Looks as though we're also back to PlusNet's usual service, having to reset the router every few hours cos our Internet drops for no apparent reason, cheers. 🙄

And no amount of resetting it is actually getting us usable internet service. PlusNet are genuinely the worst provider I've ever been with. Need to spam Virgin until they install lines in Mow Cop.

@deetsy Had terrible problems with EE internet, they wouldn't believe that we couldn't get online because we could use the phone. Many hours wasted on the call centre. Switched to Plusnet and haven't looked back. The adverts are right, really good customer service.

@EveryCountry @bt_uk They're all bad. Left Sky due to issues, now Virgin media don't even respond when you complain about speed dips & intermittent loss of connection. Been months, & notified they are still processing my complaints about not hearing from my complaints! Plusnet?

Tablet. They're both connected via ethernet cable. It's absolutely ridiculous. I have tried to get this sorted via Twitter private messages but no one knows why it's not working. I've just had enough and desperately want to return to Plusnet. We only left as Shell had a deal.

@plusnethelp Hi, my 96 year old Nan has just moved to Plusnet.spoke to guy on Saturday who is sending new router as he said hers might be the connection problem. She's since been charged for it which is a bit cheeky as since swapping to you She's had no service

@MarcAllera it’s time you realised how your plusnet staff lie about refunds !! Cancelled a NEVER CONNECTED contract on 13th feb still waiting for a refund !! Maybe I’ll just start legal action for deception
