After 12 days, someone has said their small parcel never arrived. I sent a large bunch of parcels that day, and I think they are pulling a fast one. My receipts gone AWOL :(

We spend 5 minutes trying to scan a QR code through 3" of laminated safety glass, only for the cashier to eventually open the window and scan my QR code that way. Why not just bloody do that from the start?

appleblossomB (@appleblossomBe) reported@PostOffice I sent a registered letter to HMRC on the 11th March . HMRC says they haven’t received it . Tracking only says it was posted and no confirmation of HMRC signing for it or receiving it . Can you please help ?
