@Shell @postoffice the broadband you're supposed to provide's been down since around 1600 yesterday. Which one of you are going to sort it out? Pretty necessary tool for work these days.

  • Chappers82 Chappers (@Chappers82) reported

@richardkillip @PostOffice Part of the Post Office's main function is to receive post and send it. The customer has paid for the postage so surely it can't be refused.

@OfficeOfRSP Sir I've been kept waiting for over 2 hours during this pandemic for receiving a cheque of 11k for claiming the savings account of my deceased grandmother, at Tollygunge head postoffice. The service is sloth and inconvenient. @IndiaPostOffice

@PostOffice how do I make a complaint? The customer service I just received in one of your branches is disgraceful!! They have refused to help me and hand over my parcel even with ID! What more am I supposed to show

Transport and Comms Cttee hears that up to 200 post offices could close within 18 months if state doesn’t intervene with support. #SaveOurServices #PostOffice #AnPost

@VL70Suffolk @PostOffice Car insurance prices always go up upon renewal. However speaking to them, does help you get it reduced. A £2 saving is good but speaking to them, should have gotten more? When I renew with Admiral, I get a saving of £30 for my car insurance.

  • ColourviewTim Timothy Jones 🕷 (@ColourviewTim) reported

@fascinatorfun @PostOffice These are nominally a hoax. Your local Post Office Parcel Office will have a phone number, during Covid they are running a restricted service, a couple of hours a day.

  • richardkillip Richard Killip (@richardkillip) reported

@Chappers82 @PostOffice @RoyalMail They're always horrendously rude in that branch too. And the website says they open at 8 but they don't.

  • mrmarkf Mark (@mrmarkf) reported

@fascinatorfun @PostOffice Just another scam. Report to mobile service provider, block and delete. I use iPhone so can send all unknown numbers to voicemail without ringing and text messages from unknown numbers go into a spam text folder.

  • AndyHowitt21 Andy Masons Gin (@AndyHowitt21) reported

@PostOffice - why do you even bother offering broadband when it’s this bad? 2 days we haven’t had internet now, switching to virgin.
