@PostOffice @BritishGas Can you issue a copy of the Voucher that entitles me to redeem it for cash, please? Please sort it out agreeably with the Post Office and advise me. I also find it odd that the 1st Voucher has not yet arrived - 10 days after appearing on my statement?!

@RoryStewartUK Next time, try the @PostOffice before you head to the airport. You can also book your train ticket/car parking in advance- should help you save a bit 👍

@PostOffice This is not the first time with this branch. The staff are so rude and there is always a problem and you can’t achieve simple tasks! I just understand the point of the post office if you can’t post, get money out etc. Kind of the point!

@IndiaPostOffice Same issue with Chinchwad Postoffice (PIN 411033) they are asking me to come and pick parcel as it’s very large is size. @IndiaPostOffice should equip all postmen with appropriate size vehicle to deliver the package. Why should consumer visit PostOffice to collect parcel?

@PostOffice 3 different reasons. 1st said they didn’t do it. 2nd said the machine was broken and 3rd said they couldn’t do it because it was an email rather than a letter.

Certainly over the last 18 months , since 39 wrongful conviction were overturned and a lot of very harsh statements were made about #PostOffice issues around integrity and ethics of inhouse lawyer have been in the spotlight.

@steve_nolan1 @PostOffice If its the document certification service where you have to send verified copies of id, you take your original docs and photocopies. The fee is £12.75 for upto 3 documents

@PostOffice seriously considering taking my savings out due to your treatment of workers. Since Brexshit I no longer send post to family or people buying my art as I can no longer afford it or the money they get charged to receive it!, there lies your problem.

Between @PostOffice and @BulbUK they’ve made claiming my Energy Bills Support money such a palaver. I’ve visited 3 different post offices and still not been able to sort it out yet.
