@PostOffice After Amzn repeatedly sending stock responses teaching me how to use pickup locations, I finally got their "the customer is well pissed off" stock response, which asked me to call them. I've explained in words of 1 syllable & they are going to look into it. Will let you know!

@PostOffice They still show as an option, but when you select that particular one it then fails to appear as where you want it delivered to. Not just me, happens to others too. Other POs seem fine (e.g. Portswood down the road).

@PostOffice - we’ve not had post delivered for 2 weeks now. Awaiting important official documents that we need asap. Can you tell us when we can expect the post workers in SW18 to deliver our letters/post? How can you run a business that openly can’t carry out its basic service?

@RoyalMailHelp @PostOffice absolutely disgusted with the service in my local branch. I had to go in due to the website issue. Asked for 24 tracked which is around £5 for the size of my parcel. Told that you don’t do it anymore even though you do and I had to pay £11.15!!

@PostOffice Can't believe the local post office branch just refused to allow me to send a parcel to Isreal because they don't recognise it as a country. Had to drive to another branch which accepted it without any problem. #Israel #badservice

But isn't it sounding a bit odd that it was just the Post Office in Spring Gardens,Manchester taking from me all the letters which finally were never delivered to the address abroad? Certainly, I don't know the relations between these two companies.

It isn't a service that is or has ever been available at a post office counter. The only tracking service offered at the post office for is either special delivery or parceforce

@PostOffice @PostOfficeNews hi, I have been finding it very difficult to renew my driving licence which expires on the 20th Sep. I’ve gone into various Post Office branches many times over many days, and they say the same ‘Our tablet system not working’. Please can you help me??
