It’s been down since half 8. I have tried resetting it and it only works if your sitting on top of it. Actually hate plusnet with the most passion.

@spazdiv I had Plusnet for around 6 years with no problems at all. Very fast and reliable. Only moved to Sky because it was a very cheap deal.

@Plusnet is there a cancellation period? I’m out of contract for the last 2 years plus. Or what do I do to cancel as I’ve switched services but technically not as I wasn’t asked if I was leaving an old broadband service for new.

@Plusnet changing to you for our ISP was the worst decision ever. Trying to home school 2 teenagers with unstable Internet connection is tortuous & damaging. Why will you not provide what you are contracted to do and resolve your terrible service!

Now sitting on hold with no indication of where I am in the queue, or how long it'll be..... I miss the old days when @plusnet were good at customer support. Now they give an impression of not wanting to talk to you. If only I could get @toobbroadband where I am!

@Plusnet We have a terribly unstable connection and despite informing you, it remains unresolved. I have 2teenagers who are being disadvantaged further by your inept service. They cannot participate in their home learning successfully due to your poor service
