@PostOffice There was no need to keep 20 odd people outside in the rain with zero social distancing with a person who clearly had no idea what he was doing. I hope it is a better service when I have to go back next week. You need more staff on at the desks two. Overall not impressed.

Well @jajayourlife have managed to lose my monthly payment on my @PostOffice credit card. All the years I dealt with the Post Office, no problem, first month with @jajayourlife and they try to charge me £12 for their mistake!

@PostOffice This is an ongoing problem Courtney with this 1 member of staff, all others are great, when going to other post offices all good but going here when she is working there is always an issue. Would be easy to resolve by going elsewhere if my wife could drive but she isn't allowed.

@PostOffice @RoyalMailHelp Whilst they might be responsible the post office I took the items to did not follow the correct procedure. The packages were pre paid track and trace yet all they gave me was proof of posting. This is a post office issue in the first instance

@PostOffice was told by your broadband suppliers that I would need to pay for an engineer to place my router, he came but would not put router where it needed to be due to ‘covid’ so put in the the bedroom. WiFi in house non existent. No one is helping fix it. Terrible service.
