  @CommsOmbudsman Elderly vulnerable customer (80s, health issues) left without reliable phone for weeks due to failed BB migration. Plusnet initiated transfer to EE, OR install failed, EE cancelled order despite OR advice to proceed when ready. Repeated faults even after "repair".

  @Plusnet No that's just it, I've recently renewed at got sold my latest deal which was only a little less that what I was originally paying. Why offer me a deal that's significantly worse than your most expensive when I'm getting a lot less for my money.. Terrible service.

  Hi @youfibre, sent my final bill from Plusnet to the CBO email address nearly a month ago and I’ve still received no correspondence or payment for it. Can you please advise what’s the hold up as no one in customer service seems to know, just referred back to email @JeremyChelot

  @JackieMarsden6 I’m delighted with my Starlink after years of below standard service from Plusnet so I’m happy . Who knows these days Jackie but I will say of all the billionaires I’d be more likely to trust him than Soros say 🤷

  @JessfromW At least with plusnet you can speak to a nice person in the UK usually, who attempts to help, not some evil 3rd worlder who will say or do literally anything to stop you getting an open reach visit (although I've disappointingly got someone from the subcontinent,in the UK, once).
