@PostOffice They still show as an option, but when you select that particular one it then fails to appear as where you want it delivered to. Not just me, happens to others too. Other POs seem fine (e.g. Portswood down the road).

@PostOffice After Amzn repeatedly sending stock responses teaching me how to use pickup locations, I finally got their "the customer is well pissed off" stock response, which asked me to call them. I've explained in words of 1 syllable & they are going to look into it. Will let you know!

@PostOffice seriously can’t believe you are not allowed to lend pens out to customers because of #COVID__19 . #gooddeedforday just lent another customer my pen! She was so grateful ... #littiethings that matter !

@scalesjason @RoyalMail @PostOffice Yes, there’s a lesson somewhere. Although ordering something in the first week of December on guaranteed next day, you can accept a few days delay. Hopefully it’ll be here before Christmas.. Or.. they should withdraw the service & focus on clearing the backlog.

@jajayourlife I have never experienced such poor customer service. Can’t believe @PostOffice card customers have to deal with you. I’ve made an official complaint to the FOS, you owe me money and I would like it NOW, 2 months to get a refund is beyond unacceptable.

@stavmeishar @PostOffice Ring Royal Mail Customer Services on 03457 740 740. I warn you though you are extremely unlikely to get anywhere since it is HMRC that decide the charges. Although under £39 value you shouldn’t be charged VAT. It is nothing to do with Post Office.

@joeyconc @RoyalMail @PostOffice I think your latter point is a big issue. Even today they say its fine but now guaranteed to 4pm instead of 1pm and their social is saying minimal delays to 1st Class services. It just isn't true. I literally did majority of my Christmas shopping this past week, here's hoping!!

@PostOffice @RoyalMailHelp Thanks for your response. Despite my comment I stupidly posted a further parcel on Tuesday 8th Dec ,1st class next day delivery costing £15.80. Mon 14 Dec, still not arrived. What a pathetic service!!

@PostOffice misleading information & would like to make a complaint. How can anyone have confidence in the Local Collect service if they can't easily find out when a PO is really open? 2/

At the @PostOffice with clearly marked lines for 6 ft apart that people can’t follow. Why?!?! Is standing six feet apart now encroaching on your liberties? Why is being a decent human so damn difficult 🤬
