    @PostOffice 15 people in queue at Brighton Churchill Square post office and only one counter open. Self serve points all closed. The speed of service here becomes slower with every visit.

    @PostOffice who can I complain to about staff running a local branch. They are rude, unhelpful and always seem to close well before their advertised time.

    @danalar @PostOffice I'm afraid 'click and drop' isn't a Post Office service. It's something you buy directly from Royal Mail, so you would need to contact them to complain. If you go into a Post Office, it's a bit like complaining in Tesco's about Sainsburys, so I can sympathise with the PO staff.

    @maximananyev Girkin looked like an idiot too. So did the IRA in 1916 when they first seized the Dublin Postoffice. Someone did a good PR job.

    @PostOffice just had an awful experience at your sub post office in Brickledon Lane Hertford Heath. I’m stunned by this man’s behaviour and sick and tired of bully’s like him. Do not use this branch.

    @PostOffice Eastbourne main post office. Only 2 people working total and one of them on currency. Second time this has happened now. just not good enough, very poor.

    @PostOffice there is just one member of staff on the 4 counters at St Andrews Post Office. She is bravely attempting to serve the 17 people queuing. As I write, 4 people have walked out. This is no way to treat your loyal staff nor is it providing a public service.
