    Postal system is broken. No mail for 10th day running. Main city post office (now squeezed into WH Smith) has 2 assistants & queue of 20 customers. No blame attached to the poor posties & long-suffering staff. Blame lies with feckless management of @RoyalMailHelp & @PostOffice

    My incoming mail today was in a terrible state, with envelopes torn and damaged. One contained a new credit card... but since the envelope was torn open (it was in a PO plastic bag), I had to cancel it and order a new card. @PostOffice

    Don’t bother opening a @PostOffice Online Saver. They’ll allow you to deposit but when it comes to withdrawing, you’ll be told ‘Transfer cannot be applied at this time’ Can’t withdraw, can’t close & I already have a linked bank account! Withholding their own customer’s money!!

    @stumat @santanderuk @PostOffice Likewise they’ve refused to email a bank statement to my partner they can pos one or he can visit a branch nearest branch 19 miles away! Simple solution the account is now being closed

    @PostOffice I have travel insurance and go on holiday later this week. I have sprained my ankle (definitely not broken), do I have to declare this to you? And will it effect the price of my policy? I can still walk and don't envisage it impacting my trip.

    @stumat @santanderuk @PostOffice Do you need counter service? I haven't done that for decades, should be able to deposit cash via the ATM, counts automatically.

    @PostOffice Will be avoiding using the postoffice travel card in the future, after being told I can’t transfer money back into my bank account. Also that I’ll be charged to withdrawl. Awful.

    @PostOffice Service currently being offered in Thame just isn’t good enough! Erratic opening hours. Very very slow. Only one of three windows ever open. Today’s worker didn’t appear to know what he was doing. I was third in the queue and it took forty minutes.
