    Dreadful service from @PostOffice banking today when trying to sort out some stuff for mums probate. They had issued a letter with incorrect details. I wanted them to reissue it with correct detail but not disclose any data to me and they point blank refused

    @PostOffice 2 years ago you closed our local PO and moved it into the local petrol station. Now it’s never open, I went today to do something urgent only to find it’s closed until Wednesday! What kind of service is this? This is a very common occurrence

    @PostOffice Hi Wickford Willowdale Centre post office refuses to give me proof of postings unless I use a bulk form from website because I’m using up old stamps and not paying postage there. They say they don’t get paid to do it. I have eBay items to post and my printer is broken
