@PostOffice I was sold an ‘International Tracked’ service on the 28th of Jan despite it not being functional. I am not getting any tracking information since then, it’s 9 days now. This is causing me a lot of inconvenience. Please help. I have sent you a DM with details.

@realmarkrez @Change Wait, it doesn’t? Every comic I’ve ever shipped I’ve used media mail rate. Granted I avoid the #postoffice & go to mom & pop mailer & they never ask me the packages contents but I wasn’t aware I was unknowingly getting away with something. Petition signed

@PostOffice I live in the country in Scotland. Drive for over 20 minutes to nearest town to renew my driving licence only to be told "the system is down". I don't have a passport. Will you provide the alibi if I'm stopped by the police?

  • helpfulnomes @HelpfulNomes (@helpfulnomes) reported

Terrible service, @RoyalMail denied my claim because that particular service was suspended at that time. And yet the @PostOffice took my money and guessing Royal Mail got some if it too??!!

  • Salmanorguk Salman (@Salmanorguk) reported

@PostOffice This queue hasn’t moved for 15min - same customer still being served

  • KellyByourself Kelly (@KellyByourself) reported

Dear @PostOffice, the people at the very top should be encouraging post masters to directly write to their mp and secretary for small business. They say they're working "round the clock" to fix this "cyber incident", so why has it not been fixed yet? 1/4

@RoyalMail just to clarify… if I (personal customer not business), pay for postage online for a parcel to Holland, I can now drop off at a @PostOffice branch, yes?? I’m fairly smart but don’t really understand your ‘bulletins’…
