@jugglerbry @WolfBaginski @Plusnet I would use a good wifi analyser app and check how many other local routers are using the same channel for 2.4ghz. I've been in the situation where my signal has been competing with 6 or other routers on the same channel. 5ghz shouldn't be a problem.

Anyone else in London having issues with @Plusnet ? Phone tech seems to have no idea what's going on and no reply on here. Outage map looks like it's covered in fairy lights.

@matthewrayner @Plusnet STAY AWAY!!! I’ve had intermittent connection/speed problems since March 2020 (incl during a job interview 🙄), their customer service isn’t that great and they kept trying to close my case when the issue hadn’t been resolved. Looking at switching as we speak!
