    @Plusnet 6 months of terrible business bb & of all the csr’s I spoke to only 1 was helpful. She deserves a raise! Technician turned up and said the equipment was faulty and I should be compensated. Called your rep to complain and like the other useless ones, no help. Plz help

    Today a TalkTalk fanboy happy with their contract being broken told me that the only ISPs in the UK are TalkTalk, Sky, Plusnet, BT, Vodafone and Virgin Came as a bit of a surprise to me, and loads of friends I know in the industry are presumably part of some elaborate tax scam

    @easyjail @Plusnet I’ve been having printer issues all day so couldn’t print my work to be sent of to be marked Then I find out it was my partner who never took the plastic of the ink cartridges Women & Printers don’t mix well 😩

    Hey! @Plusnet our internet is down and my OH is about to wake up to start work in about an hour, and the broadband is essential. He will be stressed and grumpy, and that will make me stressed and grumpy. When can I speak to someone!?? #broadband #Plusnet

    3 weeks with no internet since moving. Generic responses from #plusnet. No help until I raised a query after 2 weeks. Then to be emailed today sating that i'll get an update as and when the supplier is connecting. Burning my phone data at an alarming rate. What's happening?

    @pollymackenzie As for subbing the WiFi hub, again this is easy. Might need to write a few numbers down from setup page of existing one, and copy them over, but probably all auto these days. Strictly speaking routers and hubs are different but often in one box. I have a Plusnet 2-box setup.

    @WiteWulf @Samathy_Barratt @spazhammer As someone running a Plusnet router with the standard software, I get 60-80Mbps so unless it's a bad unit, I doubt it's the hardware. Possibly the OpenWRT software isn't as efficient though and the CPU can't keep up?

    @WeAreOpenreach had someone from plusnet move a wifi start date from 31/03 to 27/04 due to an issue with Openreach but the current occupiers experience no issues
