@PostOffice So would you recommend Click and Drop instead in that case? Just seems a bit odd to not have tried to find a resolution in over a year, really.

@shirley51079929 @RoyalMail @PostOffice Post Office DMd and went through the usual “Why do you need these, we don’t have them, I have to refer you back to RM” - now gone quiet and no further forward. RM don’t see direct revenue from us so not prepared to help. Sad state of affairs. Perhaps UK Mail will be better???

Had a shocking experience short while ago trying to mail a parcel overseas in my local Post Office. Never encountered such rude and aggressive member of staff. Really appalled. 😮☹ @PostOffice #manners #unhelpful #rude

  • illyrianth GlassyWitch (@illyrianth) reported

@PostOffice is the whole point of your Drop and Go service to... "Drop and Go"... Or to "Wait outside in a queue to get in to a queue inside, to hand over things and *then* go"? Curious, really.

@RevRichardColes @KirstieMAllsopp @PostOffice Sorry but jail and gong stripping from the presiding CEO at the time who would know damm well that software bugs caused issues and yet the Post office still relentlessly pursued post masters illegally . Bet the board minutes have been shredded !
