@AFitzgerald1992 @Plusnet Because if the infrastructure we live with it would be too easy to overpay for a service that we’ll never get… 🥲 Would happily pay £30/month if there was any hope of getting the speeds that such a package is designed to deliver…

@Plusnet over the past week my Internet hasn't gotten truly awful, what am I paying you for when it won't work for me at all? The jitter has gone up and the ping has gone way up. Streaming anything is out the window and it barely loads the Internet. Awful service. Sort it out now

Hey @plusnet, we have been without consistent broadband for 3 days now and I've narrowed it down to the router. Now we've had it a while since we've been with you but the website is incredibly obtuse about ordering a replacement. Help!

@Plusnet had taken place and there was nothing they could do. Phoned later (I have a life to get on with) with situation same, got a much more sympathetic advisor who said there had been trouble with changeovers and I should make a number of calls from the new numbers and report

as if @Plusnet has been taking money from my account for A YEAR after i asked them to close the account for lying about how their service would be good enough for work from home (it isn’t) and they have the nerve to say i owe closing fees when i was way out of contract

People beware. @Plusnet have responded to me questioning why my bill has gone from £21.49 to £55.49 is due to price increases. I am 3months in to a 18month contract. And to rub it in the first 5weeks I had no service Someone is *************** 👎👎
