    @cj_kent @Plusnet I'm pretty sure we can cancel without charge if they are not giving the service we are paying for? I have been without Internet at all since Friday morning and getting absolutely nowhere. Couldn't get through to anyone. Did they give a reason on the phone?

    @Plusnet Very disappointed with plusnet broadband customer service. I have been on hold for almost 2 hours! I've only joined plusnet broadband today and already thinking of leaving.

    @Plusnet I've managed to get through on the phone. But it's absolutely not acceptable that you can read about PlusNet's countrywide outage on The Sun but your status page and Twitter account says everything is working just fine. I'd cancel today if my contact allowed it
