@PostOffice 15 people in queue at Brighton Churchill Square post office and only one counter open. Self serve points all closed. The speed of service here becomes slower with every visit.

@PostOffice think maybe your staff need customer service training . Just had the rudest man take my parcel in post office today . I asked special delivery next day . He barked at me “it’s not guaranteed it csn take 21 days “. If that’s the case why have I just paid £6,85 !

Having just moved house, I need a black wired phone cable to make my internet work @SkyHelpTeam Sky sent this out to me by express delivery… on 7th December. Ten days ago @PostOffice Strikes or no strikes (which I support btw), this is totally unacceptable

Can the said Banks relay to @PostOffice to do basic banking such as changing notes..Very angry bank customer changing notes as Xmas gift on behalf of elderly mother for grandchildren..What happens when parents/step parents die and needs to be buried..we use to go with an invoice
