@Plusnet Respect to @Plusnet and Matt for testing my line remotely to analyse it. They checked the router remotely and made some changes to my router's wireless channel that might work and asked me to keep an eye on various other issues and get back in touch. Impressed with the service.

@itvMLshow my Plusnet bill went up drastically. I looked at sky, got a price from them. Went back to Plusnet and they lowered the price lower than sky. Plusnet customer service is really good too.

  • darciepusscat Darcie (@darciepusscat) reported

@MartinSLewis @itvMLshow Plusnet emailed me to offer a contract of the same broadband service at the new customer price. Saved £5 per month.

@Plusnet Hi Emily. I don't use wired connections, I never have. And I've never had inconsistency this extreme from any other provider. It's the inconsistency - the massive peaks & troughs - that's more of a problem. I could live with slower speeds if they were constant.

  • sean_boyle24 sean boyle (@sean_boyle24) reported

@MartinSLewis @itvMLshow @Plusnet upped my monthly payment from £19.99 a month to £32.38 without telling me. I only noticed this afternoon as our internet is barely working so I checked my bank to see what I was paying so I could start comparing. 🙈 it seems your better off being a new customer to most.
