    @PostOffice There was no need to keep 20 odd people outside in the rain with zero social distancing with a person who clearly had no idea what he was doing. I hope it is a better service when I have to go back next week. You need more staff on at the desks two. Overall not impressed.

    @PostOffice Thanks Ryan, much appreciated. I did politely explain to him that these are free but was subsequently called a “b*stard” upon leaving. Not really a great standard of customer service, and surely not in line with Post Office values? Would be grateful if this could be fed back.

    @PostOffice I sent a international tracked letter to the US on the 7th of October and USPS are still waiting for the letter to be handed to them. Please can you help it’s been a week and it hasn’t left the uk!

    Well @jajayourlife have managed to lose my monthly payment on my @PostOffice credit card. All the years I dealt with the Post Office, no problem, first month with @jajayourlife and they try to charge me £12 for their mistake!

    Avoid @parcelforce. Worst delivery company going, every time I’ve had a delivery due with them, I’ve had a “we tried to deliver” email. Nothing through the door and no attempt to actual deliver. Instead having to collect from a @PostOffice with a 2 hour queue. Terrible service

    I was so excited about the @RoyalMail click & collect service. No more queuing at the @PostOffice! But, they failed to show yesterday. I’ve rebooked for today. Would feel better if they’d send me a range of times they’re likely to collect. This is very stressful! @RoyalMailHelp

    A ten-day (and counting) Catch 22 with @parcelforce: 1) they claim to try delivery but don't leave card. 2) they don't leave item at local postoffice. 3) postoffice kindly give me phone number of local depot. 4) at depot nobody picks up phone, and redirected to customer service..

    @PostOffice To be honest Tom as long as there is a fair outcome & you are investigating internally I will leave it in the company’s capable hands as the outcome is between all involved as long as it is a fair outcome, we have a duty to call out poor behaviour hence I tweeted.

    @RoyalMail @DailyMailUK East Barnet PostOffice definitely over charging and ripping people off. They are so rude and defensive if ever they are questioned about prices. Told my wife to “Stop talking so much and asking questions”. Please could this be investigated.
