    @PostOffice I managed to register an account but when I log in it keeps on telling me 'a confirmation code had been sent' to me, so I can confirm my email. I've received no code and I've clicked on 'resend confirmation code' again and again. Help!

    @PostOffice About 30 minutes. One of them said to a customer it's always busy at this time of day. Well if it is why not get all the windows open and count stamps etc when it's not. It's quite simple really.

    @PostOffice Hi Courtney, thanks for getting back to me but it doesn't matter now. I then registered with my gmail account which worked. There must be a problem with hotmail accounts.

    @PostOffice your Kings Cross branch need to check their security of parcels! I’ve just been to post a parcel and the “air lock” is full and open on the customer side. So anyone could steal the parcels. Tried to tell the counter staff but they weren’t interested

    @PostOffice signed up for broadband & meant to go active yesterday. Still no access. Called & was told there was a delay. Was told by a CSR that we wouldn’t have been told there was a delay as they would wait for us to tell them. This is bad coms. Now got to wait till Mon

    @PostOffice Yes as you would expect at this time of year. Most of the customers should have been encouraged to use self service, but due to lack of understanding about how to operate and whether it took cash, they opted for the customer assistants. Better service at the self service, IMO.

    @PostOffice Well we’ve submitted our complaint to Royal Mail so let’s see! Doesn’t help the fact important payment not received in time so our case thrown out of Court!

    @PostOffice Queueing in Ealing Common W5 3NN branch just now, the lady serving was rather rude to a customer who was concerned about the length of time other customers were being made to wait in the queue as she was the only one serving at the counter. Not the sort of 1/2

    Popped to the @PostOffice today. Fantastic staff - but I’m slightly concerned about the glove wearing. They told me they wear a fresh pair each day...so the same pair of gloves used to interact with every single customer in one day 🤯 #crosscontamination

    @PostOffice Spoke to support and they advised I would need to call back Monday. I am glad they confirmed that I will not be charged until we are activated

    @PaulDon1989 @PostOffice @RoyalMailHelp We've definitely done some international tracked not too long ago, so not sure if it's just some countries - this one is New Zealand. Signed or Tracked & Signed work, but not Tracked. RM adamant it's not their problem, issue is with PO system not reading that type of barcode 🙄

    If anyone is considering a @PostOffice travel money card don’t bother. Such a painful process and not even tried to use it yet but not holding up much hope based on terrible experience so far 😡

    @PostOffice @RoyalMailHelp About 20mins(during a weekday early afternoon)helpful staff just not enough. Also said would not give me managers number. Can Bt really charge ME for royal mail losing my parcel(if Thats what really happened i never had problems with Royal mail before🤔)

    @PostOffice Hugely angry and frustrated as the tablet for taking photos at king street post office kilmarnock is still not working since last week & despite me reporting on here yesterday! My driving licence urgently needs to be renewed and no way other than this to do it!🤬🤬
