@PostOffice 15 people in queue at Brighton Churchill Square post office and only one counter open. Self serve points all closed. The speed of service here becomes slower with every visit.

@PostOffice I am raising it publicly as @postoffice are very clearly not ‘handling it directly’. The last advice I had from @postoffice was to keep raising the issue until open reach cave in and spend money to fix it. Ridiculous customer service

@PostOffice I’ve been waiting two years for you to fix my mums telephone line. She’s 86, lives on her own, is extremely vulnerable and is completely reliant on the phone. I’ve been constantly passed between you and @openreachhelp and neither of you takes responsibility.

@PostOffice Internet is back in the morning. This is second time I experience such outage within 1 week, can I please know why is this happening ? And is there a way to notify customers in advance so we can arrange for such situation. I had to stop my work at night. Not a good situation !!

@PostOffice Oh right I understand now. That's makes it even more of a problem that some of your branches are running low on stamps. If only you had some kind of nationwide delivery network that could alleviate this problem. Do you offer a next day pre-noon delivery option you could use?
