  @DonaldPond6 @PostOffice It’s because profit at the counter is more important than service at some POs. My local is like a bartering situation. They start at the highest price and I have to keep saying “no, I don’t need that, what’s the cheapest?” several times until I get what is quoted online.

  @PostOffice This is absurd. Why are the opening hours for Aberdare Delivery Office so poor? Open today 8am till 10am. How are these opening times feasible for people who work? Surely you need to be opening longer.

  @PostOffice why..on your website does it say the DVLA charge 17 quid to renew your driving licence online....when they only charge 14.... Is this to encourage more to use your service..

You can see now Cyril is trying by all means to shift government spending & services to private sector, i.e Eskom, Transnet, ID preparing, SAA, PostOffice

  @PostOffice completely list all faith in PO. I needed three things delivered this week. One was some medication, one was a bank card. All on next day delivery. 7 days later not one has been delivered. Awful service from a service that used to be reliable.

  @MihirFx @DonaldPond6 @PostOffice Yes you look the type to not give a **** about anyone but yourself. Many older people aren't online or don't have iPhones. Many have issues with sight and understanding the convoluted machinations of the online world. But you just think about you.
