    @Plusnet It's been poor ever since we moved in nearly a year ago. It's been appalling the last few weeks. Can't imagine why my husband didn't keep phoning you to tell you it was down every day. Anyway made a unilateral decision and cancelled our subscription and joined Sky.

    @Plusnet I was told my number will be ported over yesterday and it hasn’t happened… I mean what’s the point in me getting a contract and paying for it and not being able to use it… As a new customer this doesn’t give me much confidence.

    @Plusnet Folks, any issues in HA8 area? Phone seems OK but internet virtually non existent. Had to switch modem off and use mobile.

    @Plusnet Ok so how come your website says that there are no issues? How come there has been no contact and people have to revert to their children going on twitter? And now will they be compensated as they work from home?

    Right - problem solved, this seems to be some kind of specific clash with @Plusnet as other people have had the same issues.

    Hey @Plusnet , re. your "award winning customer service". Just called your customer support to be told I'm not even in a q and please call back later. In the meantime I'm overseas and stuck with no data.
