@GardnerJ56 @Plusnet Some eejit installing crash barriers on A92 cut through several major cables - husband saw a BT engineer yesterday and asked him. Apparently there is 2nd incident at Falkland and new fix time is c7pm on SUNDAY!

@Plusnet your service is hopeless. Despite suffering issues and being promised a call back late February noone has called. I've complained on twitter, given my details and noone has called me. I've been queuing for hours on you phone lines. What's going on?

@Hotspur67 I’m not going to ask but I bet whatever you’re paying BT it will be cheaper with PlusNet. If you’re looking to make some savings I’d go plusnet or ring them up and get a quote then go back to BT and speak to their customer retention department and they might make a counter offer.

Just signed up with @Plusnet for 24.99 a month for 18 months and with a 60 quid reward card for fibre not bad considering I was paying EE 38.18 for the same kind of service which is over 5 quid more then they say the basic is online
