@blogmywiki I had issues with Giffgaff all summer. I'd have full 4g signal but no data anywhere with lots of people -capacity issues with masts perhaps? As an aside, I've switched to Plusnet mobile. They use EE and are much better and cheaper.

Dear @Plusnet Sorry but I really can't believe how many times I have had to call your company due to poor/no broadband. Second time today and my son is trying to do his homework! I will NOT be renewing my contract in May but in the meantime can you PLEASE get me back on line!!!!!

@Plusnet Thanks for the reply. I use EE and was advising a Plusnet customer about the current outage. I suspect Plusnet uses the EE network?
