@PostOffice Replied. This does mean I’ve paid double for postage and the reason she did this was because I interrupted her counting as she was closing. As a customer I’m now the one that’s paid double and having to spend precious time getting it sorted. It’s not acceptable.

Another day another shitshow from @PostOffice - 2 days ago the woman charged me double for postage because she was being difficult, I get an apology & today I go to branch and they’ve nipped off home half an hour early. WTF? Does nobody manage them?

@PostOffice We have touched on this before. You've washed your hands of it, but I'm still dealing with the fall out from the problem that your disreputable organisation created.

@PostOffice @GarethDavies_MP Stamford, Lincolnshire PO shut ‘until further notice’ apparently due to being short staffed. Is it not possible to bring in staff from another branch or do reduced hrs rather than close an essential service completely??

@PostOffice Hello, can you advise if I can send a large parcel(probably via ParcelForce) from the Bishop's Stortford Post Office(CM23 3AL)? Or are they limited to smaller sizes? It’s fairly flat but around 100x50cm. Thanks for the help!

@PostOffice good morning, I’m wondering how long it is taking to get a response from your customer service advisors? I contacted them on the 24th January

@PostOffice taxpayers pay a huge amount pay for a good reliable competent postal service and to receive their post. We haven't had our post for a wee this is unacceptable and please can the Manager sort it out as we are sick and tired of them using covid to not do their work properly

@PostOffice I think the postmaster at Streetly Post Office on Blackwood Road needs to go on customer service training, there is no need to be rude nor shout at the customers, even if they are in the wrong.

@PostOffice @RoyalMailHelp My letter never left the post office branch according to the tracking. I won;t be using that branch again. And thanks, I did contact the Royal Mail, hence the stamps.
