I will allow another establishment to take their percentage for my transaction.

You can’t always stagger lunches just to suit others. And I’ve already addressed the poor customer service, the job is predominantly thankless at the best of times. No apology needed!

As previously said by another, post office offers many different products that can incur very complex procedures. Sometimes you just have to wait.
