They @MetroBank_Help keep asking me for the same information over and over. I put in in an e mail as they request and then they ask for it in a letter ! It’s a joke ! One of their customer service chaps was so patronising to me ( its the Irish accent)

I banked happily with Lloyds since around 1988 without a single issues and then I had the misfortune 2 be handed to @TSB and that’s been a litany of misery - some people just don’t respect the Irish and there is no getting away from this.

@Our_DA Nor lights... our #postoffice (which has closed down) elec wasn't paid. So they couldn't use anything electronic, incl. Tills or Card machines. Had to pay cash & they wrote on a piece of paper & signed (for what that was worth) They looked for parcels with cell phone torches.

@PostOffice @Vehiclelicesing. We unsuccessfully tried to renew a vehicle licese. We trier st least 7 post offices in 10 km radius. Most of them off line or no paper or closed! . At the one in service, only 1 person on duty til closure at 12h00. How now?
