  • JulesFM Jules Field (@JulesFM) reported from Southampton, England

@PostOffice They still show as an option, but when you select that particular one it then fails to appear as where you want it delivered to. Not just me, happens to others too. Other POs seem fine (e.g. Portswood down the road).

  • JulesFM Jules Field (@JulesFM) reported from Southampton, England

@PostOffice After Amzn repeatedly sending stock responses teaching me how to use pickup locations, I finally got their "the customer is well pissed off" stock response, which asked me to call them. I've explained in words of 1 syllable & they are going to look into it. Will let you know!

  • PipRichardson Pip Richardson (@PipRichardson) reported from Southampton, England

@PostOffice seriously can’t believe you are not allowed to lend pens out to customers because of #COVID__19 . #gooddeedforday just lent another customer my pen! She was so grateful ... #littiethings that matter !

@byronvanstien @WeegieGeologist @PostOffice It’s a private service. A public service is one funded by the taxpayer. It isn’t.

  • ExmoorJones R Jones (@ExmoorJones) reported

@LBCNews How the hell can this still be going on. It's way past time to clear and apologise to all those prosecuted, and to give them financial recompense. How can this still be continuing? It's over 10 years of persecution by the worst kind of no-face, corporate thugs. @PostOffice

  • byronvanstien Byron (@byronvanstien) reported

@UK_StopWhinging @WeegieGeologist @PostOffice Royal Mail is a public service and is heavily regulated compared to private couriers, it may indeed be a private company but has to rise to the standard of a public service (as it was once publicly owned). Also, the public would rather have the availability of a postal service.

  • Debbie55330469 Debbie (@Debbie55330469) reported

@PostOffice Hundreds of postmasters were convicted of serious offences some went to jail over the post office IT failure I hope their claim for compensation cripples you, don’t ever use them their service is awful

  • TheDonOfSorare The Don (@TheDonOfSorare) reported

@siany_d @PostOffice @ClaireEWebb If they are campaigning to save physical money then I would have thought that they would support its use by offering such a service. Just seems a bit backwards, that's all.

  • angeltheartist5 Angel Kershaw Artist (@angeltheartist5) reported

@PostOffice 2/2 whilst this might be "sustainable" (ie even more profitable) for you, hundreds of residents and businesses will be without a Post Office as the Co-Op won't offer the full range of services residents & businesses currently rely on.The worst decision at the worst possible time!

  • sillyoldjen Jenny Hughes (@sillyoldjen) reported

@Sunrise_1 @PostOffice Each to their own. I haven't got/can't use a smart phone so NO apps for me. How often do you CHECK your 'audit trail'? Loads never bother = unless we struggle to make ends meet. I use paper & write on it (remember that or maybe you're v young?!), works for me! If you lose watch?

  • Dobba72822416 Dobba (@Dobba72822416) reported

@Al652 @Neilush63 @PostOffice Yep - some are and fair play to them. If the rich can avoid paying billions and billions, I have no problem with a tradesman earning a bit extra. Sort the real issue out with the rich - not the ones struggling to make ends meet.

  • KelticDelta KelticΔ (@KelticDelta) reported

@PostOffice What do you mean “the EU have introduced”? The English have caused these issues. The whole point of the EU is 27 independent countries acting in many areas like they are one so less paperwork in life. But the thickos in England thought they got “independence” when they ****** off
