@PostOffice After Amzn repeatedly sending stock responses teaching me how to use pickup locations, I finally got their "the customer is well pissed off" stock response, which asked me to call them. I've explained in words of 1 syllable & they are going to look into it. Will let you know!

@PostOffice They still show as an option, but when you select that particular one it then fails to appear as where you want it delivered to. Not just me, happens to others too. Other POs seem fine (e.g. Portswood down the road).

@kdimerc I have literally never sent a package in my life bc of postoffice rules. I feel like every person I’ve seen try to send a package has gotten told by an employee they need to fix something 😖

@PostOffice Please also take a look at the reviews on Google for this post office. 99% of them complaining about the staff. Also, why not stick a load of self-service machines in there for the basic tasks so the queue can be minimalized instead of a whole rack of kids toys that no one buys!

@siany_d @PostOffice Right let’s break this down. So when someone buys postage online where does the underlining profit (less costs of course go to)? Are you also saying that WHSmith employs the staff at any Post Office located within their stores? Interesting if so.

@Royal_Greenwich @PostOffice Of course AW needs a PO Should never have lost the Woolwich Post Office btw. Unfortunately RBG were too close with Tesco on land deal leading to horrific Mayer Homes application proposed and defeated at a Public Inquiry. Now they're back with another one can u believe?

@DVLAgovuk totally unacceptable that your buggy website can't recognise my address so I have to pay more (and drive to #Northallerton because the #Thirsk @PostOffice branch don't offer the service) to waste my time doing my driving licence renewal in person #pathetic

@PostOffice This kind of non-service is a regular occurrence. Charging First Class rates for a 3+ day delivery is disgraceful.
