  Court of Appeal case on Nov 17 to be asked to find that @PostOffice in prosecuting 47 sub-postmaster/mistresses, ‘affronted public conscience’. If upheld, criminal convictions will be overturned for crimes never committed. Just a fraction 900 total, but others will follow.

  @PostOffice after some help. Sent a purchase back to a shop on the 3rd March which I have 28 days in which to return the item for a refund. Just checked tracking and all its shows is the time I dropped it off at the post office? Any way I can get an update please

  @WHSmith @PostOffice It might help if your staff are made aware as they had no solution other than to send me to another @PostOffice this morning - luckily, I manage a 2 mile round trip, not everyone can.

  @thecabaretgeek @PostOffice @WHSmith Saying be kind to the staff was not implying you were rude to them, your initial response was defensive to me, I'm not commenting on how the people involved are, it's a reminder to be kind to people who aren't responsible for the situation, that was all.

  Be careful what you’re paying for postage at Blackheath @PostOffice - they seem very keen to give you the ‘cheapest’ option which somehow is 3 times more expensive than anywhere else. If you ask for clarification you just get a rude and deliberately obtuse response #fraud?

  @PostOffice @thecabaretgeek Think you might want to look at when we last got PPE. We get broken bottles of soap every now and then, but the last time we got hand sanitiser was in July. This is the same across branches, not just mine.

  @thecabaretgeek @PostOffice @WHSmith The staff will have been supplied some but maybe they haven't been supplied it for the customers. My kindness goes to retail workers because I am one and I know how much **** people take from the general public when the person at the tills your shaming isn't the one in charge.
