Jules Field (@JulesFM) reported from Southampton, England
@PostOffice After Amzn repeatedly sending stock responses teaching me how to use pickup locations, I finally got their "the customer is well pissed off" stock response, which asked me to call them. I've explained in words of 1 syllable & they are going to look into it. Will let you know!

@PostOffice They still show as an option, but when you select that particular one it then fails to appear as where you want it delivered to. Not just me, happens to others too. Other POs seem fine (e.g. Portswood down the road).

@PostOffice @Collinson you have never contacted my colleague for anything until a month ago. Then out of the blue three months later you told that yes, we could have two claims under one policy. Could you please explain me how come suddenly we are allow to have two claims...

@PostOffice Thank you for the usual textbook phrases "we understand, we are looking into it, we will make sure it never happens again, it's such an important work". Where are the people who willingly lied and put innocent people in jail (you know them very well)? @PaulaVennells1 @fujitsu_uk

Jaggers of Colchester (@colchjaggers) reported
@fujitsu_uk @PostOffice having watched #Panorama I’m absolutely appalled at the way you ruined post office managers lives to protect yourselves, you knew that your system was faulty. Allowing people to go to jail to protect your rep. I will never use the #postoffice ever again!

@icpa_t @Fujitsu_Global @PostOffice It was a bit more than "let it happen" What "leader" thinks that 700+ convictions over such a short timescale does not indicate a HUGE corporate problem Paula Vennells was either incompetent or culpable Horrendous #PostOfficeScandal
-
sonia saralegui (@soniasaralegui) reported
@PostOffice @Collinson if you treat the claims and separate please make sure you pay the customers what are they claiming for and not because of your convinience, I received half of my claim. How dare you!! Have a nice day!

sonia saralegui (@soniasaralegui) reported

@PostOffice Just a shame your corrupt organisation didn't examine and engage with those poor innocent people correctly at the time. I hope they throw the book at @PostOffice for everyone of their sakes.

@Dixon_Jones @panorama @PostOffice Horrible scandal for the UK. I think that the main failures were human though - the buggy software delivered bad data, but it was humans who decided what to do with that bad data. Terribly sad for all the victims.

@HM_Passport @bucksamandy @PostOffice You not responding to anything! You cant respond via twitter, the webchat is constantly closed, the call centre wont let you enter the queue due to high vols, when you do get through you get cut off, the call back system is not happening and the complaint form not responded too.
