I've explained in words of 1 syllable & they are going to look into it. Will let you know!

It really shows the @PostOffice as an organisation is more concerned with protecting its operations than addressing serious issues. This is reflected in the 61% of complaints closed as ‘Tactical Closure’ effectively a way of gatekeeping the branch to keep it running, rather than acknowledging or resolving the problems customers face.

Look at the Police, CPS & Prosecution Counsel tactics of withholding disclosures. This was a key issue in #PostOffice & #Encrochat cases. Remove juries & it’ll end up at ECHR
