Often don't deliver, causing users to run to postoffice. Pl run as private courier. Debit/Credit Card holders suffer.

And the money the branches put in just made it look like it balanced, cos submitting your monthly balance with it not balancing was a massive no. If the PO came to branch to do a spot check, they used the same broken system
