@PostOffice They still show as an option, but when you select that particular one it then fails to appear as where you want it delivered to. Not just me, happens to others too. Other POs seem fine (e.g. Portswood down the road).

@PostOffice After Amzn repeatedly sending stock responses teaching me how to use pickup locations, I finally got their "the customer is well pissed off" stock response, which asked me to call them. I've explained in words of 1 syllable & they are going to look into it. Will let you know!

@PostOffice It's not what I meant your forcing people to withdraw that not the same as just giving away 250k there's a catch a rule 1 person withdraws £10 pounds 1p donated the other draws £10000 still 1p donated so you need by my understanding 250k withdraws before you help people in need

@PostOffice I could not pay for my parcel to NZ from Nottm today as apparently you don't accept any payments by apple pay over the £45 limit. WTF get with the programme PO as your services are expensive and bad enough without making me waste my morning off. #angry #poorservice

Absolutely fuming. As if moving house isn't stressful enough, but now the tenant in the house we're buying (who is leaving this week) has managed to cancel our broadband switch over & we've been told WE'LL be charged if she does it again! Absolute joke @PostOffice broadband!!

Stay well clear of @PostOffice #homeinsurance. They have left an 85-year-old lady, living on her own, with a ceiling down for a week. An utter shambles of callous incompetence.

@PostOffice you need to sort international postage weights . I have just posted a few Xmas cards with letter on sheet of A4. Normal card, normal paper. Too heavy for a stamp. The poor woman at the PO had to put every address into the machine and print off postage - Not efficient
