    It’s been down since half 8. I have tried resetting it and it only works if your sitting on top of it. Actually hate plusnet with the most passion.

    @spazdiv I had Plusnet for around 6 years with no problems at all. Very fast and reliable. Only moved to Sky because it was a very cheap deal.

    @SimonHawkins @Plusnet If you login to your account it shows you bill and payments underneath it's contract details and it tells you everything. Just checked mine ( broadband) but not sure if it's the same for mobile phone contract

    @EltontoNick Plusnet have broken the data protection act. They could face huge fines for transferring sensitive data (email archive) to a third party. You could be entitled to compensation

    @MikeyCleave @Plusnet When I talked to plusnet about this they always said that there was no problem but I couldn’t talk to openreach directly even though they weren’t solving the problem. After weeks of waiting I ended up with a faster speed with Virgin at a cheaper price.
