@Plusnet 2/3 so if we spent 6 hours on the phone in total, you value our time at £2.50 an hour. Interesting. The wifi signal is your guaranteed minimum which is about the speed of a second class stamp. Nice people at the end of your phone lines BUT

@Plusnet I was trying to find out how much bt sport costs as I have plusnet broadband. Before it got to the cost it has said I've ordered the app. How do I cancel? I wasn't given the option to buy at a price and now I've seen the price it's too expensive

@MarkSJordan @Plusnet Most modern phones support voice over wifi so signal boosters are getting a bit old hat as the phone will switch to using the wifi it's attached to instead.

@Plusnet I want to make a complaint about your service. The only way I can make a complaint is by calling you. But you never answer your phone. Catch 22. Any ideas?

@Plusnet Why is getting through as long as getting through to the @DWP? That is extremely long waiting times, pretty shabby for a company that prides itself on customer service
