Kelly (@Tiger73Quinn) reported@PostOffice The Port Talbot Post office was open, my in-law were there in business hours & it was empty apart from 4 counter staff chatting told each. Why then would an appt be needed if no other customer required a service. Poor customer service. Swansea branch helped them. Staff were lazy
-
mmc (@mmc02939722) reportedThat’s total baloney. Your service is horrible. I thought the Postoffice was the worst in history now you can’t even deliver. Something’s been sitting at the terminal for two freaking days every day. It’s a new excuse and another day added to the delivery time.
-
blingman (@marceldeberlin) reported@itsolelehmann Do I carry it to the garbage or to the postoffice. The world is full of choices.
-

Cowardly Lion (@Cat_onabike) reported@PostOffice I asked to use the self-service equipment to send a parcel. The team leader said 'No, the manager says we don't allow that.' Why not? 'None of your business. I don't have to tell you. I don't work for the Post Office.' Can I speak to the manager? 'He doesn't work here.' /2

Julia Edwards (@JuliaEdwarsu) reported@PostOffice Halifax post office was a joke this morning. Tried to return Amazon parcel, queued for 10 mins then told to get back in the queue for another till to be told scanner wasn’t working and to come back another day. Staff member was rude, yawning and totally uninterested
-
Peter Reynolds (@pdnr777) reported@PostOffice Ok thank you, unfortunately none of these were offered to me when I went to the post office this morning and said only thing would be a service that takes 3-6 days and said it was signed and tracked but nothing in the receipt gives me a tracking number or anything
-
my name is... (@madjack5774) reported@RepMaryMiller If your office provide same "help" as local township office offer or postoffice offer than what is the difference? Just curious? One can get pp in 2 weeks after applying at USPS and pay expedite fee... unless your office is making this happen without any fee. Just wondering.

Guy Forkes (@GForkes15653) reported@ArturNadol7566 @PostOffice Every civil service agency or department has had issues with implementing any large scale project whether that HS2, IT or rolling out xyz. Despite the costs being astronomical, I wonder why they don't just outsource the whole thing. Or is it because they are using private...?
