@coynee6 @PostOffice Same here ... just walked into town to find Post Office closed due to system issues! Would like to know when back up so I don’t make another wasted journey!!

  • scarlet_girl Lisa Katherine (@scarlet_girl) reported from Shoreham-by-Sea, England

@PostOffice who can I complain to about staff running a local branch. They are rude, unhelpful and always seem to close well before their advertised time.

  • Southdown712 Scott McAvoy-Hunnisett (@Southdown712) reported from Littlehampton, England

@RoyalMail @PostOffice is there anyway to show proof of postage from 15th Nov from #Littlehampton branch? After 12 days, someone has said their small parcel never arrived. I sent a large bunch of parcels that day, and I think they are pulling a fast one. My receipts gone AWOL :(

@sarahcrowsnest @jasrichards2 @PostOffice Do you not think it’s weird for a massive company to tell a story of domestic abuse and not acknowledge how heavy it is though. There needed to be a ‘call this number if you’re affected by DA’ at the end, and an acknowledgment to help DA survivors, by donating funds for instance

  • sarahcrowsnest Sarah Boait (@sarahcrowsnest) reported

@emmmahhhhhh @jasrichards2 @PostOffice I have a business in a small town with thankfully a PO it's the only place people can access cash for miles. Without it if my broadband went down ( which is not unlikely) my business is dead

  • CntrvaslDev L 🐸⬛️🟧 (@CntrvaslDev) reported

@PostOffice That’s cool and all but how about the fact that you spent several years harassing and having people sent to prison due to your coverups of how piss poor your software was made? Fortunately they are free now but **** you for even doing that

  • Al652 Alistair '65 (@Al652) reported

@KelticDelta @PostOffice @Twitter Learn to use Twitter properly then get back to me, *******.

  • Wesenior  Wendy Senior  (@Wesenior) reported

@PostOffice Should you not be encouraging victims of domestic abuse to seek help through a trusted source/group/charity/helpline rather than suggesting they try and scrape together loose change to escape their horrendous existence one day. Absolutely shocking 😢

  • BonneMillie ⛈⛈ SUMMER MILLIE ⛈⛈ (@BonneMillie) reported

@jasrichards2 @PostOffice They’re not profiting from anything, did you read the tweet? It’s not an ad. They’re pointing out that some people actually still need cash and going cashless as the government proposes is a bad idea. It’s great that a respected org is standing up for the people being left behind

  • lillybeth1818 LillybethBritish🇬🇧🇯🇲 (@lillybeth1818) reported

@PostOffice Two parcels have been returned to sender. Sent from south to west London, amazingly both arrived within two days of posting on 30th June. Yet it going to take up to 8 wks to get back to me. What kind of service is this? will I get them back? both properly labelled.

  • nat_williams89 Natalie Williams (@nat_williams89) reported

@PostOffice @WithensMan The message should be- leave that damn abusive relationship whether you have cash or not anyway.

  • sarahcrowsnest Sarah Boait (@sarahcrowsnest) reported

@emmmahhhhhh @jasrichards2 @PostOffice Where's the PO profit you keep mentioning? Far more profit being made out of small businesses by card processors. The PO is a public service that happens to have been privatised

  • Rosenhaning J D (@Rosenhaning) reported

@Official_Grant @Obi1_Shinobi @PostOffice Misplacing it where? Down the couch?
