@PostOffice 15 people in queue at Brighton Churchill Square post office and only one counter open. Self serve points all closed. The speed of service here becomes slower with every visit.

Worst services of DTDC courier pvt. Ltd... My all urgent medicine get damaged in parcel.. From last 3 day trying to connect dtdc but no one is responding.. speed post is much better than DTDC.. worst staff of DTDC. #DTDC @DTDCIndia @postoffice.

Still find it really random why two government bodies have been suggested for privatisation...what's the logic and motive?! But anyway, I renewed my passport with @PostOffice passport service on 24th March and it will arrive today! So the @HM_Passport has been super efficient!

@PostOffice I’m on the phone number now but no one ever answers. Any other contact method for insurance as they don’t reply to forms/emails either? Do they have their own insurance Twitter? I tried to search but couldn’t find anything. It’s extremely infuriating and bad service!

@PostOffice I sent a letter 1st class next day delivery to be signed for on the 19/4, as yet nine days later it still has not arrived and your customer service says it’s still pending …. Appalling service!

@PostDocHV @PostOffice @HM_Passport Misplaced ideology? If independently verifiable data says services are considered inefficient, surely it’s better to try to understand and reform them? Let’s invest in services, not privatise. PS huge issues here around data management & handing statutory roles to private bodies
