@PostOffice After Amzn repeatedly sending stock responses teaching me how to use pickup locations, I finally got their "the customer is well pissed off" stock response, which asked me to call them. I've explained in words of 1 syllable & they are going to look into it. Will let you know!

@PostOffice They still show as an option, but when you select that particular one it then fails to appear as where you want it delivered to. Not just me, happens to others too. Other POs seem fine (e.g. Portswood down the road).

@PostOffice Tried to ring a couple of times but just take so long to answer never got through, have emailed a complaint in but they want 10 days to reply to that which is a joke! Will give it 10 then will raise with ombudsman if no or unsatisfactory reply. Thanks.

@PostOffice been waiting 5 working days for a "Next day delivery" parcel for my son's birthday. Been told daily that it would arrive that day but no joy. Still sat at "Perth DO" since Wednesday. V disappointed 10 year old- no cards or presents & no post in almost 2 was. HELP?!!!

@siany_d @RoyalMail @PostOffice Good for them I guess but they shouldn't be taking that out on a customer. Royal mail confirmed it was something post office should have taken.

@PostOffice would steer clear of thinking of using for broadband. Absolutely terrible customer service from ridiculous wait times to speak to someone then advisors who just blatantly lie to you! Seriously considering finding another provider after today!

@AskNationwide if I get my Chip and Pin card changed to a chip and signature card, how would I withdraw money from say a @PostOffice ? Also do Chip and Signature cards support services such as ApplePay?

@PostOffice This is not true is it though? I did renewal at post office on 9th November 2021 and still have not received this (8 weeks later). Cant get through to DVLA to track this so rang post office to see if they can help and answer is no. Now my licence has run out what do I do!

@PostOffice Thanks Ryan. I did get served after 50 mins and Abraham (I think his name was) was really polite and helpful. Poor guy, he was on his own for much of the time, with the other 2 desks closed, but 2 ither staff there. Seems crazy.
