    @Plusnet I have had the most appalling start to the service. No broadband order was not put through, neither was the router - I have just been told after one month of thinking everything was smooth I will no internet for 7-10 working days? This is my 4th call!

    Hi @OpenreachHelp day 6 with no phone/broadband & our ISP @plusnet says it might be Friday before our fallen telegraph pole can be replaced. Rural area with limited mobile signal. Can you review please.

    So after spending nearly 45 minutes on hold, they weren’t any help at all! I think I’ll be cancelling already @Plusnet, I’m not impressed.

    @Plusnet not a good start. As new BB customer, phone line installation completed earlier today and phone line not yet working (engineer spliced into existing Virgin phone line running into the house so I don't even have backup line!!!) How long does this normally take?😤

    @plusnet Hi Plusnet. I have a Plusnet mobile account on iPhone and, whilst it says I have Wi-fi calling enabled, it never seems to work. Should it?

    @AMJ1981 @Plusnet I’m tempted. I had to call them twice, so was on hold for over an hour in total, only to be told that their systems are having problems so I need to call back tomorrow! The only problem is that it’s one of the few networks that works in my village.

    @Plusnet Any news? 🤞 wanted to watch the Footie tonight, and still struggling to keep in touch with my family, have some mobile signal but it's patchy where we live and no landline 🙏
