@PostOffice Closing the main PO in Westbury-on-Trym and letting #Costcutter open up one counter in their grubby little shop has been a total disaster. People are queuing in the street for 10 minutes or more. They're starting to vote with their feet now and going elsewhere. Fail.

@PostOffice @BeccaHall890 The odds of tolerating the 45 minute queue to be greeted by someone who can actually resolve a problem are vanishingly small.

@postoffice. As you’ve not got back to me regarding Fakenham branch drop and go... I want a full refund of the balance on my DROP & GO account. I’ve been unable to use the service as you’re more than aware, not even decent enough to offer refund, I shouldn’t have to chase it!!

@PostOffice Posted first class, next day delivery, on Thursday 3rd December, arrived Tuesday 8th December. This service is an absolute joke. Not the first time this has happened. In future will switch to alternative company!

@PostOffice @CllrBSilvester Come on guys, that's a nice response and it makes a change to get some decent service. There was a time when I would have cringed at "Yo'all have a nice day now" too, but that seems to have become the norm. Maybe "I wish you a long and happy life" would be similarly fitting?

@PostOffice @postoffice THERE WOULD BE NO ISSUES IF YOU PROVIDED THEM WITH ANOTHER TILL FOR PROCESSING. ELDERLY ARE ALSO HAVING TO WAIT AND THIS IS SAD TO SEE WHWN THEY ARE STRUGGLING TO STAND.
