@PostOffice Please also take a look at the reviews on Google for this post office. 99% of them complaining about the staff. Also, why not stick a load of self-service machines in there for the basic tasks so the queue can be minimalized instead of a whole rack of kids toys that no one buys!

@FindingDore @PostOffice Post Office Self Service Kiosks aren't really self serving as staff have to come and verify anything that needs a barcode attached such as signed for /special delivery etc.. Therefore it isn't practical to have them operating if there is only one or two staff working

@PostOffice I sent a bunch of documents with the @parcelforce service to India at a cost of £60 and now looks like the shipment is stick at immigration. I was told I will not have to pay any more after paying so much already. Please tell me if I was misinformed? I need this asap
