@PostOffice I’m not gonna dob her in. Not how it works. But suffice to say that behind post office counters up and down the UK are staff who think that an eBay seller with parcels doesn’t half get in the way of their lovely chats with their mates.

@PostOffice Hey, does your documentation certification service certify educational certificates/qualifications? Thanks

@mybroadband Costs more for a worse service. I had to pay around R500 for post box last year just to receive about 10 letters. Now you can't get into the post office when there are SASSA payments... total useless business... #fail #postoffice

Finished an order up yesterday and knew, that I had something delivered to me today. So I just went down the stairs and handed it to the driver! That definetly beats the Packstation that ate a parcel of mine and standing in the queue at the postoffice!

@PostOffice @RoyalMailHelp I have, I just wanted to register the fact that people could have been a bit more helpful as it seems like a few quick enquiries might have resolved the issue. I was not even asked for a contact number so even if they find it they can’t contact me.

@PostOffice Room is not an issue, the sub office say not in the shop or the post office no idea where it is. Visited 3 times. Went to D.O. twice say it’s not there, though didn’t appear to look. Why can’t D.O. Speak to post person and sub office to try to establish who took delivery.

@Carolin67973003 @PostOffice To have it broadcasting in a store is unacceptable there’s no way around it. If that’s an employees beliefs fine, they can listen to it on their phone at break or after work/ weekends. Not broadcast it in the store forcing people to line and listen to such crap.

  • LilywhiteSimon Longman Snr. (@LilywhiteSimon) reported

@barbour_kris @carl_zero @PostOffice They didn’t explain that to you because it isn’t true. If you pay online as Carl says, you can take the QR code to a Royal Mail Customer Service Point but not a Post Office. You could just hand write the address though.
