    @spazdiv I had Plusnet for around 6 years with no problems at all. Very fast and reliable. Only moved to Sky because it was a very cheap deal.

    It’s been down since half 8. I have tried resetting it and it only works if your sitting on top of it. Actually hate plusnet with the most passion.

    @plusnethelp We have already done this several times and been told you don't know what the problem is. On one of these occasions we made an appointment for an engineer to come who didn't show up. We are now leaving Plusnet.

    @plusnethelp I have been reporting intermittent Wi-Fi connectivity (from several devices) for several weeks now, Plusnet support checks have shown no issues, the router WAP is VERY intermittent. The router shows it is connected and the Ethernet connected devices work.

    I live in a two bedroom flat (albeit a fairly spacious one) and my plusnet router wifi doesn't make it more than 15ft without significantly dropping speed. Does anyone else have this issue? Same for my mum in her house. Had to buy a mesh system. Do I need to buy one too?

    Switched to @Plusnet and never got broadband active! 10 days offline now and counting. Customer service just juggles you. Engineer booked, No show!!Such a mess!!!

    @ParisZarcilla @Plusnet They're awful 😩 My sister had a hell of a time when she had a mobile contract with them, just awful customer service. I'd switch if you can.
