@PostOffice They still show as an option, but when you select that particular one it then fails to appear as where you want it delivered to. Not just me, happens to others too. Other POs seem fine (e.g. Portswood down the road).

@PostOffice After Amzn repeatedly sending stock responses teaching me how to use pickup locations, I finally got their "the customer is well pissed off" stock response, which asked me to call them. I've explained in words of 1 syllable & they are going to look into it. Will let you know!

@PostOffice is there a known issue with post office broadband? Went down half hr ago, comes back briefly few mins at most with weak signal then gone again

@PostOffice @RoyalMailHelp I have reported it, my point is that nobody takes possession of the problem and takes 5 minutes to make a couple of calls to try and establish where it is so I don’t have to ferry back and forward relaying messages. Just get shrugged shoulders.

@mybroadband Costs more for a worse service. I had to pay around R500 for post box last year just to receive about 10 letters. Now you can't get into the post office when there are SASSA payments... total useless business... #fail #postoffice

Hey @RoyalMailHelp I walked to the parcel postbox on Frederick St (Edinburgh) today to find it bolted shut??? And the @PostOffice next door locked shut before closing time. Double fail for customer experience

@PostOffice manners costs nothing. The female member of staff at Ecclestone Hill sthelens Post office needs find a different job, possibly not working with the public. Shocking attitude!!!

@PostOffice Maybe they were trying to help but they could have just asked me to contact them not tell my neighbour every detail of what I’m buying. I will deal with customer services rather than discuss on here.
