@helpfulnomes We are a separate company to @PostOffice who you would need to contact about the service you received in branch. We're suspended the delivery guarantee for Special Delivery by 9am and by 1pm items posted from the 23/11/22 up to and including the 03/12/22. Customers will not...

@kimwillsher1 @PostOffice Hopefully it won't disappear into the black hole known as UK Passport service once it arrives. Fingers crossed for you.

A parcel received at a @postoffice on the morning of 3 Dec, still hasn’t been delivered! It only has to travel 30 miles…… Even considering strike action, which I support, that is poor. Another two days of strikes, so no idea when I’ll get it!

  • Sallyp5 Sally Porter (@Sallyp5) reported

@PostOffice What is the procedure for a suspected forged note please? A post office has retained a £20 note, informing that it would be returned if genuine but nothing would be heard if it was a forgery. Surely the customer should hear one way or the other?

Divide and conquer- that’s what the media and government want us to do . Argue , fight amongst ourselves . That way they gain the power . People fell for the Covid , DONT fall for the strikes . Support people like the posties , rail workers. @RMTunion @PostOffice #covid @GMB
