@plusnet Waiting since Friday for my phone number to activate, no network. Numerous calls made to customer services. No help whatsoever. End of another day & still waiting for number to activate. Does anyone actually know what is wrong. Said 1 day to activate. Horrendous !

@KBGreyhoundlady @_loves_dogs Glad it’s sorted. We had VM at our last place for years but v expensive, kept trying to put it up, regular pestering sales calls, v poor customer service, quite a lot of outage. When we left took me a year to get final bill sorted. No probs with Plusnet,easy to contact.

Dear @Plusnet Sorry but I really can't believe how many times I have had to call your company due to poor/no broadband. Second time today and my son is trying to do his homework! I will NOT be renewing my contract in May but in the meantime can you PLEASE get me back on line!!!!!

Hi @Plusnet, I am meant to be transferring over to you today from sky broadband. I was told that once the sky service stopped then I’d be ready to go with you guys. Sky stopped their service at midnight and yours still isn’t up and running….. any ideas when this will start?
