Post Office Issues Reports Near Southampton, England

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in Southampton and nearby locations:

  • destinationroms Romsey Town Council (@destinationroms) reported from Romsey, England

We have used this service at #Romsey @PostOffice fantastic service from fab staff

  • JulesFM Jules Field (@JulesFM) reported from Southampton, England

@PostOffice They still show as an option, but when you select that particular one it then fails to appear as where you want it delivered to. Not just me, happens to others too. Other POs seem fine (e.g. Portswood down the road).

  • JulesFM Jules Field (@JulesFM) reported from Southampton, England

@PostOffice After Amzn repeatedly sending stock responses teaching me how to use pickup locations, I finally got their "the customer is well pissed off" stock response, which asked me to call them. I've explained in words of 1 syllable & they are going to look into it. Will let you know!

@equalitywarrior @PostOffice I think it has something to do with new stamps having a barcode on them but doesn't become a problem for a few months

  • _thefulfilment The Fulfilment Project (@_thefulfilment) reported

Additionally, because of that situation, I had to make over 10 phone calls with Amazon UK as your employee did not scan the affixed Amazon return label. I think he had no idea about Amazon’s return policies. Thank you for your help once again. @PostOffice @parcelforce

  • GouldsBlog Nick Gould (@GouldsBlog) reported

Certainly over the last 18 months , since 39 wrongful conviction were overturned and a lot of very harsh statements were made about #PostOffice issues around integrity and ethics of inhouse lawyer have been in the spotlight.

  • muddymick1 Mick Mudd (@muddymick1) reported

@PostOffice 6 -10,000 redundancies due to strike action,WHAT A CROCK OF **** YOUR PEDDLING admit its down to greed

  • Steve63619233 Steve (@Steve63619233) reported

@PostOffice personally i hope the strikes completely damage the business and they lose their jobs ...we have 1.5 million low-skilled jobs in the UK your posties are more capable of making burgers (with a bit of training)

  • DeborahMattocks Deborah Mattocks (@DeborahMattocks) reported

Between @PostOffice and @BulbUK they’ve made claiming my Energy Bills Support money such a palaver. I’ve visited 3 different post offices and still not been able to sort it out yet.

  • samkat59 kat (@samkat59) reported

@StacyJo52612401 I'd never hand it to anyone else. Into the postoffice or official drop box it will go.

  • whizzyfinger Andy Neale (@whizzyfinger) reported

If you have expired £50 or £20 paper notes don’t expect @firstdirect to help you as a customer get them exchanged or paid in as legal tender. They just tell you to go to the Bank of England in London and fob you off. #crapservice Meanwhile the @PostOffice were happy to help.

  • strychninelives JLX (@strychninelives) reported

@Pulitika2010 I would Iove to buy CBD gummies from the stages to help with sleep relaxation and weight loss but I fear the zealous lookers at Customs and Postoffice would automatically redflag it

  • KateJon41196503 Lady Kate the Plate (@KateJon41196503) reported

@PostOffice @0rReissue It may not affect the operation of SSK’s but it may be because the SSK’s will still take money for a guaranteed service that can’t be met? 🤔
