@Barcajim3 Plusnet is good. All UK call centres which is better for dealing with problems, much better. This is not a Britain first thing I just feel that a lot of the staff abroad work from scripts and don't have a fantastic grasp of English. Can be quite insanely frustrating

@BBCWatchdog @Plusnet how about a full refund and a goodwill gesture for all the mobile data me and my family have used during all your sporadic service issues.

@ukandrewtaylor It's unlikely to be a fault, I get persistently bad service in the Forth Banks area, both when I was on EE 5G and now piggy backed on EE PlusNet 4G. Did raise a case with them once but it went nowhere.

@jenny_owens1 @Plusnet Been having the same problem with Virgin and i also work from home. I'm thinking BT may be the way forward, they seem to have less drops. Beware though, if you still have 8 months on your contract, they will charge you for it.

@Plusnet More having issues with your status system, given it says there are, and have been, no faults. What is the point of the status page if it is provably wrong?
