According to the person I spoke to on the phone, it's @plusnet's account authentication system that's broken, so I guess everyone just has to sit tight and wait for a fix.

@Plusnet Hello! I’ve recently moved home & set up internet with you. Got an email today saying everything was now up & running: but it’s not, I’ve had no password details or router, so still without internet & have been now since the 02/10. Could you help?

@Plusnet @plusnethelp have got to the worst internet provider I’ve ever dealt with and haven’t even managed to use their services yet! Signed up with them 3 weeks ago, two routers shipped to a home and work address. Neither delivered and no reason why from them!Wouldn’t recommend

Dear @martinstanford I just listened to the advice about routers. I use @Plusnet who are great. I never use a pre configured route supplied by an ISP and only use @DrayTekUK routers. I frequently check it for firmware updates & only allow my list of MAC addresses #JerseyBread
