@RoyalMail @PostOffice is there anyway to show proof of postage from 15th Nov from #Littlehampton branch? After 12 days, someone has said their small parcel never arrived. I sent a large bunch of parcels that day, and I think they are pulling a fast one. My receipts gone AWOL :(

@PostOffice who can I complain to about staff running a local branch. They are rude, unhelpful and always seem to close well before their advertised time.

@PostOffice 15 people in queue at Brighton Churchill Square post office and only one counter open. Self serve points all closed. The speed of service here becomes slower with every visit.

@PostOffice Yes. I’ve called 4 times and emailed no reply. I had to find another 1000 and get a worse rate at the airport. Customer service really poor I ve lost £1000!

The postman of my village does not give the papers on time, he always takes months to keep the papers, which causes a lot of trouble to the people, so you are requested to take appropriate action on him and he should be suspended from his post, P.O- Mion, pin- 821101 @PostOffice

@PostOffice At least 30 mins - there are over 12 /14 in the queue - I don’t think the poor lady (V) will even get a break or chance to go to the loo - totally unacceptable for staff and the customers!

@PostOffice The post office in Wallingford is still shut. Several residents, including myself, have had the same standard reply to emails, more than once. Take it seriously please, we don't want standard replies we want a functioning post office. As my MP @david4wantage can you help please?
