@PostOffice who can I complain to about staff running a local branch. They are rude, unhelpful and always seem to close well before their advertised time.

@PostOffice 15 people in queue at Brighton Churchill Square post office and only one counter open. Self serve points all closed. The speed of service here becomes slower with every visit.

@RoyalMail @PostOffice is there anyway to show proof of postage from 15th Nov from #Littlehampton branch? After 12 days, someone has said their small parcel never arrived. I sent a large bunch of parcels that day, and I think they are pulling a fast one. My receipts gone AWOL :(

@PostOffice Every call a different answer, addition of voicemail for my mum ‘impossible’ because of system limitations, can’t cancel via conference call even though I set up the account that way & as soon as I ask to speak to a manger call centre team members start to pretend they can’t hear

@PostOffice hi, if someone could please help us! Our drop & go parcels were sent by our post office with no postage! We are now told we cannot locate them and our customers are chasing us daily very unhappy! We’re really disappointed with this service and would love a resolution

@PostOffice You really need to sort staffing out a the Worcester branch. 40mins and counting. It’s bad normally without COVID & Christmas but this is ridiculous.

@ithattheatre @PostOffice They will have left the post office. Signed for is not a tracked service, it is scanned when accepted and scanned when delivery is attempted nothing more

3 parcels to send & a queue outside the @PostOffice, so I pay for & print the labels. @RoyalMail website says "Drop off a prepaid item" at a "Customer Service Point" round the corner. Fantastic! Except... "Oh no, we can't take those here, go to the Post Office." 😡

@PostOffice still same issues with Frimley PO. Other post offices provide a very good service and like their customers. Frimley seems to run with a different plan. Main issue is they will not take prepaid mail. WHY ?

I remember when @fedex was great. Now with sub-postoffice reliability and abysmal customer service might as well just save a couple of bucks and use @ups from now on.

What is going on @PostOffice. Three parcels sent 2nd Class since December 7th and not one has arrived yet?? There are plenty of convenient excuses but that is shocking service

Sent a package to USA using drop and go. Assumed I would get some form of proof of shipping as normal but checking my manifest it just states Royal Mail and date - my customer is complaining its not arrived - how can I even prove its sent? #dropandgo #royalmail #postoffice
