    @BearNoiz @Plusnet Apparently, there is newer fibre available here from BT. Will look. The existing underground #virginmedia installation here remains untouched from when Bell cable media installed it 22 or 23 years ago. No wonder virgin have issues. #VirginMediaoutage #virginmediadown

    @BeaumontDMD During my 18 months with them I didn't actually require customer services so can't comment lol. I left them for Plusnet in 2020 as they were a lot cheaper for broadband and landline calls, think it was £25.99 but I got a £75 Pre-paid debit card.

    @Plusnet my broadband has been switching off for up to ten minutes - usually only 2 or 3 - a couple times a day for nearly a week. Always outside of support hours. How am I supposed to get help?

    @WeAreOpenreach @Plusnet The internet where we live in Harrow Weald is really bad. There are more than 18 residents here (I can send the address in a DM), using different providers, who experience a bad internet connection. (1/3)

    But PlusNet is part of BT? "Yes but we still won't supply a dongle" Can I cancel my contract (and sign up with BT)? "No, if you do we will charge you £300" What compensation will I get? "£9/day off future bill for time it will be down" If I get a dongle to keep working...
