@Plusnet my broadband contract is close to running out and will charge double I'd be interested in staying as a customer on a different tariff however the account is still under my former flatmates name which I am registered as a 3rd party for. What can you do to help with this?

@Plusnet hi, yes i’ve already rang a few months back to tel you that it’s not a troubleshooting problem and we’ve tried many times to troubleshoot and it gets us nowhere
