    @PostOffice Thanks Ryan, much appreciated. I did politely explain to him that these are free but was subsequently called a “b*stard” upon leaving. Not really a great standard of customer service, and surely not in line with Post Office values? Would be grateful if this could be fed back.

    @PostOffice I sent a international tracked letter to the US on the 7th of October and USPS are still waiting for the letter to be handed to them. Please can you help it’s been a week and it hasn’t left the uk!

    I’m now currently out of work as my license had to be repaid on the day it was to expire. Now I’m out of work and out of pocket down to @PostOffice Camden Town!!! What you gonna do about it @PostOffice don’t be sending me crap about waiting I’m sick of waiting I paid in March !

    Avoid @parcelforce. Worst delivery company going, every time I’ve had a delivery due with them, I’ve had a “we tried to deliver” email. Nothing through the door and no attempt to actual deliver. Instead having to collect from a @PostOffice with a 2 hour queue. Terrible service

    @PostOffice There was no need to keep 20 odd people outside in the rain with zero social distancing with a person who clearly had no idea what he was doing. I hope it is a better service when I have to go back next week. You need more staff on at the desks two. Overall not impressed.

    @PostOffice My ‘signed for’ parcel was apparently signed for in my apartment block but not signed for by me & I never received it. Makes the whole ‘signed for’ process pointless if @RoyalMail are just giving parcels to random people

    @PostOffice Every call a different answer, addition of voicemail for my mum ‘impossible’ because of system limitations, can’t cancel via conference call even though I set up the account that way & as soon as I ask to speak to a manger call centre team members start to pretend they can’t hear

    @PostOffice very bad experience at Bracknell’s windlesham road, post office. Waited one hour to get in. Only to be told by a very rude staff we are close. I said I could have put a cut off sign outside so people don’t waste their time waiting. She said”no one asked u to wait! “
