  @PostOffice 15 people in queue at Brighton Churchill Square post office and only one counter open. Self serve points all closed. The speed of service here becomes slower with every visit.

  @PostOffice @StuartWalden The customer may not have to wait for their multiple parcels to be processed but it still takes a counter clerk to process all their “drop and go” multiple parcels. The other customers have to wait either way. So sorry Stuart

  Whatever happened to those calls to #defund the #postoffice or at least fire the lazy people. Every package i get is put in a puddle next to my garage. She is too lazy to get out of the van. Just drops the package out the window. 🤬 No help from @usps

  @RoyalMailHelp i'm living in a newish build area. 1st class letters take 5 working days for delivery. Can it be that your auto sorting machine still doesn't recognize the postcode? Google still doesn't know it nor did Postoffice service finder online so it wouldn't surprise me.

  @scullyp @beisgovuk has spent years destroying @PostOffice network. It is in the worst position it has ever been in. Postmasters have had anything from a 30-70% paycut since Network Transformation rolled out & made their businesses worthless to sell on. No idiot would be stupid enough

  @Knight21st @pinknouveau @PostOffice Remind them the machines are replacing them and why that might be an improvement. If their response is rude and sullen then so be it,bring in the machines. Oh and the post office is being an arse about customs labels for EU post, everything needs one!
