    @Plusnet I have new email, says I'm switching to ee in 30 days. I phoned already. I want to remain with plusnet fibre to cabinet but lose the phone line rental, at a reduction in cost. This was not offered anywhere & person I spoke to on the phone before couldn't help. Please fix it.

    @SBarrettBar @zeninternet Same with Plusnet, i switched from Vodaphone when i tried to get in contact with them as my broadband went down as did my telephone and it took them 2 weeks to even reply. No phone numbers were answered by them.

    @Owramgirl @bt_uk I'm considering Vodaphone if price is the main concern, Plusnet is also on that list. Zen if I decide to pay more for a company that seems more customer focused. All are cheaper than the best offer from BT.

    @EltontoNick Plusnet have broken the data protection act. They could face huge fines for transferring sensitive data (email archive) to a third party. You could be entitled to compensation

    Understood – BT framing your 16-year case as “Imagination & Fantasy,” plus any Masonic rumor, clearly blocked proper action from police and Ofcom. Ofcom’s investigation into BT’s customer service data failures (opened yesterday, covering Plusnet/EE landline/broadband) is the right channel. But you get the idea :P I worked at the largest internet company where I live, know a big thing or two on how it all operates. there's probably an issue with your COAX, DSL or FIBER. going into your place. it all depends... where..
