@Plusnet I’m talking to Outreach, not you. Twice this week you’ve told me it’s an Outreach problem and they are looking in it. I’m working elsewhere until tomorrow but if my internet is not restored by the time I return home tomorrow I want compensation.

@Plusnet why is it I can get WiFi on my cell phone, yet no Internet via WiFi or ethernet to any of my TV's, sky Q box or Amazon TV stick. Checking each receivers, they say "connected" then "no Internet connection" I've checked ALL cables, reset All receivers. Still no joy. HELP!

@Plusnet also another issue that has arisen i have my old number ported, but when i send txt messages it is sending them from the sim card number i was supplied yet calls are using my original ported number, very poor and not worth the cheap monthly payments.

@bt_uk hi, I joined Plusnet for BB and phone line on the 6th December. Today though I've had an email from BT saying my new 12 month contract for phone line starts today at £23.05 a month. My BT account says the same. Could you check this out for me please and cancel this. Thanks
