Andrew Walker (@bigboithebard) reported from Kilmarnock, Scotland@Barcajim3 Plusnet is good. All UK call centres which is better for dealing with problems, much better. This is not a Britain first thing I just feel that a lot of the staff abroad work from scripts and don't have a fantastic grasp of English. Can be quite insanely frustrating

George Hunter (@GHunter15) reported from Irvine, Scotland@BBCWatchdog @Plusnet how about a full refund and a goodwill gesture for all the mobile data me and my family have used during all your sporadic service issues.

Alan Handyman (@AlanHandyman4u) reportedVodafone cease order stuck in Openreach CSS (DI7007595). Plusnet confirmed it’s Vodafone’s, BT’s order failed (CON‑0004). I’ve been unable to switch for months and Vodafone won’t escalate to Openreach SMC. @VodafoneUK @Ofcom can you help?
-
Icarus Falling (@highflier100) reported@Plusnet I keep getting an "unfortunately we've hit a problem" when logging into my account to pay the bill. Plus my connection isnt very good. Solution for this?
-
Clareq12.bsky.social- REAL socialists wear masks😷 (@ClareQ12) reported@Plusnet @EE Also, the internet speeds are pretty pathetic. About 120mbps rather than the 500 they promised. So @Plusnet I have 2 questions for you: 1) how good is your "award winning" customer service? 2) what's your contract cooling off period, and do you know other companies exist?
-
NMP (@NDP2022) reported@Plusnet Do not use this company. They take your money, don’t set up an account and fail to refund you when you provide your details. Customer service is non existent. EE have been amazing compared to this shower of a company.
-
Citizen #376894 (@yidsnee) reported@biggle1908 With Virgin your internet speed will drop drastically when kids are on school holidays - the contention ratio they use is horrible. I'm very happy with @Plusnet for my full fibre internet - in the many years I've been with them, it's been hassle-free.
-
GM Mark Howitt (@MarkHowitt) reported@Plusnet Having to call again- might be quicker to cancel my dd with you or go to @Ofcom
-
Matt Quinn - The Caledonian Television Company. (@Matt_Q_OnX) reported@MikeWhi29270353 I never said they did, I said they can. - If you're on such a supplier you simply go to the likes of Vonage and get your telephone service from them; it then runs on the Plusnet (or whatever) internet connection. Plusnet CHOSE not to provide the service - their loss.
-
Clareq12.bsky.social- REAL socialists wear masks😷 (@ClareQ12) reportedAs a customer, I really wouldn't recommend @Plusnet Been with them for years, no idea why. Internet speeds fall when contract is up for renewal, and not usually the speeds advertised anyway. I've been paying £35.99 a month for the slowest internet on the planet...
-
Dog off the leash. (@paulturner2012) reportedPlusnet asking for my home phone number as security after they have already withdrawn home phone service. Are they ***************? Now realise they are owned by BT. That explains it.
-
Paul Sutton (@PaulSutton66) reported@davidkurten In which case, the problem is my internet provider, Plusnet.
