@Viowlett @EE I loved them on the other side of Stoke. Best broadband I've ever had. PlusNet are awful.

  • mbusby993 𝕸𝖆𝖙𝖙🏳️‍🌈 (@mbusby993) reported from Mow Cop, England

@Viowlett @EE Don't even talk to me about Virgin 😭 we were with them for broadband at our old place and they were amazing. They don't cover where we live now so we went with PlusNet and they're AWFUL. So I've gone from great phone service and great broadband, to shite versions of both. 😂

  • mbusby993 𝕸𝖆𝖙𝖙🏳️‍🌈 (@mbusby993) reported from Mow Cop, England

And no amount of resetting it is actually getting us usable internet service. PlusNet are genuinely the worst provider I've ever been with. Need to spam Virgin until they install lines in Mow Cop.

  • mbusby993 𝕸𝖆𝖙𝖙🏳️‍🌈 (@mbusby993) reported from Mow Cop, England

Looks as though we're also back to PlusNet's usual service, having to reset the router every few hours cos our Internet drops for no apparent reason, cheers. 🙄

  • mbusby993 𝕸𝖆𝖙𝖙🏳️‍🌈 (@mbusby993) reported from Mow Cop, England

Hey @virginmedia, please install fibre lines in Mow Cop (ST7) so I can get rid of PlusNet. Had to change from Virgin Broadband when we moved, and I never had a single issue. Sick of PlusNet outages now.

  • sam_benne Sam Bennett (@sam_benne) reported from Northwich, England

@plusnet internet is down in the CW8 area.

Plusnet Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • Franlow4 Franlow (@Franlow4) reported

@Plusnet Help when it's needed? Called customer services (as LiveChat not working) and ended up putting the phone down. Rep was the most rude, unhelpful and sarcastic C.S rep I've ever come across.

  • cluffy84 Cloughie 🏆 (@cluffy84) reported

@ShellEnergyHome @Plusnet Is there any way I can come out of the contract? I'm not getting a decent wifi signal in the house, we use data on our phones. The tablet and amazon stick is linked via ethernet cable. I'm not getting what I'm paying for. There's obviously an issue, it could be the router?

  • JamsDawson James Dawson (@JamsDawson) reported

@steviejb87 Thats what we are on now FTTC then copper to the house. We just moved from BT to plusnet because we were paying 75 a month for 70 down which was too expensive but plusnet was a **** idea terrible service. It surprising though for such a developed country to still be using copper

  • NathanCoatesEng Nathan Coates ⬛️🟧 (@NathanCoatesEng) reported

@Fz_Knuckle99 @GameRiotArmy Damn I can’t get either of those where I am, I’m with plusnet atm best I can do

  • Oxfordite Rupert wilson (@Oxfordite) reported

ISPs+OpenReach — #TalkTalk #Plusnet #zeninternet Imagine paying full ££ rate for DSL with line speed <0.4Mbps (reducing to zero when it rains hard/snows) ..a rising price, every few months.. ISP refuses service when they see you are changing supplier. What a grim UK telecoms env.

  • apbmth Adam Pooley (@apbmth) reported

@plusnethelp @Plusnet seems like you guys are having DNS issues. Changed my dns server on my devices and all is good. Rebooted prior.

  • BoldDashBurnett Ash Burnett (@BoldDashBurnett) reported

@HGr33nwood @TalkTalk I had the same issue & @TalkTalk’s poor customer service forced me to go with Plusnet.

  • ActiveBryantSys Scott Bryant Fitness Systems (@ActiveBryantSys) reported

@Plusnet Absolutely shocking no managers at plus net to talk to about if you’ve got a problem all my problem is is that I wanted to renew but they want to increase the rate on the renewal date and then crease the rate two months later surely this is very unfair and goes

  • 3wheelerone Michael Gammond (@3wheelerone) reported

@plusnethelp I don't know any private details , just how badly the community Service have been treated by Plusnet

  • FranklyWrites Katherine Franklin (@FranklyWrites) reported

@Plusnet my internet is down across all devices despite the hub being blue. Are there any faults at your end? I can't use your troubleshooter because we don't have a landline.
