@PostOffice Postal services in Minehead area are awful, one shop shuts at 1pm go into Minehead the other closed for lunch 1-2pm utter rubbish. No wonder your losing business hand over fist

@NatWest_Help The cheque was begrudgingly accepted and paid into my account. I have never had a paying in book for my personal account. Advised to got to the @PostOffice next time I have a non-essential transaction! Thank you for your prompt reply.

@PostOffice three times this week your Portsmouth City Centre (Slindon St) has been closed due to staff shortages. Many of the services you provide aren’t available elsewhere. Things must be bad when you can’t trade.

@PostOffice East Ham branch is ridiculous!! I wanted for 40 mins with a 10 month old baby to return a parcel where only one person was at the counter and all the self service tills closed! Can you please sort it out! My baby cried his eyes out!

@PostOffice I am in the Wickford Williwdale post office and she is a still refusing to give me a proof of posting on two items that I have to post. I have raised this complaint over a week ago. Why are you still allowing the manager to not give a proof of posting?

@SusiesTreasure @PostOffice @RoyalMail The last few things from Hermes and even yodel have been fine. I had a bad experience with Hermes one time where the driver claimed to have delivered to me and falsified my signature on the electronic pad thing they had.

@RoyalMailHelp @PostOffice Yes, can you help @PostOffice and let me know why I'm questioned every time I send a large letter? When what I send is clearly a large letter. But now if 'its snags in any way' through the template, it's a small parcel. When it clearly isn't! Conning the public again.

@gouldina @PostOffice OK, they can't really store your card number unless it is on a PCIDSS audited system....or they have **** systems that don't actually interact with the back end....or they don't trust either as a form of ID&V.

@IndiaPostOffice Our COMMON Service Centers are located near the Post Office BOs in many villages. Many postoffice BOs have a BAR CODE scanner but do not work. For that you need to update the portable device they have. Only then will they be able to easily extend this service to the public.
