@PostOffice 15 people in queue at Brighton Churchill Square post office and only one counter open. Self serve points all closed. The speed of service here becomes slower with every visit.

@PostOffice who can I complain to about staff running a local branch. They are rude, unhelpful and always seem to close well before their advertised time.

@richardkillip @PostOffice Part of the Post Office's main function is to receive post and send it. The customer has paid for the postage so surely it can't be refused.

@fascinatorfun @PostOffice It's a scam. Would you believe we have the same scam here with Malaysia's Pos Laju service.

@PostOffice @das2112a Customs charges are not our responsibility. No matter what a PO does they will still be charged at the destination country. We also cannot tell a customer what the charges will be.

@fascinatorfun @PostOffice These are nominally a hoax. Your local Post Office Parcel Office will have a phone number, during Covid they are running a restricted service, a couple of hours a day.

Transport and Comms Cttee hears that up to 200 post offices could close within 18 months if state doesn’t intervene with support. #SaveOurServices #PostOffice #AnPost

Thanks @PostOffice for wanting to charge my mum (joint policy holder) £50 more for the exact same insurance policy because my father died. You know how to treat people at times like this. Thankfully I have now moved to @AvivaUK who provide a better product anyway. #shoveit

@fascinatorfun @PostOffice Yes, this is just another scam, one of so many. Re the @PostOffice , don’t forget that it’s no longer a Public Service, but just another Privatised business.
