Robin Wright (@Tobertigh) reportedWell yet again waited in all morning for our plusnet service to be connected from 8am to 1pm. This the second time they have not turned up. After assurances this time they will be there on time. So it is evident BT Outreach or BT Plusnet are totally incompetent.
