atleast 3-4 outages a month and at one time it was off for a week and no TV for 3 days, when we did finally manage to get hold of someone, they offered us £3 compensation on a £60 bill. My wife works for Plusnet and we've never had a problem at all
