@PostOffice Nothing on ya’lls part tbh it’s actually the weirdo’s that post offices seem to attract that kill my vibe huffing and puffing down my neck in the queue cos they gotta wait for 5 mins or longer to be seen to but I appreciate the concern luv x

@RoyalMail @PostOffice is there anyway to show proof of postage from 15th Nov from #Littlehampton branch? After 12 days, someone has said their small parcel never arrived. I sent a large bunch of parcels that day, and I think they are pulling a fast one. My receipts gone AWOL :(

@PostOffice 15 people in queue at Brighton Churchill Square post office and only one counter open. Self serve points all closed. The speed of service here becomes slower with every visit.

I see that @PostOffice customer service is about as reliable as their branches. Both advertise opening hours or response times and neither keeps them. A reminder to ring the branch before you go as advertised hours mean nothing and won't guarantee they will actually be open 🙄

@PostOffice abhorrent behaviour from the Woolston branch in Southampton. Refused me and my support dog, gaslighted me and my partner and didn’t send the parcel I wanted SIGNED and got second class. Post Office please get in contact.

@ketofolamnesia @gharkekalesh Doesn't matter how you explain.. the staff takes their time and never care abou the patients.. I have seen it personally from 3pvt hospitals in India.. worrying this is, they think this is another normal job like a clark in postoffice.. they don't know the value of their service.

Dear @PostOffice your insurance company underwriters "Market studies" are an absolute disgrace, I've been on the phone for over half an hour to them and they've passed me over 3 times, I've never dealt with such plain reluctance to give a sh*t from any company. 🤬

@PostOffice @parcelforce The woman at the Post Office put in the wrong address on the system for a parcel I have sent so now it hasn’t been delivered within 24 hours as promised and won’t be until Monday. Unbelievable incompetence as seemingly no resolution when I call. Shambolic
