  It’s been down since half 8. I have tried resetting it and it only works if your sitting on top of it. Actually hate plusnet with the most passion.

  @spazdiv I had Plusnet for around 6 years with no problems at all. Very fast and reliable. Only moved to Sky because it was a very cheap deal.

  @Plusnet Phone answered eventually, but your website is appalling. Especially for a telecoms company! It's slow, clunky and poorly designed. You really should invest a few quid in sorting it out instead of those crappy adverts.

  @Plusnet Thank for the reply but having had two managers refuse to speak to me I’m going to contact (or try to) your CEO tomorrow and raise a complaint to the Ombudsman regarding this matter. Plusnet customer service is hands down the worst ever I’ll also be leaving.

  @Plusnet my partner is currently in Prague and roaming is not working. He only has edge data connection and phone calls take ages to connect. Is there something he can do to fix this?

  @SuperScienceGrl Depends on the product. For some reason there is no fibre in the city centre of Bristol, so Plusnet are as good as they can be. But it can be slow…..good customer service to be fair though.

  @Plusnet I’ve not got any my HD Channels & can’t get by BT Sports back. I can’t get them back after having issues with the box, which is all sorted now but lost all the subscription services I pay for thanks.

  Absolutely shocking service from @Plusnet. They managed to get our broadband up and running for house move but broke our a/c, had to set up new a/c which has changed our home phone number. Broadband failed to activate on "Activation Day" yesterday. Total and utter shambles 🤬
