@BWallArthur @PostOffice That's the trouble with insurance. It's essentially a legal scam. They always manage to find ingenious ways to avoid paying out claims.

  • 147Sturls Mandy Sully (@147Sturls) reported

@PostOffice hi, where can I get a driving licence renewed? Passport has expired and we keep getting to post offices that stay on line that the service is offered only to find they don’t…frustrating

  • arinekath Katharine Anthony (@arinekath) reported

Not great service from @PostOffice for my @BootsUK delivery. Delivery 3 and half hours earlier than stated. Not out of bed as I have Covid. Now have to wait until Friday. Why send a txt with wrong delivery time?

  • guneetoct10 Guneet Singh (@guneetoct10) reported

Such a slow and disappointing service #postoffice you’ve probably won the award of being most inefficient service provider. Why can’t a PPF account be closed from any other branch? We’re not living 1960s where people have the jobs in same city! #postofficeindia

  • LBackhouse Lydia Backhouse (@LBackhouse) reported

@CrookesAnn @PostOffice I then emailed Zara when I did not receive a refund and they said the barcode was never scanned at the post office. Obviously then I realise the lady put the wrong sticker on

  • Emmah_Cganye Emmah Seganye (@Emmah_Cganye) reported

@nomkhitamona the @PostofficeSa is ignoring our inbox queries with regards to an online application for my car disc. Who do we contact? I need my refund as the service requested was not delivered. I paid for the same service twice. #postoffice

@PostOffice @Wes_Hill_ Hi Tim, the customer does NOT need a personalised deposit slip anymore! They write all deets on the back of the cheque & we advise customer it may add 24 hours to clear.

  • POminion4 EmC1408 (@POminion4) reported

@BettyBull @PostOffice There is a new system now where you have to swipe the card through the pinged on the customer side. You might need to explain this to them. Hope this helps

  • LucyAllenFWR Dr Lucy Allen-Goss (@LucyAllenFWR) reported

@uenuku38 and I both pleased to get a letter from @PostOffice (our home insurance) saying if we host a Ukrainian refugee, we don't need to notify them as they'll be understood as a member of the family not a guest, thus not causing any policy issues. I thought that was lovely.
