Plusnet award winning broadband provider. I have fibre optic broadband. Speed is so slow I can’t turn my heating on I can’t watch my tv. We need to discuss compensation.

@Plusnet They reckon a new mast at Fairlawns up the road came online in late 2020 and it changed from 1 bar with dropouts to full signal.

  • Mot0Dan Dan (@Mot0Dan) reported

@JustaQuad PlusNet uses a different technology to VM. PlusNet uses Fibre To The Cab that goes over your copper telephone wire to the cabinet where it is then connected to fibre, the longer the copper the slow the BB. VM delivers coaxial cable straight to your door.

@Plusnet your customer service is atrocious. You give me false information, you hang up on me, you keep sticking me on hold and on top of that you want to charge me huge cancellation fees when your service will not do what we want it to! Absolutely appalling.

  • kelly_tengi Kelly (@kelly_tengi) reported

@Plusnet lol. An sms I sent this morning was stuck due to signal issues and was just sent when I flipped to Giffgaff :/ It's that bad!

  • kelly_tengi Kelly (@kelly_tengi) reported

@Plusnet Next door has EE and poor reception downstairs too but: 1) WiFi calling means they don't notice much and 2) it's got better recently.

  • Mac_lee1 Lee Mac ⚠️ (@Mac_lee1) reported

@Plusnet really are a sack of **** company, aren't they. Imagine not letting you change a direct debit date, but will let you change a billing date? Which is a 'give or take' 5-7 days chance of a direct debit after that. Like, what? Backwards. That's what.

@Plusnet I'll never understand why go compare use that really off putting fat knack and Plusnet use the love child of David Cameron and Jason Manford...

  • temple_ginny Ginny Temple (@temple_ginny) reported

@bt_uk Hi! How do we go about getting our number ex-directory? Is there any other way than phoning customer services? We're Plusnet customers. Thanks
