@PostOffice why does your branch in Crowborough have 3 desks but only ever 1 open? Worst possible customer service. You’ve got progressively worse since being sold to an overseas owner. Shame on you.

@PostOffice spoke to the CS agent, cancelled the insurance as i am selling my car. was informed it cost £36 to cancel. I should hv left the insurance live untill end of term which 9th May. I spent my time to call and incur £36 and your cover is only for 350 days instead of 365 days.

@IndiaPostOffice No action was taken before closing the complaint on delivery guy who is asking to get the parcel/document from postoffice instead of delivering it to the respective addresses. Complaints No- 2453147270

@PostOffice Yes, you can upgrade a Freepost item to "Signed For" (recorded delivery) by taking it to a Post Office counter and paying the additional fee. While the recipient usually pays for Freepost, you pay to upgrade the service for extra tracking paying only for the recorded service upg

@DazWould @PostOffice There's no such service as 'Recorded Delivery'. The options are Special Delivery - tracked & signed & guaranteed next day, which is £9.95 or Signed for, 1st class which is £3.80 or 2nd class £2.77. PO clerk will have asked questions to determine which service the customer meant
