@PostOffice Online @RoyalMail My printer wouldn’t work so walked to post office with QR code. They refused. Will have to drive to main sorting office tomorrow. Not environmentally friendly. Doesn’t help the #HighStreet !!! #Shops

@PostOffice I've been trying for days to contact you to arrange the return of a parcel that's ended up at a sorting center but I can't get through at any time of day! I sent this parcel at beginning of Sept and it's only just arrived back in UK. SO delayed! Please help!! 😭

@foxyjeepster @PostOffice Hi Foxy; there is only one tracked service which is neither first or second class. Sounds as though you used the signed for service which isn’t tracked.
