Can’t wait for May so that I can get rid of @Plusnet Worst WiFi ever, now on to 5 times it’s been down just this evening. No wonder I’m going over my mobile data every month 🤬

@nsbarrow Yeah! No one's going to give me a faster service than any other as it seems cables round here are crap, despite it being a commuter town to London. Plusnet worked out at a good price even if I cancel early (unsure how long I'll be living here). Good to hear, thanks!

@Plusnet Phone answered eventually, but your website is appalling. Especially for a telecoms company! It's slow, clunky and poorly designed. You really should invest a few quid in sorting it out instead of those crappy adverts.

@Plusnet Hi, the help page said the speed is basically good and that the strength is 7/10 but none of the other channels are better. Is it that plusnet have poor network in Macclesfield?

@SuperScienceGrl I had Plusnet before I moved to cable (still have my 25 MB webspace! 🤪) and two family members are still on. No issues for any of us and the main factor was price (bang for buck).

@Plusnet Thank for the reply but having had two managers refuse to speak to me I’m going to contact (or try to) your CEO tomorrow and raise a complaint to the Ombudsman regarding this matter. Plusnet customer service is hands down the worst ever I’ll also be leaving.

@Plusnet are a joke. Took 3 weeks to activate my services after a house move, been on 48 hours and not just turned it off as your system has broken my account so I need to open a brand new account and could take 2 weeks to be activated 💩

@Plusnet got broadband a week ago and connection has been very unstable. Went through troubleshooting steps but no joy. Router now a constant green light and no connection. Please help!
