    @PostOffice Nothing on ya’lls part tbh it’s actually the weirdo’s that post offices seem to attract that kill my vibe huffing and puffing down my neck in the queue cos they gotta wait for 5 mins or longer to be seen to but I appreciate the concern luv x

    @PostOffice 15 people in queue at Brighton Churchill Square post office and only one counter open. Self serve points all closed. The speed of service here becomes slower with every visit.

    The fact that I have to open an investigation with the @PostOffice when it’s YOUR JOB @RoyalMail to collect parcels and process them is just disgusting Your claims process is vile @RoyalMailHelp pure deflection. No customer care. I have jumped through hoops for 2 months 🤬

    @v_anilindia The KP Road Postoffice is working on every saturday except if any Government Holiday is there on that day.Hence customer may approach KP Road SO to obtain Statement of Recurring deposit duly paying the prescribed fee for the statement. Thanks & Regards.

    @therealCDRL @PostOffice @deptinfra I'm personally not in NI, but it does seem stupid when the rest of the UK doesn't need all of that. In a PO in GB you just need your reminder to tax it, surely they should use the same systems

    Hi @PostOffice your partner @RoyalMail won’t pay my £1000 special delivery claim. They asked me to provide a manifesto from the Post Office with data on all goods handed over that day. My local declined and said this is private info and you cannot disclose this to me. Please help
