After 12 days, someone has said their small parcel never arrived. I sent a large bunch of parcels that day, and I think they are pulling a fast one. My receipts gone AWOL :(

Why then would an appt be needed if no other customer required a service. Poor customer service. Swansea branch helped them. Staff were lazy

Crap customer service because they’re a crap company to work for. For clarity I was a post master for 17 years.
