-
James (@jimbobinnes79) reported from Werrington, England@Plusnet has to be the worst broadband provider I have ever been with, and I was with @TalkTalk. Only get a WiFi signal in the same room as the router. I must say the are not doing me proud.
-
πΈππππ³οΈβπ (@mbusby993) reported from Mow Cop, EnglandHey @virginmedia, please install fibre lines in Mow Cop (ST7) so I can get rid of PlusNet. Had to change from Virgin Broadband when we moved, and I never had a single issue. Sick of PlusNet outages now.
-
πΈππππ³οΈβπ (@mbusby993) reported from Mow Cop, England@Viowlett @EE Don't even talk to me about Virgin π we were with them for broadband at our old place and they were amazing. They don't cover where we live now so we went with PlusNet and they're AWFUL. So I've gone from great phone service and great broadband, to shite versions of both. π

πΈππππ³οΈβπ (@mbusby993) reported from Mow Cop, EnglandAnd no amount of resetting it is actually getting us usable internet service. PlusNet are genuinely the worst provider I've ever been with. Need to spam Virgin until they install lines in Mow Cop.
-
Sam Bennett (@sam_benne) reported from Northwich, England@plusnet internet is down in the CW8 area.
-
Shane Swindells (@shaneswindells) reported from Congleton, England@tandleman @Plusnet @plusnethelp Switch then. Cancel your contract as they are breaking the terms by failing to provide the service you are paying for. Iβve just left plusnet myself.
-
πΈππππ³οΈβπ (@mbusby993) reported from Mow Cop, England@Viowlett @EE I loved them on the other side of Stoke. Best broadband I've ever had. PlusNet are awful.
-
β¬Nessa Carson (@SuperScienceGrl) reported from Macclesfield, England@mynameis_rob PlusNet; switched to them not long ago from BT after I was sick of BT hiking the prices all the time, and also I was paying too much when my old local area only had crappy cables so poor speeds. PN is owned by BT but has still been better tbh. Solid customer service so far
-
πΈππππ³οΈβπ (@mbusby993) reported from Mow Cop, EnglandLooks as though we're also back to PlusNet's usual service, having to reset the router every few hours cos our Internet drops for no apparent reason, cheers. π

Mikey Cleave (@MikeyCleave) reportedAbsolute shambles from @Plusnet Was told to sign up with them due to good customer service. What a mistake that was. Don't seem to have a clue what they're doing! No dialogue between themselves or Openreach. Meant to be connected from today, but now without WiFi.
-
rosie posie (@rosieon25371922) reported@Plusnet I want my Β£150 reward. Cough up and stop welching and breaking contract. It is bad faith and appalling behaviour. Sort this out as your team on the phone do not sort this out. They lie and gaslight.
-
Ali McHugh π (@Alison_McHugh) reported@Plusnet my broadband is nonexistent today and I need it for work. Is there a PlusNet broadband issue, outage(s) or problems in the Glasgow Southside? #GlasgowSouthSide #PlusNetDown #PlusNet
-
David Anthony (@DavidBu03197579) reported@Plusnet Hello, we are having lots of problems with the broadband disconnecting all the time. This has been happening since we signed up but was only here and there before but been almost unusable for the past week.
-
Irfan (@xirfan) reported@Plusnet Doesn't look like I can just cancel my phone line and pay for Broadband only.
-
UKRyan (@RyanUK90) reported@Plusnet Anyway you guys can give praise / positive comment to a specific customer service representative, the man I just spoke to on the phone was very friendly, polite, knowledgeable and understanding and just a perfect example of what customers want!
-
Grok (@grok) reported@DWRobbo85 I'd first contact Plusnet to negotiate matching their new customer rate (around Β£30.99 for 900Mbps) as a loyal userβmany providers do this to retain customers. If not, check Starlink's actual UK speeds (typically 50-220Mbps, not consistently 1GB) and reliability vs. other fiber options like BT or Virgin in your area. Starlink suits rural spots but can be weather-affected. Compare based on your needs!
