@PostOffice I'm trying to use the identity verifier but it's stuck uploading. The app takes a long time to do things. Why is it so bad? I have things to so today which are urgent yet your app slows things down. Please fix. I can't just put it down and go.

@PostOffice Closing the main PO in Westbury-on-Trym and letting #Costcutter open up one counter in their grubby little shop has been a total disaster. People are queuing in the street for 10 minutes or more. They're starting to vote with their feet now and going elsewhere. Fail.

@PostOffice according to your website, Fareham PO16 offer the photo driving card licence renewal service? Since I can only speak to a robot on the phone that “cannot help [me]”, please could you confirm I only need my current licence and a payment method to use this service?
