@PostOffice 15 people in queue at Brighton Churchill Square post office and only one counter open. Self serve points all closed. The speed of service here becomes slower with every visit.

@PostOffice who can I complain to about staff running a local branch. They are rude, unhelpful and always seem to close well before their advertised time.

@RoyalMail @PostOffice is there anyway to show proof of postage from 15th Nov from #Littlehampton branch? After 12 days, someone has said their small parcel never arrived. I sent a large bunch of parcels that day, and I think they are pulling a fast one. My receipts gone AWOL :(

@DVLAgovuk I applied for my first provisional licence on 27-Nov-21 and sent the required ID,signed form to DVLA through registered post, it was received by DVLA on 11-12-2021 as per PostOffice Track&Trace.Checking application status online shows awaiting return form. Please help.

Hi @ASOS my wife wanted to return an item however the option to return via @RoyalMail / @PostOffice is not showing on the list of options. Has this service been discontinued or is this an error?

@Mphillips_LDFC @PostOffice I would accept that if the garage was closed too as the staff run both facilities. This is the post office that is closed and many in our village rely on the service. Everyone deserves time off 100% however the post office is part if the garage not separate - doesn't make sense

Any one having trouble with @NatWest_Help today? A relative has paid in money to my account at the local @PostOffice (using paying in slip) this morning & it still isn’t in my account. Also, spent my “rewards” this morning but the amount is still showing as in my “rewards”.

@PostOffice I've purchased a recorded delivery label online, and tried to post the item. There was one staff member on self service who said to scan it there, but that didn't work. She said the other staff member was counting money so after already queuing, I'd need to come back in an hour.

@Swearyfairy1 The @PostOffice is bloody useless. Delivered my parcel to wrong address (Xmas presents), spent over 2 hrs and 20 minutes on phone in queue and 10 days later receive email saying they’re still investigating and suggesting I look at help pages. All I want is my bloody parcels 😡😡
