@PostOffice 15 people in queue at Brighton Churchill Square post office and only one counter open. Self serve points all closed. The speed of service here becomes slower with every visit.

@PostOffice who can I complain to about staff running a local branch. They are rude, unhelpful and always seem to close well before their advertised time.

@PostOffice Thank you. It really is atrocious business practice. This is what happens when private enterprise takes over public service.

@PostOffice @RoyalMailHelp Whilst we support posties in their strike perhaps when their stood outside their offices, passers by hooting support, maybe they should send a member to every post office to fend off the barrage of abuse we post office workers are getting about it. 😩

So Global communists want to Digital cashless to ensure total control of our lives. Is there a move here with #PostOffice & post service #strike to shutdown legacy banking since lots of banking has moved to post office due to bank branch closures. The union wouldn't, would they?

@RoyalMail @PostOffice ...maybe update 2nd class promise to 3 week delivery? 2nd class service even before a strike is unacceptable if it cannot be deliverd on time. And I'm in my right to be disappointed with the service I'm getting.

From a reader: "the @PostOffice told me I shouldn't put stamps on a Special Delivery Guaranteed letter it would slow down delivery". These people ARE trained but their training in financial services & other products means they have lost sight of basics on the mails. 1/2

@alan09344 @CWUnews @PostOffice Just last week. I think if we get the dispute sorted a large amount of the companies that left will come back, we have less problems with parcels getting damaged or going missing than the other couriers.

My postman signed my name for a delivery that I never received and the @PostOffice are refusing to refund me for the item as “it has been signed for” Pretty sure this is classed as mail fraud.

@RoyalMail Except for the fact that @PostOffice branches still haven’t received September stamp issues from stamps and supplies and they have customers waiting.
