    @bt_uk It's more I'm concerned BT engineers will have to run a line from the pavement/road to my house? (a few car lengths) Plusnet had to then gave up on it. Is this going to cause extra problems? TN24 0QA if you need to check.

    @Plusnet complaint regarding mobile coverage. Have no way to call to discuss as coverage is so bad. Just joined plusnet mobile and will be leaving shortly

    @AMaryHughes @Plusnet I’d try and cancel. You get 14 days I believe. I’m stuck with super fast broadband that keeps dropping 5-6 times daily. I’m currently trying to resolve but not having much joy at the moment and having to use my mobile data to allow my kids to work from home.

    @plusnethelp we recently joined plusnet and were supposed to be connected yesterday. BT service stopped at 7am yesterday. I need to know when I can get back online

    Gah, @Plusnet don't allow you to move home (or cancel) via website. Long queue times to get through to customer service. Hold music is lo-fi, awful and - worst of all - has brief pauses where you think you're being connected. But aren't.
