@WHSmiths in Westfield. 5 counter spaces, 2 self-service. It’s been a nightmare for years but now, they don’t take business at the counter, yet we still have only TWO self-service machines. Result, @PostOffice ?

@PostOffice @BankofIrelandUK your atm in West-cliff Sea high street failed to give me cash I’d requested on the 17/09. It since has been out of service but I haven’t been refunded. My bank put a dispute but still nothing?? Could you get this locked into

@PostOffice No sign in your tweet of an intention to fix the website (so on clicking "I don't have a mobile" it then forces you to choose between a tweet and an app)? [A warning _at the beginning of the process_ that you'll need a mobile would be a start - but the need shouldn't be there.]
