@PostOffice who can I complain to about staff running a local branch. They are rude, unhelpful and always seem to close well before their advertised time.

@PostOffice 15 people in queue at Brighton Churchill Square post office and only one counter open. Self serve points all closed. The speed of service here becomes slower with every visit.

Disappointed to have to queue for 15 mins at your very poorly-ventilated Ealing Broadway branch just now, @PostOffice (self-service tills closed; only 1 person on duty till 10.00). When only 2 of the 9 people ahead of me had masks on, #GoodVentilationMatters Please sort it out.

I should not be working front counter at the post office. I don't care about anyone's problems or spb stories about how much they need a PO box or whatever meltdown they are having in the lobby or literally anything. Proctor #postoffice is the worst for this too.

Roughly 5k worth of live ants inside my mailbox really spices up my postal experience. Thx @PostOffice for what I assume is your customer apprec army. I have been a lifelong customer, yes. But, next time, just as an FYI, I prefer bourbon to ants. You know, #fornexttime #thxtho

Agghhh damn bloody .@PostOffice and .@USPS. You did NOT deliver my @NicholeLynel package. There was no re-attempt to deliver now it’s back to the USA! I need that package, it’s for my holiday FGS! Thank you to Nicholas team being helpful.

Manager in @PostOffice Aberystwyth: people keep shouting at my staff. We have a real problem with people getting angry. Me: maybe it's your staff, their training, and their attitude that are the problem, not the customers? She really didn't like that thought at all!

@PostOffice I’ve already called. The advisor I spoke to couldn’t have sounded less interested if he tried, had no idea what my issue was and couldn’t give me a straight answer other than “try in like 2 hours or something”. I don’t have time to sit and wait another 40 minutes unfortunately
