@postoffice 3 parcels sent first class on 21/12/20 from Cambridge Hazelwood Close P.O. to CR0 1DJ in Croydon on 21/12/20 have still not arrived. Barcode nos. on cert of posting 1103FE646E8, 1103FE646CD, 110401890A3. Please help.

And, they will be “nice” until customer provokes their thinking and dismantle their cosy club. Not high level educ thinking, hey? Be “nice” so customers do not expose what is going on. Called mental bribery.

Broadband has been awful since the start of 2021 and now becoming unusable. Unsure if this is a Bristol problem, a @PostOffice problem or a combination of both. Anyone local or with Post Office got similar problems?
