    @spazdiv I had Plusnet for around 6 years with no problems at all. Very fast and reliable. Only moved to Sky because it was a very cheap deal.

    It’s been down since half 8. I have tried resetting it and it only works if your sitting on top of it. Actually hate plusnet with the most passion.

    Want broadband at home in UK. No need for fixed calls though I understand broadband comes through the phone line. Previously had good service from Plusnet. Won't go near talktalk. Bit worried about Plusnet now because their dealdoubles in price after 18 months. Any advice?

    @thePanda84 Thanks for getting back to us Amanda, the cessation charge is just an Early Termination Charge if you were to cancel before the end date. You won't get charged unless you did cancel before the end date. - Curtis, Plusnet Sheffield

    @Plusnet @DavidCeiriog Ridiculous, as bad as Sky. Surely you will contact customers to offer renewal prior to contract ending???

    @Plusnet 30days no broadband, 3 engineer no shows, several people saying they are taking personal responsibility. Lastest support ticket 222045303 says linefault. How, perfectly fine before you took over. Don’t ask me to DM anybody. Just get it sorted. I would be embarrassed.

    @VictimVodafone Plusnet are very good with customer service. I wish I had stayed with them instead of switching to Vodafone.

    @Plusnet @plusnethelp so after having internet issues for the last 2 days where our speed has not exceeded 3gb I call customer services this evening and was on hold for 40mins and then when answered duly hung up, not good service I say.I would like a call back and my issue sorted
