    @rusper_worthing @plusnethelp Where in the country are you based? I know of at least 2 other people in IV30 using plusnet with the same issue as me

    @Plusnet It seems mum left without internet and home phone for 7 days - nice one. You also think it 'award-winning customer service' to increase a pensioners bill from £25.13 to £41.75 - nice one again! I'm guessing your single warning emails often get missed by OAPs - nice one!

    @O2 I mean it has been going on for months! The phones work, and then they don’t, at random. 2 separate devices, makes no odds if you switch them off and on again! Plus our Wi-Fi is currently down, thanks to @sky and @Plusnet ! We shouldn’t be charged for the days without signal?

    @Plusnet 30 minutes waiting on call to speak with customer services about my broadband upgrade. Hung up as felt like nobody was ever going to answer. 😞

    @mynameis_rob PlusNet; switched to them not long ago from BT after I was sick of BT hiking the prices all the time, and also I was paying too much when my old local area only had crappy cables so poor speeds. PN is owned by BT but has still been better tbh. Solid customer service so far

    @Plusnet your customer line is shocking,every time she’s on the phone for about 40 minutes plus and get her to nowhere,she wants to change hersupplier but been told that she has to pay 130 pounds as she’s is still on contract with you.

    @Plusnet I can't send emails through SMTP on my Madasafish domain email address - is the system down? I've tried to change the password on the mailbox, only to get a "Service currently unavailable" message, and now I'm worried my password changed without confirmation.
