    @PostOffice who can I complain to about staff running a local branch. They are rude, unhelpful and always seem to close well before their advertised time.

    @PostOffice 15 people in queue at Brighton Churchill Square post office and only one counter open. Self serve points all closed. The speed of service here becomes slower with every visit.

    @PostOffice Nothing on ya’lls part tbh it’s actually the weirdo’s that post offices seem to attract that kill my vibe huffing and puffing down my neck in the queue cos they gotta wait for 5 mins or longer to be seen to but I appreciate the concern luv x

    @RoyalMail @PostOffice is there anyway to show proof of postage from 15th Nov from #Littlehampton branch? After 12 days, someone has said their small parcel never arrived. I sent a large bunch of parcels that day, and I think they are pulling a fast one. My receipts gone AWOL :(

    @PostOffice - Tracking & delivery app is so crass! I want the option I have paid for: Delivery today but this doesn’t exist on your Tracking. The Assistant bot is no help whatsoever. I just want the item delivered today & left outside my daughter’s door. Simple instruction.

    @Metcalfe_SBET @PostOffice Bank then it would fix many problems in one. You would have postal services in your area and a bank that people could open accounts with and drive new footfall through the door. Offer government backed mortgages, gov backed green loans. The list of possibilities is endless!

    @IanManion @PostOffice Been terrible since they took over. Allegedly it was originally staffing issues and now my wife tells me for the last couple of months it’s terminal issues. I stopped using it not long after they started. Opening was always hit or miss

    different. I would go as far to suggest that ALL 2417 HSS applications need an external review of how they were settled especially those early on who had no access to legal support in preparing the claim. Remember @PostOffice ONLY provided legal support AFTER an offer was made.

    Ugh. Used a @PostOffice to send @RoyalMailHelp parcels. Post office stuck the wrong labels to the wrong parcels and now I’m stuck in a loop of ‘it’s not my problem’ between the two!!

    @DC4Indy @PostOffice Branch I worked 9 years ago had to stop taking the “English” £50 note at one point due to forgeries. Went on for over 4 months. Didn’t have the facilities to check them properly (they were very good fakes, pen and UV didn’t help) Rare but it does happen.
