@PostOffice who can I complain to about staff running a local branch. They are rude, unhelpful and always seem to close well before their advertised time.

@PostOffice 15 people in queue at Brighton Churchill Square post office and only one counter open. Self serve points all closed. The speed of service here becomes slower with every visit.

@RoyalMail @PostOffice is there anyway to show proof of postage from 15th Nov from #Littlehampton branch? After 12 days, someone has said their small parcel never arrived. I sent a large bunch of parcels that day, and I think they are pulling a fast one. My receipts gone AWOL :(

@PostOffice Nothing on ya’lls part tbh it’s actually the weirdo’s that post offices seem to attract that kill my vibe huffing and puffing down my neck in the queue cos they gotta wait for 5 mins or longer to be seen to but I appreciate the concern luv x

@PostOffice 10 minutes outside. Should doors just close prior to 12:30 then? With a sign saying early closing if there’s a queue?? I appreciate everyone’s busy, or understaffed or ill, but when you get to a service in good time, you expect the service to be fulfilled.

@PostOffice So there are three errors that say to use World Zone 1 for USA, and nothing to contradict that, meaning anyone pricing up postage to USA to charge people - as with me - will end up with the wrong price, and end up having to pay a lot more.

@PostOffice I went to post a heavy parcel at Brixton rd PO & had a QR code ready. I was told their systems were down and to try again after 3pm. I walked to Loughborough junction PO only to be told they were shut - this was at 2:30, despite it saying online they shut at 4. (1/2)

My local @PostOffice counter is advertised as opening all day on Saturdays (on the internet and even with an official sticker on the door of the newsagent store). However, they still close at around 2pm and the shutters come down. The postmaster is cheating his paymaster...

@PostOffice I charged a fan £30 postage because of that page, when really it will cost me £43.60. The error cost me £13.60. There are THREE errors on that page: 1: It doesn't define World Zone 3 anywhere.
