@PostOffice hi, I returned an Amazon parcel on 29/12. I was told by them that I wld receive a notification email but to date I've had nothing and checking the Amazon return portal, it doesnt show as having been accepted back. Please can you help? The Amazon QR code was scanned

Hey @PostOffice insurance Please stop sending me emails stating that I didn't make a claim, I need it in a headed letter form that's addressed to me in a pdf format as I need for @OCInsuranceUK or they are going to cancel my insurance unless I have that letter from you

Hey @RoyalMail I took my unused stamps to @PostOffice today but was told to go away and post them. That seems stupid. But they also told me I could use them until July. Your website still says end of Jan. Who's right?

@PostOffice Ignorant people like this person are quick to blame an already exhausted network of Post Offices struggling with loss of business due to internet, strikes, removal of services. Theft is a horrendous accusation.

@Khu_Ntshavheni Hope it works, can you please revive Postoffice to be effective courier service provider the infrastructure is the throughout the country, look at how courier service is even hijacked by PEP, imagine how many jobs can be created if PostOffice is professionalized
