@RoyalMailHelp can you help clarify the issue with my packet ref 39431 - su On the front says counterfeit stamp, on the back underpaid. I have been told to report my local @PostOffice re counterfeit stamps, but I’m not convinced this is the issue. Is it issue with LL or stamp?

Do not get @PostOffice travel insurance - refused a claim for HAVING to buy clothes on holiday because our bags NEVER arrived. Post office say they were “delayed” (we got them back 2 days after we returned to the UK) disgraceful service and rude staff on the phone.

@PostOffice @RoyalMailHelp Yes,I will claim a refund again.And I suggest there has to be a systemic error somewhere between Post Office and Royal company on how they deal with received letters from customers.And the extra documents required to fill in for each abroad letter could cause the problem as well.
