    I was so excited about the @RoyalMail click & collect service. No more queuing at the @PostOffice! But, they failed to show yesterday. I’ve rebooked for today. Would feel better if they’d send me a range of times they’re likely to collect. This is very stressful! @RoyalMailHelp

    Avoid @parcelforce. Worst delivery company going, every time I’ve had a delivery due with them, I’ve had a “we tried to deliver” email. Nothing through the door and no attempt to actual deliver. Instead having to collect from a @PostOffice with a 2 hour queue. Terrible service

    @PostOffice Thanks Ryan, much appreciated. I did politely explain to him that these are free but was subsequently called a “b*stard” upon leaving. Not really a great standard of customer service, and surely not in line with Post Office values? Would be grateful if this could be fed back.

    @PostOffice There was no need to keep 20 odd people outside in the rain with zero social distancing with a person who clearly had no idea what he was doing. I hope it is a better service when I have to go back next week. You need more staff on at the desks two. Overall not impressed.

    @PostOffice Previous tenant of house we now rent has intentionally left his car & other things registered to this address. We constantly receive final demands, fines, court summons for him & a few times bailiffs turned up! He's twice collected post but not changed details. Help!

    @PostOffice @RoyalMailHelp Cheers for the response Stephen! Yeah it was mailed from a PO with help from staff so the postage etc should be correct - £13.70 for 00.570kg, international tracked & signed. So it's on to you @RoyalMailHelp - why would this item be returned?

    @PostOffice Your Automated Phone is poor, I want to speak to someone regarding my experience in store and tracking my order which RM cannot do as it was purchased in store. I wasn't given a reference number so how will I know if the item has been received? Please contact me ASAP

    @JosephKnightof @PostOffice The only one of these that will actually have a tracking reference is the 48hr tracked return. Cheap-*** 2nd class isn't a tracked service.

    @Siani1971 @PostOffice Have marked your dad's post office to be the featured one tomorrow (it changes each day) Always remember that your dad (and his family) stand tall and proud whereas the Post Office who did this hang their heads in shame (and they will eventually get called out for what they did)
