Have you noticed always them who have charged us too much or charged us for a service they've failed to provide thinking when they say "Sorry" that's enough !

Pip (@pipmadeley) reported@Plusnet Thank you. The actual physical connection goes down, so the underlying protocols that control the DSL signals goes down. Personally I think it's losing connection to your management systems, which are dropping the connection.
