  @PostOffice my brother sends me parcels to Norway.uses same post office each time and we have seen that the shipping cost is excessive. today , trying to keep costs down. Got a quote online of around £27. why did the woman at his post office try charge him over £50?

  @PostOffice . We’ve had no mail for nearly two weeks, until today, not even junk mail. We’ve just received an important letter that was posted on 22 June, that’s two weeks after post mark date. Awful service.

  @PostOffice @RoyalMail @eBay_UK hi, help please. Witherwack Post Office (Sunderland) have scanned my parcel, it has appeared on tracking, but now they're saying it says invalid and that it has already been scanned and won't take the parcel.

  @bookbird71 @WattenRobbie @PostOffice It depends, if it happens a lot in that branch then I’d agree. But it was a Wednesday which is a balancing day, maybe they ran into an issue and needed to try problem solve before getting the stock unit back up and running.

  @PostOffice how can I arrange a redirection if the new address isn’t found on your options list please? No option to edit (other numbers exist but not ours) and no help options exist?

  @HeadWarriorTWM Indont think these people should be exempt from trial when we get a different gov that takes these issue seriously - this is far worse than the postoffice scandal. I saw a 20 yo walk into my workplace with paniced mothers 6’6” boy with a pair of fake breasts.. no control all fear

  Still cannot find out what has happened to my parcel being sent from the UK to Ireland; @PostOffice and @rotalks don't want to help and it is made impossible for a visually impaired person to complain, think I'll be contacting @Ofcom

  @PostOffice 35 mins, and when I got to the counter I couldn't pay my bills because the Post office WIFI was down so I couldn't pay by debit card.

  Only one window of 5 open. Customers standing, queuing for 25 minutes. @PostOffice Whoever you sold the Eccles Post Office franchise to, they prefer profit over customers. Privatisation of public services? Sold off to non-English humans. REALLY BAD IDEA. Check Thames Water
