@PostOffice They still show as an option, but when you select that particular one it then fails to appear as where you want it delivered to. Not just me, happens to others too. Other POs seem fine (e.g. Portswood down the road).

@PostOffice After Amzn repeatedly sending stock responses teaching me how to use pickup locations, I finally got their "the customer is well pissed off" stock response, which asked me to call them. I've explained in words of 1 syllable & they are going to look into it. Will let you know!

Most of the time (5 out of 7 times) printer os not working here in burrazar postoffice. We take leave from office, cut salary and come to postoffice nut here we often find that printer is not working and hence work remains pending..

@PostOffice Very bad customer service. I was not told about the cyber event affecting international deliveries and was told my item would arrive in 3-5 days. £100 out of pocket and I’ve been offered £11.25.
