They @MetroBank_Help keep asking me for the same information over and over. I put in in an e mail as they request and then they ask for it in a letter ! It’s a joke ! One of their customer service chaps was so patronising to me ( its the Irish accent)

The manager of the post office lied about being the manager. It’s a shambles. I’m doing a charge back via @MetroBank_Help for £45 that has embroiled me in 4 hours of admin

@PostOffice can I please enquire about brewery road sub po SE18. It has been closed for over a month with no indication if re-opening. Obviously wishing the staff are safe, but this is a vital service that vulnerable people rely on in this community. Any news is appreciated.

I banked happily with Lloyds since around 1988 without a single issues and then I had the misfortune 2 be handed to @TSB and that’s been a litany of misery - some people just don’t respect the Irish and there is no getting away from this.

Popped to the @PostOffice today. Fantastic staff - but I’m slightly concerned about the glove wearing. They told me they wear a fresh pair each day...so the same pair of gloves used to interact with every single customer in one day 🤯 #crosscontamination

@PostOffice Closing the main PO in Westbury-on-Trym and letting #Costcutter open up one counter in their grubby little shop has been a total disaster. People are queuing in the street for 10 minutes or more. They're starting to vote with their feet now and going elsewhere. Fail.

The #stamps for the 1 January tariff will be issued on 23 December. But the re-issued £2.55 will not be despatched by @RoyalMailStamps until 14 January - dual-dated FDCs? We'll have to check @PostOffice branches on 23rd to establish what the true first day of issue is.

@PostOffice You are suggesting the branch CLOSES Tuesday for the afternoon. IT IS OPEN UNTIL 5.30 so NO NEED TO REFUSE MY POST. #discriminating. My complaint is about them not processing my post and you saying I can take it elsewhere. I AM IN A WHEELCHAIR AND DEPEND ON THE LOCAL BRANCH
