    @PostOffice put a complaint in..nothing.. one of your drivers verbally abused my daughter while he was in uniform and a post office van reg.. KN19 ZCU… so if you don’t do anything I will… disgusting behaviour to a girl effing and being derogatory… having my daughter in tears…

    If you have expired £50 or £20 paper notes don’t expect @firstdirect to help you as a customer get them exchanged or paid in as legal tender. They just tell you to go to the Bank of England in London and fob you off. #crapservice Meanwhile the @PostOffice were happy to help.
