    @PostOffice They still show as an option, but when you select that particular one it then fails to appear as where you want it delivered to. Not just me, happens to others too. Other POs seem fine (e.g. Portswood down the road).

    @PostOffice After Amzn repeatedly sending stock responses teaching me how to use pickup locations, I finally got their "the customer is well pissed off" stock response, which asked me to call them. I've explained in words of 1 syllable & they are going to look into it. Will let you know!

    @PostOffice 4th time lucky. Got my item sent International Tracked from 41 Victoria Road RM1 2LH. Couldn't send International Tracked & Signed because it's going to a PO Box. FUN FACT! Despite being an inferior service to International Tracked & Signed, International Tracked costs £1.70 more

    @RoyalMailHelp please can you advise? As the Royal Mail website also states signed for can be dropped off at a @PostOffice branch. Especially if you have bought a signed for service and require proof of postage.

    @PostOffice hello, I would like to place formal complaint about one of the post offices. After serving me today they said not to bother coming in next time and just to use post box. I am posting large letters and require proofs of postages.

    @PostOffice @dirkdiglett00 I was turned away after waiting queued for half an hour at the Evelyn Street post office in London SE8 having been told "there is no post to France" only half an hour ago. Can you clarify what is happening? It's not very 'covidsafe' to keep going down.

    @PostOffice the staff in your Bracknell town post office are always rude to me and this has happened on multiple occasions. They also keep shouting at me and telling me I should not post my signed for parcels there as they are through Royal Mail. I have been posting Signed for

    @PostOffice Not good enough I am £20 out of pocket through no fault of mine. Poor attitude from the post office. No compassion at all for your customers

    @PostOffice Thank you. I didn’t have the letter to post, I just wanted a stamp for when I do. The lady at the East Molesey branch is incredible rude and always over charges me for posting items. When I ask for a cheaper option she pretends not to hear & then says she’s rung the sake through.

    @PostOffice Complete and utter joke still no phone call think I have been more than reasonable. Twenty pounds down through no fault of my own caused by your irresponsible staff. And you can not be bothered to call me

    @PostOffice Doesn't solve the problem of your website advertising branches of being open when they're not, or giving duff information out when they're actually open though, does it?
