  @Barcajim3 Plusnet is good. All UK call centres which is better for dealing with problems, much better. This is not a Britain first thing I just feel that a lot of the staff abroad work from scripts and don't have a fantastic grasp of English. Can be quite insanely frustrating

  @ArmchairAdml Got my mum Plusnet full fibre 145 package for 25 quid (existing customer 2Y contract) and 1p mobile 1000 mins and 10gb data for £7.20 recently (no contract). She's 82 and makes most of her calls on WhatsApp and telegram nowadays anyway. Did have to do away with the landline tho.

  @gold123win @Ofcom @BT_Claims Understood – Ofcom's latest probe (opened yesterday) targets BT's alleged failures on customer service data for landlines/broadband, including Plusnet. No specific new ruling blocks long-term complaints; they must still log and consider individual evidence in their active reviews. Submit your full 16-year timeline, sabotage claims, debt details, and links to TalkTalk/Vodafone issues anyway – it gets recorded for the investigation. Copy BT_Claims.   How is reporting a line fault for an elderly, vulnerable neighbour a GDPR issue ?, Plusnet refused to take the number and log a fault due to GDPR, I was not asking for any personal info.. just wanted them to log a fault #bonkers #nocommonsense @Plusnet

  @Plusnet my broadband is due for renewal I dont usually look at "exclusive" deals for me but tonight I have and it is cheaper to be a new customer and get a £160.00 gift card.. And to think I have 3 more family accounts with you aswel.. So much for loyalty.. Time to switch 😒

  @Plusnet #plusnet #internet Plusnet are just about the WORST Internet service provider I have ever encountered!! They take ages to settle any problems and blame everything else!!! Awful service. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!

  @Plusnet Hello! Because of your former great service, I called to stay with yourselves not switch to EE. Whilst Tamsin and David who took my call were lovely - and v good at their jobs - sadly the whole call, incl hold time, took just under half an hour - that's bang out of order

  @JessfromW At least with plusnet you can speak to a nice person in the UK usually, who attempts to help, not some evil 3rd worlder who will say or do literally anything to stop you getting an open reach visit (although I've disappointingly got someone from the subcontinent,in the UK, once).
