Can’t wait for May so that I can get rid of @Plusnet Worst WiFi ever, now on to 5 times it’s been down just this evening. No wonder I’m going over my mobile data every month 🤬

@Plusnet we transferred on 1 Dec from BT and have experienced a massively poorer broadband. tried calling and been on hold for hours. Tried Twitter and got no response. There is no email address to write to. How can I cancel our subscription? Service is awful

@mikarv @alexhern I've had very few problems with Plusnet, and they generally do well in our annual survey. Worth a look if they do a fibre package in your postcode

What's happened to @Plusnet customer service?! Used to be good, now just ignore messages or direct you to a fake live chat/bot. Reckon I'll have to go to ofcom!!!
