@PostOffice Thank you. I have worked for a PO, I used to run one in the 90s. . I am also trained in Customer care. There is nothing wrong with chatting at work. But the customer comes first. You don't chat to another colleague, about something irrelevant whilst serving. Thank you.

My Drop and Go service at @PostOffice is showing pending closure with no such instruction from myself and no notification received as to why. This is a busy period for me so can you please assist with this matter ASAP

  • sonofswiss Tom A (@sonofswiss) reported

@emmacpicken @NudderingNudnik @PostOffice This should be directed at Royal Mail - Post Office has nothing to do with delivery. Not 100% sure of the law on this, but I think if mail has a postal address and doesn’t contain prohibited items, there is a legal obligation on RM to deliver it. It’s really horrible, though.

  • sonofswiss Tom A (@sonofswiss) reported

@MLewisLawyer @PostOffice It would have been an offence under the Postal Services Act 2000 for any Royal Mail employee to do that (and note its Royal Mail who deliver, not Post Office - different companies). It’s really horrible somebody sent and you received this, but your postman isn’t the villain.
