@L1A75 @PostOffice And that’s the problem I’m afraid. Customers check the website and expect the opening times on there to be accurate. It’s pretty poor if that isn’t the case. Between postmasters and the company it needs rectifying.

@L1A75 @PostOffice I understand that there are limits on small businesses operating hours. I can’t struggle to understand why the businesses can’t ensure their website is accurate. It’s simple customer service I’m afraid

@vicderbyshire So not even 100% of the money she lost and no compensation for what they put her through? Disgusting @PostOffice continues to treat its victims with contempt @gareththomasMP you are the minister responsible for the Post Office now, how has this not been sorted by now?

@Rantsofus1 @PostOffice Unless they were emergency biscuits, due to a targetted, nuclear strike taking out all the existing biscuit supplies, I would think an actual, paying customer would take priority. Especially, as the fella at the shop counter, where you buy said biscuits, was doing nowt. #eejit

@thewisdomofray @PostOffice The self service kiosks are off because there is only 1 person on. 1 person cannot man the counter and the SSKs at the same time. Perhaps have a little patience.

@letterappsoc @RoyalMailHelp Have you seen they are also strategically locating these either outside or very near to @PostOffice locations? Hardly working together to provide a top not community service competing with each other. Put them back together in my humble opinion and owned by us. 👍

@PeterHarrismo @PostOffice There's nothing they can do if they are having technical issues. Complaining about achieves absolutely nothing. It wont get the system back up and running faster.

@StarlingBank disappointed to learn that @PostOffice have implemented a rule that business deposits can now only have a max of £250 in coins. This causes a big issue for companies like mine (operating vending machines) with how we bank cash.
