Calum Kean (@Calum_Kean) reported from Camberwell, EnglandAvoid @parcelforce. Worst delivery company going, every time I’ve had a delivery due with them, I’ve had a “we tried to deliver” email. Nothing through the door and no attempt to actual deliver. Instead having to collect from a @PostOffice with a 2 hour queue. Terrible service
-
⭐️Ashby⭐️ (@TellerMarie) reported from Bromley, England@PostOffice There was no need to keep 20 odd people outside in the rain with zero social distancing with a person who clearly had no idea what he was doing. I hope it is a better service when I have to go back next week. You need more staff on at the desks two. Overall not impressed.

Brian (@BrianMcAuslan) reported from Hackney, England@PostOffice Thanks Ryan, much appreciated. I did politely explain to him that these are free but was subsequently called a “b*stard” upon leaving. Not really a great standard of customer service, and surely not in line with Post Office values? Would be grateful if this could be fed back.

-
James Christie 🇺🇦 (@james_christie) reported@brianwhelton @PostOffice @fujitsu_uk ...take a dim view of time-wasting arguments that bugs are necessarily less significant if they do not affect all users. It's a stupid stance to take, but the Post Office persisted with it. Not systemic? Not a real problem. It was utter nonsense, and deliberately misleading. 3/3

𝔅͛𝔯͛𝔦͛𝔞͛𝔫͛ ͛𝔚͛𝔥͛𝔢͛𝔩͛𝔱͛𝔬͛𝔫͛ (@brianwhelton) reported@james_christie @PostOffice @fujitsu_uk If you have a bug that affect multiple locations, another that affected several others, then others that affects other locations, but not those others, I'd say your system has 'issues'. That amount of unpredictable/repeatable issues would be described by me as systemic issues.
-
𝔅͛𝔯͛𝔦͛𝔞͛𝔫͛ ͛𝔚͛𝔥͛𝔢͛𝔩͛𝔱͛𝔬͛𝔫͛ (@brianwhelton) reported@mkiceburnmarko @PostOffice @fujitsu_uk I don't think Horizions issues weren't network related (aside connectivity), it was the applications running on hosts. Horizon was hosted on a terminal, not the network. It was the software/configuration/integration and interoperability of different programs that was the issue.

-
Sandra Tizzard (@sandratizzard) reportedThe culture in @PostOffice is loud and very clear. So many assumptions, that were handed down. No awareness that the contract didn’t actually state Spmrs were responsible for losses that weren’t due to their actions. There was no allowance for that possibility #PostOfficeScandal
