    @Plusnet help. Our internet speeds are really poor and always have been. Online checks tell me that the meany virgin I can get min 54mbps. And I only get 3-5 with plusnet. Surely that’s not right that yours is so slow? Please help. Think of the children!!

    @Plusnet Been a Plusnet customer for a few years now and it's been great in my area, must have only contacted customer services only twice. Great team, only wish for a faster line. Guys please get us a 100mb package on FTTP or even to cabinet🙏

    Hi @Plusnet, you've been great but I'm leaving you, and I was out of contract on the 25th March, but you've just sent me an email saying that I will have £70 of early termination fee's on my final bill. Can you help me with that please?

    @triscoe @Rugbylad37 @Plusnet Good luck, you will need it. PlusNet weren't able to supply me with Internet for 9 months but still charged me the entire period. I vowed then to never ever return.

    Just signed up with @Plusnet for 24.99 a month for 18 months and with a 60 quid reward card for fibre not bad considering I was paying EE 38.18 for the same kind of service which is over 5 quid more then they say the basic is online

    @triscoe @Plusnet I moved to them as Tiscali merged, so stayed under their arm but with a new name All was fine till issues then I struggled to get stuff sorted. Though that is similar with other providers

    @Plusnet When I try to look at the upgrade options on my broadband all I get is "An error has occurred You can't change your products for the moment, you have an order which is currently being processed. Please try again later.". Can you help?
