I’m now currently out of work as my license had to be repaid on the day it was to expire. Now I’m out of work and out of pocket down to @PostOffice Camden Town!!! What you gonna do about it @PostOffice don’t be sending me crap about waiting I’m sick of waiting I paid in March !

I was so excited about the @RoyalMail click & collect service. No more queuing at the @PostOffice! But, they failed to show yesterday. I’ve rebooked for today. Would feel better if they’d send me a range of times they’re likely to collect. This is very stressful! @RoyalMailHelp

Once again @coopuk in Owlsmoor failing to run any regular @PostOffice hours. Their staffing can no longer be an excuse. It has been like it for more than a year. Take their franchise away. They are useless and most unreliable. Variable hours is not a proper service.

@PostOffice @RoyalMail How about asking An post Irish postal service for their customs taric codes and actually use these when processing packages for Ireland. We have given up using Royal Mail as so much stuff has been rejected and sent bk. Its not them, its you not working to the correct codes.
