@Plusnet I've stopped being able to get onto my work laptop VPN. IT cannot find the problem and suggested:"Is it possible for you to get in touch with your ISP to see if they are not blocking windows VPN traffic, and do profile reset on your connection" Can you advise?

Dreadful customer service from @Plusnet! I would not recommend them to anyone! I’m moving home next week and they have already disconnected me on 23rd November, would not reconnect me and now will not connect me at my new address until the 20th December!! Been lied to 3 times!

@Plusnet hi my broadband has been out all day. I have a hub 2 router and it has a solid (not flashing) orange light. Have switched on an off. Your online process for resting the broadband mentions a BT router so it looks wrong. Can you help?

@Plusnet @Plusnet I sent you a direct message last night and no one has replied all day?? I'm asking if I can please pay my bill which is due on the 4th on the 10th instead please? It's my first bill since paying and getting my broadband installed, I hope that doesn't create problems 😢

@Plusnet Stay away from these incompetent clowns. Can never get through to customer services. Cancelled my in the 14 day cooling off period due to this. And the incompetence continued when they delivered a broadband box. It sits where the postie dumped in outside the front door.

@thestuffofmemes Currently with Vodafone and they’re decent. Also TalkTalk weren’t too bad. Avoid Plusnet at all costs though
