@PostOffice who can I complain to about staff running a local branch. They are rude, unhelpful and always seem to close well before their advertised time.

@AlisonGeorge10 @PostOffice So stupid, the Covid aerosols can certainly float over the plastic screen. Droplets no, aerosol yes. Good lord, not sure about the postal office.

  • rchdnv Richard D (@rchdnv) reported

@PostOffice The point is that "Freepost Name" service doesn't have a postcode. How do we do it for a "Freepost Name" service?

@PostOffice 3 go as a small parcel and, this is the important bit, me as a customer would decide what I wanted to do. I would have used a different courier, just so you are aware. So disappointed again with experience as not first time poor cust serv

@coldhardfacts7 @PostOffice @PostOfficeNews What is your bio?? “I cannot bring change and I overlook issues as I do not want challenge as I cannot put my brains into fifth gear and face it.” And, I do not need “followers” as you still read it. I need strong intelligent thinkers. Not dead logs who want to be people pleasers

  • eddiewongham Eddie Wong (@eddiewongham) reported

@PostOffice The Post Office staff at the Old Kent Road branch weren't practising what you preach. To top that, the store manager was rude, condescending, late to open the store, amongst a few things. Have photographic proof and can explain more in a DM.

  • JoeMCMLXXXIX Joe (@JoeMCMLXXXIX) reported

@BBCLondonNews Nothing to do with covid really. It's to do with systematic under staffing, privatisation and a lack of respect for their captive customer base. The queues outside every Postoffice are a testament to this. It's a hugely embarrassing shame and much like many parts of the modern UK

@RoyalMail @PostOffice I'm a cllr & have had residents get in touch in SM5 area who've not been getting any mail for 3 weeks now. Some are elderly & v.worried they may miss important NHS letters. Emails bounce, and they've been stuck on hold when they call. Can you please help?

  • KMB193 KatiB💙💙💙 (@KMB193) reported

@PostOffice 1 how do I make a complaint? Been in branch and asked to send as large letter. Asked if wanted 2nd or 1st. Charged 3.20. I then said it's a large letter, he said not. OK, fine, but where was my option? Why was I not told that

@vimz_k @PostOffice @PostOfficeNews It becomes “stupid and ignorant” when it provokes thinking and cannot think outside the box. Inside the box is what you want to see and think. Outside the box comes scrutiny and need strong minds for it to shift things. Get out of the box and see injustice and unfairness.
