    @PostOffice who can I complain to about staff running a local branch. They are rude, unhelpful and always seem to close well before their advertised time.

    @2m0sql @PostOffice We didn't have these problems before we had computers. hihi Watched an entire railroad halt, trains slowed and delayed/stopped because of new generations with no idea how to function without the computer systems, even though phones and radios still worked. Simply... amazing...

    @Sjabulo @PostOffice Good evening, Please advise which Departmental office you went to and on what dates so that we can engage their management. We are usually advised when NaTIS is down at a particular office and have received no reports in this regard.

    It's easier to #complain to the #PostOffice than #RoyalMail. I'd love to speak to the webpage developers and get them to sit with their elderly relatives and see how they fair on their sites. So much better to be able to discuss a problem than to type to a nameless entity.
