πΈππππ³οΈβπ (@mbusby993) reported from Mow Cop, EnglandLooks as though we're also back to PlusNet's usual service, having to reset the router every few hours cos our Internet drops for no apparent reason, cheers. π
-
πΈππππ³οΈβπ (@mbusby993) reported from Mow Cop, EnglandAnd no amount of resetting it is actually getting us usable internet service. PlusNet are genuinely the worst provider I've ever been with. Need to spam Virgin until they install lines in Mow Cop.
-
πΈππππ³οΈβπ (@mbusby993) reported from Mow Cop, England@Viowlett @EE I loved them on the other side of Stoke. Best broadband I've ever had. PlusNet are awful.
-
Shane Swindells (@shaneswindells) reported from Congleton, England@tandleman @Plusnet @plusnethelp Switch then. Cancel your contract as they are breaking the terms by failing to provide the service you are paying for. Iβve just left plusnet myself.
-
James (@jimbobinnes79) reported from Werrington, England@Plusnet has to be the worst broadband provider I have ever been with, and I was with @TalkTalk. Only get a WiFi signal in the same room as the router. I must say the are not doing me proud.
-
β¬Nessa Carson (@SuperScienceGrl) reported from Macclesfield, England@mynameis_rob PlusNet; switched to them not long ago from BT after I was sick of BT hiking the prices all the time, and also I was paying too much when my old local area only had crappy cables so poor speeds. PN is owned by BT but has still been better tbh. Solid customer service so far
-
πΈππππ³οΈβπ (@mbusby993) reported from Mow Cop, England@Viowlett @EE Don't even talk to me about Virgin π we were with them for broadband at our old place and they were amazing. They don't cover where we live now so we went with PlusNet and they're AWFUL. So I've gone from great phone service and great broadband, to shite versions of both. π
-
πΈππππ³οΈβπ (@mbusby993) reported from Mow Cop, EnglandHey @virginmedia, please install fibre lines in Mow Cop (ST7) so I can get rid of PlusNet. Had to change from Virgin Broadband when we moved, and I never had a single issue. Sick of PlusNet outages now.

Plusnet Issues Reports
Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:
-
ImDEADasHell (@LeoIncorp) reported@Plusnet Hello! I recently bought a phone off eBay and it said it was locked to your provider! It says itβs still locked but has no name of what provider. Is there a way you can contact me and help me unlock it? Thanks!
-
Richard Holliday | Author π¬π§ (@rjph_author) reported@Plusnet Thanks, I will give that a go! Funnily enough, it's little weird and annoying issues with websites not working right which is what I wanted to post about. Are you able to assist at all?
-
Alison Lees (@AlisonMLees) reported@Plusnet Why should I phone? The last time I phoned, I got someone who didn't know anything and wouldn't help. It's quite simple. If you email me, I should be able to email you back.
-
Anneli Lort (@annelilort) reported@Plusnet I get the same answer from you every time. Youβve run checks. I shall waste my time and call, but thereβs very obviously something wrong that you canβt fix.
-
DerylLynn on strangerβs island (@DerylLynn) reported@Plusnet two engineers came out to fix my neighbours phone from Open Reach and now we donβt have our landline anymore as the work was done here
-
Flower Pot (@FlowerP79667758) reported@Plusnet Day 6 now of no internet. Open-reach dug up the pavement last Wednesday no internet since. We have contacted Open-reach and Plusnet. Told Tuesday is the earliest an engineer can come out. We do everything on line ,banking, health, paying bills etc etc. Communication with family and friends. We have no landline. Through no fault of our own no help from either Open Reach or Plusnet. Our neighbours have not been affected . I am using mobile data but I assume for security reasons I am unable to pay bills via my bank. To be without the internet for so long in this day and age is a serious customer failure and one that should be taken seriously by service providers.
-
Nigel Hurneyman (@Nigelh7n) reported@WeAreOpenreach My provider will probably be #BT, because I have to switch from #Plusnet to keep my home phone number. I know you own the network and I believe you do all BT-related updates, but do you allow other broadband providers to do their own updates on it?
-
Carl French (@18sufc89) reported@Plusnet why can I go online and get a cheaper offer and also fast product from youβre company after being a customer for 4 years plus
-
Mike Foster (@MikeFoster54) reported@Plusnet why is your website down?
-
Hamish (@Hamish88205796) reported@DerylLynn @Plusnet Don't **** about. Slap a claim for Β£1,000 +costs in via MCOL. They'll happily settle out of court for Β£500 or more + costs and repair it.
