@PostOffice I sent something special delivery guaranteed 1pm yesterday and it hasn’t been delivered. Tracking number doesn’t help me at all ! When will you arrive ?

@AnthonyMSeoane @PostOffice They don't, they were very wishy washy when a customer asked them "did a mentally r*tarded man design your website?". No apology to the disabled community when called out. Also USPS can be found at @USPS .

@sarahmccarten @PostOffice @TSB You’ll need to contact TSB on this number and this number only - 0345 975 8758. The branch won’t still have it and your TSB branch won’t be able to help, but that is the number for their Post Office liaison. Hope it turns up for you soon!

@BofA_Help @BankofAmerica My dad’s check to electric co was intercepted after he dropped off at postoffice, they changed who the ck was made out to, retained dad‘s signature, was able to cash ck on June 7. Bank branch told him nothing they can do. Say what?! This is fraud! Help!

@KaneLucas @PostOffice Management probably can’t afford to put more staff on due to the poor rates in commission POL pays its Postmasters! Branches are paid on commission not salary sadly.
