@DuskyMoko @virginmedia They are **** **** ****. I signed up to be set up in a couple of days, they moved to 5 weeks 🥴 I called to cancel, they'd keep transferring me around trying to change my mind – I was on for 45 mins trying to cancel. Abysmal. Went with plusnet in the end. No complaints + cheaper.

Further to the Plusnet saga. They've just apologised and refunded 3 months worth of bills, so that's a good resolution. It has taken 3 months to sort out though.

@Plusnet absolutely shocking and disgusting customer service received. I’ve just spoken with one of your advisors “Ray from Sheffield”after having no internet for almost 24 hours. He was completely rude and unhelpful and refused to send an engineer to look into the problem.

@_JosephRoberto It’s not Lancashire’s stream, it’s Yorkshire’s. Apparently they have wifi problems at Headingley, not a good advert for Plusnet!

@bt_uk Eventually, after 40 minutes on the phone. 3 times I had to call BT. You need to fix your systems. BT were wholly to blame. Plusnet here I come.
