@PostOffice 15 people in queue at Brighton Churchill Square post office and only one counter open. Self serve points all closed. The speed of service here becomes slower with every visit.

@PostOffice help with stow Harlow branch. I handed a return to the counter. The parcel disappeared staff/customer services don't care as don't have a receipt. Only option to report to police? There is no way of finding or tracking a lost receipt? Surely this can't be policy 😳

@PostOffice @RoyalMailHelp Whilst they might be responsible the post office I took the items to did not follow the correct procedure. The packages were pre paid track and trace yet all they gave me was proof of posting. This is a post office issue in the first instance

@PostOffice my husband has just been in to renew a passport for my daughter with check and send service. The person he dealt was so rude and unhelpful he’s come away upset and flustered with no idea what we do now! This woman is consistently rude 😖
