I almost fell for it over my issue with Plusnet , they get very aggressive when you donโt give them your bank details

Simple Google Maps check could have prevented the whole mess. Customer paying ยฃ63/mo out-of-contract for unreliable service, distress & risk to health (needs line for health).

I now can't log into my Community account (I'd used same username/pw as my Plusnet customer account for ease) and the password reset email isn't appearing. Most confused!

Neil Johnstone (@jigthejock) reported@EE @cARacTac Not since dial up have i had such poor boadband. I was pushed to ee from plusnet and it is terrible. Six times this evening i have had bufferring and my hub shut down entirely. I have Virgin Broadband at the bottom of my garden. In the meantime you can refund my payments.
