@PostOffice Can you advise me if there is a problem with your Horizon system? DVLA says there must be because I can’t change the tax classification on a car I am trying to buy. DVLA says not a problem with the car - must be a PO problem. Tried three different POs! PLEASE help!

@Seeker1Freedom They are 100% successful in making a complete mess of anything even a postoffice or anything, so you can say they never **** up when it comes to their competency to **** everything up ! Not sure if that counts but they are extremely competent in ******* up!

@alexandraa_jo @HMRCcustomers Guys through postoffice/digidentity, you will need an in date valid UK bank card. You will also need UK Passport or Driving L. If you have neither of these, you will need to contact postoffice but from what i know, they wont help otherwise. Gov gateway verification is similar
