@PostOffice your service is appalling! No response on here, and your sorting office staff are just as useless and rude as you. Have made an official complaint against through your website and will expect to have a response in due course!

@AmazonHelp I am going to take this matter legally now. The Indian post sucks and this is the practices what they have the product will never get delivered and they will Mark as delivered. I am going to the postoffice tomorrow and get the person *** straight who has placed this game.

Remind me never to avoid anyone using @parcelforce to deliver my parcels. Didn’t leave a card, didn’t take to the @PostOffice as requested and after 3 half hour waits to get through, still can’t manage to arrange to deliver. Useless!

@bookbird71 @WattenRobbie @PostOffice It depends, if it happens a lot in that branch then I’d agree. But it was a Wednesday which is a balancing day, maybe they ran into an issue and needed to try problem solve before getting the stock unit back up and running.

@PostOffice why are you so difficult to deal with? Go to the post office to try and post some parcels trying to earn some money and your systems are not working. Just rubbish @eBay_UK @WelshGovernment

@PostOffice Yes, you can upgrade a Freepost item to "Signed For" (recorded delivery) by taking it to a Post Office counter and paying the additional fee. While the recipient usually pays for Freepost, you pay to upgrade the service for extra tracking paying only for the recorded service upg

@DJCfandango @PostOffice @RoyalMail The problem is bud, you asking Post Office about this is akin to you complaining to Tesco because the peaches you had delivered by Sainsbury’s were mouldy. They’re completely separate companies.
