@richhudson76 Plusnet and BT are the same company pretty much. I’m with BT pay £26 a month never failed me in over 4 years. Only time I ever have to contact them is to haggle at the end of my contract. Happy to pay a little bit more for reliability. Get 55mb which is max for our line.

@Plusnet internet has been down since around midnight, relying on it for work from 9am at the latest. Will this be fixed soon? Having tried all suggested solutions to no avail, we are assuming this is a wider issue. Any assistance would be much appreciated!

@JamesWH85 @burbagea @virginmedia We're now on PlusNet, I've noticed no difference in the service. Very good speeds. You're not a gamer so don't really need those speeds. I'd say move with confidence.

Having such a terrible time with @Plusnet, first overcharging me on my final bill, adding over 50% additional cost to what it usually is and then not even bothering to contact me to explain it after god knows how many attempts to get said explanation. Fuming!

@Plusnet I’d like to cancel my contract. No issues with Plusnet..it’s just my area is too rural to cope with a steady Wi-Fi signal. So I have to look into alternate methods to get connected.
