@LaurenCJAnkers Hi Lauren! We don't apply any service restrictions until 14 days, we just add a splash screen notification that you can bypass. If this is affecting your ability to use certain devices, send us a message with your username and we'll take a look. - Cal, Plusnet Leeds

@Plusnet No internet for 3months, spoke with about 25 people at PlusNet spent nearly a couple of day on hold, had 3 different engineers out, then someone at PlusNet went & cancelled our contract without telling us rather than sort the issue. I’d rather speak to ANYONE else than you guys!!

  • IAmMikeBuckley Mike Buckley (@IAmMikeBuckley) reported

@Plusnet Used to be so good at customer service, this is why I switched back but it’s now dreadful. No online chat support anymore and the Twitter account makes funny posts but are no help whatsoever

  • Nikki_Up_North Nikki Up North (@Nikki_Up_North) reported

@Plusnet Can I cancel my subscription please! Heard such bad things about you, don’t think I’ll bother! 😠

  • OneJellyMan OneJellyMan 💛💙🇺🇦 (@OneJellyMan) reported

@Plusnet I hope the team don't use Plusnet as their Internet service provider, they won't be getting much work done with the slow speeds and constant network drop outs.

  • moffitine Not Just Looking anymore (@moffitine) reported

@ariana_erbon @jan_skelton @Plusnet It was from my internet service provider. I was searching for radical feminist memes & the ISP popped up saying that safe search was on so I couldn't access adult content!

  • SolEnergy8 Sol Energy (@SolEnergy8) reported

@Plusnet why can't I provide cancellation notice via email? Or better, through your website? I shouldn't have to call to cancel, that's ridiculous!

  • sdcbmthsch Stephen Coombes (@sdcbmthsch) reported

Discovered an oddity (bug) with @Plusnet router tonight when helping a friend. Access control feature, though clearly turned off, was behaving as if active - client only getting APIPA address. Once ACL enabled and then disabled again, the problem was resolved! Weird...

  • Apwhite1402 Andy (@Apwhite1402) reported

@triscoe @Rugbylad37 @Plusnet Good luck, you will need it. PlusNet weren't able to supply me with Internet for 9 months but still charged me the entire period. I vowed then to never ever return.

  • Chazmeister Charlie N (@Chazmeister) reported

@Moztunes @Plusnet I actually can’t remember a company that was as bad as @Plusnet to deal with
