    @Barcajim3 Plusnet is good. All UK call centres which is better for dealing with problems, much better. This is not a Britain first thing I just feel that a lot of the staff abroad work from scripts and don't have a fantastic grasp of English. Can be quite insanely frustrating

    @BBCWatchdog @Plusnet how about a full refund and a goodwill gesture for all the mobile data me and my family have used during all your sporadic service issues.

    @Plusnet there are no updates from yourselves regarding the outage and with no way of contacting you I will now have to pay for a co-working space in order to do my job…will Plusnet cover this cost?

    @plusnet services down nationwide for 9 hours or so now and they’re yet to even acknowledge a problem, this is madness

    @Plusnet @OVLHSSociety 'Some customers'. It's all of us. Progress though - it's only taken Plusnet 9 hours to admit there's a problem at all... Final straw for me.

    @Plusnet My internet has been down all morning in Sheffield the router says everything is on but I have no connection, neighbours aren't working either.

    @Plusnet Been on phone for 45 mins. Also on text message but not heard for 45 mins despite saying it's usually within 15. Solid blue light on router. Sounds like you have issues in the wider area. Do you know how long I will be waiting for?
