  @Barcajim3 Plusnet is good. All UK call centres which is better for dealing with problems, much better. This is not a Britain first thing I just feel that a lot of the staff abroad work from scripts and don't have a fantastic grasp of English. Can be quite insanely frustrating

  @EE just moved from plusnet to EE today. Had to ring EE ( only minor issue ) and he couldn't have been more helpful . Credit where its due ! I spend my old retired age moaning about most places ! Well done EE. 👏 👏👏👏👏

  @Plusnet @bt_uk It's been reported on PN, BT and EE forums now but there seems to be a regional issue with your GGC cache (specifically affecting some in the North West / Wales and Midlands) When Connecting to rr5---sn-cu-cime7 and others there's a bad initcwnd that lowers speed

  @EE Hi, please can someone respond to my complaint sent yesterday morning, urgently! My Mum has been without a landline for two weeks, due to move from Plusnet. My Dad is in a home with Alzheimer’s & she has to keep topping up her mobile to stay in contact. Causing huge stress!

  @Plusnet trying to cancel my account as i am leaving and travelling abroad for the rest of this year, was on the phone 14 mins, the que said 20 mins then got cut off, anyone else had an issue. #plusnet

  When you're on hold, the plusnet message says we can contact you online - How? All the contact options I can find just lead to community, call, sign language... Is there some way to message plusnet support?

  @ArmchairAdml He could switch to plusnet which is actually owned by BT and gives a similar service, but as a new customer, he gets the introductory rates.

  @TackJompson @JamieGBarry I just cancelled. **** dancing with these pricks. Nearly same speed with Plusnet and their call centre is in the UK. Cheaper as well. Never going back to Virgin. They’re so bad I’m moving my O2 contracts when they expire as well.
