Waiting over 40min just to scan a parcel because your self service tills don't scan QRcodes A 2 min job turned into nearly 50min. Staff even had time to convo like, there isn't a huge queue Disgusting 🤬

Me (@birdsrparadise) reported@PostOffice The issue is not just the website. Is that even when you know you will be closed the day after, or change the hours, you don't notify anyone. I heard the staff member said to the Postie "tomorrow hours will be 10-2" so I told the village. It was true. Yet they kept it shhhh.wrong
