Popped to the @PostOffice today. Fantastic staff - but I’m slightly concerned about the glove wearing. They told me they wear a fresh pair each day...so the same pair of gloves used to interact with every single customer in one day 🤯 #crosscontamination

They @MetroBank_Help keep asking me for the same information over and over. I put in in an e mail as they request and then they ask for it in a letter ! It’s a joke ! One of their customer service chaps was so patronising to me ( its the Irish accent)

@PostOffice I managed to register an account but when I log in it keeps on telling me 'a confirmation code had been sent' to me, so I can confirm my email. I've received no code and I've clicked on 'resend confirmation code' again and again. Help!

@PostOffice No. They insisted I had to have the card. Apparently a driving licence is not official enough on its own. I went back with card only to be told someone has already asked for it to be re-delivered. Sadly my wife doesn't have a customer service team on Twitter I can complain to.

@PostOffice Hmm... delivery office where I used to live didn't ask for tracking number, just address & ID was enough. Appreciate being a small village office, not a large town centre one has a bearing on that, though. Even if I've only moved a mile further down the valley. Thanks anyway

@Top_CashBack @PostOffice Thanks, I'm still having the same problem though. If I click on on Chrome via Mac, it gives me a 404 error. I tried using Chrome on my iPhone and it let me onto the first page, then when I clicked get quote it gave me a 403 error. Tried on Safari and same issue + doesn't track

@RoyalMail just took my PPI post down to Middlemore Road Post Office Birmingham they didn’t know how to process the manifest. Could you contact @PostOffice and ask them to train the staff on the counters properly please. Will try again Monday.

@FMradioAlex @PostOffice Sadly unless the staff know what each customer in the queue is there for how can they say it will be a long wait!!! As a customer you can assess yourself, 2 counter staff, I'm 15th in the queue probably equals a long wait. The abuse of PO staff though has to stop!!!

@rob3047 @PostOffice @firstdirect This doesn’t help you Rob but I stopped taking cash and cheques in 2019. Under £1000 the cheque can be paid in via the app but is still a PITA. It’s card or BACs now and I only pay out in the same way.

@ethyrica lol. In HS, Hyannis, (Cape Cod), 1971, I was excited to join an anti-war rally in front to the PostOffice downtown. I got there, and no one was there! So I sat on the steps for a while, and went home. My number never came up. If it had, I would have been a conscientious objector.
