    @PostOffice 15 people in queue at Brighton Churchill Square post office and only one counter open. Self serve points all closed. The speed of service here becomes slower with every visit.

    @PostOffice who can I complain to about staff running a local branch. They are rude, unhelpful and always seem to close well before their advertised time.

    @PostOffice We were queuing for about 20 mins, which when all you want to do is send a return which is scanning a barcode and getting a receipt is a bit excessive… self service we could’ve been in and out in 1 min. Efficiencies are possible for sure!

    @PostOffice Do you have the same refund policy for Digital Passport Check&Send? Your clerk filled in HER details as applicant on my 2 childrens apps, entered my DOB wrong, existing issue/expiry dates incorrect. 31 DAYS of call/emails I can't get @HM_Passport to help. Going to £thousands

    @PostOffice Okay thanks, I put in my details, but luckily not my bank details because I've never been charged for a redelivery, plus they normally leave it in the hidden place or like you say a royal mail card. Thought it was a bit dodge!

    @dgship_goi My CDC renewal application number- SMO(M)/2022/22262359. Shipping master Mumbai is still showing under process. If dispatched kindly update speedpost tracking number as my residence is in remote area and will help me in followup at local postoffice.

    @PostOffice Hello. The Metro Centre in Gateshead. I didn't want to go further to another office as I couldn't be sure they'd be doing them either. The problem is the RM website does say some offices aren't doing them and to check branch finder which indicates that the branch was OK. Cheers.

    @PostOffice @DVLAgovuk can you tell where I can renew my driving license, 2 PO’s have said they are not set up to do this despite it being advertised as part of their service. Can’t do this online as passport is being renewed.
