@PostOffice Please advise: My son sent an item to me yesterday by Special Delivery to arrive by 1pm next day. Item doesn’t arrive so he went to PO to request postage refund (£11) but staff member incredibly rude & said nothing to do with the PO? What? Item yet to be delivered

@Ofcom Can you also sort out Ilkley @PostOffice refusing to take prepaid parcels & post as they "don't make any money from them"? They shout at people, tell them to "get out & don't come back", very rude, & don't understand the function of a post office. They've been like that for years

@blindgary1 Not sure how much control @RishiSunak has over the postoffice, hsbc, virgin, court, police station, closing he has, but it will get worse with iceland and lidl joining the list along with many more, but not all bad we have gained some pubs in #northallerton

@IndiaPostOffice sir I have done speedpost having Consignment no EM382719409IN but it is not delivered. In online tracking it's shown address issue. It is returned to RMS Postoffice Patna today itself . I am requesting to that plz send it back to AIIMS SO .

@PostOffice The shell energy email doesn’t not work. I understand you saying you can’t raise this but it’s such poor service- locked in to a new contract mere weeks last year before being informed the post office had sold this service to Shell energy and now I can get no customer service.

@PostOffice @RoyalMailHelp Could you please advise who is responsible for the refund then & how one goes about it. If the PO takes the payment for a service, where do they stop being responsible? Genuine question. Manager at Camberley PO was incredibly rude & unhelpful & threw a pen at him for his tel. No.

@POTUS I am vaccinated and boosted and just ordered the free covid tests-I want to get them to assure people stay well who are around me and also keep my son in school-Can you help? There are no longer blue boxes outside this postoffice-when you call and i have endlessly

@PostOffice Yes, I’ve been using the email address given in communications but nobody is replying!?if I can’t use the phone to communicate and nobody is replying to my emails, I can’t access customer service at all. It’s really poor.
