Between @PostOffice and @BulbUK they’ve made claiming my Energy Bills Support money such a palaver. I’ve visited 3 different post offices and still not been able to sort it out yet.

@IndiaPostOffice Same issue with Chinchwad Postoffice (PIN 411033) they are asking me to come and pick parcel as it’s very large is size. @IndiaPostOffice should equip all postmen with appropriate size vehicle to deliver the package. Why should consumer visit PostOffice to collect parcel?

@PostOffice been to 3 of your post offices in Worcester whereby your branch finder confirms they do the ‘drop & go’ account but when I get there they say they don’t …. Can you help with this?

@PostOffice This is not the first time with this branch. The staff are so rude and there is always a problem and you can’t achieve simple tasks! I just understand the point of the post office if you can’t post, get money out etc. Kind of the point!

@PostOffice Every conplaints form ends up in a 403 Error. The email addresses do not work. Where do I complain about poor staff behaviour at my Post Office?
