Insist on knowing EXACTLY is in a parcel and won’t let you buy postage that isn’t the most expensive option. I do online now and pay 30p to have collected! Better than those stupid queues too

Many have issues with sight and understanding the convoluted machinations of the online world. But you just think about you.
