@PostOffice who can I complain to about staff running a local branch. They are rude, unhelpful and always seem to close well before their advertised time.

@RoyalMail @PostOffice is there anyway to show proof of postage from 15th Nov from #Littlehampton branch? After 12 days, someone has said their small parcel never arrived. I sent a large bunch of parcels that day, and I think they are pulling a fast one. My receipts gone AWOL :(

@PostOffice 15 people in queue at Brighton Churchill Square post office and only one counter open. Self serve points all closed. The speed of service here becomes slower with every visit.

@IndiaPostOffice This is to bring to your notice. 500098. Postoffice is not delivering the e-post. I have made a e-post to my own address as a trail. It's very bad experience, I didn't received yet. Post office should check and delivery the e-post promptly. Kindly take action.

@PostOffice 1. Said he didn't have knowledge on router settings 2. Said the new router was exactly same as the 10yr old one it replaced, so didn't need editing anyway 3. Said the problem (from the day after router arrived, which doesn't exist using mob hot-spot) was to do with my work vpn.

@jamescunnington @PostOffice I wish I could! Had to be fast track so just drove four hours to sort it. I don’t actually mind that as it’s good to have the service but just make the bloody forms available lol! Not everyone can go to the central post office between 9-2 🙈

@PostOffice @BITC At which point I have to tell everyone in the store exactly what it is I'm posting lol no privacy whatsoever. Beyond a joke . Try educating your staff its not ok to walk all over privacy issues in thst manner to up sell other products. No security alert at all . PISS TAKE

Iqaluit is living the worst fear we lived through in Nov 2020, it's stressful & scary. But do as I did, stay home and only go out when needed, when going to store/postoffice/hospital, etc wear a mask, physical distance & wash hands. Stay safe.

@IndiaPostOffice Thanks for your reply. I will wait for this to be investigated. The letter has a delivery date of 28-4-21 but was delivered to me today only. Is there CCTV in this postoffice? It can help investigate. Stealing and pilferage should stop.

@PostOffice I don’t understand why all branches can hold forms? They don’t have to offer the service of sending etc. It’s fine thanks, I’ve just wasted an hr to get one.
