@PostOffice The wait was about 20 mins. The lady on the counter was being as efficient as she could and was really polite but Hanley post office has been operating on one staff member for over 2 years and usually the service is diabolical

@PostOffice just used self service to buy stamps for a small parcel avoiding the queue as the poster says. The parcel post box is too narrow to accept a small parcel so now having to stand in the queue just to post it! Think you've got bigger problems than Saturday deliveries!

Aarrgh! Age Cymru carer got the cash from my @santanderukhelp account to go & pay for my #TVlicence at the local #PO (w a screenshot of the digital licence) & the PO can't issue one without a barcode! So now I'm stuck not being able to pay on @tvlicensing site or @PostOffice!🤯

You do know if the postman lose what follows is the NHS? There are opportunists queuing up out there offering a similar service without the evidence to back them up.. also see #water @gas @electric @postoffice #Railways
