Looks as though we're also back to PlusNet's usual service, having to reset the router every few hours cos our Internet drops for no apparent reason, cheers. 🙄

And no amount of resetting it is actually getting us usable internet service. PlusNet are genuinely the worst provider I've ever been with. Need to spam Virgin until they install lines in Mow Cop.

@plusnet I clearly didn’t realise how much I rely on email until I don’t have it. Your disaster recovery is poor should have been able to switch to backup server to get people back online and recover any missing emails at later point!

@Plusnet hi I am having problems accessing my emails is there a problem at your end as I can not use webmail and my normal mail thunderbird is not gettinf any response
