@PostOffice 15 people in queue at Brighton Churchill Square post office and only one counter open. Self serve points all closed. The speed of service here becomes slower with every visit.

@PostOffice who can I complain to about staff running a local branch. They are rude, unhelpful and always seem to close well before their advertised time.

@PostOffice You would be better taking any money you intended to save and finding literally any other investment vehicle and avoid saving at a bank. As inflation goes up the value of your saved money goes down. You need money to grow. Not simple be stores.

@enigma_57 @PostOffice As someone who took 13 years to leave an abusive marriage, I still feel this is more for promotion than to help. I know exactly how hard it is to be able to leave that kind of situation. However, it is just my option.

@EGal89 @CupOTeaYo @PostOffice Why is the PO getting 💩 for this? They can use their brand to highlight issues and also show practical ways to help. People leaving domestic abuse will need money. If PO have solutions, great.

@PostOffice @PaulKitchenMan Many small biz's begrudge paying trx fees to Visa, which is fair enough (though a bad business decision). A step toward a cashless but fair society is nationalizing our payments network into a free-to-use NDPB & offering no-credit banking accounts for anyone who needs one.

@PostOffice Thanks. This is a common issue in Basingstoke. It regularly takes 2-3 attempts to find somewhere open.

@PiesMcQ @PostOffice @Alison_McGovern Can you not get a friend or family member to raise the same issue in their name? If they live in the same constituency that is.

@PostOffice Try educating and innovating ways to help these people. A ‘save our cash’ campaign is laughable, cash is being phased out as it is no longer sustainable. If the post office is not aware of what is happening right now with fintech then it is being ran by simpletons.

@PostOffice The drive for a cashless society it driven by the banks. It must really annoy my bank that each Monday I withdraw the cash I will need for the week and proud to say I’ve never owned a credit card for some bank to fleece me and the retailers!

@Jamestheboredd @PostOffice Actually if governments push through CBDC they’ll make it much harder to be able to buy crypto currencies because they’ll cut out banks. You’ll have a CBDC wallet that EVERYTHING goes in or out of.
