    @PostOffice After Amzn repeatedly sending stock responses teaching me how to use pickup locations, I finally got their "the customer is well pissed off" stock response, which asked me to call them. I've explained in words of 1 syllable & they are going to look into it. Will let you know!

    @PostOffice They still show as an option, but when you select that particular one it then fails to appear as where you want it delivered to. Not just me, happens to others too. Other POs seem fine (e.g. Portswood down the road).

    Great service from #Romsey Post Office and HM Passport Office. Ordered new passport last Friday at PO arrived home yesterday Wednesday, old passport returned today. That was the standard service fantastic thank you @PostOffice #ShopLocal #ShopRomsey

    @PostOffice Good Morning, yesterday in your Southampton (Above Bar St) branch, I experienced some terrible customer service from one of your clerks on booth 2 at 12:50. She couldn’t be anymore rude because I misheard what she said. Customer service training I suggest is needed!

    @PostOffice - your ‘Write to Santa’ service is at best very disappointing !!! 32 letters from 5 -7 yr olds sent via a #PostOffice 30/11/18 ! Only 18 arrived back - 8 personalised and 10 stuffed in one envelope with no names/addresses on ! This is shocking ! #Failed #to #Deliver

    @PostOffice Tried to collect a parcel last night about 8:30pm from one of your branches - advertised as open to 10pm - and I was told by the adjoining shop staff they couldn’t help. I specifically had my parcel delivered there (a Very order) so I could collect at my convenience!

    @GBGplc why is it your ID check asks for driving licence valid from date but the @PostOffice say it has to be driving licence issue date. Took a day off, 30 minute each way drive and parking money. Look forward to you resolving this ASAP. #customerexperience

    Lost my wallet #sadface, had to order card replacements. @lloyds were super easy online, @PostOffice also good online. @AmexUK disappointed with a number of broken links, then an automated phone service asking impossible questions. Their operator was good, though.

    @PostOffice As soon as they are presented with any form of prepaid label they don’t know what to do. Was told this morning that the barcode was wrong. Took parcel to another branch which accepted without issue.

    .@PostOffice please sort out your #Hammersmith store. Ridiculous queues every time we go, at least 20 mins each time, only 1 cashier on and the self service machines out of order. It’s been awful ever since it moved into @WHSmith

    Just to inform you all that the @PostOffice motor insurance service is very poor. They overcharge on renewals but as one can't contact them by the website or by using the phone, you can't stop them renewing your policy. Best to avoid.

    @PostOffice Hi Courtney, as great as that sounds on the grand scheme of things, adding 12.5% to the price of a service for little more than printing a sheet of paper is taking the proverbial....or, in fact, taking advantage of customers who have no alternative

    @PostOffice I do not recommend moving your broadband to #postoffice #broadband as so far NO SERVICE for 3 days. Appointment given but no response. Advisors read from Terms and Conditions and do NOTHING. #poorservice
