    @PostOffice is it the intention to run the business into oblivion? The local post office in Worcester is so understaffed and demand so high the queues stretch virtually outside @WHSmith Today the queue was so long we missed the last parcel post. Disgraceful service!

    @PostOffice your ID service said it would verify my ID in 10 mins after 30mins it changed to 13mins it’s now been an hour! 🤬 like I don’t have anything else to do!!

    @andyksheffield @PostOffice Hi Andy, I support both the Post Office & Royal Mail returning to public ownership over the longer-term but accept that won’t happen without a Labour Govt. In the meantime, we need to retain services in local communities, especially for older and more vulnerable residents.

    @PostOffice move in to my new house, wifi working for less than 24 hours.. already gone down & no details on when it’ll be back up & running other than your engineer will report back within 72 hours.. but i cant cancel my contract & trying to issue a bill.. Ridiculous.

    @RoyalMailHelp @PostOffice delivery was via royal mail who ot seems have falsified delivery records to show it was delivered, post office state NO deliverys were made to them on health and safety grounds so it is royal fails problem
