    @PostOffice I will be ringing HR as this lady is the worst. She could clearly see I was struggling with a walking stick and I was breathless but still@complying to covid guidelines. Truly upset

    @PostOffice @WHSmith Lisa from the Northallerton branch is horrid. She states rudely after poor service she shouldn’t have to work. That’s after throwing parcel back at myself and slamming window on my hand. Why? Because I asked about cleanliness of card machine!
