@PostOffice 15 people in queue at Brighton Churchill Square post office and only one counter open. Self serve points all closed. The speed of service here becomes slower with every visit.

@PostOffice I've been charged to return an item when I know it's free returns. This was the tipping point. He's generally rude and unhelpful anyway but to rip someone off is not acceptable. It's the PO on Gaen Street, Barry, CF62.

@PostOffice My friend said she doesn’t want to get the branch in trouble as they are very lovely. I don’t think the cashiers in all branches realise how important it is to do those proof of postage when requested and shouldn’t be questioned. Makes me feel stressed.

@IndiaPostOffice , services @shiprasuncity post office are so poor, persons are avoiding depositing money in postoffice now, a simple job of updating passbook or redemption of money takes almost whole day, irony is that postoffice closes at 14:00 hrs daily

@PostOffice Thank you. My branch is normally spot on with proof of postage but on this occasion I think the issue is after typing the address in it wasn’t sent to print. That’s my guess but I am concerned if my customers order goes missing. I will continue my response in the next tweet.

@mattbob84 @MetroBank_Help @PostOffice Interesting, I might have to have a look at that, I've not been inside a NatWest and honestly the amount of drama with Metro is just not worth it. It's the level of pettiness that annoys me. There's zero reason to treat business like this. No wonder their buyer pulled out in 2021

@PostOffice Staff was extremely aggressive with zero people/customer service skills. I strongly request to take an action in this matter in order to have the same issues with other customers visiting the post office!

@PostOffice I am standing in a queue of 20 people, there is only one person serving and she has just spent the last 10 mins counting coins and not serving customers. This is terrible customer service!

@PostOffice The main one in South Woodham Ferrers - the main guy is good but has insufficient support
