Do not get @PostOffice travel insurance - refused a claim for HAVING to buy clothes on holiday because our bags NEVER arrived. Post office say they were “delayed” (we got them back 2 days after we returned to the UK) disgraceful service and rude staff on the phone.

But regardless of wether RM should pay PO more or not, they don’t, the more customers using prepaid, the more PO’s will go bust, and thats no good for anyone, specially old folk in rural places like this with no banks for 40 miles
