It could be a node, it could be a cable, a pole, hell.. it could even be another user of that same net that has a device that's faulty, which results in a very unstable connection for you and A LOT of other users of that same cable that goes through your den.     Dear Sky, Your customer service is rubbish, our loyalty used to matter not any more. As soon as our current contract for broadband is up, we are switching to Plusnet. A pissed off customer

    Forced to change from @Plusnet to @EE last week. Phone did not work for 4 days. Now emails not working, can't send emails out. Do you seriously expect us to be paying for your non-existent service??
