@PostOffice who can I complain to about staff running a local branch. They are rude, unhelpful and always seem to close well before their advertised time.

@PostOffice 15 people in queue at Brighton Churchill Square post office and only one counter open. Self serve points all closed. The speed of service here becomes slower with every visit.

@PostOffice @RoyalMailHelp I have a serious & urgent issue with legal documents going missing & not being properly tracked (the lady at the counter didn't give me the correct reciept). I have emailed many times but I now have to ask the courts for an extension. Please help asap

@GBNEWS or go to a @PostOffice that does them and even takes pic for you, they then send electronically. fantastic quick service from that method

@CastletonLee @gospeloak8 An external partner should NEVER have retained ability to enter a sub postoffice computer back office. That, if you ask me, is where this all started. Some very stinky moves.

1/2 @PostOffice this gift was posted 03/08 - parcel has been sitting “somewhere” for 16days!!! Apparently criteria for posting outside U.K. changed 1st July- this parcel was posted 3/8 the online service wouldn’t allow us to progress until each step of info had been “approved”??

Can I just say the @PostOffice @WHSmith in Burnley is run so bad that customers avoid it, they queue for hours as staff don’t care how badly they run it, it is a joke & needs closing! Get @DPDgroup_news doing parcel shops & show these clowns how it’s done... EFFICIENTLY! 😡😡
