@PostOffice They still show as an option, but when you select that particular one it then fails to appear as where you want it delivered to. Not just me, happens to others too. Other POs seem fine (e.g. Portswood down the road).

@PostOffice After Amzn repeatedly sending stock responses teaching me how to use pickup locations, I finally got their "the customer is well pissed off" stock response, which asked me to call them. I've explained in words of 1 syllable & they are going to look into it. Will let you know!

@PostOffice Ok, thats a balanced response which i accept. What weve learned is that post offices should not be quoting non existent laws, and that in effect, no photography needs to ideally be sign posted. With a parcel on the counter and a phone facing it and down, i cant see an issue.

@PaulDon1989 @CrookesAnn @PostOffice Fair play, if thats the rule.. but you cant just make up ‘mail integrity laws’ and repeated tell a customer in a busy shop ‘its the law’

@TomCottonAR The question is would you have ANY IRS agents? And if you would, then **admit it** for crissakes!!!!! Should taxes even be levied? Should their collection be enforced? AT ALL? If not, you are no better than the people that burned down my postoffice in summer of 2020.

Does anyone have experience with pre-paid travel cards? Particularly @PostOffice or @asda ? Need a travel card for the weekend and both seem to have bad reviews

@CrookesAnn @PostOffice That is awful! I always feel really bad for the poor colleague who is the only one in store, They always seem to be getting abuse when they are the ones that have actually turned up and are trying to help. What a sad time we live in 😥

@PostOffice you never knocked my door and my parcel is already late and I needed it for an event tonight no customer service to call JOKE
-

@CrookesAnn @PaulDon1989 @PostOffice Noone disputes that.. but where does that stop? No company should or has confidential information on display so that really doesn’t factor. A photo / phone pointing down at a parcel for a picture is not undertaking reconnoissance. Its b/s. Consumers have to protect their interest

@adzgreen721 Hi Adz, the business is there especially with online shopping returns, the boom in eBay and the substantial growth in banking that we now do (banks are closing at an alarming rate to save money), the problem is that @PostOffice (govt owned) don't want to pay a fair price! #
