Hey @plusnet BB on and off this morning and tec support seems unsure what to do after 25 mins! Droitwich area. Are BT playing ? DM you.

  • MoveMoreGetFit Michael Dickson (@MoveMoreGetFit) reported

@Plusnet A tech support at your company has just told me my ever dwindling BB speed is entirely down to my contract and little to do with line capability. Used to get 24-25mb now 13-15mb with guarantee of 14.61mb. Other companies estimate 21-35mb with min. of 18mb. Please advise.

@Plusnet Can I get some help? Will this router be compatible with a Optical Network Terminal? TP-Link Archer AX55 Dual-Band Gigabit Wi-Fi 6 AX3000 Router

  • iainhallam Iain Hallam (@iainhallam) reported

@Plusnet, if you have award-winning customer service, would you mind explaining why you've cancelled my 94-year-old grandmother's broadband with no notice? Surely even your monthly rolling contract requires notice of termination?

  • christinamycock Christina (@christinamycock) reported

@Plusnet I’ve been waiting for my broadband router to arrive for over a week now and can’t get in contact with you. Can someone help me ?

  • Nightnewsdotnet Nightnews (@Nightnewsdotnet) reported

@MissIG_Geek Virgin took over my isp which was once cable telewest and b4 that blueyonder, could not support a new address so ditched them. Fell back on my IT student force9 dial up payg company, now @Plusnet owned by BT. I maybe have a tech problem once every three years or so, works for me.

  • Clockwisesss Clockwise (@Clockwisesss) reported
