Crap customer service because they’re a crap company to work for. For clarity I was a post master for 17 years.

No WIFI for services, Long queues, Only 1 person serving whilst other staff were just hanging around, the entrance door was making a scraping noise every time it opened and closed. Third world staff, third world service.
