@PostOffice who can I complain to about staff running a local branch. They are rude, unhelpful and always seem to close well before their advertised time.

@PostOffice I was at the branch at around 2.15pm today and the shutters were down. I checked online and it said the branch had been 'closed due to unforeseen circumstances' (please see pic attached). When and where can I now collect my parcel from?

@PostOffice hi, if someone could please help us! Our drop & go parcels were sent by our post office with no postage! We are now told we cannot locate them and our customers are chasing us daily very unhappy! We’re really disappointed with this service and would love a resolution

Went into Hammersmith to find a @postoffice since SW13’s PO has an hour long queue & Castelnau PO has closed. Took 40 mins to get my huge parcel there in a car, polluting our friends in Putney, as #hammersmithbridge is closed. London is in pieces. Fix our bridge @CharlotteV

@PostOffice You really need to sort staffing out a the Worcester branch. 40mins and counting. It’s bad normally without COVID & Christmas but this is ridiculous.

Hey @PostOffice what’s the issue with delivering letters and parcels lately? Comical way to run a service.

@jamesmorrell_ @PostOffice I don’t need to sort anything out and certainly not going to do what you saying! Post office queue is different to McDonald’s! Both can implement better queue management! You obviously need to spend less time on social media and more aware of social issues!

@Atmywitsend3 @PostOffice And please get a life. Stop responding to everyone who had something to say about post office’s customer service. Everyone who had something to say had a bad experience and needed to be escalated to HQ.

@PostOffice still same issues with Frimley PO. Other post offices provide a very good service and like their customers. Frimley seems to run with a different plan. Main issue is they will not take prepaid mail. WHY ?
