    @slightlybored13 It looks like a Plusnet sim only might be the way to go - uses the EE network which I'm on and know is good, but is less than half the cost for more than three times the service.

    @Plusnet Morning, Same as last month my service has been restricted. Same as last month I've paid and two days later the service gets restricted. Don't care if there is a problem with my DD, if i've paid why is the service getting restricted !

    @OpenreachHelp Hi @OpenreachHelp we asked @Plusnet if they could escalate and they’ve just said 7th October is earliest you can sort our internet. I appreciate they’re your customer, but nobody would leave us without water or heating. Why is no internet acceptable for that long?

    @Plusnet you owe me £12 because I've had to use a BTWiFi hotspot to connect this evening. Your wifi keeps dropping and it's nothing to do with our laptops, phones, tablets etc and our router shows a strong signal but only an intermittent connection from you but brilliant from BT.
