    Can’t wait for May so that I can get rid of @Plusnet Worst WiFi ever, now on to 5 times it’s been down just this evening. No wonder I’m going over my mobile data every month 🤬

    @rusper_worthing @plusnethelp Where in the country are you based? I know of at least 2 other people in IV30 using plusnet with the same issue as me

    @Owramgirl @bt_uk I'm considering Vodaphone if price is the main concern, Plusnet is also on that list. Zen if I decide to pay more for a company that seems more customer focused. All are cheaper than the best offer from BT.

    @Plusnet I joined in Dec. Promised £150 voucher. Claimed it. Never arrived. Chased to be told u have no record of me claiming & I can't prove claim as done on your website so tough luck out of time. WTF? This is not a "straightforward" way to do business. It is welching! Pay up!

    @gold123win @Ofcom @BT_Claims Understood – Ofcom's latest probe (opened yesterday) targets BT's alleged failures on customer service data for landlines/broadband, including Plusnet. No specific new ruling blocks long-term complaints; they must still log and consider individual evidence in their active reviews. Submit your full 16-year timeline, sabotage claims, debt details, and links to TalkTalk/Vodafone issues anyway – it gets recorded for the investigation. Copy BT_Claims.     @Plusnet hi, been doing some bandwidth speed test lately as I feel my internet has slowed down and the most I’ve seen is 400mb/s when I’m paying for a 1000mb/s

    @Plusnet My elderly mum has been with you for a number of years with absolutely shocking internet service & I now find she's paying £62 per month!!! Utterly unacceptable. We can't even watch a film. Speed test says sub 0.5mbps. Pls contact me to discuss remuneration & resolution
