@PostOffice any chance you can answer you phones instead of cutting me off after waiting 15mins? Also cannot message anyone online as the facility is down. I’d be quicker using a messenger pigeon!

Post Office ≠ Royal Mail
(@NewPOGuy) reported
@power_of_h @PostOffice They would've paid a lot of attention to a wedding ring as we have to make sure the customer is informed about their options regarding compensation. The message will say this till it is signed for at the other end due to you only buying Signed For, not Special Delivery (tracked).

The post offices refuse because they say royal mail don't pay them anything for them. Royal mail have just posted huge profits, yet costs to customers has increased and quality of service decreased. @PostOffice

@PostOffice 0800 389 2101 listed on PO website and advised by DWP. Called 4 times: ringing tone simply clicked off within a couple of seconds. Very worried so called general inquiries and my mum was helped by a lovely advisor. Issue resolved. And, of course, card turned up later smirking...

@PostOffice @NewPOGuy Would it be possible to send a memo to branches when clarification comes through? It would be helpful if every branch provided the same service!

@PostOffice I have a post office matter, I’d like to discuss. I have received a letter from the council offering me a cash payment for ‘support for energy’, it is not possible to get to the post office, due to disability. Is the letter genuine? Anastasia
