    @coynee6 @PostOffice Same here ... just walked into town to find Post Office closed due to system issues! Would like to know when back up so I don’t make another wasted journey!!

    @PostOffice 15 people in queue at Brighton Churchill Square post office and only one counter open. Self serve points all closed. The speed of service here becomes slower with every visit.

    @RoyalMail @PostOffice is there anyway to show proof of postage from 15th Nov from #Littlehampton branch? After 12 days, someone has said their small parcel never arrived. I sent a large bunch of parcels that day, and I think they are pulling a fast one. My receipts gone AWOL :(

    @PostOffice who can I complain to about staff running a local branch. They are rude, unhelpful and always seem to close well before their advertised time.

    @AshwiniVaishnaw @IndiaPostOffice @IndiaPostOffice this is ridiculous, worst service ever. Close your support team setup just wasting time, I m waiting for my pan card since last month and today got to know that my pan card returned back why? There is no proper reply from postoffice everyone is just ignoring.

    @PostOffice I have rung 5 times on this number 0800 169 7500 and after 2 minutes you hang up 😡 what's going on? Can you give another number to ring please that someone will actually answer?

    @PostOffice Then lobby the government to lower the charges on card transactions for businesses. Or offer a service yourself. That is the future. I know many young people. Very few under 25 use cash. Old folk like me are dying, cash will die with that. As it should.

    @StarlingBank @UnknownZhao I have the same issue as well. The @PostOffice card keypad says “Declined” every time I tried to deposit cash.

    @PostOffice Nothing to say about the gutting of the Crown network? Nothing to say about the appalling bullying and harassment because of Horizon? Nothing to say about staff and customers being sold down the river by back door privatisation? Thought not.

    IT affects everything we do know and we mock stupid breaches due to a weak passwords or a 10 year old CVE But @fujitsu_uk Horizion was horrifically bad, e.g. no logs showing remote log ons for a start, then @PostOffice just saving corporate face, having paid £1.2bn for it 6/7
