Now then @PostOffice to redirect mail "in special circumstances" you say interim death certificate is allowed. But these are only issued as PDF files and the local PO say this is not an original just a printout. Can you help? Back up email from coroner not ok either #surreal

@PostOffice why in a digital age is special delivery only traceable via the tracking number on a paper receipt? Surely if you have all details: branch ID, session ID, time and date mark, address sent to etc you should be able to help!! #ridiculous

@PostOffice You should not be promising "Insurance" on a service that @postoffice does not directly provide. Royal Mail offer discretionary "Compensation" for loss or damage depending on the service used. There is no insurance policy.
