Imagine That Theatre (@ithattheatre) reported from London, England@PostOffice I have two parcels posted using the signed for service on 15 December that have yet to leave Mottingham Post Office. I understand you’re busy but any idea why it’s been 6 days and no delivery?
-
Ruth Robinson (@RuthRobinsonLon) reported from Islington, England@chrish9070 @PostOffice @beisgovuk @scullyp @BBCPanorama @BBCRadio4 @BBCfileon4 @PrivateEyeNews @nickwallis I am having a terrible time with the post office in #Holloway - the complaints systems seem to be corrupt. The manager of the post office lied about being the manager. It’s a shambles. I’m doing a charge back via @MetroBank_Help for £45 that has embroiled me in 4 hours of admin
-
Gingerillo (@dongingerillo) reported from London, England@ADTherapyCoach @PostOffice Silly question, but do you call the customer helpline regularly to kick up a fuss? It seems more than a coincidence that these were delivered with a few days after calling virtually every day last week
-
Gingerillo (@dongingerillo) reported from London, EnglandI am starting to think that the Royal Mail International **** show is going to happen all over again. Item sent to Ireland sent Saturday morning. Still only saying “we’ve got it” on tracking. #badservice @RoyalMailHelp @PostOffice
-

They @MetroBank_Help keep asking me for the same information over and over. I put in in an e mail as they request and then they ask for it in a letter ! It’s a joke ! One of their customer service chaps was so patronising to me ( its the Irish accent)
-
David Gardner 🇪🇺🇬🇧🌍🇺🇦 (@David_Llew) reported from London, EnglandAppalling @PostOffice service @WHSmith Woolwich, queue closed 45minutes early, machines all out of order. They promised us an improved service when the Crown @PostOffice was closed.

Post Office Issues Reports
Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:
-
PJDCUMS (@pjdcums) reported@DonaldPond6 @PostOffice The local post office is about to close - when I asked why he told me this exact same thing. He has to charge far more than people can buy the same service online. The Post Office hates local post masters. Probably trying to recoup the Horizon compensation from them!
-
Alan (Zig) St Clair Gibson (@ziggibson) reportedDoes anyone know why the UK Postoffice scandal final report has still not been seen, and why not one person has been prosecuted for the truly terrible way post office owners were so appallingly treated?
-
martyn (@martynm700) reported from Dudley, England@ArturNadol7566 @PostOffice Quashing convictions is no good unless they are removed from any DBS checks, if they still show on a DBS check they are still funding you guilty by default. And still believe that your guilty. A cleared name should mean no trace of the convictions. If not it's just lip service
-
Simon (@LilywhiteSimon) reported@DJCfandango @PostOffice @RoyalMail The problem is bud, you asking Post Office about this is akin to you complaining to Tesco because the peaches you had delivered by Sainsbury’s were mouldy. They’re completely separate companies.
-
John (@Parky10000) reported@Suej1959 @PostOfficeNews @PostOffice So you are saying that they should somehow know it's important and prioritise it over somene who has paid for a better service?. Maybe shows your sense of entitlement more than anything else.
-
Annie. (@aain_ghain) reported@DonaldPond6 @PostOffice I am hundred percent sure, that it could be a few penny’s difference but it could never be 11 pounds. Your item might be weighing more than what you have entered online. Its expensive no doubt but dont make it up to 11 quids.
-
Graham Deacon (@SouthstandDeac) reported@PostOffice it doesn’t give me the full year on the dates selection and of course you want to charge a significant additional fee….. ( another 25%) is this really how you want to treat customers ?
-
maxx (@maxxbayo) reported@SparkMinus When you make a sale online, a shipping label is provided, you just need to package it yourself and have your postal service either pick it up from your house or drop it off at the postoffice. Both are free
-
Philip Whitehurst (@Toffeewolfie) reported@PostOffice why..on your website does it say the DVLA charge 17 quid to renew your driving licence online....when they only charge 14.... Is this to encourage more to use your service..
-
Dave Lunn (@DaveLunn68) reported@PostOffice @tgjonesuk None of the self service machines working in your branch in Sutton and only one till open!
