@Plusnet @plusnethelp I have been without broadband for 24 days. Engineer never shows up to fix the issue. I am getting to the point now where my work is being compromised because of this. I can’t cope any longer. Why is no one helping me?? PLEASE I’m begging someone to help now. It’s so stressful.

@UswitchUK @Plusnet How can this happen my broadband is awful I have to keep resetting it. It keeps dropping. I switched up to fibre on plusnets advice. I’m paying money for something that is not fit for purpose. I won’t be renewing my contract that’s for sure

For the third month in a row @Plusnet has cocked up my bill and overcharged me. Looks like I’ll be making *another* call to them tomorrow. Absolutely fuming @plusnethelp. Dire customer service.

@SkyHelpTeam if we moved to sky how soon could the service be up and running, been badly let down from change over from john lewis to plusnet (same company) and no internet for 5/7days we both work from home!

@OpenreachHelp Please please please send an engineer out to fix my broadband, I’m with plusnet and they keep telling me you’re coming and you never show up. It’s been 24 days! I’m desperate. I need to work from home and homeschool too.

This is only affecting certain internet service providers. For anyone using BT, Plusnet, Sky, EE 4G, o2 4G and Virgin Media it should be working correctly [2]
