    Praise for customer service to @Plusnet who are happily negotiates a broadband deal. I asked for a v low price in return for staying 2 years. They agreed. ๐Ÿ‘ ๐Ÿ‘

    How is reporting a line fault for an elderly, vulnerable neighbour a GDPR issue ?, Plusnet refused to take the number and log a fault due to GDPR, I was not asking for any personal info.. just wanted them to log a fault #bonkers #nocommonsense @Plusnet

    @Plusnet I've been going through the text message service and apparently there is a fault; I thought it might have just been a temporary hiccup but maybe there's something more serious going on. Seems to be stable for now at least, but there's been times where it's up and down constantly

    @ianward2000 @ms__care Thank you but I have a feeling that this is a scam . Look at their page 0 followers and they ask for WhatsApp details . I almost fell for it over my issue with Plusnet , they get very aggressive when you donโ€™t give them your bank details

    @Plusnet No emails for days, messages that mailbox full, it isn't. Have I been migrated - no idea as am not receiving messages. This really is unacceptable, how about someone extracts their digit & sorts these issue now

    @Plusnet Hello , I wonder if you can help, we are stuck in Thailand due to the unrest in the Middle East so we are not at home and do not have a way to contact you buy phone , we was surpose to have broadband fitted today 9th March with openreach but we wasnโ€™t at home. Need help
