@PostOffice who can I complain to about staff running a local branch. They are rude, unhelpful and always seem to close well before their advertised time.

@RoyalMail @PostOffice is there anyway to show proof of postage from 15th Nov from #Littlehampton branch? After 12 days, someone has said their small parcel never arrived. I sent a large bunch of parcels that day, and I think they are pulling a fast one. My receipts gone AWOL :(

@Shatter242 Ask your postal worker if you can leave mail in the box or if there is a place nearby where they collect. I leave outgoing mail in my box. If that doesn't help you can call your local postoffice and ask if there is a closer box.

@PostOffice Oh I've contacted the support team about 30 times over the last year with you guys. Currently got a call out with openreach on Fri, Mon or Tues and supposed to somehow work without internet until whenever they come????
