They @MetroBank_Help keep asking me for the same information over and over. I put in in an e mail as they request and then they ask for it in a letter ! It’s a joke ! One of their customer service chaps was so patronising to me ( its the Irish accent)

She just wanted attention - I doubt anyone said a thing to her but she looked like a woman who was going to Room 607 at the Ritz to knock on the door and asking for John! No one walks into any business with a bare back down to her waist without knowing exactly the reaction she will get.

Julian Smith (@JulianSmithUK) reported🚨 UPDATE: Dishforth Post Office Services I've received an update from the @PostOffice confirming that progress is being made towards reopening Bedale Post Office, with plans for outreach/mobile services to resume alongside it. I know the closure has caused inconvenience for residents, and I have been pressing for a resolution. I'll share further updates as I receive them.
