They @MetroBank_Help keep asking me for the same information over and over. I put in in an e mail as they request and then they ask for it in a letter ! It’s a joke ! One of their customer service chaps was so patronising to me ( its the Irish accent)

I banked happily with Lloyds since around 1988 without a single issues and then I had the misfortune 2 be handed to @TSB and that’s been a litany of misery - some people just don’t respect the Irish and there is no getting away from this.

Obviously wishing the staff are safe, but this is a vital service that vulnerable people rely on in this community. Any news is appreciated.

They’ll allow you to deposit but when it comes to withdrawing, you’ll be told ‘Transfer cannot be applied at this time’ Can’t withdraw, can’t close & I already have a linked bank account! Withholding their own customer’s money!!

First they will come for you branches, then they remove phone lines. When there is no one left to hear you the service will go too!
