@PostOffice They still show as an option, but when you select that particular one it then fails to appear as where you want it delivered to. Not just me, happens to others too. Other POs seem fine (e.g. Portswood down the road).

@PostOffice After Amzn repeatedly sending stock responses teaching me how to use pickup locations, I finally got their "the customer is well pissed off" stock response, which asked me to call them. I've explained in words of 1 syllable & they are going to look into it. Will let you know!

Wow #postoffice #royalmail shocking service! Signed for attempted Thursday, redelivery yesterday, nothing! Apparently my important parcel is with the postie and they can’t guarantee delivery today or tomorrow or later. Guy himself said I know it’s all rubbish with stars on!

@RoyalMailHelp @PostOffice When will the issue with Tracked 48 'YA' be resolved? We're currently unable to scan our orders at your post offices. We're purchasing labels directly from your own Click & Drop platform, so this problem is not related to Etsy, eBay or Vinted.
