Cancelled my @Plusnet now, it shops the day BT put in their UC £9.99 Broadway. To be fair Plusnet service I've had no problem with, I was offered a cheaper new upgrade but still more than a tenner with BT. I'll go back to Plusnet if things change the future #CostOfLivingCrisis

@Plusnet Another disappointment. 3rd time we’ve been promised a managed would call back and they didn’t. Plusnet cancelled our service without our permission & left us without email in the middle of a house sale!! No one is listening or helping. Awful customer service.

Plusnet is honestly the WORST broadband provider. Slow speeds and they don’t honour nothing. LOL do not be enticed by the price. It’s cheap because they’re trash.

@Plusnet Yet another disappointment. Was promised a call back from a manager today and it never happened. This is the third time now over a period of 4 days. Plus net cancelled our email without our permission when we changed address. All our emails now gone and they won’t help.
