  @sharontokki At least your item is not delivered. Mine was sent by poslaju who didn’t bother to deliver. Just sent me a sms to collect at sungai besi postoffice. I don’t even know where is that d*** place. And worst thing is i suspect is the Kjm bunny tshirts. So geram!!!

  @PostOffice Hi Tom. I didn’t wait because the queue was so long and it was really warm in the store. I was looking at other items for about 10 minutes and the queue hadn’t moved. There’s never enough staff on.

  @PostOffice To be honest Tom as long as there is a fair outcome & you are investigating internally I will leave it in the company’s capable hands as the outcome is between all involved as long as it is a fair outcome, we have a duty to call out poor behaviour hence I tweeted.
