@L1A75 @PostOffice And that’s the problem I’m afraid. Customers check the website and expect the opening times on there to be accurate. It’s pretty poor if that isn’t the case. Between postmasters and the company it needs rectifying.

@L1A75 @PostOffice For example, that’s a customer lost now, I won’t bother going back as I can’t be sure it will be open when it’s supposed to be, indeed when they say they are. I will allow another establishment to take their percentage for my transaction.

@L1A75 @PostOffice I understand that there are limits on small businesses operating hours. I can’t struggle to understand why the businesses can’t ensure their website is accurate. It’s simple customer service I’m afraid

@VodafoneUK And to save you time. This is the same phone line, master socket etc etc that I’ve been using for years without issue with TalkTalk and Postoffice. So please focus on why your router is so slow rather than looking for the issue elsewhere.

@PostOffice can you tell me why your Hight Street, Haverhill branch is closed and will it be open tomorrow? My poor old (elderly) dad trudged all the way down in the snow and it’s shut. No notice on the door or anything. Not for the first time either.

@ChesterfieldDeb @PostOffice It is a counter service as they are securely delivered by hand to the postman and then to the central banking depot of the post office, so a more secure process than dropping into a post box

@flincauk @PostOffice The Horizon incident was absolutely terrible, and we as PO workers are still trying to get them to be held accountable. However, you are now repeating POLs mistake by not listening to the PO workers. Both you and them seem to think it is guilty till proven innocent.

@PostOffice @flincauk From what i can gather you purchased a royal mail signed for service, this is not tracked and will be updated once delivery is attempted. If you required tracking you should have purchased a tracked service. When we sell car tax your contract is with dvla, in same way mail is rm

@PostOffice It took me 25 minutes to pay in two cheques. I also thought it was an actual counter service but they’re just posted - which I assume I could just do myself using the post box!
