@PostOffice hi all, I made a complaint on 11th February that your stowmarket postman keeps taking the short cut across my front garden instead of walking around, iv had no reply and it still happening. Can I get an update please and this issue rectified asap

@Kevin_Maguire Just seen my postman coughing his way up my path while holding my Mail. Hope the poor soul is well, how much does the @PostOffice support staff if the are sick, are postmen regularly tested? And yes I know there is little evidence that Mail passes on virus but......

@PostOffice Hello, can you advise if I can send a large parcel(probably via ParcelForce) from the Bishop's Stortford Post Office(CM23 3AL)? Or are they limited to smaller sizes? It’s fairly flat but around 100x50cm. Thanks for the help!

So stressed out by @ukhomeoffice 3 rejected passport photos coz my mouth may be open or background lighting isn’t bright enough. I AM BLACK it’s obvious you can see me!!!! @PostOffice not my fault that photo booths are ****! Photoshops are closed coz of lockdown #frustrated

@PostOffice 🤬🤬🤬 if you don’t have franking mail boxes outside your post offices then your staff on the door should take the bag of mail. I’m not queuing outside in a mile long queue to give someone a bag for work 🤬 what a seriously disgusting service. Making me miss my bus!

@postoffice Just walked to my local Fareham post office but the whole branch is closed down due to 'unforeseen circumstances'? Don't suppose you could give any further info as I need to post my parcels out asap!
