@PostOffice 15 people in queue at Brighton Churchill Square post office and only one counter open. Self serve points all closed. The speed of service here becomes slower with every visit.

@PostOffice who can I complain to about staff running a local branch. They are rude, unhelpful and always seem to close well before their advertised time.

@PostOffice I'm afraid we don't have that - but we are enquiring on behalf of the library member and request that counter staff at The Strand Post office in Kirkholt are trained on what 'Articles for the Blind' is, how it works and to support customers who require this service.

@PostOffice Just popped into main Hastings branch to sort next day /recorded delivery, and its closed! Thought I'd stepped back into the past - Wednesday afternoon half day closing eh? Oh well, off to a proper delivery service company now...

@PostOffice I have chased to no avail - it is a real shame that your branding is used on a such a below standard product that you have no control over. I will never use Post Office for anything like this again and will recommend no one else does either.

@pangalactic @RoyalMail I know I'm going to get screwed on some of mine because I only have receipts not proofs of postage, because funnily enough the poor girl doesn't really have time to process them all when there's a qué at the local postoffice going down the street.

@PostOffice Your branch set-up is a shambles. Every branch has different services and branches don't seem to know what other branches can do. I had to travel to three different post offices today to get the service I wanted.

@RoyalMailHelp @PostOffice Yes realise that but parcel is immediately passed to RM and RM is the carrier. The RM link suggests that if sender is happy with duty unpaid a CN22 is sufficient. ANPost in Ireland disagree and said "You will need to contact RM as they know what the issues are". Very unclear.
