@Plusnet I just spoke to your support team about being unable to receive calls or texts I was told it is a major problem with one of your service towers & started on 22-Jun. However, your status page says everything is fine. How can I keep upto date on when this is resolved?

Hi @Plusnet our service should have started today but we are still awaiting a text to let us know it’s ready to go. Currently working from home with no internet as previous provider has now stopped. Can you let me know when the broadband will be ready?

@Plusnet Hello, I reported a fault previously, an openreach engineer was sent out who said he couldn’t install a new line as my neighbour had scaffold up. That is now down and I wanted to get the engineer to return to put the new line in asap. Thanks

@Plusnet new broadband and it is terrible!Can’t connect any device upstairs as it can’t even find the internet, even downstairs the phone keeps disconnecting. Sonos won’t connect at all.Can I Cancel within 14days?

@Plusnet Mobile signal issues CT18? Zero mobile coverage (usually pretty ropey anyway) and signal booster has also stopped working as well?
