@PostOffice who can I complain to about staff running a local branch. They are rude, unhelpful and always seem to close well before their advertised time.

@PostOffice 15 people in queue at Brighton Churchill Square post office and only one counter open. Self serve points all closed. The speed of service here becomes slower with every visit.

With queues like this in the middle of a pandemic how often do you think the staff are able to even wash their hands? Post office staff are people not robots and the post offices are busier than ever, try being kind.

@Lindsey1acnh @PostOffice I’m not being rude. I’m just stating the fact that this is becoming a regular problem in Chalfont St Peter, with or without a pandemic! So something needs to be changed either more staff need to be employed or retrain to better standards and quicker serving.

@PostOffice That’s what I looked at aswell but the guy behind the counter was shouting at people as they entered the shop saying they closed at 4pm, I’ll just send my parcels by UPS. Not good customer service and someone needs to update your opening hours, even if they changed for Xmas!

@PostOffice Thank you. I didn’t have the letter to post, I just wanted a stamp for when I do. The lady at the East Molesey branch is incredible rude and always over charges me for posting items. When I ask for a cheaper option she pretends not to hear & then says she’s rung the sake through.

Snotty imbecile @PostOffice hangs up on me after being in the queue for over 30 minutes. Who the f##k are you employing? You don't attempt delivery or leave a card and that's my fault. Calls me a liar and then hangs up on me for calling her rude??
