@PostOffice who can I complain to about staff running a local branch. They are rude, unhelpful and always seem to close well before their advertised time.

@PostOffice 15 people in queue at Brighton Churchill Square post office and only one counter open. Self serve points all closed. The speed of service here becomes slower with every visit.

@GayToryJon @PostOffice We close at 12.30pm Saturdays (also open 7am - 12pm Sundays) Customer levels drop considerably for us weekend afternoons. As self employed business owners, we cannot afford to staff the shop if the PO remuneration or retail profits do not justify us being open

The @PostOffice are refusing to engage with people about the forced takeover of their broadband & telephone service by @Shell on the 16th of March, when they only informed their customers on 7th March. Is it legal to force the takeover on people who have no wish to support them?

@PostOffice I need to make a complaint as was advised by royal mail. Paid for a guaranteed next day service by 1pm and was not delivered in time. It even says in receipt by 1pm. I want money back plus compensation for false information by post office on royal mail services.

@GayToryJon @PostOffice Postmasters have died during this pandemic, their partners have died their staff members have died many now have to live with long Covid yet they stood at their post all through the pandemic to ensure some sort of service was offered to selfish people like you.

The post offices refuse because they say royal mail don't pay them anything for them. Royal mail have just posted huge profits, yet costs to customers has increased and quality of service decreased. @PostOffice
