    @Plusnet Since being with you - In Merseyside - We have had service LESS than 50 per cent of the time. And this is for simple email. Which we need to work. Great to have swift CS but pointless if the internet fails to work after.

    @plusnethelp my activation date with plusnet was supposed to be 29.01.21 but I am still waiting for activation and its now 31.01.21, customer services only seem to want to help if they think your wanting to sign up, your helpline shows 7 days yet its closed sundays, poor service

    @LucyGoesDating @stefandz Also unless you want tv or a package from BT, plusnet are owned by them so you’ll be getting exactly the same service

    @plusnethelp This is disingenuous. Plusnet and Openreach are owned by BT. Not one of you recorded this two day service outage.

    @plusnethelp i need help , I have been using a hub one untill when it's decided to break and stop working,I've managed to get a 2740n router Plusnet one. I am connecting to it but getting no internet through to my devices.
