@PostOffice who can I complain to about staff running a local branch. They are rude, unhelpful and always seem to close well before their advertised time.

@PostOffice there is just one member of staff on the 4 counters at St Andrews Post Office. She is bravely attempting to serve the 17 people queuing. As I write, 4 people have walked out. This is no way to treat your loyal staff nor is it providing a public service.

@BigPawsRule @PostOffice WHSmith and the ‘Post Office’ are two separate businesses. WHS staff can’t jump onto a PO counter till to reduce the queue. Does that help?

@kevin_j_foster @PostOffice But they don’t provide the services, it’s the thousands of independent self employed postmasters that give the service to their communities, often at their own expense as the remuneration PO Ltd pay them doesn’t cover the costs of delivering the service to the public.

@PostOffice is there any reason your Stansted mountfitchet branch refuses to take packages? Not really fulfilling a service is it?

@maximananyev Girkin looked like an idiot too. So did the IRA in 1916 when they first seized the Dublin Postoffice. Someone did a good PR job.

@PostOffice just had an awful experience at your sub post office in Brickledon Lane Hertford Heath. I’m stunned by this man’s behaviour and sick and tired of bully’s like him. Do not use this branch.
