MdSabee (@mdsabee) reported@Plusnet I split the channels earlier into 2.4 and 5 ghz as advised. Realised that 2.4ghz is faulty and 5 ghz is fluctuating. Chris at #Plusnet expects me to roam around the house with ethernet cable like 80s telephone cable.😠 Told him I want to escalate the complaint. He dint!

My monthly contract is increasing from the end of the month, any chance anybody out there to get a online petition to force these theives 2 start playing ball. If not why don't we all get together & cancel direct debits as the only language they understand is MONEY!

Scarlett (@Scarlet40973002) reported@Plusnet Since the Youview update a few days ago the box is now painfully slow! Really delayed responses when pressing buttons etc. I've noticed other people on here are also experiencing this issue. Is a resolution being worked on? @BTCare @YouViewSupport
