@Barcajim3 Plusnet is good. All UK call centres which is better for dealing with problems, much better. This is not a Britain first thing I just feel that a lot of the staff abroad work from scripts and don't have a fantastic grasp of English. Can be quite insanely frustrating

@Plusnet broadband service has been down for over 24hours now. What compensation do we get for the fix not being resolved? No real updates or ticket number other than bot texts

@LGEL @Plusnet Same here. The bot text doesnt really tell us what the issue is, time to resolve and fix times shared have been and gone and just extend if you redo the text fault … can we get a real update to the fault and when it will be resolved hy in the CH4 region.
