@PostOffice who can I complain to about staff running a local branch. They are rude, unhelpful and always seem to close well before their advertised time.

@PostOffice 15 people in queue at Brighton Churchill Square post office and only one counter open. Self serve points all closed. The speed of service here becomes slower with every visit.

Additionally, because of that situation, I had to make over 10 phone calls with Amazon UK as your employee did not scan the affixed Amazon return label. I think he had no idea about Amazon’s return policies. Thank you for your help once again. @PostOffice @parcelforce

If you have expired £50 or £20 paper notes don’t expect @firstdirect to help you as a customer get them exchanged or paid in as legal tender. They just tell you to go to the Bank of England in London and fob you off. #crapservice Meanwhile the @PostOffice were happy to help.
