@PostOffice please can someone contact me! I sent a parcel on the 1/11 with my local post office and it’s still not been delivered or moved since the 3/11 I’ve emailed your customer service department but just received an automated response. Has the parcel been lost?

@Philatelovely @tagula_blue If the sender posted it at a @PostOffice counter the stamps should have been cancelled with the counter date stamp. If it was just dropped in a box, then I'm afraid it's very much pot luck, and the pen is much quicker than any other method, especially with 19 stamps to cancel!

@PostOffice I’ve used multiple devices with chrome on each. Not sure how it can be a problem my side with so many different devices using chrome and more than stable wifi. I have raised this is as an issue on the phone this morning as well.

@PostOffice Hi wonder if you could help. I have just been to your Crosby Sefton Branch i Mcolls to get my winter fuel payment on my fathers electricity key and I was told they cant do it. It quite clearly says on the sign you can. I am not happy.

@ianl2001 @Livelaugh2020 @PostOffice Read Trust Pilot reviews. Many customers are finding it difficult to close their account. I am currently complaining to the CEO of Jaja and to Financial Conduct Authority about Jaja. I WAS a PO customer. How can they just sell our accounts to Jaja?!
