    @PostOffice who can I complain to about staff running a local branch. They are rude, unhelpful and always seem to close well before their advertised time.

    @RoyalMail @PostOffice is there anyway to show proof of postage from 15th Nov from #Littlehampton branch? After 12 days, someone has said their small parcel never arrived. I sent a large bunch of parcels that day, and I think they are pulling a fast one. My receipts gone AWOL :(

    @PostOffice 15 people in queue at Brighton Churchill Square post office and only one counter open. Self serve points all closed. The speed of service here becomes slower with every visit.

    Strongly recommend *against* using the @PostOffice prepaid travel card for any holidays. Terrible service when there's an issue, with phone calls dropped before answering. Currently £100 out of pocket because of the Post Office

    @PostOffice Yes, it’s great when a large company can pass the blame and responsibility onto someone else isn’t it? The issues are with upper management clearly, passing the buck down the line serves no purpose, but hey ho, crack on.

    @EalingCouncil please can you raise the complete absence of counter staff at Ealing @PostOffice with the management - some services cannot be purchased at self service and most people need staff intervention for self service machines anyway queuing for over 45 minutes

    Desperate to post customer special orders - got to get in car after work & do a 12 mile round trip due to @PostOffice closure in Helmsley. No amount of “consultation” can absorb the environmental damage & inconvenience this is causing our town @kevinhollinrake @GeorgeJabbourUK
