@PostOffice Hey Tom! Thanks for spending. I need to verify my identity for a government login using my passport in a Post Office branch. I tried Beckenham yesterday but they don't do any passports, driving licences or verification despite being listed on the government website 😞

@jandersonyart @PostOffice Ah, I see, they sent it International instead of inland postage. That is unfortunate but Post Office staff do make mistakes from time to time. We are all human. Post office will now pass your complaint on to the staff at that branch and they will learn.

Public Warning: Avoid putting money in FD in post office. It is not safe at all. They have instruction to not allow people to take out money and keep invested there. In emergency forget your money for sure. @IndiaPostOffice #PostOffice #postofficefraud @IPPBOnline

@PostOffice Abergavenny is a busy, thriving town. I understand that there are times when the post office part in Rymans may not be busy, but at Christmas time, to expect one poor employee to cater for the whole town is crazy. It’s frustrating for customers because it’s the only option.
