    @PostOffice Having called PO customer services, my options are; 1) Continue in contract with Shell Energy 2) Cancel - but pay full price of contract and lose service (?!) We took our contact out a week before the takeover, it's laughable we weren't made aware this might happen when we did.

    @PostOffice is there a cut off time for using the guaranteed next day by 1pm service or will last post of the day still catch this? Cannot find answer on website or speak to a human. Thank you.

    @PostOffice not a complaint. They need to know I have cancelled, please tell me how you can assist. Sending me letters saying I owe money, despicable. I don't want your service.

    @PostOffice @thecabaretgeek Think you might want to look at when we last got PPE. We get broken bottles of soap every now and then, but the last time we got hand sanitiser was in July. This is the same across branches, not just mine.

    This awful @PostOffice employee’s conduct has me wondering how lenient the PO must be with their employees that he felt confident enough to speak/behave in such an appalling manner. And in a store full of customers, no less! #customerservicefail

    @PostofficeSa @PostofficeSa it's sad to say that our postoffice sa is a dishonest service provider I had a international parcel scanned in on the 22 SEP 2020 Dispatched from sorting center DURBAN A 12:39 AM this is what the information say on the system from my

    @PostOffice @marcball90 If it's a Royal Mail service, the max compensation is £250. For certain Parcelforce services, it can go up to £2500 but be prepared for a hefty price tag.

    @PostOffice Hi Stephen, could you get this raised AGAIN please. It is the same issues 🙄 same staff not wanting to accept click and drop again and giving agro over it.
