@Barcajim3 Plusnet is good. All UK call centres which is better for dealing with problems, much better. This is not a Britain first thing I just feel that a lot of the staff abroad work from scripts and don't have a fantastic grasp of English. Can be quite insanely frustrating

Hey @Plusnet our WiFi signal is rubbish. Can barely stream TV programmes. Is there a way to boost our router plz? Router in same room and not getting full signal! Paying £23/month. Thx

@Plusnet why is my sim only picking up 3G every time I go abroad,I put SIM card from my other phone into this phone and get 4G no probs? Therefore this is not an iPhone problem but SIM card prob ?? Thanks

@Plusnet Hi. Existing business customer in CV3 area. BB speed down from 55 to 3Mbps. Have restarted router several times. Are you aware of an issue in this area? Thanks
