  @PostOffice hi please can you help me I think the post office has made a mistake? I exchanged £1000GBP yesterday to Turkish lira. Exchange rate was 18.9. Online is says 20.1 I should have got 20000 lira I got 19000. I need to go back tomorrow to question this. Can you confirm? Ta

  @PostOffice By this time , Royal Mail had not replied . Please take trouble to use tracking No . Status last showed , it has been received in Kolkata on 12 th July .Amazing Kolkata Post office sent to Mumbai Post Office. !! You say Royal Mail shall reply . Please be serious .

  It's bad enough having your holiday totally ruined, but then having to deal with the insurance just makes it event worse. @postoffice do you deliberately make it almost impossible to process claims? #badcustomerservice #negligence #frustration
