@PostOffice 15 people in queue at Brighton Churchill Square post office and only one counter open. Self serve points all closed. The speed of service here becomes slower with every visit.

@PostOffice who can I complain to about staff running a local branch. They are rude, unhelpful and always seem to close well before their advertised time.

@PostOffice Thanks Ryan, much appreciated. I did politely explain to him that these are free but was subsequently called a “b*stard” upon leaving. Not really a great standard of customer service, and surely not in line with Post Office values? Would be grateful if this could be fed back.

@PostOffice Internet is back in the morning. This is second time I experience such outage within 1 week, can I please know why is this happening ? And is there a way to notify customers in advance so we can arrange for such situation. I had to stop my work at night. Not a good situation !!

@RoyalMailHelp @aneuroticwriter @PostOffice It’s waste of time. The post office manager said they act as agency for Royal Mail, anything related to parcel needs to speak to RM. But I was told by the RM lady it’s the post office accepted my parcel, meaning she can’t check my parcel paid with track service. Royal Mail sucks!

"Everything is difficult today" - another comment from a sensible friend. Spoke to a kind soul at @LloydsBank customer service today (credit where..). On the down side I wasted 30 minutes talking to a 'robot' at the @PostOffice & was unable to register a simple change of address.

@RoyalMailHelp @RoyalMail @PostOffice no fee to pay card delivered again and a customs charge to pay and item here since 7/12, no phone lines open and I am isolating - this happened last month too and the item was sent back to USA. Please help me get my item!
