@Plusnet shocking customer service ....we are having some issues, and suggest you call back later hangup..... is not customer service... took you over an hour to acknowledge this though? Thanks @VOXI_UK for saving the day at least I can still send a few emails etc!

@DeliciousLegacy Yes same, no official statement from them yet, just responding to random tweets. Comms from them is poor. I accept these things happen, but being open and honest is going to make people more understanding. No excuse for poor comms #plusnet

Hi @Plusnet👋🏼 Just a quick note to let you know that your psychological games won’t work with me. Your company leaves me with no broadband service, I’ll simply cancel my service & direct debit with your pathetic company & I’ll go elsewhere. PS I can still access internet with 4G.
