    @Plusnet . There seems to be a trend. Poor connection speed. If yr router is so poor stop providing it provide then £35 one you want me to buy. I raised this back in April still not sorted and when I leave I have to pay early leaving payment! Shocking

    @plusnethelp Hi @plusnet. I transferred my phone and broadband to you guys today. My phone line is up and running but my broadband isn't and I'm trying to work from home. I've tried yr customer service line but they are busy and won't accept calls 😒😒

    Dam looks like the @Plusnet Hub One does not allow you to set the DNS used, making using Pi-Hole a bit of a problem @plusnethelp

    @plusnethelp hi as I'm sure you will knie, the Plusnet customer service line has a recorded response stating 'cannot take calls, try tomorrow'. How do I get an update on my order / change from current provider to Plusnet please?

    @plusnethelp Hi, What is the actual process of transferring from my family members plusnet to a new fibre broadband I signed up for for the same address! I keep getting told different things and that he can’t cancel his otherwise during the transition we won’t have any internet!

    @Plusnet This company needs shutting down permanently it's illegal what they're doing not being able to provide an internet and phone connection is terrible I've cancelled my direct debit and refusing to pay a single penny until I have proper internet connection and phone line
