@taffgall @PostOffice So you didnt fill out a customs form but you expect compensation? Why do you think this is a Post Office problem? Its not, it's Royal Mail who will laugh at you if you ask for compensation when you didnt fill out a customs form.

@LilywhiteSimon I tried again (on different devices) and still wouldn’t work for me, so I gave up and bought elsewhere. I try to support my local @PostOffice but the website has wasted far too much of my time today.

@PostOffice January 2 is probably the busiest day of the year. So why do you have only one person on the counter (also dealing with collecters) with the self-service counters all closed? I only wanted to buy a stamp but I can't wait half an hour for that.

GOI need to setup a policy that retired people will not be taxed upto certain limit for specific financial products, like MIS should never be taxed for any retired person, same is Bank FD or PostOffice TD. Obviously there should be a limit in sync with Central Govt salary

@PostOffice @RoyalMail How on Earth do they lose people's personal mail? How do they charge for first class mail and only deliver once or twice per week. The people who have taken over the @RoyalMail are taking the money and under-staffing it, producing a very poor service.
