    @PostOffice 15 people in queue at Brighton Churchill Square post office and only one counter open. Self serve points all closed. The speed of service here becomes slower with every visit.

    @RoyalMail @PostOffice is there anyway to show proof of postage from 15th Nov from #Littlehampton branch? After 12 days, someone has said their small parcel never arrived. I sent a large bunch of parcels that day, and I think they are pulling a fast one. My receipts gone AWOL :(

    @PostOffice who can I complain to about staff running a local branch. They are rude, unhelpful and always seem to close well before their advertised time.

    @RoyalMailHelp @PostOffice I will do but why is so difficult to get help from RM? All the call and chat options are automated, with no option to describe your query. Why is not possible to speak to anyone?

    Sent important document signed for @postoffice 9 days ago. Tracking shows it hasn’t been delivered.Have sat on phone listening to ‘sorry for delay’ message for absolutely ages.What can I do. This is hopeless and terrible customer service.Please help me find out where document is

    @PostOffice I visit the branch regularly on my dinner break to post parcels and often have to wait 25+ mins because there is one member of staff at the busiest time. The self service are never on! Please hire more staff. Covid is not an excuse for shocking service on a regular basis.

    @djb1707 @PostOffice I think you'll probably find that charges from the retail card provider are the culprit. The retailer would probably making a loss selling you cans by card, however you can support your post office and retailer by withdrawing cash for the transaction from the post office.

    @auspost I’m a nurse and was off a night shift when that happened. I don’t deserve this unpleasant service from a postman. I want a formal apology from the postoffice. I don’t want him to deliver parcels to my area anymore. He knows my name and address. #6
