  @PostOffice Your service is ridiculous. I want to order some foreign currency for my daughter - £300 worth of USD but the minimum required for delivery or collection from a branch is £400! How do you suggest I do this exactly?!

  @RoyalMailHelp Thanks for your reply. I spoke to Royal Mail on Friday and @PostOffice has now accepted there is a problem with the Horizon computer system in branch for online purchased International shipping labels. It is supposed to be fixed by today, but I'm dropping my parcels to DO.

  @PostOffice I have been trying to change my vehicle Tax class from Disabled to PLG, I tried 3 different post offices. They are saying it won't let them do it, I have rang DVLA, they are saying it's nothing on their side that is stopping this from happening. HELP!.

  @siany_d @PostOffice So a large letter at £1.45 would have to be made up of stamps to that value until they all run out? Surely that's going to get more qnd more ridiculous? Funnily enough the Spa down the road had the new blue and white Large Letter stamps. They must have got rid of theirs quick!

  @happysnapper999 Hi, I'm really sorry about this. We are a separate company to @PostOffice who you would need to contact about the service in branch. They should be accepting all Click & Drop items apart from Tracked 24/48. You can take the item to a delivery office, use a postbox, parcel box...

  Hi @PostOffice - when using the Check & Send service for passport, do my original documents for name change (marriage certificate) still get sent to the Passport Office with application? Or does the Post Office verify the document and I can take it back? Thanks!
