    @PostOffice who can I complain to about staff running a local branch. They are rude, unhelpful and always seem to close well before their advertised time.

    @BBCLookNorth It's no wonder the #PostOffice is losing money, I avoid using them unless I've no choice nowadays. Too expensive, slow and should run 7days/week.

  • TobyBridges Toby Bridges (@TobyBridges) reported

    The post office near my home area truly sucks & they really need to find more mail carriers to deliver all of our mailings every single day. It has been going on for almost a month now. Receiving them once or twice a week is ridiculous! #postoffice

    @PostOffice Thanks for your quick reply Stephen. So is the glass or the alcohol the issue? 3 x 5cl bottles don’t contain as much glass or as much alcohol as 1 litre! This doesn’t make much sense to me

    @harryjmunro @PostOffice As a postmaster there would be no way I would want to offer this service. There's the time that would be taken (which Post Office Ltd wouldn't pay us adequately for), the queues that could be caused, and the liability should something go wrong...

  • Shafqat_Gul Shafqat Gul (@Shafqat_Gul) reported

    @RoyalMailHelp @PostOffice They said they can’t help

  • harryjmunro Harry Munro (@harryjmunro) reported

    @PostOffice I think you could really benefit from offering a service to wrap/parcel up an item for customers at your branches. You sell packaging but it's not clear whether customers need to bring tape, scissors, etc. So uncertainty puts off just showing up with an item to post.
