Can’t wait for May so that I can get rid of @Plusnet Worst WiFi ever, now on to 5 times it’s been down just this evening. No wonder I’m going over my mobile data every month 🤬

My @plusnet email address isn't working properly... I'm struggling to send a couple of emails on my phone... and noticed some messages coming through late... Thankfully did a search & saw that they are having problems... but not sure what to do with the messages I need to send...

@Plusnet hi, my internet is so slow I'm having to tweet this complaint using data. It's about 0.5bps on average. And this is after waiting two months to just be connected. What can you do? Not being given the speeds promised at all.

@Plusnet Although I have been receiving emails sent to me today, I have still not received any emails which were sent to me between 08.33 and 19.01 yesterday. I am also still not able to send emails. The problem is not resolved.
