Yesterday I placed an order for @Plusnet broadband. A few hours later I got a text saying my order has been delayed and to call Customer Support. I've had 2+ hours on hold to Customer Support since. No information in my online account. How does anyone get help from @Plusnet?

@Plusnet any chance of your support staff answering the phone? Been waiting for an hour and still not answering… what’s the point of asking to contact with a problem or query if you don’t answer…

Therfore you've broken the terms of our agreement. If I have to go to trading standards I will. I just wanted internet when I ordered 5 weeks ago, thought I'd be up and running in a week. @Plusnet sort it out and take some care in your customer service. Sort it please. 5 WEEKS!?

@Plusnet ...account. They have ignored my emails about escalating. This is 'award winning customer service' apparently. So, one more time @Plusnet, how do I escalate this to complaint to @ofcom?

@Plusnet I have been ringing you around 3 times a week to try to get our internet sorted out as a transfer from Sky. We STILL have no internet over a week after we were cut off from sky, and are spending £££ on data to allow working from home and homework etc to happen. Help?!
