Incredibly rude member of management working at @PostOffice in Woolwich there is no need for such rudeness #poorcustomerservice

  • julian2017123 Vettel (@julian2017123) reported from Wandsworth, England

@ViscountLe8ton @leah_c86 @PostOffice No it doesn’t. I support it I’m gay myself do I have to prove that for you?

  • shah4569 Shah™ (@shah4569) reported from Romford, England

@PostOffice my local post office charged me for a service that I shouldn't have been charged for, now he's refusing to give me a refund. Can anyone help?

  • julian2017123 Vettel (@julian2017123) reported from Wandsworth, England

@Chrs_re @PostOffice If people want change the needs to be review but that review can’t be rushed. If we take actions to quickly we going to make errors and those errors will lead to consequences equally not equality.

  • V_Putrino Valentina Putrino (@V_Putrino) reported from Hackney, England

@PostOffice broadband is awfully slow in my area. Tried to get in contact with customer assistance and yet no answer. Any suggestion?

  • Judit_Sz Judit Szarka (@Judit_Sz) reported from Enfield Lock, England

@PostOffice utterly ridiculous that your staff won’t allow me to collect my #amazonprime order with my bank card and email confirmation. First and last time I tried to use this service.

  • DeFrenZ Davide De Franceschi (@DeFrenZ) reported from East Ham, England

    @alexforey @PostOffice It’s so bad that I wouldn’t publicise it

  • julian2017123 Vettel (@julian2017123) reported from Wandsworth, England

@rynltylr @ViscountLe8ton @PostOffice I’m not trying to educate no one. I want to be part of the solution of course but not the wrong solution. We may only have one opportunity to get it right but less make sure we get it right. That’s my point. Because if we get it wrong it’ll have consequences.

  • julian2017123 Vettel (@julian2017123) reported from Wandsworth, England

@ViscountLe8ton @PostOffice People are attacked for not being gay as well. The bad and good on both sides of the fence. And last time I left the house without that feeling well almost everyday. I don’t believe people are stopped by police because of the skin colour.

  • symbosimbo SiBurman (@symbosimbo) reported from London, England

@PostOffice Since the service has moved into existing shops the service has been far better! Keep up the good work. Ignore the vile comments on here. We've still got a way to go obviously.

  • julian2017123 Vettel (@julian2017123) reported from Wandsworth, England

@PostOffice 2/2 But is the really a need to force the agenda? Like 24/7? Like I want to see a more measured approach and not this rioting and protesting all the time. We don’t need the #BLM Movement protests they’re just stupid. But I’ll probably labelled a these days as racist for that.

  • RuthRobinsonLon Ruth Robinson (@RuthRobinsonLon) reported from Islington, England

Perhaps by now the manager of the @PostOffice has realised that lying about being the manager might have been stupid. If he has any brains at all he’ll already have a new job 🌝

  • V_Putrino Valentina Putrino (@V_Putrino) reported from Hackney, England

@PostOffice broadband is literally dropping down every 30 mins. How on earth am I supposed to wfh?

  • FatherFantaskis Dave Taskis (@FatherFantaskis) reported from Romford, England

Hey @BBCNews please stop saying “cash disappeared” from Post Offices. Money never there; it was a figment of #Horizon, the most ill-begotten #ITsystem of a generation. Badly specified, badly implemented, badly tested. Stonewalled by @PostOffice senior managers. #NationalScandal

  • ayejaypeeCPFC åjP☆ (@ayejaypeeCPFC) reported from Croydon, England

@santanderukhelp I had an irate customer ring me asking why I hadn't "bothered" banking her cheque. Bit embarrassing. So no, money not left her account. And not in mine. Cash banked same day in OK. Have deposit reference if you or @PostOffice interested....

  • julian2017123 Vettel (@julian2017123) reported from Wandsworth, England

@PostOffice Or maybe even homophobic even tho I’m neither of those. I love diversity but the needs to be a review and people need to calm down. Just tone down a peg. Please. Honestly tone it down.

  • KateRenton Mrs R (@KateRenton) reported from Merton, England

@PostOffice been on hold for an hour only to have the phone put down with talking to someone. Understand your very busy but 2 parcels are missing and we need to find out what has happened. Your website doesn’t give answers

  • BallardsLane Barbara (@BallardsLane) reported from Barnet, England

@PostOffice No problem I feel very strongly about this.

  • TraceyMcNee Tracey McNee (@TraceyMcNee) reported

@PostOffice you need to train your staff I’m being treated like a criminal for trying to pay NI notes into my bank account. It is Sterling! It is Legal Tender! It is going into a bank account. They are currently calling a help line to check if they can accept Sterling.

  • chall060 Chall60 (@chall060) reported

@age_uk @PostOfficeNews @PostOffice Absolutely! I’ve started to deliberately use cash where I can to help protect older folk and to teach children the value of real money (which cannot be done by tapping a card). Sadly many businesses have used Covid as an excuse for becoming cashless. Thanks for the post!

  • TraceyMcNee Tracey McNee (@TraceyMcNee) reported

@PostOffice Yes they phoned a help line who told them that they could accept them as they are Sterling. PO workers should have a basic understanding of the currency of the UK. There are notes other that The Bank of England, really basic stuff if you are acting as bank and currency exchange.

  • SomethingVintag Helena🕷 (@SomethingVintag) reported

@PostOffice I know I can buy a treat if cash is in my purse - avoids sheer nastiness of some when your card is declined - forgotten what you spent that day and/or added it up incorrectly - no I do not want to go to the machine to check my balance every other hour or day-am pensioner.

  • AllegroEddie Eddie Allegro (@AllegroEddie) reported

@PostOffice You own cash You are only a depositer in a bank. They're different. If the FSCS support is ever removed your in trouble. Digital money can be taken directly by a Capital Levy (The EU tried to do this in Cyprus in 2013).

  • xipandzula xipandzula hlulani metileni xitsutsumi (@xipandzula) reported

@PostOffice My mother went to post office to get her grant, unfortunately she couldn't get her grant because the money is stolen by post office employees...now we are stranded with no food because her stolen grant is the one she use to support family.

  • jennifaarr Jennifer Powell (@jennifaarr) reported

No post at all the past 2 days down my street in #Nantwich what is going on. I can't find a way to contact anyone @RoyalMailHelp @PostOffice
