    @PostOffice They still show as an option, but when you select that particular one it then fails to appear as where you want it delivered to. Not just me, happens to others too. Other POs seem fine (e.g. Portswood down the road).

    @PostOffice After Amzn repeatedly sending stock responses teaching me how to use pickup locations, I finally got their "the customer is well pissed off" stock response, which asked me to call them. I've explained in words of 1 syllable & they are going to look into it. Will let you know!

    @PostOffice is there a known issue with post office broadband? Went down half hr ago, comes back briefly few mins at most with weak signal then gone again

    Fantastic service from @onlinewineclub when @PostOffice claimed to have delivered my wine tasting pack yesterday & their online help was absolutely useless (advice: it may turn up tomorrow!) a quick call & Caroline at the club arranged for another pack that came today.

    @Timbromaniac @RoyalMail @PostOffice They never needed 'data to process mail', they just paid the postage with a separate Special Delivery bar-coded label. If you mean they don't have a datamatrix code, they never will have.

    @PostOffice just waited on hold for 20 minutes to be put through to a terrible connection and an operator who couldn't hear me and hung up. Had no internet since the weekend.

    @PostOffice The new staff at the Keelings Road, Northwood branch don't seem to know how to run the post office. I'm an OBA customer and they have no idea how to deal with me.

    @Seeker1Freedom They are 100% successful in making a complete mess of anything even a postoffice or anything, so you can say they never **** up when it comes to their competency to **** everything up ! Not sure if that counts but they are extremely competent in ******* up!

    I sent 3 parcels via @PostOffice on 8/11/21. Two haven’t reached their destination and one was opened and the contents removed prior to it being delivered overseas. Problem seems to be this end, if you want to fight it out between yourselves and @RoyalMail

    @PostOffice Thank you for your response that was the 1st time I have used a PO for change since 2010 so I didn’t know you didn’t do it any more! But the blokes customer service skills are left to be desired, i asked where else I could get change and he said go to Asda but they will charge u
