@Arden_Forester @AndrewJazzie @PostOffice Having worked as a s/w engineer before, I know - all large scale, bespoke applications in development require a computerised, bug tracking system. Programmers will be assigned bugs to fix and managers will know all about them. There can be no plausible deniability.

Astonishing story about the absolute worst possible corporate behaviour. Hang your heads in shame @PostOffice #PostOfficeScandal

the amount of pain we have felt as a family this week cannot in any way equate to the hell these people have been through. I urge every right-minded individual to watch the @BBCPanorama documentary on @PostOffice and see what the #UK has become. I will never return!

  • 67curly mark wilson (@67curly) reported

@PostOffice corrupt as the U.K. polity - the U.K. is ****’d - I despise the whole lot of them - the Tories are dragging us down - privatisation is just another word for avarice. #Panorama was heartbreaking

Sat watching #panorama with sadness that an organisation could have covered up such huge errors leading to people taking their own lives, imprisonment and heartache all to save face. Seniors execs at the @PostOffice should be ashamed and held to account

  • TChInspDalton Miranda Dalton (@TChInspDalton) reported from Exmouth, England

@_IanAdams @PostOffice Really uncomfortable to watch .. let’s hope we learn from mistakes and never let this happen to anyone again

  • TitchGS Gemma (@TitchGS) reported

Absolutely sickened watching #PostOfficeScandal! All of these poor people who have had their lives ruined and worst of all cut short, due to the horrific failings and lies of the @PostOffice and @fujitsu_uk. The people responsible need to be brought to account and soon!

  • BexCD Bex Cherry-Downes (@BexCD) reported

@bazz_87 @BBCPanorama I totally agree...but £1b spend is a very persuasive argument to put a system that wasn't fit for purpose live. Fujitsu did a bad job with development...and the PostOffice shouldn't have accepted it
