It’s been down since half 8. I have tried resetting it and it only works if your sitting on top of it. Actually hate plusnet with the most passion.

@spazdiv I had Plusnet for around 6 years with no problems at all. Very fast and reliable. Only moved to Sky because it was a very cheap deal.

@Plusnet I don’t have a phone, so #1 is out - the rest are super basic that of course I’ve checked, the service works, it just drops out for a few minutes, every day...

@Plusnet I’ve sent you a message - the issue is with total dropouts of Internet regardless of where the router or I am.

@Plusnet I intermittently experience a loud screeching noise when on a mobile call. I’ve replaced the phone twice which hasn’t helped. I’ve been advised it isn’t an issue with the phone but with the network. I have seen discussion threads from others saying the same. Please help.

@Plusnet With respect, don’t bother trying to fix it via a Twitter conversation. I have a ticket open, and we’ll go through the same tedious rigmarole as every other time, and at the end you might reset a profile and we get back to “normal”, then some time later it’ll revert to 0.5 Mbps.

@Plusnet Still not working. I am not there but have logged into my account. The person who is there has texted: No still not working. Lights up green, then flashing green, then goes blue, then flashes orange and then the broadband light starts flashing red.

Don’t like to call companies out in public, but @Plusnet and @EE are both providing a ****** service today. About 1 Mbps bandwidth combined between them, and for only £150 per month. 🤬

@Plusnet been having a lot of connection issues since Friday. Voice/video calls drop out, ping skyrockets and upload speed drops to zero for an hour or two at a time.
