@Plusnet Hi, hearing the person on the other side is impossible if the phone rings. It crackles even when switched on to dial the number. I have used the text service and followed all advice but no change. I can't request a call from the adviser as I don't have any signal at home

Good, I phoned the doctor's secretary this morning and was given a load of crap because they have an ICT person in the office. Lied about the Plusnet, hmmn! Famous queue jumping at the bus stop really. I will phone first thing tomorrow. What I need to say is I painful canine hard

@Plusnet you're all "arent we kind by giving yoi a reduced price to renew again". You should give loyal long term customers the cheap price on a 1 month contrast and rely on your "service" to retain them. But you can't do that can you? Wonder why?
