Anbu B (@Anbu_Batumalai) reported@PostOffice spoke to the CS agent, cancelled the insurance as i am selling my car. was informed it cost £36 to cancel. I should hv left the insurance live untill end of term which 9th May. I spent my time to call and incur £36 and your cover is only for 350 days instead of 365 days.

jon (@amcjrdeg) reported@PostOffice my brother sends me parcels to Norway.uses same post office each time and we have seen that the shipping cost is excessive. today , trying to keep costs down. Got a quote online of around £27. why did the woman at his post office try charge him over £50?

However once someone knows that there is a problem then it makes hacking easier to cover - that's for certain. BUT the problems in Ayrshire certainly weren't to do with 'high-value, high footfall' There is of course the possibility that some people in Westminster wished to close Post offices completely - that's a conspiracy theory of course:-)

One can get pp in 2 weeks after applying at USPS and pay expedite fee... unless your office is making this happen without any fee. Just wondering.
