@PostOffice who can I complain to about staff running a local branch. They are rude, unhelpful and always seem to close well before their advertised time.

@PostOffice 15 people in queue at Brighton Churchill Square post office and only one counter open. Self serve points all closed. The speed of service here becomes slower with every visit.

@RoyalMail @PostOffice is there anyway to show proof of postage from 15th Nov from #Littlehampton branch? After 12 days, someone has said their small parcel never arrived. I sent a large bunch of parcels that day, and I think they are pulling a fast one. My receipts gone AWOL :(

@PostOffice item delivered to the wrong address 3 weeks ago, found out who got the item via photo of delivery, they returned it 2 weeks ago to the Post Office. Local Post Office said to come to you as the blame is with the Post Office for delivering to the wrong address. Help!

@emmalouchu @PostOffice Yes, the post office has always been busy ...but now the queue isn't moving forward....it takes at least 10 times longer for each transaction to be done and there are only 3 staffed counters. It has not been that bad since COVID.
