@PostOffice After Amzn repeatedly sending stock responses teaching me how to use pickup locations, I finally got their "the customer is well pissed off" stock response, which asked me to call them. I've explained in words of 1 syllable & they are going to look into it. Will let you know!

@PostOffice They still show as an option, but when you select that particular one it then fails to appear as where you want it delivered to. Not just me, happens to others too. Other POs seem fine (e.g. Portswood down the road).

Has anyone ever managed to get through to @PostOffice call centre? I urgently to get a faulty phone line fixed for my elderly mother (82) and have been unable to contact as they are 'experiencing high call volumes.' Absolutely dreadful service for vulnerable customers

@PostOffice I’m pretty sure I tweeted you guys about the same issue a month or so ago. It’s poor. Run up to Christmas. Everybody isn’t the queue was holding something Christmas related. 30 minutes. Surely you can put more than 1 or staff members of staff on. Ridiculous

@PostOffice delivery is 10 days late. I'd send them a strongly-worded letter but it'd never reach the bastards 😤😤

@PostOffice How about you be quick and compensate those innocent, honest, hardworking people you prosecuted, humiliated, ruined and left financially broken...how about that BEFORE Christmas eh!! I don't and I won't use you because your a disgrace.

@GouldsBlog @PostOffice @PaulMar72224296 Those are not genuine apologies! Apologies are but hot air if they don’t put the matter right - truly right. Like those creepy people who say, blithely, ‘I’m sorry you feel that way.’ when they’ve made a horrendous error! Blaming the customer/little person is hard wired in some

@jelani9 @docrocktex26 Actually, I think it would have been somewhere the area of SWAT, Green. Berets, Seals, FBI, The Postoffice, The Secret Service, NG, and the local mall security. It would have made the Trail of Tears look like a hike. There would have been photos of the black bodies piled up.

Also logged a ticket with @PostOffice on Thursday morning and it stated they would be in touch. 3 days later and I haven't heard a thing. Managed to message via FB this morning and have been told Monday. I am worried sick in case my mother has a medical emergency.

Post Office ≠ Royal Mail
(@NewPOGuy) reported
@rudeboy_dwight @Disgustington69 @PostOffice Retail workers are constantly treated like **** by the general public, recieving abuse and threats if they do try and challenge those not wearing masks. Yes, they should wear masks themselves, but I do not blame them for not challenging people.

@PostOffice branches never have enough staff or windows open. and every transaction seems to take about 40 minutes. I can get a mortgage quicker than I can post a parcel
