@IndiaPostOffice Mr. Mohan has not left from his house especially to get this post. But no poststaffs contacted Mr. Mohan. I have called Hyderabad postoffice staffs pin code 500062 pin code postoffice more than 30 times in single day, but no one picked up the phone. Very poor service Hyd. Branch

@PostOffice Thanks Courtney - but I already called your advisors from South Africa (there is no online contact option other than email), and they were fully unhelpful. I'd recommend checking your Trust Pilot ratings and making some policy changes to support customers.

@PostOffice This was investigated... all I was explained was about a postage label!? The point of my complaint was to look into the abusive language used by your St.Brides Major Postmaster! This wasn't done... The investigator has shied away from my complaint. Disappointing to say the least!

@KevanJonesMP @MailOnline The vitriolic word 'scum' has,rightly, had a bad press recently(eh Ange)but the @PostOffice has literally ruined postmaster's lives,sent them to prison + caused their premature deaths.If Tim Parker had any shame,he'd hang his head in it,but he'll leave the PO to count his wealth

@PostOffice more than a week after visiting the Post Office to renew my passport using your digital check and send service, the Passport Office state they are still waiting for you to send them my old passport. Please advise how to get this sorted as soon as possible!

Rented a hire car for next weekend only to find I need a credit card in my name (after years of avoiding having one). Despite poor credit record @PostOffice & @CapitalOne pulled me out a hole, great customer service and can now hire car without worrying :) Phew!

@OnlyEnnui @PostOffice @RoyalMail It’s the reason I stopped selling anything on eBay. I got sick of RM losing almost every other parcel I sent out and me having to refund the buyer when they didn’t turn up, I was just out of pocket every time, but RM weren’t! Absolutely crap!

@tweetercal @PostOffice @RoyalMail It is all terrible. Recently a deliver driver lied about having v tried to deliver saying I wouldn’t pay customs charges. He had not even been here. Had frantic person on Etsy saying the item wld be destroyed by UPS if didn’t pay. I had had no communication re any of it.

I even contacted corporate before going to my appointment, what ********? Oh yeah, the @PostOffice stopped delivering mail in the 21921? Federal law violated! Who is that postmaster? Human trafficking much?
