@PostOffice I went in to renew my passport with a change of name. The website said this service was available at the york centre branch. After waiting for ages I was told they couldn't do a renewal with a change of name because the photo booth wasn't working and they didn't have the forms.

Hmm our @PostOffice branch transactions conducted half a mile away are showing up as from a place far away. Which is kind of amusing, and probably because it's a temporary branch, but could cause problems in a banking security check...
