@RobertsonDawn3 @Plusnet I also encountered similar experience ..I never taught of having it back ..massive appreciation to @AgentFemiTv for recovering my banned..disabled or suspended ..locked hacked account you should check them out too….

@Plusnet Please explain why you will not offer FTTP to properties with fibre cables recently laid. I cannot understand why you can connect via FTTC but not FTTP. There seems to be no just reason. I don't really want to leave you as you provide an excellent service. Confused....
