@PostOffice 15 people in queue at Brighton Churchill Square post office and only one counter open. Self serve points all closed. The speed of service here becomes slower with every visit.

@PostOffice who can I complain to about staff running a local branch. They are rude, unhelpful and always seem to close well before their advertised time.

@petemorristwit You can pay it in at the Postoffice. Just write you sort code and account no on the back if you have no paying slip and ask for a NatWest paying slip. Support your local PO.

@Fred_in_Spain @ladycatlover And if you don’t support your local Post Office you may also lose all the facilities they took on when your bank closed : getting cash and paying in cheques. RM don’t do that @PostOffice

Laughably bad customer service from @jajayourlife. After 10+ happy years with @PostOffice and an enforced, unwanted move to these clowns, it's taken less than 2 months to push me to cancel my account. What a joke. Just trust me and #avoid. Unreal

@williams1106 @BrandonStraka Be a poll watcher or counter. Volunteer to watch the back doors, check garbage cans, scan trash outside the postoffice. Call you your and neighbors and ask them to call their friends and neighbors to do the same

Money saving advice: if using the @PostOffice just use a second class stamp, as first class service doesn't currently exist.

@PostOffice Very disappointed with Royal Mail delivery service. Sent a small parcel 1st Class to a friend on 21/11/20 and it's never been delivered...now assumed lost after 9 days. Shocking service!!
