@PostOffice who can I complain to about staff running a local branch. They are rude, unhelpful and always seem to close well before their advertised time.

@PostOffice 15 people in queue at Brighton Churchill Square post office and only one counter open. Self serve points all closed. The speed of service here becomes slower with every visit.

Strikes were well publicised, companies did have other options, bound to have a knock on effect throughout WHOLE service. Ex postie myself. The whole point of strikes is that they are disruptive

@PostOffice lost my main tool of work my laptop 2 months ago promised a compensation For the lost item but never paid. I contacted @BBCWatchdog to help to have my money back so I can purchase a new laptop and work. They are the must unreliable uncommitted company😡
