@Plusnet shocking customer service guys. Been waiting 8 days for a SIM card. You’ve sent 2 so far but haven’t put my house number on either. Can I just be sent a SIM card please?

@Plusnet It is a constant issue since having the line, I am even paying more now than I was before For supposedly better internet that can apparently support more devices at once. Typically it can’t even efficiently support one. I’ll be calling up to give notice that I’ll be leaving.

@blindandb0ujee No I mean like a decent carrier. I’ve gone with plusnet because of the free roaming but it’s a one month contract so if it’s not good I’ll swap. I’ve heard bad things about all of them at this point

@quaplek I'm sizing up the cost vs Plusnet just now, and it looks like 6 on one hand and half-doz on the other. Probably be pennies a month in it to go from 70 down, 20 up to 500 down, 70 up.

My @Plusnet contract expires in a few weeks. Because the new provider has arbitrarily decided to activate their service a few days before the end of the PlusNet contract they want to charge me £7.20, event though I would have paid until the end of the contract. *****.

@Plusnet I’ve just received my first bill with you complete with extra call charges. Problem is… I don’t have a phone connected to the line. It’s for broadband purposes only! I can’t get through on your phone line. Not a great start to my contract with you to be honest.

@AnnaCupani I have had a good time with PlusNet. Only been with them for 5 months but no issues other than some teething problems with setup that didn't seem to be their fault. Before that I was with BT - even though they're technically the same company, BT was wayyyyyyy worse at every step
