@PostOffice who can I complain to about staff running a local branch. They are rude, unhelpful and always seem to close well before their advertised time.

@PostOffice 15 people in queue at Brighton Churchill Square post office and only one counter open. Self serve points all closed. The speed of service here becomes slower with every visit.

@PostOffice The main postoffice in our town is only open part time. Even more annoying is they cant speak a word of English and only communicate in writing which they then translate and cant do a lot of the things a post office should do like banking. This causes a lot of problems.

@PostOffice Hiya. Do you know when the Porthcawl branch will fix its WiFi? Went down there today and was told the WiFi wasn't working and they were not sure when it will be fixed. Needed a driving licence renewal this week.

@POckelford @PostOffice Thats royal mails decision to only offer that service via their online channels. We can only offer the royal mail services that rm allow, in same way we only offer selected dvla services etc. There no dishonesty from the staff at Cannington who have been unfairly accused.

@PostOffice @RoyalMail Indeed. At least @RoyalMail never had nearly 700 of its employees unlawfully prosecuted for theft, false accounting & fraud due to faulty accounting software, probably the worst miscarriage of justice in British legal history.

@PostOffice used self service at post office in whsmith Sutton and got completely ignored by customer services advisor when parcel needed collecting even though one saw me standing there.I had to ask them to come and help me

@byewig1921 @PostOffice @RoyalMail People should have been jailed for that debacle .it was clear the chance of so many being dishonest was remote so the problem was likely to be the system .it was .
