πΈππππ³οΈβπ (@mbusby993) reported from Mow Cop, EnglandHey @virginmedia, please install fibre lines in Mow Cop (ST7) so I can get rid of PlusNet. Had to change from Virgin Broadband when we moved, and I never had a single issue. Sick of PlusNet outages now.

πΈππππ³οΈβπ (@mbusby993) reported from Mow Cop, EnglandAnd no amount of resetting it is actually getting us usable internet service. PlusNet are genuinely the worst provider I've ever been with. Need to spam Virgin until they install lines in Mow Cop.

πΈππππ³οΈβπ (@mbusby993) reported from Mow Cop, EnglandLooks as though we're also back to PlusNet's usual service, having to reset the router every few hours cos our Internet drops for no apparent reason, cheers. π

Tramline TEC (@topcat_2006) reported@Plusnet your customer service is atrocious. You give me false information, you hang up on me, you keep sticking me on hold and on top of that you want to charge me huge cancellation fees when your service will not do what we want it to! Absolutely appalling.
-
Kelly (@kelly_tengi) reported@Plusnet lol. An sms I sent this morning was stuck due to signal issues and was just sent when I flipped to Giffgaff :/ It's that bad!
-
Dan (@Mot0Dan) reported@JustaQuad PlusNet uses a different technology to VM. PlusNet uses Fibre To The Cab that goes over your copper telephone wire to the cabinet where it is then connected to fibre, the longer the copper the slow the BB. VM delivers coaxial cable straight to your door.

Patrick C Notchtree (@pcnotchtree) reported@Plusnet The application concerned isn't in the drop list and I tried to add it but there I got stuck. Maybe the issue is nothing to do with the port.

Joanne (JoBeeArt)β€π¨ (@JoBeeArt75) reported@Plusnet It's suddenly kicked in and all is fine. Have plus net instead of o2 in the corner now. Clearly it just needed a bit of a re-start and time to settle! Thanks for your help.
-
Joanne (JoBeeArt)β€π¨ (@JoBeeArt75) reported@Plusnet hi there. Have just transferred to you. Have put my SIM in, but although there is full signal on the bars, it is saying 'emergency calls only.' Could this be that my phone needs unlocking? I have kept my old number and PAC was sent. Thanks in advance for any help.

Marc. (@Marc_Also) reported@RobNoLastName @EE @Plusnet Mobile prices have fallen through the floor, and you were stuck on 22 years of sitting on their laurels when you kept paying My neighbour pays 60 a month for basic broadband for the same reason. Had it for 15 years and never rang in And if you're SIM free its even cheaper.
