After 12 days, someone has said their small parcel never arrived. I sent a large bunch of parcels that day, and I think they are pulling a fast one. My receipts gone AWOL :(

You can’t always stagger lunches just to suit others. And I’ve already addressed the poor customer service, the job is predominantly thankless at the best of times. No apology needed!

As previously said by another, post office offers many different products that can incur very complex procedures. Sometimes you just have to wait.
