Ruth Robinson (@RuthRobinsonLon) reported from Islington, England@chrish9070 @PostOffice @beisgovuk @scullyp @BBCPanorama @BBCRadio4 @BBCfileon4 @PrivateEyeNews @nickwallis I am having a terrible time with the post office in #Holloway - the complaints systems seem to be corrupt. The manager of the post office lied about being the manager. It’s a shambles. I’m doing a charge back via @MetroBank_Help for £45 that has embroiled me in 4 hours of admin
-
Michael McDonough (@mmcdstudio) reported from London, England@PostOffice the post office Lewisham is a farce. Hardly any staff, long queues, little help and massively over complicated touch screen self service tills just to make a simple parcel postage. Ridiculous.

River (@Rvr1991) reported from London, EnglandThe @PostOffice won't give me my own money back in store. Stay away from their travel card - it's an awful deal and they will hold your money hostage. 🙃

They @MetroBank_Help keep asking me for the same information over and over. I put in in an e mail as they request and then they ask for it in a letter ! It’s a joke ! One of their customer service chaps was so patronising to me ( its the Irish accent)

Ruth Robinson (@RuthRobinsonLon) reported from Islington, England@chrish9070 @PostOffice @beisgovuk @scullyp @BBCPanorama @BBCRadio4 @BBCfileon4 @PrivateEyeNews @nickwallis @MetroBank_Help I’ve had to make a complaint about them. I banked happily with Lloyds since around 1988 without a single issues and then I had the misfortune 2 be handed to @TSB and that’s been a litany of misery - some people just don’t respect the Irish and there is no getting away from this.
-
Ruth Robinson (@RuthRobinsonLon) reported from Islington, EnglandPerhaps by now the manager of the @PostOffice has realised that lying about being the manager might have been stupid. If he has any brains at all he’ll already have a new job 🌝

-
Mikewhike (@mikewhike) reported@DonaldPond6 @PostOffice Almost as stupid as the buying currently lark they make you do. Buy online and get better rates, but you need to come into the branch and they count it all out infront of you. Such ridiculousness. Just stop ******* around and match the online rates in branch
-
Dave from Wokington. (@Dave89579103) reported@DonaldPond6 @PostOffice Because customer service went out the window as wages have gone up, time is money... More employees is less profit.
