@PostOffice who can I complain to about staff running a local branch. They are rude, unhelpful and always seem to close well before their advertised time.

@PostOffice 15 people in queue at Brighton Churchill Square post office and only one counter open. Self serve points all closed. The speed of service here becomes slower with every visit.

@RoyalMail @PostOffice is there anyway to show proof of postage from 15th Nov from #Littlehampton branch? After 12 days, someone has said their small parcel never arrived. I sent a large bunch of parcels that day, and I think they are pulling a fast one. My receipts gone AWOL :(

Appalling customer service in the @PostOffice in Alwnick this afternoon Rude, no name tag, not responding to questions and eye rolling at our questions about parcels. Man sat on the counter with no tag or uniform Politeness cuts both ways I'll just use @dhlexpressuk next time

@PostOffice @RoyalMailHelp So you ‘ask’.. there is no problem with anyone taking a close up of their own parcel. So its not ‘law’ and most certainly nothing to do with ‘mail integrity laws’. Basically, your saying you dont want customers being able to prove they posted a parcel in good condition?

@PostOffice Why, when i can take a photo of it in the post office on the counter ready to go? It protects me from spurious damage claims whilst in your custody. Mail integrity laws.. its laugable. So weve established you ask, but its not law, neither is it enforceable?

Hey @PostOffice your service is an absolute joke! Just spent 2 hours going around #Belfast. Visited three main Post Offices including the one in the city centre! All were closed early! So when the suns out do your hours change on a Saturday?
