@Plusnet From your website, I'm told this is where I come to make a complaint. How do I go about doing that?

A month ago I changed my broadband to @VodafoneUK. A huge mistake. Polite support but all talk no action. How I wish I’d stayed with @Plusnet.

  • spaceman1000 Mark Chambers (@spaceman1000) reported

@Plusnet Sorry for slow reply. Signal returned in couple of days. Very odd

  • ChomBot26 ChomBot (@ChomBot26) reported

    (13) Conclusion: Plusnet's 'Award-winning customer service is the polar opposite of what it is in reality, They have not helped us one bit, and it was only yesterday (5 Weeks in) that we could contact a senior faults person. And Openreach communications with Plusnet are pathetic.

  • nilid69 - (@nilid69) reported

@Plusnet always jokes when a company screws themselves out of money so popping this on the twitter rather than call. You've thrown hissy and cut our internet, 4 days before next direct debit due. Now no set up a new direct debit, you go **** self 🖕 3 4G quicker and £20p/m less

  • ChomBot26 ChomBot (@ChomBot26) reported

So I have some complaints to make about @Plusnet and @WeAreOpenreach bad customer experience and service About a month ago, There was a scheduled work for unblocking a blockage. Should be simple right? it was not. (1) Continue Down the replies

@Plusnet Hi Chelsea. Thanks for replying. That makes sense!! Forgot about the postage. Is there any information on when the new service is going to be installed?

  • sminkypinky76 SminkyPinky🇪🇺🇺🇦 (@sminkypinky76) reported

@Plusnet Yes it arrived Saturday afternoon. I’m on holiday now. I don’t understand why you would send it out so close to the date, it’s set up to fail from the start. There have been Royal Mail strikes and another was planned, so allowing only 3 days is not a good idea, is it?

  • tomma235 Tomma235 (@tomma235) reported

So @Plusnet have won the award for worst customer service. No update for weeks on my full fibre followed by 20 unanswered minutes in a queue. Apparently BT are happy to help buy out the rest of my contract so not all bad

  • LordScreamin Reverand Screaming Lord Clutch 🇬🇧🇳🇱🇺🇦 (@LordScreamin) reported from Teynham, England

@Plusnet Why are you advertising broadband at 22.99 when you're charging ME £24.99 for a something you describe as a ' service ' which I can't even access
