youtu (@youtu48487136) reported@PostOffice @RoyalMailHelp trying to make claim of lost item as I send it on 28th June, using the first class service, no tracking, nothing from the counter staff, told me I am free to go, now you ask me about proof of posting, how can I proof that?
-
Karen Loughridge (@KLearn) reported@PostOffice Pretty sure I must be due 3.5 hours at my standard daily rate now, wondering whether the insurer Collinson Ltd provides any administration service for the fees charged…clock ticking.
-
Sib (@Film2240) reported@PostOffice Yeah right lol. Just use an X-ray machine so customers aren’t slowed down at the till when sending packages. That’ll save me time as I don’t have to remember what I’m sending as the X-ray scanner will answer that question for us. Save time and help more customers in a day.

Lumi ⚡️ (@PotatyQueen) reported@PostOffice Lawrence Weston. In the co op. Caroline did as much as she could in order to give me as much info as possible. But she was also confused too. Do you know if it is still okay to send the mail in the post box or is that a royal mail issue to discuss?

Kieran Weeder (@KieranWeeder) reported@PostOffice After an hour and a half on hold I gave up. That’ll be the account being closed down when I can actually speak to a human who can assist
-
Peter Zinkin (@pzinkin) reported@PostOffice Simply to post a small package because the machine to assist was not working and the queue was out of the door along the street
-
Kate Middleton (@katemidd321) reported@PostOffice Quick question, does your travel insurance cover from the day of booking so that I could claim if needing to cancel my holiday? Flying with Jet2 Holidays but not wanting to use their travel insurance.
