Dean (@xdean2) reported@Plusnet looking to change broadband providers from BT but read somewhere that if you try just get routed back to see the expensive option trying to get away from. Can you confirm can swap to plusnet as new customer with new customer pricing from BT?

𝔅͛𝔯͛𝔦͛𝔞͛𝔫͛ ͛𝔚͛𝔥͛𝔢͛𝔩͛𝔱͛𝔬͛𝔫͛ (@brianwhelton) reported@R4CK4TT4CK @bt_uk You do know Plusnet are BT? I was with them until they moved all their business customers over to BT. The Plusnet customers service team (not that I had much cause to contact them) were awesome.

Freedom Valley (@VRvalley) reported@David_SugarPen @Plusnet They have sold your email account to greenby. They have broken the terms of your contract. Greenby email will start charging you for access to your email after 2 years.

Mark Crowther (@MarkTWIC) reported@Owramgirl @bt_uk I'm considering Vodaphone if price is the main concern, Plusnet is also on that list. Zen if I decide to pay more for a company that seems more customer focused. All are cheaper than the best offer from BT.

Sean Clarke (@SeanClarke17595) reported@Seanfrank Many thanks. I have WiFi calling with Plusnet ( the £44.did include a phone line ) so now also looking for VoIP provider. Problem there is I will need a UPS as no method of contact with 999 if power is down. Hoping Starlink supports WiFi calling?
-
DerylLynn on stranger’s island (@DerylLynn) reported@JackieMarsden6 I’m delighted with my Starlink after years of below standard service from Plusnet so I’m happy . Who knows these days Jackie but I will say of all the billionaires I’d be more likely to trust him than Soros say 🤷
-
Freedom Valley (@VRvalley) reported@AlisonMLees @Plusnet Plusnet have broken the terms of your contract. Ofcom rules state that if a provider makes a change to your contract that is of "material detriment" (meaning it makes you worse off), they must allow you to leave the contract early without paying a cancellation fee.

Johnathan🇵🇹 (@cristao7777) reported@Crime_Penguin Using a Chinese router atm but I can't want to have the privilege of spending 240 US dollars on an "AT&T 5Ghz PlusNet Router" locked to WiFi 5 and hardware id bound to only support 3 devices at a time
