    @PostOffice please can you help, I sent a1st class signed for parcel on 24/12/20 as a return through ebay, when I returned home the cashier did not give the correct receipt, I returned and the cashier was unable to help I have the cash receipt but no reference number, please help

    @wymandatmercury @PostOffice I was there when this woman was so rude to our postal workers. She was patronising and offensive. The staff at LimeTree are amazing and I refuse to let this woman make her side of the story the only one. Please come to me if you want more info.

    @PostOffice hi - are post offices not currently accepting post to canada? I've sent items to france and germany over the past few days but now told today that the canadian borders are closed? your site isn't much help as it hasn't been updated for canada since the 22nd?

    @VodafoneUK A few months ago we changed from @PostOffice WiFi to you & was told on phone & letter you would contact the previous supplier to cancel. Just noticed that this wasn’t the case & have still been charged by PO, losing out on a lot of money. Please can you advise?

    @PostOffice I don't believe the rude, obnoxious little man at Larkhall,PO in Bath wishes anyone well. Slovenly and appallingly rude to people. Goes as slow as possible & delights in being unhelpful. Must be desperate for staff if you employ such a nasty little man?

    @PostOffice how come you won’t help your customers affected by flooding over Christmas? I phoned to ask to stop my broadband as I’ve been out of my home since Xmas Eve and will be for the foreseeable future. You offered nothing.
