    Can’t wait for May so that I can get rid of @Plusnet Worst WiFi ever, now on to 5 times it’s been down just this evening. No wonder I’m going over my mobile data every month 🤬

    @Plusnet I have rung you twice in the last four weeks because of problems with my router & twice you have said you will send me a replacement & twice you have failed to send it. Please can you send me a new one, I am fed up having to reboot mine and listen to my wife complaining

    @Plusnet Confirmed. The engineer just didn't turn up. It's 2nd time I waited in for an engineer sent by @plusnet who didn't turn up. No one tells you. No one apologises the hours of your time wasted completely unnecessarily. No one says "This is unacceptable. 16 days? Now we will fix it."

    @Plusnet You are absolutely joking? I’ve waited 13 weeks for installation, I’ve got a myriad of plans revolving around installation in 3 days time & now u cancel it due to industrial action? Thats right - SHAFT your customers 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

    @john_actuary @rmappleby @ThreeUK Plusnet is cheap and very good - 15gb for £10, one month contract and free roaming (not sure if it's worldwide, but certainly Europe). And it's on EE network so pretty good coverage. But they do screw you if you go over data limit.

    @Plusnet why advertise your support as 24/7 then it’s closed by 10pm? Had no service for over an hour again.
