    @nw_nicholas @Plusnet I was with them for 3 years... no price increase, no issues... connection was a bit slow sometimes tho

    @Plusnet I hung up and called back and had to lie by pretending I wanted to leave. I then had a 37 minute conversation with an operator who kept telling me how many awards for customer service @Plusnet have won and how easy it is to reach a call centre.

    @Plusnet I’ve been trying to solve a problem with my 4G while roaming abroad. Speaking to plusnet support they could not offer any help at all. They did suggest everything that I had already tried. I can not raise an issue now that I’m back in the UK.

    @Plusnet we're your customers and internet has been down since 7pm. We leave tomorrow for 3 weeks and if the internet is down, the whole house is unsafe. We live in Staffordshire. Can you please help?

    Absolutely appalling customer service today from @Plusnet . Issue not been resolved and having given them a months notice about our house move, it’s looking like we’ll be without wifi for another week… not good enough!

    @Plusnet why is there not a simple option on the website or app to cancel an update? Upgrading existing BB but you seem to want to charge me to get rid of my phone line
