@Plusnet Changed from BT for plusnet. Had nothing but problems. Router is nowhere near as good. Keeps dropping out of signal. I thought it would be as good as BT being owned by them. Speeds guaranteed the same, but simply doesn't work well. Too unreliable.

Why can't telecom's companies like @btgroup and @Plusnet stop phishing texts being spoofed and sent? They must see millions go through their network. Surely it's not rocket science to spot these twankers. How is spoofing even allowed FFS?

@Plusnet It doesn't clear anything up already from clarifying you've messed up my account for months. Soooo,I would like a link to raise an official complaint,not a ticket you have raised,a written complaint i have made,pointing out everything that's gone on.

@BritishTelecom @BTOpenreach1 @Plusnet so disappointed at the level of service I’m receiving. Changing suppliers has lead to a fault in the line. No internet for 9 days already. Fault STILL not fixed. 3 kids at home and 2 parents working from home with NO INTERNET. Not impressed
