PN is owned by BT but has still been better tbh. Solid customer service so far

They don't cover where we live now so we went with PlusNet and they're AWFUL. So I've gone from great phone service and great broadband, to shite versions of both. π

πΈππππ³οΈβπ (@mbusby993) reported from Mow Cop, EnglandHey @virginmedia, please install fibre lines in Mow Cop (ST7) so I can get rid of PlusNet. Had to change from Virgin Broadband when we moved, and I never had a single issue. Sick of PlusNet outages now.

APY (@a_p_y_7) reported@Plusnet your service is appalling. Iβve had no internet for eight days. I have to call for updates every day and you donβt know whatβs going on or when it will be resolved. Apparently thereβs a Β£73 cancellation fee unless the service is down for over 30 days. Unbelievable.

Neil Skinner (@Randomizerbot) reported@evsmiles @TeslaFamilyYT @Starlink Well you would have the same problem with starlink. Plus way slow upload speeds and much worse ping. Plusnet 1Gig fibre here connected into a Deco BE65 mesh and I get up to the advertised speed through the house on WiFi.
