    @ClarkQuadGirls @Plusnet Speed checked numerous times over numerous days, different times of day, no devices and multiple devices in use. 2 engineer visits both stating external speed bang on, stating issue is Plusnet. New router, numerous calls to customer services, complaint logged but not acknowledged

    @Plusnet @Plusnet internet down - again. Any particular reason for the outage? According to yourselves, there's no issues, even though down detector has multiple PlusNet internet issues from all over the UK. ST20 area.

    @ClarkQuadGirls @Plusnet Both arranged by Plusnet. This has been going on for months. Last contact over a month ago when they agreed ro register a complaint. No further contact from them, breaching both timescale for resolution and also failure to acknowledge the complaint. But I can't break contract????
