Can’t wait for May so that I can get rid of @Plusnet Worst WiFi ever, now on to 5 times it’s been down just this evening. No wonder I’m going over my mobile data every month 🤬

All the deals I picked here include 5G, so even though you’re saving money, you’re not missing out on anything. Also pay as you go, so no contracts or credit checks. Not been able to find anything similar for EE network - Plusnet mobile is closest price rise but is 4G only

@Plusnet what's up with phone and broadband service in South Wales Rhondda valleys? For over a week now any streaming TV drops out saying no internet connection both hard wired and WiFi, smart gadget for heating keeps disconnecting saying no signal mobiles and laptop

Never use use @Plusnet ! Turns out they have lost and are unable to retrieve ALL fathers emails . How do I tell him that?? @Plusnet have no solutions! Can that really be true? #ridiculous

@NOWHelpTeam Hi I've just got your broadband and the WiFi range is shocking. As soon as I leave the room the router is in it drops - never had this issue with PlusNet... what can be done to avoid cancelling?

@Plusnet Morning. My mobile phone is declining all landline calls this morning. Mobile to mobile is fine but landline is getting blocked. Is this a known issue? Thanks.

@carlosradioguy @Plusnet @TheAA_UK British Gas did exactly the same with us last week. So my husband did some price comparisons, found a cheaper company , contacted BG, & low & behold, BG have stayed at the same price! Loyalty sucks with these big companies if you don’t challenge them.

@Plusnet it seems there's no Internet connection in IP33. Devices are connected to the broadband but Internet is not working (exclamation mark next to the wi-fi icon). I switched on and off and reset the reuter to no avail. Help, please!
