chris summers (@ratman97) reported from Bromley, England
@PostOffice just a small complaint. Had a parcel delivered today, left in the food waste bin, so far no problem, except the bin was about half full of food waste. Had to clean my package outside before opening it and bringing it in.
-
Christophe Louis (@MrChrisLouis) reported from Camberwell, England
@PostOffice Other staff members would not help, most of them finding refuge behind the door. 40+ people waiting in 2 queues, main desk & self service tills. A guy decides to close the self service despite the queue, insults clients who complain and ask him to finish the queue b4 closing
-
Ian Freeman (@ianfreeman) reported from Lambeth, England
@BalhamDailyPRSS @DuCaneCourt @BusinessWandBC @NightingaleSMcD @TootingPRSS @naturalforbaby @NNsw1217 @weareBATCA Great news about the @PostOffice - save us having to queue for 20 minutes for the dubious pleasure of being treated like shit by the miserable bastards in the main #Balham one!
-
R Fletcher Antiques (@AntiqueFletcher) reported from Bromley, England
@PostOffice Thanks for your help. I'm assuming that we don't need the customs stickers for the EU until told differently then.
-
Michael McDonough (@mmcdstudio) reported from London, England
@PostOffice the post office Lewisham is a farce. Hardly any staff, long queues, little help and massively over complicated touch screen self service tills just to make a simple parcel postage. Ridiculous.
-
Andrew Chrystal (@AndrewChrystal) reported from Hillingdon, England
Joke at the post office, they call this service, lots of waiting, one person serving, 3 auto machines not working, no wonder there going under, just utter crap #postoffice #hillingdon #fail #phillipgreen
-
Kura (@KuraSolon) reported from Hillingdon, England
@PostOffice horrendously slow, incompetent service at Hayes Post Office - huge queues and no assistance on the self service machines
-
Kura (@KuraSolon) reported from Hillingdon, England
@PostOffice Hayes branch severely understaffed, causing very slow service. Also, the self service machines aren’t 100% self service as branch staff need to log on to complete transaction... slightly faster than queuing, but not much! #poorservice #postoffice
-
mehrin (@Mehrin_21) reported from Walthamstow, England
@PostOffice when is the postal service going to get better at their job
-
David John Tovey (@DavidTovey1975) reported from Camden Town, England
@PostOffice internet service is the biggest rip off going, i’m supposed to pay £21 a month but end up with bills of £40 a month, and the service is never actually working, yet again my service is broken. So angry 😡 right now. Sort out you’re service
-
Simon Welburn (@ceemoon51) reported from Wandsworth, England
@PostOffice As you will no longer have a banking service after the 11th September, is this not superfluous to your business profile.
-
𝐃 (@deserrey) reported from London, England
Whew. The way this letter of complaint is going to get written to @PostOffice. I am fuming. Fuming.
-
Beth Maundrill (@GunshipGirl) reported from Ealing, England
I don't often send moany tweets but genuinely the @PostOffice in Ealing is the most depressing place. Always a massive queue and too few staff and just horrible atmosphere. Gross.
-
Mark The Mackem (@mark_j_cummins) reported from Hillingdon, England
@PostOffice This happens all the time the lady that works there is rude and unreliable closes when she feels like it. like she's on flexi hours just picks and chooses. We generally have no idea when this place is open or closed. this as this is the worst service ever for a massive company
-
Pudding (@no1snoopyfanuk) reported from Brentford, England
@PostOffice Not quite true. Whilst it's open the self service functions are both out of order. It's crazy in this day and age to have to queue to post one greetings card.
-
Lawrence (@LJPerks) reported from Lambeth, England
@PostOffice Staff were rude to a number of customers, pushing people out of the way without saying excuse me, threw my letters on the side, no care at all.
-
James Parsons (@jparsonsSB) reported from Spelthorne District, England
@V_PaleParsons @Nigel_Farage @PostOffice @JimMFelton @peoplesvote_uk @Andrew_Adonis Calm down dear...to quote an old ad phrase. 😂
-
IamCodeyC (@iamCodeyC) reported from Camden Town, England
The worst cues found in the country have to be the @postoffice 20mins to hand in a return item cos people are trying to send hand cream to America... Come on mannnnnnn
-
Darren Boyle 🇮🇪🇪🇺 (@misterscoop) reported from Brentford, England
@PostOffice No problem!
-
sara pittack (@sarapittack) reported from Barnet, England
@PostOffice @BootstrapCook So much excellent advice from the Post Office to help us save money. An extra tip is to only use free email to send messages as oppose to using stamps to send letters

@PMOIndia @narendramodi_in @IndiaPostOffice If you want indian postal service to survive, then atleast clear the server problem #lateService waiting for ninty minutes for a speed post. #Nashik #postoffice
-
Billy Dainty (@HvbBakshi) reported
@PostOffice Stefan, former subpostmaster, needs cash to pay his legal fees, to help fight his wrongful conviction. He also needs it for the rent on the bedsit he lives in after losing his home.
-
Old Codger (Oscar) (@Oscarinblack) reported
@PostOffice Awful ad Why try and profit from people at their most desperate time?
-
Nαɾƙσʋιαɳ 💙 (@narkovian) reported
@PostOffice If you worked running a small Post Office, cash often never added up.
-
tibbydudeza (@tibbydudeza) reported
@CaiphusK_11 The technology exists to solve the problem. No need for having a bank account since the R350 is stored on a wallet on the chip of the SASSA card. Reloading can be done monthly at any bank ATM. The postoffice wanted some justification for their existence.
-
Ian Barr (@kickybarr) reported
@daviddakota @PostOffice For starters you need an address. Then you need to prove who you are. This is not possible for thousands, if not millions of people. Get a grip you idiot.
-
BT 🏴🇵🇸🇪🇺 (@BrynTeilo) reported
@byronvanstien @6677baggiesandy @PostOffice It would work like other small successful independent countries in Europe. Why do I support the idea of an independent (& interdependent) Wales?
-
alexindonny (@alexintheskies) reported
@DVLAgovuk @PostOffice Because you only have 1 person on half the time at a counter. People can the arsed to to use your crap service
-
BT 🏴🇵🇸🇪🇺 (@BrynTeilo) reported
@byronvanstien @6677baggiesandy @PostOffice The implication here is that Wales is "too poor" (perhaps too small, too weak & its people uniquely too stupid to govern themselves well?) that it needs London's subsidies to survive?
-
Paula Herbert (@Paulerella) reported
@PostOffice What an awful advert. It takes years to save. Why would you not offer help to someone in this situation?
