    @RoyalMail @PostOffice is there anyway to show proof of postage from 15th Nov from #Littlehampton branch? After 12 days, someone has said their small parcel never arrived. I sent a large bunch of parcels that day, and I think they are pulling a fast one. My receipts gone AWOL :(

    @PostOffice who can I complain to about staff running a local branch. They are rude, unhelpful and always seem to close well before their advertised time.

    @AoifeShork @RoyalMail @PostOffice You should care, you purchased a royal mail service and your contract is with them, they handle and deliver mail items. Post offices are just counters who sell a variety of services for different agencies such as royal mail, dvla, etc etc

    1/3 as i think there is slow Internet and poor system architecture is responsible for slow work kindly provide good space and infrastructure to your Postoffice i think somewhere staff want to support but issue with infra

    @GlenAshby @PostOffice Exactly the same poor service at your Mover Lane Barking sorting office, I waited 45 minutes to collect my parcel. When I finally got to the counter the entire place was a mess, parcels on the floors, bits of paper everywhere, coffee mugs, the place looks toally unorganised.

    @HM_Passport please help we sent my daughters application via postoffice check and send,did not ask for count sign at the time after you emailed asking for this and her birth cert which we have sent. We keep receiving emails saying that You don’t have the birth cert. Please help
