I was so excited about the @RoyalMail click & collect service. No more queuing at the @PostOffice! But, they failed to show yesterday. I’ve rebooked for today. Would feel better if they’d send me a range of times they’re likely to collect. This is very stressful! @RoyalMailHelp

@PostOffice Thanks Ryan, much appreciated. I did politely explain to him that these are free but was subsequently called a “b*stard” upon leaving. Not really a great standard of customer service, and surely not in line with Post Office values? Would be grateful if this could be fed back.

Avoid @parcelforce. Worst delivery company going, every time I’ve had a delivery due with them, I’ve had a “we tried to deliver” email. Nothing through the door and no attempt to actual deliver. Instead having to collect from a @PostOffice with a 2 hour queue. Terrible service

@PostOffice There was no need to keep 20 odd people outside in the rain with zero social distancing with a person who clearly had no idea what he was doing. I hope it is a better service when I have to go back next week. You need more staff on at the desks two. Overall not impressed.

Well @jajayourlife have managed to lose my monthly payment on my @PostOffice credit card. All the years I dealt with the Post Office, no problem, first month with @jajayourlife and they try to charge me £12 for their mistake!

@letterappsoc @PieceOfThe_Past Hope you take them to the @postoffice for the stamps to be cancelled. RM don’t routinely cancel large letter or parcel items . And leave them a couple of pence short so the PO gets paid too ! #philatelywillgetyoueverywhere

Can I just say the @PostOffice @WHSmith in Burnley is run so bad that customers avoid it, they queue for hours as staff don’t care how badly they run it, it is a joke & needs closing! Get @DPDgroup_news doing parcel shops & show these clowns how it’s done... EFFICIENTLY! 😡😡
