They don't cover where we live now so we went with PlusNet and they're AWFUL. So I've gone from great phone service and great broadband, to shite versions of both. π

PN is owned by BT but has still been better tbh. Solid customer service so far

Chased to be told u have no record of me claiming & I can't prove claim as done on your website so tough luck out of time. WTF? This is not a "straightforward" way to do business. It is welching! Also today I have spent hours informing people of my new email address . As I have Starlink I was only using Plusnet for landline and email address anyway
