    @PostOffice Thank you Courtney for escalating the problem to the right person and resolving this quickly. My under 5kg is now posted as Printed Papers. The Printed Papers service does exist. If your local Post Office tells you otherwise they need training!

    @PostOffice can anyone confirm for me please what time the post office branch located in the Spar at Abbey Hill, Bangor, Co Down closes at on a Saturday as on their website it states the on a Saturday they are open from 08.00 am to 20.00 which I definitely believe is not correct

    Now, that lovely staff there (I'm not being sarcastic this time) sympathised, but there was nothing they could do on the matter, nor can @Postoffice or @RoyalMail Customer Service because they are all bots!

    @hannahbechITV @PostOffice I can get my scooter in most of these lifts. The biggest problem I experience is the lack of disabled parking. Also, cobbled streets are very difficult to wheel along. They look very nice, but are very uncomfortable and cause additional pain.
