    @spazdiv I had Plusnet for around 6 years with no problems at all. Very fast and reliable. Only moved to Sky because it was a very cheap deal.

    It’s been down since half 8. I have tried resetting it and it only works if your sitting on top of it. Actually hate plusnet with the most passion.

    @plusnet Third day of being unable to access emails by any method (webmail, Thunderbird etc.) If you are never going to fix the problem, please admit as much. Endlessly repeating untrue posts that email is now available just make it look as if Plusnet doesn't care about its users

    @Plusnet for the last two months I’ve been pestered my faults on my #plusnet, almost every signal evening I’m ending up turning my router off and on, or my wifi is just dropping off, it’s on all devices. phoned umpteen times to yourself and done complete resets, system still ****

    @Plusnet Stop with the standard message. I can access my email today via my phone, but it is no longer working via email client outlook! Was working yesterday so what has changed! Support is pathetic and standard message useless.
