@PostOffice day 15 of waiting for a response to my holiday/travel insurance claim. I've never claimed before on a travel insurance policy, if this is the norm I'll go elsewhere in future. Do you have Sue Gray on with it ??

How are there no staff in the @postoffice broadmead? The size of it and one person dealing with customers of a busy city centre with about 35 customers deep. Awful

@PostOffice what is the point in having 1 person manning the self service counter and 1 person manning the normal tills. 11 people in the queue and only 1 was able to use self service. Make more sense to have him behind the till to help the queue move alot quicker.

@RhodieEx Weren’t they also at the postoffice? Nommer asseblief? Ok, I remember it had a slit were we had to put the amount of money in we were told to do. When the call was done, hang up, turn the thingy once and they knew. It was fun.

@PostOffice We did and sat on hold for half an hour before the call was dropped. No option for a call back either. Woeful customer service.

@SteveMachin1 @RoyalMailHelp @PostOffice And this explains why Royal Mail is not delivering my mail - they no doubt have a general problem in reading addresses.
