    @spazdiv I had Plusnet for around 6 years with no problems at all. Very fast and reliable. Only moved to Sky because it was a very cheap deal.

    It’s been down since half 8. I have tried resetting it and it only works if your sitting on top of it. Actually hate plusnet with the most passion.

    @Plusnet Perhaps Kathryn could@help@Plusnet Mobile, moved my daughters phone to them, they sent me another customers SIM, cut off her phone, sent her on her first holiday since 1st Lockdown, 120 mile drive , 2 young children, no phone! That’ll do Plusnet…..Really

    @Plusnet My connection's gone weird. It's erratic & some web pages just hang 4 ages, then are fast again. I emptied cache, deleted all history, disabled extensions, ran CleanMyMac & turned router off & on again & restarted my Mac & not really any better so I'm stumped. Any clues?

    @SkyHelpTeam idk what's happening but Plusnet was better than this, which is something I'd never think I'd say.

    @Plusnet having tried to sign me up £6 per month more than a new customer I managed to match the price. Speed is much worse than advertised or my previous contract.
