@scousemanblue Some offer wireless routers running on 4G/ 5G which wouldn't require a fixed line. A full fibre service also doesn't require a traditional phone line, but unfortunately this isn't a product we offer just yet! - Cal, Plusnet Leeds

@Plusnet internet has been on and off for nearly two weeks. Engineer came and said it's probably a DNS outage. When will it be fixed ???? I'm based in Ealing, west london. Please fix.

@Plusnet The only issue is background noise on phone line. My text merely said that my fibre speed is normal after switching wifi connection whereas I initially suggested speed was down by around 30%
