@PostOffice They still show as an option, but when you select that particular one it then fails to appear as where you want it delivered to. Not just me, happens to others too. Other POs seem fine (e.g. Portswood down the road).

@PostOffice After Amzn repeatedly sending stock responses teaching me how to use pickup locations, I finally got their "the customer is well pissed off" stock response, which asked me to call them. I've explained in words of 1 syllable & they are going to look into it. Will let you know!

@PostOffice - Tracking & delivery app is so crass! I want the option I have paid for: Delivery today but this doesn’t exist on your Tracking. The Assistant bot is no help whatsoever. I just want the item delivered today & left outside my daughter’s door. Simple instruction.

@postoffice My partner is extremely upset by the way the postmaster has treated him tonight at the PO on drumbottie road. This is not the first time he has felt discriminated against there. He has a serious brain injury and has poor short term memory. The post office is lifeline

Ugh. Used a @PostOffice to send @RoyalMailHelp parcels. Post office stuck the wrong labels to the wrong parcels and now I’m stuck in a loop of ‘it’s not my problem’ between the two!!

@IanManion @PostOffice Been terrible since they took over. Allegedly it was originally staffing issues and now my wife tells me for the last couple of months it’s terminal issues. I stopped using it not long after they started. Opening was always hit or miss

@PostOffice I’ve tried to call your complaints dept, all I got was a recording giving a new number, when I called it’s just a recording telling me to go to website! Absolutely appalling service. I need to speak to someone!
