@PostOffice 15 people in queue at Brighton Churchill Square post office and only one counter open. Self serve points all closed. The speed of service here becomes slower with every visit.

@PostOffice who can I complain to about staff running a local branch. They are rude, unhelpful and always seem to close well before their advertised time.

Just went into the Post Office on Upper Street. Came across an employee unlike I’ve ever seen. How can an employee be allowed to insult/belittle a customer and shout at them? I understand having a bad day but resorting to insults is disgusting. Shame on you @postoffice

@PostOffice @marcball90 If it's a Royal Mail service, the max compensation is £250. For certain Parcelforce services, it can go up to £2500 but be prepared for a hefty price tag.

Post Office ≠ Royal Mail

@PostOffice @thecabaretgeek Think you might want to look at when we last got PPE. We get broken bottles of soap every now and then, but the last time we got hand sanitiser was in July. This is the same across branches, not just mine.

This awful @PostOffice employee’s conduct has me wondering how lenient the PO must be with their employees that he felt confident enough to speak/behave in such an appalling manner. And in a store full of customers, no less! #customerservicefail
