@Barcajim3 Plusnet is good. All UK call centres which is better for dealing with problems, much better. This is not a Britain first thing I just feel that a lot of the staff abroad work from scripts and don't have a fantastic grasp of English. Can be quite insanely frustrating

@Plusnet can you please answer emails. Dad in law has hundreds of calls made from his phone that he hadn't made, 01782 659257, sounds like someone pressing buttons when you call it. He's not dialing out, alzheimers dementia , twice we've logged it, please help

@TalkTV I was with talk talk phone and broadband disgusting service many complaints etc Moved to Plusnet have to say there customer service is fantastic been with them now 4 years.

@Plusnet Yes it is. Nobody ever told me that Plusnet don’t get the full signal range when I was migrating from EE. 😠 Feel like I’ve been sold a dud.
