@BBCWatchdog @Plusnet how about a full refund and a goodwill gesture for all the mobile data me and my family have used during all your sporadic service issues.

@Barcajim3 Plusnet is good. All UK call centres which is better for dealing with problems, much better. This is not a Britain first thing I just feel that a lot of the staff abroad work from scripts and don't have a fantastic grasp of English. Can be quite insanely frustrating

@Plusnet you are the worst internet I have ever used. You are awful, you are so bad. I can't say how much I have you as you're limited to words on tweets. Your internet is disgusting.

@Plusnet question on broadband - when I extended my account broadband speed was recorded at 36mbs and now my account has been changed to restrict to22mbs. This is causing serious issues with home working - why has it been restricted ?

@Plusnet any idea where I can check the speed my in-laws are supposed to be getting? It’s absolutely woeful! Tv buffering to the point of not working, internet is the equivalent to dial up! 😩

@Plusnet Hi, Chris. I'm no longer a PlusNet customer but thanks for the offer. The speeds are limited by the infrastructure where I am in Cumbria. I get the same speed estimations regardless of provider.
