@PostOffice I went to rothwell in Northamptonshire post office and passed the guy my letters he never did the weight he just stuck a normal 2nd stamp now everyone has been charged £1.50

@PostOffice the line that never moves - WH Smith Bon Accord/St Nicholas. Self service chap not serving customers, one person on till duty, none of the remaining staff offering to serve customers. Only one of the 9 queue customers can self-serve. Who'd be in a hurry?

@mintcustard @PostOffice Sent @NBurman a parcel at the beginning of august. Got my investigation into it back today saying it should be there by the 14 October. Glad I paid for the express service.

@PostOffice awful service at Warrington post office - cannot renew driving license , told to come back Monday then because I can’t as I’ll be in work told “we’ll I cannot help you !!”

I was close to crying but he went back to postoffice and found the receipt from the can. He did returning thingies. We got message from the seller like "we sent u turquoise bc the one bought it has male name" ********?? They sent some worker to office and changed it ro coral one

@PostOffice Still no progress with this 2 weeks on from when we were overcharged and the staff were rude. Customer Care have issued a letter for £2.02, I will have to drive to a Post Office and queue up with ID to redeem this.

I don’t know why but the postal service here seems to have ground to a total halt. Parcels taking weeks, birthday cards 10 days. In UK lockdown, the @PostOffice became our best friends. They brought joy and distraction whilst we were stuck at homes. Total contrast.
