@PostOffice 15 people in queue at Brighton Churchill Square post office and only one counter open. Self serve points all closed. The speed of service here becomes slower with every visit.

@PostOffice Appaling service yet again at Highfields PO in HemelHempstead. Again a clerk made a mistake which cost us time and money. On top of it they blamed the mistake on us. Good thing we always have photos of things we post so we can prove we were in the right.

@PostOffice very poor service in Winslow today - opening hours of 9-5.30pm. It's now 9.33am with a queue waiting to be served and no sign of staff or any notice of when they will arrive.

@epw_in I've NOT received total 9 issues, out of 24 issues published (on '22). The postoffice confirming- whatever came, they've delivered. However, the problem is being entitled to me, no matter which/whose system is creating the unintentional/ casual puzzle. (1/2)

@KRTN_Will @PostOffice cancelled my home insurance policy after 16 years. When I rang they said it was a "systems failure" but could do nothing about it until they had sorted the problem Not my problem. It took me 10 mins to get a better deal online. Bye.

@WayneDavid_MP @BBCWalesNews @PostOffice Continued proof the system doesn't work - 13 weeks in, 2 visits to attempt to miss out the "sent to print" lottery to be told application was approved on Friday - surely information which could have been passed on Friday's call or Saturday's visit.

@RupaHuq Rupa it all boils down to @PostOffice branches are mostly unviable. They rely on the subsidy of the retail business that it sits inside & reality is selling other products give a better ROI and margins. Being responsible for thousands £’s, compliance & balancing. Most PO’s do
