@RoyalMail @PostOffice is there anyway to show proof of postage from 15th Nov from #Littlehampton branch? After 12 days, someone has said their small parcel never arrived. I sent a large bunch of parcels that day, and I think they are pulling a fast one. My receipts gone AWOL :(

@PostOffice 15 people in queue at Brighton Churchill Square post office and only one counter open. Self serve points all closed. The speed of service here becomes slower with every visit.

Question for @PostOffice . There’s a post office in my village that still comes up as meant to be open but hasn’t been open in over a year. Sign up saying it was due to reopen last year never has. Isn’t there regulations about post offices being declared open or closed?

@colin_arthurs @PostOffice I suggest you mind your own business! there is no doubt where they came from and Royal Mail have pointed out the discrepancies that make them fake. I’m not a crook, I’ve been done by a sub postmistress who can buy stamps where she wants. “It is a major problem in the post office”

(Cont’d) so I shouldn’t have any problems. The lady I spoke to at @AskNationwide was brilliant & I feel confident that my money (not that I have much) is safe. @PostOffice don’t text you for unpaid fees, they put a card through the door. PLEASE BE CAREFUL!

@IndiaPostOffice Our postman is never on duty so we have to travel 5km to other postoffice so 10 km back and forth at a place where no public transport is available. @IndiaPostOffice Bo: pindora jahangirpur Pin: 247778 Please take necessary actions whole village is suffering because of this.

So, despite the poor service from my local @PostOffice , I relent and make a detour from work at 3:35 with my solitary small parcel...only to find that the counter closed at 3! (Applicable to yesterday, today & tomorrow!) Result- @Parcel2Go get more of my business!

@Kayleighrawlin1 @PostOffice I'm w/o an internet connection for the 7th time in 3 months and yes a couple of years ago it took over a month to get connected I need to switch soon they are now owned by Shell so God only knows what customer services will be like "Got any petrol mate + me internet needs fixin'"

@PostOffice Please can you sort out your Shrewsbury Branch, as it is shut for the 2nd day in a row, when the WHSmith area manager won't support the local team with cover, leading to staff going off sick, due to working the counters alone.
