@PostOffice They still show as an option, but when you select that particular one it then fails to appear as where you want it delivered to. Not just me, happens to others too. Other POs seem fine (e.g. Portswood down the road).

@PostOffice After Amzn repeatedly sending stock responses teaching me how to use pickup locations, I finally got their "the customer is well pissed off" stock response, which asked me to call them. I've explained in words of 1 syllable & they are going to look into it. Will let you know!

@PostOffice is there a known issue with post office broadband? Went down half hr ago, comes back briefly few mins at most with weak signal then gone again

@PostOffice I am not interested in excuses. This branch has places for four members of staff and I have never seen more than two. I was there on Tuesday the queue nearly went out the front entrance of Tesco and the Branch is a long way from the front entrance of Tesco.

Hey, I've just been around the to Whiteley Co - op would who provide a Post Office service. On the door it says 'If the store is open, we're open which isn't the case as I've just been around there and they're shut. Any reasoning for this? @PostOffice

Oh @PostOffice,when will you do something about the lack of a main office in #Congleton?Waited 45 mins to be served today & those poor women who work in the West Heath branch are run off their feet! Madness that a town this size only has 2 tiny offices to serve it #dontblamecovid

@PostOffice Hi Jess, problem is I have 2 items delivered there, & only 1 was missed delivery. So I only have 1 missed delivery note &reference. Really, as you will understand, I need to make sure i collect both, as expected, with all my ID as originally provided, through the correct route. X

@PostOffice @postoffice has passed the job to @OpenreachHelp & will update tomorrow. This was already supposed to have been done. Doesn’t sound hopeful for getting problem fixed tomorrow so mom will remain #AtRisk without her #careline & landline with no idea when it will get fixed 😔😖
