A wasted trip to the @PostOffice this morning. I was asked if I could cut my parcel down so I didn't have to use @parcelforce; it's posters in a tube, so no. Then I was told I can't use #ApplePay with #Parcelforce. What!? This is why people don't use the post office anymore.

@HM_Passport for son's psport renewal I sent old pssport via postoffice recorded delivery. Passport office confirmed it was signed for. Have chased 4 times on phone since 10th April, office states they can't find it + will look. But never calls back. Maybe you can help?

@PostOffice @WHSmith I miss the old post office in Reading. The new one in WHSmith is rubbish. Slow service, untrained staff. Need to do better.
