They don't cover where we live now so we went with PlusNet and they're AWFUL. So I've gone from great phone service and great broadband, to shite versions of both. π

PN is owned by BT but has still been better tbh. Solid customer service so far

This obviously makes doing anything online awkward at best. Of course, the moment I call @Plusnet, it stabilises.

Simple Google Maps check could have prevented the whole mess. Customer paying Β£63/mo out-of-contract for unreliable service, distress & risk to health (needs line for health).
