@RoyalMail @PostOffice is there anyway to show proof of postage from 15th Nov from #Littlehampton branch? After 12 days, someone has said their small parcel never arrived. I sent a large bunch of parcels that day, and I think they are pulling a fast one. My receipts gone AWOL :(

@PostOffice who can I complain to about staff running a local branch. They are rude, unhelpful and always seem to close well before their advertised time.

@PostOffice 15 people in queue at Brighton Churchill Square post office and only one counter open. Self serve points all closed. The speed of service here becomes slower with every visit.

You need more then one member of staff in your wallington branch on a Saturday @PostOffice over an hours wait is piss poor customer service! Or maybe train the @WHSmith staff to help in there?
