I will allow another establishment to take their percentage for my transaction.

Jonathan (@GayToryJon) reported from Blackpool, England@L1A75 @PostOffice And that’s the problem I’m afraid. Customers check the website and expect the opening times on there to be accurate. It’s pretty poor if that isn’t the case. Between postmasters and the company it needs rectifying.

He had to phone in but there is long queue so getting on 15 mins waiting. Not good. Postmaster should be able to access help quicker. SORT IT OUT!

As per report of SPM Tosham, no such instance regarding non booking of articles at 1400 hours occurred in tosham postoffice. In this regard, if complainant have some evidence in support of his/her allegation then please provide with complaint so that matter can be inquired accordingly.
