  • ShellLovesCats Shell. Ice Skating Is The Best (@ShellLovesCats) reported from Lymington, England

@PostOffice is there a known issue with post office broadband? Went down half hr ago, comes back briefly few mins at most with weak signal then gone again

  • JulesFM Jules Field (@JulesFM) reported from Southampton, England

@PostOffice They still show as an option, but when you select that particular one it then fails to appear as where you want it delivered to. Not just me, happens to others too. Other POs seem fine (e.g. Portswood down the road).

  • JulesFM Jules Field (@JulesFM) reported from Southampton, England

@PostOffice After Amzn repeatedly sending stock responses teaching me how to use pickup locations, I finally got their "the customer is well pissed off" stock response, which asked me to call them. I've explained in words of 1 syllable & they are going to look into it. Will let you know!

@Postoffice broadband down all morning in London. Still no contact from @Shell

  • access2maths Sarah Mason (@access2maths) reported

Email hasn’t worked all day. @PostOffice @ShellEnergyHome is this what I’m to expect now? Very poor.

  • QuestionerMoney Adrian not doing much MQ lately (@QuestionerMoney) reported

@ioupal @PostOffice This is what is needed. "The Post Office" shouldn't be responsible for anything. It's an imagined person. It's what real people did that was the issue.

  • Frankie26284521 Frankie (@Frankie26284521) reported

@PostOffice why is my broadband connection always so awful? Tried everything to reset router/devices. Please advise on what I should do next to sort this issue out. Worried you've cut me off as phoned yesterday to cancel from may 7th. Clarify please.

  • MoleyMole01 Moley𝕋𝕙𝕖𝕄𝕠𝕝𝕖 (@MoleyMole01) reported

@OTooleyAuthor @law_and_policy @PostOffice That sums it up. I’ve always seen the post office as a national asset being undermined by couriers creaming away the easy lucrative stuff, but this stinks of disgraceful decision making. Hard management is never good management, but it’s indefensible when it’s blatant deceit.

  • thatdbemethatd me. (@thatdbemethatd) reported

@cgsneal @davidallengreen @PostOffice The PO knew there were problems with how the software performed in their business. They ignored/hid this evidence and aggressively pursued people who'd done nothing wrong. It's not Fujitsu's fault.

  • jarede Jared Evans (@jarede) reported

@davidallengreen @PostOffice It was insane that the otherwise relatively successful CEO of the FAW seemed to want to employ the former HR person from the Post Office. **** knows what was going through his head at that moment.

  • JudyWeb92176381 Judy 48%🌹 #NHS💙 #ClimateEmergency #RejoinEU ⭐ (@JudyWeb92176381) reported

@davidallengreen @JudiciaryUK @PostOffice Some of the PO's victims were manipulated into say they were guilty even though they plainly weren't. Can the law help them?

  • rc1972 Richard Conroy (@rc1972) reported

The Post Office scandal must be one of the worst miscarriages of justice in this country (and there have been a few). People have died, reputations ruined etc all because of a faulty computer system. And no one has been found to be responsible at PO. Absolute joke #PostOffice

  • thatdbemethatd me. (@thatdbemethatd) reported

@davidallengreen @PostOffice The extraordinary thing is just how many jobs people like Venetia have all at the same time. The obscene thing is the damage she caused to people's lives with seemingly no legal consequences.
