@PostOffice is there a known issue with post office broadband? Went down half hr ago, comes back briefly few mins at most with weak signal then gone again

@PostOffice They still show as an option, but when you select that particular one it then fails to appear as where you want it delivered to. Not just me, happens to others too. Other POs seem fine (e.g. Portswood down the road).

@PostOffice After Amzn repeatedly sending stock responses teaching me how to use pickup locations, I finally got their "the customer is well pissed off" stock response, which asked me to call them. I've explained in words of 1 syllable & they are going to look into it. Will let you know!

@RoyalMailHelp No DM required! Just have a word with @PostOffice and ask them, as their single biggest customer, to have more customer friendly opening hours! RM keep whining that they are losing money, I'm offering you a part solution!!!!

@PostOffice So, cutting through the bull, it's closed for the foreseeable future, even though you've already closed the only other local one in Bockhanger months ago. What a crap service of late! With a car, it will take me an hour round trip to visit a Post Office now. Useless service.

@MarutiCourier such a pathetic service. Customer care will answer the call and immediately disconnect. I have never seen such irresponsible and pathetic service. PostOffice is way better that this courier service.

@PostOffice Can it please be sent by recorded-delivery? Considering the thousands I've spent on the account it would be great to know that the customer service experience extends until the full closure and refund of the monies remaining. 3rd times lucky on the letter 🤞🤞

@PostOffice @RoyalMail @WHSmith Frequent issue - we had only just spotted the sign in the window saying that it was shutting at 2pm, so rushed to get the post down and joined the queue at 1.30pm. 30min wait-we have customers paying for a next day service! Hence why we use Special Delivery

@PostOffice "System Issue". I wish I could give my customers a 5-7 day fix time for their" IT system". I live in the real world though, not Post Office incompetence World. No doubt they'll only open some afternoons again, even when fixed.

@WHSmith @PostOffice @RoyalMail - Are WHSmith running down their Counter Service on purpose? Yet again, we were in a queue in Shrewsbury Post Office at 1.30pm, only for them to shut the Counter at 2pm and NOT take the specials......

@PostOffice Princes Mall office packed everyone going to the counters as all the machines are out, no one can fix the machines as they are all too busy at the counters! COME ON!
