    @PostOffice been on hold for an hour only to have the phone put down with talking to someone. Understand your very busy but 2 parcels are missing and we need to find out what has happened. Your website doesn’t give answers

    @RoyalMailHelp can you help clarify the issue with my packet ref 39431 - su On the front says counterfeit stamp, on the back underpaid. I have been told to report my local @PostOffice re counterfeit stamps, but I’m not convinced this is the issue. Is it issue with LL or stamp?

    @PostOffice @RoyalMailHelp @RoyalMail The last 2 parcels I’ve sent have been stolen or lost. These were dropped off at the post office and never reached their destination. They never left your possession so have been stolen or lost by your staff.

    @PostOffice There was no need to keep 20 odd people outside in the rain with zero social distancing with a person who clearly had no idea what he was doing. I hope it is a better service when I have to go back next week. You need more staff on at the desks two. Overall not impressed.

    Avoid @parcelforce. Worst delivery company going, every time I’ve had a delivery due with them, I’ve had a “we tried to deliver” email. Nothing through the door and no attempt to actual deliver. Instead having to collect from a @PostOffice with a 2 hour queue. Terrible service

    I’m now currently out of work as my license had to be repaid on the day it was to expire. Now I’m out of work and out of pocket down to @PostOffice Camden Town!!! What you gonna do about it @PostOffice don’t be sending me crap about waiting I’m sick of waiting I paid in March !

    Well @jajayourlife have managed to lose my monthly payment on my @PostOffice credit card. All the years I dealt with the Post Office, no problem, first month with @jajayourlife and they try to charge me £12 for their mistake!

    I was so excited about the @RoyalMail click & collect service. No more queuing at the @PostOffice! But, they failed to show yesterday. I’ve rebooked for today. Would feel better if they’d send me a range of times they’re likely to collect. This is very stressful! @RoyalMailHelp

    @PostOffice Thanks Ryan, much appreciated. I did politely explain to him that these are free but was subsequently called a “b*stard” upon leaving. Not really a great standard of customer service, and surely not in line with Post Office values? Would be grateful if this could be fed back.

    @PostOffice Well this branch rejected it and told me to bring another card from HSBC or something. First I tried to pay with Apple Pay, then got told it had to be a physical card, so I drive back with a physical only to be told you don’t accept it. Really poor service.

    @PostOffice it would be helpful if you made a public post letting customers know that your entire post office network is down and making all stores nationwide unable to offer services. A lack of updates/news on website is disappointing but seems fitting for post office service.

    @PostOffice I don't usually check to see if the Post Office is open/functioning. How is one meant to do that? I could've done without the wasted hour & the utter exhaustion. I wasn't the only one in there with a health issue. There was a blind lady too.

    @PostOffice Hi yes honestly this is the second time it’s happened I have to pay to get there. The excuse was no staff then they said system down. Poor lady was behind alone. Left alone it company policy to have a manager on site if there was an emergency

    @PostOffice No they are not back to normal! On the strength of your post I travelled again into Macclesfield only to find the post office at WH Smith still offline - system down. So - no- your services are not back to normal - unless you consider zero service normal?
