@PostOffice because you have not equipped your Glasgow Shawlands branch with wifi, they cannot offer the driving license renewal service that you offer. Please remove this from your website, or get some wifi in your branches.

My sister said she received good service at Chandigarh sector 17 postoffice and the employee were friendly and supportive. But I regret to inform that due to mal function in the department had tarnished reputation and credibility of the department.

@SuzieWo20886208 If you went into a coma in the 70’s and woke up today, you would ask yourself; Where are the shops, butchers, bakers, fishmongers, banks, postoffice's. Where is the kindness, laughter, pubs. Where did it all go so wrong! Why do we support illegal wars.

@stevenspalding5 @ARandomKaren @CWUnews How can they offer support if your strikes lose them their livelihood. They have to make the call to keep running. And that means no #royalmail. And understandably too. It’s killing #postoffice too

So @PostOffice your ‘online international postage service’ is nigh on impossible to use mostly because it times out while you’re trying to get things listed. Also it’s really hard to navigate. Even my lovely postie says it’s non stop complaints.

@RoyalMail @RoyalMailHelp When can we expect tracked parcels sent to the US on or around the 12th Jan to finally get through? ps The reach & visibility of your communication about the #cyberattack at the time was very poor. @PostOffice did not advise & still accepted parcels 😡

@PostOffice You’ve effectively passed the buck - but at least you replied which is more than Royal Mail Help managed. You both need to provide accurate and complete information. You used to accept international parcels under 2,000grams - now they have to go to the sorting office. It’s a mess
