@PostOffice After Amzn repeatedly sending stock responses teaching me how to use pickup locations, I finally got their "the customer is well pissed off" stock response, which asked me to call them. I've explained in words of 1 syllable & they are going to look into it. Will let you know!

@PostOffice They still show as an option, but when you select that particular one it then fails to appear as where you want it delivered to. Not just me, happens to others too. Other POs seem fine (e.g. Portswood down the road).

@PostOffice Yes, I’ve been using the email address given in communications but nobody is replying!?if I can’t use the phone to communicate and nobody is replying to my emails, I can’t access customer service at all. It’s really poor.

@ruthm4x @Ofcom @PostOffice … paying customers which is what branches need to stay open. While it’s convenient for people it’s also making branches suffer. If branches close customers will have to travel further and could end up costing the customer more money. Support your local branches where possible 🥰

@PostOffice Man at my local post office refused to give me proof of postage today for two items I paid online to send via Royal Mail. I’ve been doing this for years, why would he refuse and can you help?

@PostOffice Why the bank surely if their dankse bank atm is accessing as post office account the issue would been at ur end anyway had to go to another cash machine

@PostOffice The shell energy email doesn’t not work. I understand you saying you can’t raise this but it’s such poor service- locked in to a new contract mere weeks last year before being informed the post office had sold this service to Shell energy and now I can get no customer service.
