@PostOffice For the past couple days the top up meters have been down in the area. Its probably nothing, the cashpoints are broken all the time.

  • JAnnS1984 JenS (@JAnnS1984) reported

@PostOffice I received a card through on 27/05/2022 confirming the sender had not paid the full postage so I would need to pay £1.50 for it to be redelivered. I put on £2.04 worth of postage stamps & sent it back but never received the parcel. Can you look into this please?

@PostOffice hello. I have a really straight forward and quick question to ask but it’s incredibly difficult to get through to anyone on the phone or speak to someone. Can you help please?

  • GlenCC1 Glen Combe (@GlenCC1) reported

@PostOffice very poor service in Winslow today - opening hours of 9-5.30pm. It's now 9.33am with a queue waiting to be served and no sign of staff or any notice of when they will arrive.

@TheBull28803054 Two months ago I had a kid push me down the stairs from behind at the post office so I fell onto the ground, because he thought I cut him in line.. There was no line he was waiting by himself 20 ft away from where the line was. The postmaster had to tell him no postoffice for him

@PostOffice So, I’m afraid to say same problem again. Clearly the Post Office is trying to fail at their own service. Why would anyone bother to use such a terrible service.

  • PeterLiddle1 Peter Liddle (@PeterLiddle1) reported

@PostOffice @RoyalMailHelp @NoelAolad I think he probably has said enough. If you can’t see the problem from what he has stated and pictured you have bigger problems. Let’s hope your strike action sorts this mess out.

@PostOffice Appaling service yet again at Highfields PO in HemelHempstead. Again a clerk made a mistake which cost us time and money. On top of it they blamed the mistake on us. Good thing we always have photos of things we post so we can prove we were in the right.

  • siany_d Siâny D (@siany_d) reported

@PostOffice @Celt_Cheel The changing of coins is not a post office service nor has it been. A branch may choose to do it as a favour or they may say no and concentrate on paying customers who are generating income for their branch rather than asking for.a favour that pays them zero!

  • DianaGarling Diana Garling (@DianaGarling) reported

@PostOffice I called customer service, they said the same thing it would be an extra £45, I asked for and explanation and was put on hold, then cut off!! I take it this is because there isn’t a valid explanation.. hence I would never book holiday insurance through the Post Office again! 😡
