    Plusnet was a great company but they were bought by BT. For a while they didn't change but now they have clearly been absorbed into the sea of incompetence and poor service that is BT. Such a shame.

    @Plusnet I have. Multiple times. It's no help at all. I'd like to actually know what the charge is for leaving the contract early because you can't provide a working service and have no interest in trying to sort it out

    What I wouldn't give to just have *1* day without any internet problems from @Plusnet counting down the days till I can leave and go to someone with decent customer service and internet that doesn't drop every 10 minutes
