Most of the customers should have been encouraged to use self service, but due to lack of understanding about how to operate and whether it took cash, they opted for the customer assistants. Better service at the self service, IMO.

Not the sort of 1/2

The Post Office falsely accused staff of fraud due to a known software issue, leading to them being imprisoned.
