    @saj_anderson I’ve had a do with the @PostOffice asked one of their staff at St Enoch post office I needed some help photo copying I’m registered blind got told he didn’t know how it worked and it was self service nothing like a bit of discrimination by the postal service is there

    @PostOffice there is just one member of staff on the 4 counters at St Andrews Post Office. She is bravely attempting to serve the 17 people queuing. As I write, 4 people have walked out. This is no way to treat your loyal staff nor is it providing a public service.

    @dean4watford @PostOffice The Post Office can accept?? This scheme should be totally in the hands of an Independent Body. POL have repeatedly proved they are untrustworthy, slow, and obstructive to the process.

    @Vulcan01 @BigPawsRule @PostOffice Well, actually they are all WH Smith staff. The staffing in a Post Office inside a WH Smith, or a Spar, or a CoOp, or a Tesco etc are all employed by the host, not by Post Office Ltd. The trouble is it takes a lot of training and as WHS are finding, doesn’t generate much income!

    @PostOffice Hi Courtney - the address is WH Smith 90-92 South St, St Andrews KY16 9QD. It’s the same branch I contacted @PostOffice about last year - and the same problem.
