@PostOffice who can I complain to about staff running a local branch. They are rude, unhelpful and always seem to close well before their advertised time.

@PostOffice 15 people in queue at Brighton Churchill Square post office and only one counter open. Self serve points all closed. The speed of service here becomes slower with every visit.

@KateJon41196503 @PostOffice @coopuk Thank you Kate. Delay was the time being taken by two customers for reasons unknown. Royal Mail van was waiting outside After my phone call to the manager I went back in and the counter clerk was dealing with the post. I fail to see why the manager could not take over the counter

For paranoid people, the process of @HSBC_UK shutting counter service & getting business customers to get change from @PostOffice is like a dystonia nightmare. Every single visit is a problem, a different method, like a trick, a game. Ugh. I so miss the lovely HSBC staff.

@CWUnews An Organisation that took govt money to pay compensation to its own staff after having prosecuted hundreds of them in malucious actions designed to cover up its own failings, clearly has learned nothing and is as despicable today as it was then. You've my support. @PostOffice
