@spazdiv I had Plusnet for around 6 years with no problems at all. Very fast and reliable. Only moved to Sky because it was a very cheap deal.

It’s been down since half 8. I have tried resetting it and it only works if your sitting on top of it. Actually hate plusnet with the most passion.

@Plusnet really are a sack of **** company, aren't they. Imagine not letting you change a direct debit date, but will let you change a billing date? Which is a 'give or take' 5-7 days chance of a direct debit after that. Like, what? Backwards. That's what.

@Plusnet Renewed my broadband service with you and have had fibre extra for 2-3 years now so was really annoyed that I wasn’t allowed the new Hub 2, you certainly don’t look after existing customers.

@Plusnet Hi, i have a issue with my boardband. The connection is slow and is never the speed it should be. Not happy about this and just been issue since i had it and when i have called customer service the sort the issue for a few days and then it happens again.

@nerdysynthdude Virgin customer service hasn't moved on from the NTL days. I've heard from people. PlusNet aren't terrible. They've deals on their website at the mo.

@Morcia My (old) phone doesn’t support 5G, but I’ve just changed my sim only deal from EE. I got a much cheaper deal still on EE from Plusnet who have various data plans available. Just Google ‘best sim only deals’.
