@PostOffice who can I complain to about staff running a local branch. They are rude, unhelpful and always seem to close well before their advertised time.

@PostOffice 15 people in queue at Brighton Churchill Square post office and only one counter open. Self serve points all closed. The speed of service here becomes slower with every visit.

@PostOffice Thanks. It’s not about convenience, it’s a public health issue. There was no reason for queue to be that long AT ALL. The staff were not working. It also meant people coming in from outside to ask quick question/why queue was so long which added to how many people were in room.

bloody cantankerous postman @PostOffice i was a sleep went to window said just leave the parcels on the step . he said ok got dressed got down to nothing left there. not even a note to pick them up from the office

@PostOffice I did, I spoke with a lady on the phone, she said that the fault lay with the Post Office staff who shouldn’t have sold that particular service on 15th December saying it was 5 day delivery guaranteed. The package has now arrived - but it was very late for Christmas.

Never get @postoffice broadband or telephone their customer service is nonexistent. And 2.5 megabytes download speed is absolutely abismal eveb before the current fiasco
