@PostOffice They still show as an option, but when you select that particular one it then fails to appear as where you want it delivered to. Not just me, happens to others too. Other POs seem fine (e.g. Portswood down the road).

@PostOffice After Amzn repeatedly sending stock responses teaching me how to use pickup locations, I finally got their "the customer is well pissed off" stock response, which asked me to call them. I've explained in words of 1 syllable & they are going to look into it. Will let you know!

@JamesJohnTapper this should've been one of the roles of an updated postoffice/telecoms network in public control.

  • MajMonster Cory David Major (@MajMonster) reported

@MartinSLewis I need advice on this. I signed up for broadband and landline with PostOffice Telecoms to find out then that the landline was not working. They put the price up from £17 offer to £23 to include landline.

  • shedoverheels Leo Harverson (@shedoverheels) reported

I have never come across such a miserable #postoffice worker as the one today at Mill Hill @coopuk in Cowes, Isle of Wight. I think she judged me by my appearance and clearly felt my presence as a customer offended her. Thankful other local alternatives will be open soon!

  • ChrisGregor96 Chris Gregor (@ChrisGregor96) reported

@jcutlersburner @ebaynaughtylist If it says delivered i wouldnt bother. I dont know us laws but in Europe as soon as you gave it to the postoffice, its the buyers turn to prove he never recieved it, which is especially on a item that has succesful delivery stated not your business.

  • KateProudman Kat P (@KateProudman) reported

And to the @PostOffice, please can posties help bring heavy packages inside? Elderly people can’t crouch down to get them. My 87 yr old father fell over trying to. They also can’t unload their own car at the dump. People used to help elderly people, now they’re not allowed to!

  • God_loves_women God loves women (@God_loves_women) reported

My 83 yr old mother-in-law has used your internet provision, @PostOffice for over a decade. She is almost dead and relies on video calls to avoid being totally isolated in this pandemic. Her internet has been faulty for over a month & you are yet to fix it.

  • God_loves_women God loves women (@God_loves_women) reported

She paid for a technician HERSELF to find out what the problem is, a faulty router @PostOffice. She has had it for a decade, so it’s done well. She has requested a new router and you are refusing to provide one without doing further tests.
