Would definitely think twice about using @PostOffice insurance again. Never had issues before, but after trying to claim for a hospital visit abroad for my son, realised they sub let to another company, who are very reluctant to pay all the claim. Ongoing 2 weeks later.

@PostOffice Can't believe the local post office branch just refused to allow me to send a parcel to Isreal because they don't recognise it as a country. Had to drive to another branch which accepted it without any problem. #Israel #badservice

@PostOffice I think some staff training wouldn't go amiss in some of your stores. Was quite literally barked at today by a manager in your Market Rasen Post Office. Rude as hell. Whatever happened to good customer service? Or service with a smile?

@PostOffice It’s been like this for weeks the poor woman is rushed off her feet with no help. How can a main post office with 4 tills and only ever have 1 open every time I go there be ok

@PostOffice why do you never have enough staff? Uxbridge and the queue is about 45 mins with only two counters open. All three self-service stations not working. Lunchtimes are busy, in case you didn't know.
