@TOrynski Switched from Sky to Plusnet, to Shell over last 5 years. Major hassles cancelling Sky and Plusnet. Looks like it's going to be the same when I cancel Shell. Might not bother, will be moving back to Ireland so I don't care if they try to collect money from closed UK bank account.

Hello @Plusnet team. I need to request the PAC nr. At the moment I am abroad and it says I can’t request it via text when in roaming. Also for some reasons I am not allowed from abroad to call your customer service phone number. Can you please help?

@Plusnet how long do I have to wait for my broadband connection to be active? Since 23rd August and nothing has been done not even a router sent out. I want to cancel can’t wait any longer
