@manishsisodia90 @ArvindKejriwal @MoHFW_INDIA RtPcr done on sat 27 Feb 11am at Janakpuri , Delhi Despensery( located in postoffice premises). Report still pending till 7 pm on 1st Mar. Pathetic service at an all 7 day open center. Even TiharJail center was better.

@PostOffice Sorry doesn’t wash ! If they have staff for the shop surely they can sell you a stamp! Quoting covid is designed to shut the conversation down! No other village around has had this service- they just can’t keep any staff!

So 8 weeks waiting for response from @PostOffice telecoms why their call agent said I couldn’t cancel deceased mums phone account ‘in case she changed her mind’ just had phone call from a ‘senior complaint handler’ telling me hasn’t bothered to look at complaint as they are busy

@PostOffice The young lad working at the Bristol post office in Broadmead this morning on the self service check out was very rude and had bad attitude when customers were asking for help using the service check out. Not just to myself but to others customers also. Not helpful.

@BearBitesBack @NewPOGuy @PostOffice Most 'Post Office' branch staff aren't employed by the post office, they run like a franchise. I agree it's a shame they can't afford to open later, to help people who work all week.
