After 12 days, someone has said their small parcel never arrived. I sent a large bunch of parcels that day, and I think they are pulling a fast one. My receipts gone AWOL :(

I know the closure has caused inconvenience for residents, and I have been pressing for a resolution. I'll share further updates as I receive them.
