@PostOffice So it’s designed to just be used in Post Office branches rather than a universally accepted form of ID? And not even accepted by the mail service you are the retailer for? Wow. What a waste of resources.

@PostOffice Hi Courtney. In the great scheme of things not long. Probably only 10 minutes. And for me not really a problem since I wasn’t pressed for time. But if I had been it would have been frustrating when I could have posted the one item I had in 1 minute using self-service

@RoyalMailHelp hi there, I send my son a letter back in 28th contains his railcard, until today, there is still no sign of the letter. I would consider that as a lost as I used first class service from postoffice

@PostOffice I just think you need to sort out more staff because they are so slow. The one server who is working is having chats with everyone even after paying I’ve left the queue because it’s a joke

@PostOffice 10 mins no queue movement so I gave up and went to northgate street. At least fix the self service. All I wanted was to post 2 standard letters!
