  @AnimarchyYT so, Genuine question, because I keep seeing this and those "lawnpirate" situations in the US... Do your delivery people just leave your **** at the door? Like, is this the norm? Because here, when I'm not home, I get a little note in my postbox to pickup my **** at the postoffice

  @DonaldPond6 @SurfaceSkimmer @PostOffice Imagine you had a monopoly then sat on your hands whilst upstart companies muscled in on your turf, offering a cheaper faster service and you increased prices and reduced your services. Now, just what moron would do that?

  @PostOffice Travel insurance claim: raised claim and a complaint early March, chased weekly, promised updates but nothing. No manager, no callback, no escalation. What are you doing about this?

  @DavidGr40434506 @DonaldPond6 @PostOffice Why are you using it then. Get rid of your phone , internet, social media accounts, Bank Apps, cancel direct debits , cancel all your cards and start doing everything analog and manual way

  @DonaldPond6 @JohnCaveAusten @PostOffice It wouldn’t have been the same service, whilst services are cheaper online it isn’t that much cheaper. Also if we want to keep post offices open, we need to use them. They are all small businesses who are struggling.

  @19user84 @DonaldPond6 @PostOffice It’s not Royal Mail, it’s the Post Office. They seem to think they can charge more for the service for some reason, so if you buy it yourself through RM it’s cheaper.
