    @PostOffice Yes as you would expect at this time of year. Most of the customers should have been encouraged to use self service, but due to lack of understanding about how to operate and whether it took cash, they opted for the customer assistants. Better service at the self service, IMO.

    @PostOffice Queueing in Ealing Common W5 3NN branch just now, the lady serving was rather rude to a customer who was concerned about the length of time other customers were being made to wait in the queue as she was the only one serving at the counter. Not the sort of 1/2

    @PostOffice signed up for broadband & meant to go active yesterday. Still no access. Called & was told there was a delay. Was told by a CSR that we wouldn’t have been told there was a delay as they would wait for us to tell them. This is bad coms. Now got to wait till Mon

    @PostOffice your Kings Cross branch need to check their security of parcels! I’ve just been to post a parcel and the “air lock” is full and open on the customer side. So anyone could steal the parcels. Tried to tell the counter staff but they weren’t interested

    @PostOffice I was passing by so didn't need it today. But this is just one of many complaints locals have about thus sub Post Office which includes rude staff.

    @PostOffice I have waited on hold to speak to someone for 59 minutes. They answered the phone and hung up. I want to speak to someone as the parcel I’m trying to chase is very important. I don’t wait on the phone for an hour for fun. You really are an awful organisation.

    I've had a credit card with the @PostOffice for about 6 years and Jaja now provide the service. I called up to increase my credit limit and they don't allow it? After 6 years of paying my credit card off and never being late I'm feeling quite annoyed! Any ideas? @MartinSLewis ?

    @Shazzermc94 @postoffice, agree entirely. Never had so many issues with service. Painfully slow, drops out all the time and currently have no access. Often says connected but not available. Rubbish.
