    @PostOffice who can I complain to about staff running a local branch. They are rude, unhelpful and always seem to close well before their advertised time.

    @IRSnews I have paid $30 for years to get my taxes filed online. They don’t do it and I end up printing and mailing them myself. The South Portland IRS building never has more than 5 employee cars in the parking lot. There is no PO. @PostOffice .

    @PostOffice It’s the latter that was the most frustrating. All we wanted was ‘We understand your frustration when you have travelled. We will do all we can to help/resolve this. Call in the week & we will tell you if there has been a delivery to save a wasted journey’.

    @toryboypierce 16 days from start to finish for my renewal no problems went to the @PostOffice they did all the hard work just paid the fee

    @PostOffice I've been trying to renew my driving license at the post office but the DVLA matching has been out of order - do you know if this is now fixed? I don't want to stand in a long queue again to be informed it's still broken!

    @SinghNavdeep @secyesw sir if so then its good. But recent pension stoppage... majority of our esm are in villages & not IT saavy..banks/postoffice r even in remote areas so logic of change in pension disbursement not understood.. what savings govt did when DAD cadre increased & put all in problems.
