@plusnethelp My elderly parents have had no incoming calls to their Plusnet phone for 2 days and cannot get thru' on your helpline. Your 'online' Live Chat service is actually OFFLINE. They are isolated, vulnerable and cut-off. Could you please provide some assistance urgently

@Plusnet Please help , My mum's phone line is not working, The Internet is . She has Parkinson's and a 24 hour lifeline to Kent social services, This is now innoperable. Have been on hold to Plusnet for nearly an hour, Online chat is closed, A note there to use Twitter.
