They @MetroBank_Help keep asking me for the same information over and over. I put in in an e mail as they request and then they ask for it in a letter ! It’s a joke ! One of their customer service chaps was so patronising to me ( its the Irish accent)

I banked happily with Lloyds since around 1988 without a single issues and then I had the misfortune 2 be handed to @TSB and that’s been a litany of misery - some people just don’t respect the Irish and there is no getting away from this.

Nothing through the door and no attempt to actual deliver. Instead having to collect from a @PostOffice with a 2 hour queue. Terrible service

A guy decides to close the self service despite the queue, insults clients who complain and ask him to finish the queue b4 closing

No WIFI for services, Long queues, Only 1 person serving whilst other staff were just hanging around, the entrance door was making a scraping noise every time it opened and closed. The options are Special Delivery - tracked & signed & guaranteed next day, which is £9.95 or Signed for, 1st class which is £3.80 or 2nd class £2.77. PO clerk will have asked questions to determine which service the customer meant
