    @PostOffice Thanks Ryan, much appreciated. I did politely explain to him that these are free but was subsequently called a “b*stard” upon leaving. Not really a great standard of customer service, and surely not in line with Post Office values? Would be grateful if this could be fed back.

    I was so excited about the @RoyalMail click & collect service. No more queuing at the @PostOffice! But, they failed to show yesterday. I’ve rebooked for today. Would feel better if they’d send me a range of times they’re likely to collect. This is very stressful! @RoyalMailHelp

    @PostOffice There was no need to keep 20 odd people outside in the rain with zero social distancing with a person who clearly had no idea what he was doing. I hope it is a better service when I have to go back next week. You need more staff on at the desks two. Overall not impressed.

    Avoid @parcelforce. Worst delivery company going, every time I’ve had a delivery due with them, I’ve had a “we tried to deliver” email. Nothing through the door and no attempt to actual deliver. Instead having to collect from a @PostOffice with a 2 hour queue. Terrible service

    Well @jajayourlife have managed to lose my monthly payment on my @PostOffice credit card. All the years I dealt with the Post Office, no problem, first month with @jajayourlife and they try to charge me £12 for their mistake!

    @PostOffice I just had the most horrendous experience st the Bracknell post office. Terrible staff,rejecting my parcel and telling me it was people selling crap and poating that was the problem.

    @PostOffice Collected an immaculate new car on Wed & car immediately parked in drive & not moved due to Covid restructions. Only person to come down the drive since, was the postman this morning fully ladened up. This afternoon I find a scratch along the drivers door. So annoyed!

    I sent a parcel today using @parcelforce 48 hr service. Very unimpressed by a transaction made significantly longer by @PostOffice woman persistently trying to sell me '2nd class registered' (aka signed for) as a fully tracked service. @RoyalMail should worry about such ignorance
