My mum died 2 months ago and @PostOffice told us to email them her death certificate to cancel the internet package. We did and heard nothing. They've continued to send us bills and insisted we pay them. It's so frustrating and the last thing we need.

.@PostOffice Hi, I took out travel insurance with yourselves prior to going on holiday and unfortunately my partner has tested positive for COVID on a PCR test. Now it’s been over a month, when I ask for a call back I don’t get one, absolutely **** service!! Shocked!!!

@lucyallan @PostOffice Your support for what is right is admirable, but the process needs to incorporate deadlines to suitably compensate the 555. Surely, in any context, it's better for the govt to settle. ANY context. P.S. it's Christmas. At least tell them they'll be getting paid by end of Jan 22

@sandra86827099 as in lava from Hawaii, nope, never happen, apparently the back of the postoffice in Hilo on the Big Island is littered with pieces of lava rock people have sent back, pleading, begging for them to return the pieces to the lava fields, back to Goddess Pele to end the curse😳
