@Barcajim3 Plusnet is good. All UK call centres which is better for dealing with problems, much better. This is not a Britain first thing I just feel that a lot of the staff abroad work from scripts and don't have a fantastic grasp of English. Can be quite insanely frustrating

@au_pis_aller @Plusnet @Hyperoptic Yup. First time in ages, but the new DNS capture technique is very unpleasant when your gateway "trusts" your ISP - as everything that touched that gateway gets a redirect, then roams to a different network (me) where it updates the DNS based on the "trusted" gateway. Result: 💥

Heads up for @Plusnet customers. They're having payment system problems - card payments are, apparently, crashing while going through. As such, the money leaves your bank into its pending queue, but then Plusnet aren't getting it and you get restricted. Beware. #money #ISP #fail

@bazzacollins @Plusnet ha ha, in fact I have recommended Plusnet in the past, but this kind of spam is the kind of thing that makes me want to switch providers. NPS is as bad as Myers-Brigg, or horoscopes.
