I don't normally do this but @Plusnet this is wild. You are trying to charge My mother into the triple digits and close Her account despite it should be £30 a month and She NEVER asked to close Her account. You have left Her without a way to contact you and with a huge debt

@Plusnet This isn't an issue that can be resolved via the member centre. My broadband speeds are consistently below the minimum guaranteed (500mbps) and I would like to discuss the termination fees as they are extortionate when you are in breach of contract

@Plusnet I'm afraid that doesn't help problem is that outlook won't let me enter my plusnet username. it assumes my username is my email address
