@PostOffice 15 people in queue at Brighton Churchill Square post office and only one counter open. Self serve points all closed. The speed of service here becomes slower with every visit.

@RoyalMail @PostOffice is there anyway to show proof of postage from 15th Nov from #Littlehampton branch? After 12 days, someone has said their small parcel never arrived. I sent a large bunch of parcels that day, and I think they are pulling a fast one. My receipts gone AWOL :(

@PostOffice who can I complain to about staff running a local branch. They are rude, unhelpful and always seem to close well before their advertised time.

@PostOffice my elderly vulnerable parents left without phone line or internet connection now for 8days and counting! No up date, no apology, and lies that it will be fixed in 24hrs by @PostOffice on the 10th August -Your loyal customer for over 15years!

Think back to when it was just the #postoffice how bad that got. When courier companies arrived, you could actually guarantee a delivery day, tracking info, cheaper etc. It shook things up for the public. The #nhs needs the same thing to happen.
