@plusnethelp my activation date with plusnet was supposed to be 29.01.21 but I am still waiting for activation and its now 31.01.21, customer services only seem to want to help if they think your wanting to sign up, your helpline shows 7 days yet its closed sundays, poor service

@plusnethelp Hi Plusnet. My elderly mother is having nothing but problems trying to close her account with you after a year of shockingly bad service. She cannot chat to you online and cannot email you as these services are down. I would appreciate a call to try and sort this out

@Gadgetoid @Plusnet Fortunately it is not my model of router but another customer's. They used to be so much better than this, including proactively getting in touch when I found a vuln in another company's router years ago when they realised theirs might have similar firmware (it did).
