@PhilBatemanMBE Surprised it's only effected PlusNet customer's. If the problem is in a specific area effecting all service providers not just one, it would suggest a local network issue where someone has put a pneumatic drill through a cable or knocked over a cabinet. It does happen.

@JPB_Islington @Plusnet I've finally found a way to raise a support ticket, but golly it is hidden away. Every email gets an auto response which basically says "we don't like emails, we won't respond. Ring us!" which for an ISP is really poor

@thelongestone @Plusnet Very poor. And possibly also discriminatory

@thelongestone @Plusnet If you have the right to cancel, send them a letter giving them notice of cancellation. Or email them. And make clear you have a condition that means calling is not appropriate

@HelsBels2525 Hi Helen, I'm sorry to hear you're having issues with your connection. While I'm showing no external faults, I can see the disconnections you've been experiencing. I've requested a change to your line settings which should complete within the next 24 hours -Tony Plusnet Sheffield
