    @PostOffice who can I complain to about staff running a local branch. They are rude, unhelpful and always seem to close well before their advertised time.

    @Timbromaniac @RoyalMail @PostOffice They never needed 'data to process mail', they just paid the postage with a separate Special Delivery bar-coded label. If you mean they don't have a datamatrix code, they never will have.

    Stuck in the queue at the #SE23 #PostOffice… and it is very long. The service is often painfully slow, so don’t expect to hear an update from me for a day or so. 😔

    @PostieMcPost @PostOffice We pay first class click and drop, the hope for next day, if not 2nd day. When the receipt is given there is a bar code which allows you to see when it is delivered. 8 days later they have not tried to deliver Not good enough - not first class service for 10 miles away

    @PostOffice @RoyalMailHelp Ok. Is it a common problem with their site as I know I bought the correct service with the right level of cover from the post office branch. Seems a bit dodgy their site does that ?

    @PostOffice The new staff at the Keelings Road, Northwood branch don't seem to know how to run the post office. I'm an OBA customer and they have no idea how to deal with me.

    @PostOffice If you have staffing level problems due to covid then I suggest you hire temporary workers to sort out the back log in your Coatbridge depot.we are waiting on important mail arriving
