@PostOffice who can I complain to about staff running a local branch. They are rude, unhelpful and always seem to close well before their advertised time.

@PostOffice Nothing on ya’lls part tbh it’s actually the weirdo’s that post offices seem to attract that kill my vibe huffing and puffing down my neck in the queue cos they gotta wait for 5 mins or longer to be seen to but I appreciate the concern luv x

  • Southdown712
Scott McAvoy-Hunnisett (@Southdown712) reported from Littlehampton, England

@RoyalMail @PostOffice is there anyway to show proof of postage from 15th Nov from #Littlehampton branch? After 12 days, someone has said their small parcel never arrived. I sent a large bunch of parcels that day, and I think they are pulling a fast one. My receipts gone AWOL :(

@PostOffice why are you so difficult to deal with? Go to the post office to try and post some parcels trying to earn some money and your systems are not working. Just rubbish @eBay_UK @WelshGovernment

  • Cat_onabike
    Cowardly Lion (@Cat_onabike) reported

@JamesAsser @PostOffice I asked to use the self-service equipment to send a parcel. The team leader said 'No, the manager says we don't allow that.' Why not? 'None of your business. I don't have to tell you. I don't work for the Post Office.' Can I speak to the manager? 'He doesn't work here.' /2

Does anyone know why the UK Postoffice scandal final report has still not been seen, and why not one person has been prosecuted for the truly terrible way post office owners were so appallingly treated?

  • Davidantbest
    David Best (@Davidantbest) reported

@PostOffice completely list all faith in PO. I needed three things delivered this week. One was some medication, one was a bank card. All on next day delivery. 7 days later not one has been delivered. Awful service from a service that used to be reliable.

  • blonde_moment83

@RoyalMailHelp @PostOffice hi, I sent something tracked 24 on Thursday morning and today the tracking says they were unable to deliver it today. Can you help please?

Unlike my experiences with @PostOffice and @WilliamHill who fought me every single step, refused to apologise, and never properly fixed their mistakes, at least Sky has shown a real difference. This highlights how some companies seem to think they’re above the law, above being challenged, and completely unaccountable for their actions and decisions. Importantly, it’s not about companies always giving in or admitting the customer is right every single time sometimes the customer can be wrong. But when the customer has clear evidence that proves their side of the story beyond reasonable doubt, it shouldn’t be difficult for a company to simply say: “Yes, we made a mistake here’s your full payout.” Take the £5.75 @WilliamHill owed/owes me but refused and still refusing to pay properly they should have just admitted the error and fixed it. Why do some companies struggle so much to be honest and say sorry when things go wrong? It doesn’t have to end in long adjudication processes or court battles. Disputes should be settled fairly and quickly through agreement, not turned into fights.
