They @MetroBank_Help keep asking me for the same information over and over. I put in in an e mail as they request and then they ask for it in a letter ! It’s a joke ! One of their customer service chaps was so patronising to me ( its the Irish accent)

I banked happily with Lloyds since around 1988 without a single issues and then I had the misfortune 2 be handed to @TSB and that’s been a litany of misery - some people just don’t respect the Irish and there is no getting away from this.

After dealing with the Camberwell branch and now their head office appeals team, it genuinely makes you wonder… maybe the Postmasters scandal wasn’t actually a scandal at all. Maybe those convictions were genuine and real after all.
