It’s been down since half 8. I have tried resetting it and it only works if your sitting on top of it. Actually hate plusnet with the most passion.

@spazdiv I had Plusnet for around 6 years with no problems at all. Very fast and reliable. Only moved to Sky because it was a very cheap deal.

@plusnethelp @Plusnet you have taken £176.44 out of my an account for a cancellation that wasn't my fault! I never cancelled the account, you told me it was broken then set me up with a new one!! When will I get my money back?! You are the worst company I have ever dealt with!

@kcleevely @plusnethelp Kate I have this same problem too. At least five times a day the line goes down and it is only trying to support me. We have two lines that we work from and it only impacts the Plusnet one. It is so frustrating.

@plusnethelp Very poor customer service. Your broadband service has been repeatedly dropping and we have been unable to resolve this. We have been bounced back and forth between openreach and plusnet about this with no improvement.
