Karen (@karenteacher09) reported@PostOffice Still no progress with this 2 weeks on from when we were overcharged and the staff were rude. Customer Care have issued a letter for £2.02, I will have to drive to a Post Office and queue up with ID to redeem this.

Emma Leahy 😍📚🏊🏻♀️🌍 (@EmmaL42) reported@PostOffice Closing at 5.30 not 6pm makes it’s very difficult for customers who want to use your service after work and/or now have to travel long distances because of all the Post Office closures. Can you not request main branches to remain open until 6pm like other essential businesses?

Several people outside, including me, scratching our heads. Especially when postmen appear to be working as normal. All very confusing.
