    @PostOffice who can I complain to about staff running a local branch. They are rude, unhelpful and always seem to close well before their advertised time.

    @RoyalMail @PostOffice is there anyway to show proof of postage from 15th Nov from #Littlehampton branch? After 12 days, someone has said their small parcel never arrived. I sent a large bunch of parcels that day, and I think they are pulling a fast one. My receipts gone AWOL :(

    WHY IS THE @PostOffice WEBSITE SO RUBBISH….? ITS IMPOSSIBLE TO GET A SIMPLE ANSWER, YOU JUST GET SENT ROUND AND ROUND IN CIRCLES AND THEN IT HAS THE NERVE TO ASK IF YOU CAN DO A SURVEY TO HELP IMPROVE THE SERVICE…….. HOW ABOUT JUST HAVING STAFF TO ANSWER THE PHONE…?

    @WorldFamousHot1 @PostOffice It’s a broken model the post office mate.. Been badly managed for years, and I’m sure won’t survive for many more.. Our local one is an absolute joke, I hate going in, only do because I’ve had to do to send stuff recorded when I’ve been working, & it’s a nightmare 😖

    @PostOffice Hi! I use the USA PDDP service via click & drop but my P.O refuses to accept packages - they show me instructions from RM to not accept *any* USA packages. But RM assures me this does not apply to duty-paid packages & that the P.O should take it? I'm stuck in limbo!

    @CarlBovisNature @PostOffice @RoyalMail Sorry from 🇨🇦 our mail service has been on general strike for a few weeks, supposedly back now but with random rotating strikes... it is all around frustrating!
