@PostOffice Can you clarify your comments about leaving mail outside as I never raised this They leave parcels in an un secure area where they have no access to Perhaps they should send you branch photos and where the parcels are stored Who will monitor them and when is the start date

@PostOffice Can you do something about purchasing stamps & weighing birthday cards? Was sent to the self service till in Liverpool One when I specifically requested stamps with the Queen's head on not digital stamps from the self serve till.
