@L1A75 @PostOffice I understand that there are limits on small businesses operating hours. I can’t struggle to understand why the businesses can’t ensure their website is accurate. It’s simple customer service I’m afraid

@L1A75 @PostOffice And that’s the problem I’m afraid. Customers check the website and expect the opening times on there to be accurate. It’s pretty poor if that isn’t the case. Between postmasters and the company it needs rectifying.

@PostOffice I'm very disappointed in your fast track digital driving licence renewal service, according to the DVLA they haven't received the application which I paid £21.50 for back in May. I emailed your customer services as requested with no reply!

@PostOffice Hi Stephen I'm afraid we have already been down both routes you mention, nobody was able to "help out" So £568 disappears into the Post Office account for a service that will not be provided. We have used Post Office insurance for various policies for many years - never again.
