Said he'll try to chase it up but it might be end of next week before they're fixed. He was confident fibre port is likely to be the root cause of my issues. Meanwhile had a chat with James at Plusnet yesterday, another nice guy, genuinely eager to help. Maybe by next weekend...?

@Digital_MW Evening gorgeous, you got any opinions on virtual network owners (tesco / Plusnet / VOXI) running on the main operators networks (o2/EE/Voda) they offer MUCH cheaper monthly rates with more data compared to the actual network owners.

@Plusnet I can't find the FAQ about how your service is going to "CPI plus 3.9%" better after the 31st of March. Kindly point me to that FAQ. Thanks

@ultraman_ginger @scribbles78 Another vote for Plusnet. Been with them 2.5 years and only had to contact them once to sign up to a new contract. I work from home and never have WiFi issues
