And the worst thing about all this is: your members and customers are quickly losing faith in a “building society” that is the only “bank” on the High Street that has no banking deal with @PostOffice . I don’t know why I joined you. I’m leaving once I can get help for my o/d ..

@PostOffice Just tried to drop a small parcel at a sub post office, they refused to accept it complaining they had too many already, but I could clearly see space in a sack. Who do I contact a bout this unacceptable service

@LilywhiteSimon @RoyalMailHelp I don't put the stamps on! I use the @PostOffice Drop & Go service. I just tell them to send as 2nd class large letter.

@PostOffice - 2 items sent Signed For service. According to your records you haven’t even attempted to deliver the two items sent on 23/08! Email contact seems disabled & phone service with ridiculously long waiting time: what are customers expected to do?

  • CrookesAnn Ann Crookes (@CrookesAnn) reported

@PostOffice You stated tracking number, Signed tlfir is not tracked.... It a proof of delivery reference number, It is misinformation to the customer on the parameters of what the service actually offers.

@hackneygazette Good luck with that one if you live around Broadway Market/London Fields since the #postoffice shut down 2 years ago for refurbishment by landlord, with a promise to return. Apparently, the counter didn’t fit! @mayorofhackney wrote letter 7 months ago, but no response reported.
