@PostOffice They still show as an option, but when you select that particular one it then fails to appear as where you want it delivered to. Not just me, happens to others too. Other POs seem fine (e.g. Portswood down the road).

@PostOffice After Amzn repeatedly sending stock responses teaching me how to use pickup locations, I finally got their "the customer is well pissed off" stock response, which asked me to call them. I've explained in words of 1 syllable & they are going to look into it. Will let you know!

My poor friend trying to get a holiday insurance sorted as her husband has been diagnosed with cancer, phone just either on hold for hours or she gets it answered today and he puts the phone down as soon as she says she needs to claim. Disgusting @PostOffice She’s emailed too 😡

What an absolute scam the @PostOffice is now. Order a parcel that can fit through the letterbox bu I wasn't in so they take it away again and 1.20 charge to redeliver 4 days later. What happened to just collecting it from the post office? A simple solution that worked.

@IndiaPostOffice Postoffice was open but was not taking any work from public. No deposit, no withdrawal, no registered letter, no speed post citing link fail 👎 Now yesterday they said there is no electricity and no power backup in branch. @PostOfficeIndia

Try to get new V5C using @DVLAgovuk online system, I never got a new on when I got my car, suspect a form got lost in the post. It won't let me. Phone them up, they tell me to go to @postoffice they will sort me out. Wifey there tells me there's nothing she can do to help. 1/2

@PostOffice @RoyalMailHelp Except its @PostOffice website it directs you to. Great example of how disjointed this 'service' is. No responsibility for anything. My point is the lack of options and forcing people to pay a fee is a ransom.
