    @Plusnet It's ok, managed to speak to someone now (I was somewhere else with a signal). Problem upgrading a mast apparently and should be fixed tomorrow lunchtime, fingers crossed.

    @Plusnet Could you kindly come and fix/replace our router. Your service is woefully inadequate on the best days, but now the router goes down every 15/20 minutes and resets. ANYONE READING THIS WHO ARE THINKING OF JOINING THESE CLOWNS........DON'T!

    @Plusnet No, thank you. I would suggest though that your systems are reviewed, it was far too difficult to have this matter addressed, I will not be returning to your service at any point from this experience

    @Plusnet Hi there, I still have 6 months left on my contract, but I will be moving. Unfortunately plusnet won't be available at the new location as I'm moving out of UK. How do I cancel this as plusnet can't support my new location?

    @Plusnet I have had no mobile phone coverage on my iPhone all day and none of my family do. We are in the BR7 area. The app won’t let me login. You are completely broken.

    @plusnet called the number given for customer support to get a PAC and got a message saying calls from my phone were Not allowed WTF searched for alternative and was advised calls were charged at £6 !!

    @whippletom You are lucky, last time I tried to negotiate with them after they more than doubled my bill, they refused to negotiate. I had to leave but thankfully went to Plusnet which was a third of the price and (so far) are more reliable service.
