    @PostOffice I would also like to point out. The staff really should make people aware of this. The assistant (female) not the older lady, is rude too. I don't live here but my daughter in law does, and assistant is always rude.

    Britons are increasingly relying on cash to help them manage budgets. @PostOffice branches handled a record £801M in personal cash withdrawals last month – an increase of 20% on the July 2021 figure of £665M. Are you using cash to manage money amid the cost of living crisis? 💷

    @canadaposthelps What happens when early in the morning you get an update saying Item en route to postoffice, followed by Item Delayed, Stay Tuned for Updates, ... and 3 days later, STILL NO NEWS! People are paying for a level of service that doesn't exist.

  • janegodden5 Jane Godden (@janegodden5) reported

    @PostOffice the postman said that as a business you think customers want their post later in the day that is why you are saying that you are going to change their start tim from 6pm to 8pm, that’s rubbish no customer wants that!!!!

  • MartinAbell17 Martin 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿 (@MartinAbell17) reported

    Hard to imagine. A more inept FS firm than @ScottishWidows Apparently it’s the @PostOffice fault I didn’t receive a resolution to my complaint. So they wrote again but forgot to include a copy of the original letter #clueless

  • neilamcdonald Neil McDonald (@neilamcdonald) reported

    @CWUnews I fully support the action that @CWUnews are taking. All the @PostOffice have offered are real terms pay cuts, with strings attached. Inflation is running rampant, energy bills through the roof and profits of £758 million were posted in March. Pay our posties properly!

    @dave43law 100% support @CWUnews #RoyalMail #BT #Postoffice
