@PostOffice You are a part of that service process but you never look to improve the endless common themed complaints. Ffs, it might be royal mail's ultimate responsibility but surely the sheer volume of times you tell people to call RM should say it happens so often, you need to address it

@NewPOGuy @PostOffice Keep post offices open and staffed then they may aswell close down now and save people the pain and misery of stepping in one ( that’s if you can find one still open) not sure what your role is and why you defend them but you must be deluded ( or have shares)

@PostOffice I just had a call from a London number saying I had a parcel waiting to be delivered, and I had to pay £1.55. The nice lady said she was calling from you? I take it I was right to hang up before giving her my card details?
