@PostOffice After Amzn repeatedly sending stock responses teaching me how to use pickup locations, I finally got their "the customer is well pissed off" stock response, which asked me to call them. I've explained in words of 1 syllable & they are going to look into it. Will let you know!

@PostOffice They still show as an option, but when you select that particular one it then fails to appear as where you want it delivered to. Not just me, happens to others too. Other POs seem fine (e.g. Portswood down the road).

@PostOffice Why on earth can't I ring my local post office? Are we really in the situation where I have to, during a pandemic, go there IN PERSON, just to ask then if they offer a service???

@PostOffice …accept 5 bags as that is the law. I have never had this trouble from other Post Offices. Please can you explain what your rules officially are as she was incredibly rude to me. Kindest Regards

@umist0966 @PostOffice Post Office don’t make the Rules on posting. That’s done by the CAA who decide on Dangerous goods etc and then pass it down to Royal Mail. Hence why PO ask what’s inside Parcels. RM can destroy dangerous goods parcels and have done many times in the last. Letters however….

@PostOffice @RoyalMailHelp Thankyou. They’re no help to be honest as we use Drop & Go which is a Post Office service rather than RM. We’ve had to try Click & Drop today but would prefer to stay with D&G if poss so that our PO gets the business!

@PostOffice might help if you tell the public at the top of this site the Royal mail twitter account.

@DavidDavisMP Are you a Tory? If so, f*cking do something about it. We all already know it’s a bad idea. We all already know it’s a way to fix outcomes. We know that. Your colleagues are saying “people already need photo ID to pick up parcels at the @PostOffice” which is a lie. Sort it out!

@PostOffice Please send me a link to the 'rules' that make it mandatory for me, as a customer, to tell you what's in my letter before you agree to accept it! At an airport I merely have to confirm that my suitcase doesn't contain a prohibited item - why is the Post Office so "special"?
