    @SIAuk I have tried to join and got absolutely nowhere despite going to the @PostOffice and paying the required fee I keep getting notices to go to the post office it seems impossible to talk to a human being and the service is absolutely abysmal

    @RoyalMailHelp can you explain yo me why you charged my customer £3.50 on top of the £2.15 postage I'd already Paid??? P&P was correct it was weighed and measured at the postoffice I dispatched it in!! This is being discussed alot on you tube and various social media chanels!

    @PostOffice It’s also unfair when money gets taken from your travel card, clears out the rest of your holiday money and your help centre says it’ll take 3 days to sort it!!

    @PostOffice There’s no way for us to reach out at all. I am so disappointed that I can’t get any replies after submitting the request via your online form three weeks ago. Also I can’t get anyone to talk to in your hotline system. What a bad experience😢

    @PostOffice just found out you have a 10k paying cash in limit. What's the duration on this. Many of us use your counter paying in service for other bank accounts Paul

    @Collinson I've read the DM and responded back. I await the further response required with regards to my @PostOffice travel insurance claim. Still no resolution and interest is adding up on my credit card bill! I wouldn't of paid to leave hospital if I knew that this would happen to me!

    Hi @PostOffice I paid for £21.90 for the biometric card redirection service.I was told ‘the other branch didn't sent the card to my preferred branch’,I have been told I will not get refund! Email sent to post office separately and no reply!! @WhichUK any suggestions please?

    @narendramodi @nsitharaman Recently in networking,ATM based money withdrawn,lots of networks errors,banking trouble..post offices givt paying salary for salary maximum output from employees,govt can introduce ATM-money withdrawal to PostOffice.Main post office work"fullD:bran-1/2
