This is not a Britain first thing I just feel that a lot of the staff abroad work from scripts and don't have a fantastic grasp of English. Can be quite insanely frustrating

There was no #openreach on our street, so it looks like someone just disconnected or switched us off! The earliest @openreach appointment is in THREE DAYS on Wed! I work from home you i'm loosing HUNDREDS of £ a day! So That's 3 DAYS WITH NO INTERNET OR WORK! You don't tell us how bad the repair service is in your ADs.

Tend to avoid now but just left again after a couple of years of thankfully issue free broadband. Moved to PlusNet which is Openreach rebranded but far cheaper.

Wessex Wyvern (@WessexWy) reported@BasilTheGreat It's worse, if you have BT, EE, or Plusnet broadband with their router, part of YOUR bandwidth & electricity is used to help provide THEIR public WiFi network. (It's hidden in the Ts & Cs but you can opt out in your account settings)

Cheaper as well. Never going back to Virgin. They’re so bad I’m moving my O2 contracts when they expire as well.

Olliemorr2017🐾🐱🇪🇺🏴 (@Olliemorr20171) reported@ScotsValkyrie @bt_uk I pay about £90 with BT, ridiculous amount, decided to make a switch via a comparison site, found a deal half the price but then told sorry you can't have it as BT own EE as you're an existing customer, as is Plusnet. Options seem limited!!
