@Plusnet Thanks Emily. It seems to be, though it's been come until this morning, so we had thought the new hub had fixed the wifi issues. Today though both my laptop and phone have been falling off the Internet several times

@Plusnet DSL customer for 12 years. Called 10 days ago to upgrade to fibre, told new router and service by Oct 25. Today internet disappeared, haven't received router. Hours on phone with numerous clueless, argumentative reps. I still have no internet and no solution. HELP!

@Plusnet Not really, when the connection in your home fit for purpose they keep you in contract even when you can't get a signal in the second level off your home
