@Plusnet Any idea why my bill has gone from £28 to £43 to £52 in the course of two months? Not like your service got any more reliable, or quicker? I ask on here as have been on hold for over 15 minutes and not expecting to get an answer out of your phone team anytime soon.

@Plusnet You keep emailing me to tell me my webmail is over 1 Gb. Firstly I haven't used wrbmail for over 10 years. Secondly I have looked and all mailboxes are 0. Finally I find emailing needing a reply but using a noreply email address downright rude.

  • JeffBedford Jeff Bedford (@JeffBedford) reported

@Plusnet 8 til 8 customer service apart from Sundays

  • LawtonFlowers Flower Girl (@LawtonFlowers) reported

@Plusnet shame on you. Moved into my home nearly a month ago. Still no broadband. You have delayed at least 4 times. Your last deadline was midnight yesterday. Still not working. No one available to talk to today 🤨

  • heavenemma Emma Webber (@heavenemma) reported

@plusnet no emails for two days which is unusual- is there a problem your end ??

  • JeffBedford Jeff Bedford (@JeffBedford) reported

@Plusnet why do you advertise 24/7 support yet you are shut on Sundays ????

  • Rose_Arrow7 Shelley welsford 🇬🇧🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿 (@Rose_Arrow7) reported

@JeremyVineOn5 I didn't get the alert - on O2. neither did my work phone on EE. Neither did my parents on plusnet. So the thing that it's just the three network isn't correct.

  • Tom_C_Davies Tom C Davies (Agent of Shielding) (@Tom_C_Davies) reported

Original TrueSpeed install 17th April. PlusNet finishes 7th May. Final (Hopefully) TrueSpeed install around 17th May. Hot-spotting the crap out of my phone for a fortnight then. Bye Bye TV.

@Bajan20101 We avoid Sky and Virgin. Never watched all the channels they give you. Went with PlusNet.
