Dear @IndiaPostOffice I have ordered a flag from postoffice's official website on 11th August 2022 paying Rs 25/- via UPI. However, I have not received the flag until now. Only two hours left until August 15, 2022. Please improve your service and refund my money.

@PostOffice horrified to hear my mum had to pay to get her birthday card and was told the 2 first class stamps on it (bought at the post office) were fake!!! 😱 wtf is going on?

Just a quick question; does anyone else have problems with late delivery of postal Farmers Weekly and Farmers Guardian? I suspect that the issue is our local @PostOffice depot rather than suppliers. They rarely arrive on Friday, sometimes Tuesday or as late as Wednesday.

@PostOffice I have a complaint open as @RoyalMail damaged one of my items and I quote ‘Royal Mail would like to point out that @PostOffice employees are not experts in the Royal Mail packaging requirements. Totally disagree with that

@PostOffice Your organisation more than most has a social responsibility to older people in particular. If you forced an old lady who can only walk 200yds do an extra journey because you were missing a service then you failed. Today a 67 Yr old man was in a right state over this. We got 1/2
