@PostOffice who can I complain to about staff running a local branch. They are rude, unhelpful and always seem to close well before their advertised time.

@PostOffice 15 people in queue at Brighton Churchill Square post office and only one counter open. Self serve points all closed. The speed of service here becomes slower with every visit.

Hey @PostOffice for the second time recently, you delivered foreign currency which must be signed for. Your postman signed my name himself - passing off - illegal. I was at home. No attempt to knock on the door at all. Dreadful service. Same fake signature too so same postman.

@PostOffice Went to a Branch this morning, five miles from home! 18 queuers.They do the photocard renewals without an appointment but too busy today. The fact I had to travel to even just find out if there was an appointment required is just poor customer service in my opinion. Not good PO.

@Chalkybear57 So you all rember the amazon saga when amazon tried to deliver every day to a defunct delivery box? Well i changed delivery to postoffice & am still getting a message to say "we met a problem". Its a puzzle board for grannys xmas cos i got her a jigsaw. They better deliver it

As minister @peterkyle could, today, cut through all the continued #PostOfficeScandal crap and compensation delays being dished out to innocent subpostmasters by @PostOffice lawyers and their protectors in @biztradegovuk DBT. Why doesn't he? Why?

In person evidence to #PostOfficeScandal inquiry turned up lots of times people were said to have said things that they said they would never have said. Very curious that. Or perhaps @PostOffice culture encouraged people and lawyers to say things they knew they shouldn't say.

@PostOffice Not impressed with your St Albans main Post Office. They are advertised as closing at 12.30 on Saturdays, yet they closed the doors at 12.15. The staff member on the door waa extremely rude too.
