@PostOffice 2/2 But is the really a need to force the agenda? Like 24/7? Like I want to see a more measured approach and not this rioting and protesting all the time. We don’t need the #BLM Movement protests they’re just stupid. But I’ll probably labelled a these days as racist for that.
-
Vettel (@julian2017123) reported from Wandsworth, England
@Chrs_re @PostOffice If people want change the needs to be review but that review can’t be rushed. If we take actions to quickly we going to make errors and those errors will lead to consequences equally not equality.

@santanderukhelp I had an irate customer ring me asking why I hadn't "bothered" banking her cheque. Bit embarrassing. So no, money not left her account. And not in mine. Cash banked same day in OK. Have deposit reference if you or @PostOffice interested....

Perhaps by now the manager of the @PostOffice has realised that lying about being the manager might have been stupid. If he has any brains at all he’ll already have a new job 🌝
-
⭐️Ashby⭐️ (@TellerMarie) reported from Bromley, England
@PostOffice There was no need to keep 20 odd people outside in the rain with zero social distancing with a person who clearly had no idea what he was doing. I hope it is a better service when I have to go back next week. You need more staff on at the desks two. Overall not impressed.

Joyce Benaich (@JoyceBenaich) reported from Camden Town, England
@PostOffice I sent a international tracked letter to the US on the 7th of October and USPS are still waiting for the letter to be handed to them. Please can you help it’s been a week and it hasn’t left the uk!

Vettel (@julian2017123) reported from Wandsworth, England
@rynltylr @ViscountLe8ton @PostOffice I’m not trying to educate no one. I want to be part of the solution of course but not the wrong solution. We may only have one opportunity to get it right but less make sure we get it right. That’s my point. Because if we get it wrong it’ll have consequences.
-
Vettel (@julian2017123) reported from Wandsworth, England
@PostOffice Or maybe even homophobic even tho I’m neither of those. I love diversity but the needs to be a review and people need to calm down. Just tone down a peg. Please. Honestly tone it down.

No internet. @PostOffice says its an @OpenreachHelp issue in my area. How do I find out when line will be back up? How do I contact @WeAreOpenreach? And how do I claim compo for the time I'm left without the service I'm paying for? #E2 #bethnalgreen

Vettel (@julian2017123) reported from Wandsworth, England
@ViscountLe8ton @PostOffice People are attacked for not being gay as well. The bad and good on both sides of the fence. And last time I left the house without that feeling well almost everyday. I don’t believe people are stopped by police because of the skin colour.

@siany_d @PostOffice I told them the value when I posted it and wanted it signed and tracked but the lady only put the value down as £50 when I told her it was £500 in value and was only signed for. It was then never delivered quite clearly stolen and they’re taking no accountability whatsoever 😬

@PostOffice I have sent an online complaint, via your website, regarding one of your branches. There isn't any acknowlegement it has been received. How do I know action is being taken?

@RoyalMailHelp @PostOffice If you are an eBay seller, at day 4 the customer can open a case for a refund regardless of whether it arrives or not. And your claim system is a difficult long winded joke.
-
Tim Hill (@simplytim) reported
@PostOffice Thank you. It’s really poor. Long queue. No support. They need to get a grip and soon.
-
Ann Rigby-Jones (@DrAnnRigbyJones) reported
@PostOffice Thanks Stephen, it would be really helpful if there could be an auto reply with this information when the customer care email is used. Currently there is no reply at all (after > week) to email sent to the customer care address, making folk wonder if it has been received or not.

Bea (@Bea___Mc) reported
@PostOffice No, I'm not dropping poorly payed postal workers in it. I've used a number of different post offices and I've never been asked about contents.
-
Andrew Jeczen (@andrzejjeczen) reported
@PostOffice We're having the worst experience with our PostalOrders mess. Employee in Hemel Hempstead messed up POs when issuing them & now we can't get our money back. Straight up admitted to not knowing anything about PostalOrders.Worst customer service ever! 😡
-
Bea (@Bea___Mc) reported
@PostOffice Then why have I never been asked this before? I've been asked how much the contents are worth but not what the parcel contains. Also, people can just lie!
-

@RoyalMailHelp @PostOffice Hi @PostOffice can someone please help. Selected my local PO as pick up point for Amazon. I’ve had notification it’s available for collection. The post office isn’t open despite it being within its opening hours. Your customer service team said it’s not delivered /1

Ross Whyman (@RossWhyman) reported
@PostOffice @RoyalMailHelp Cheers for the response Stephen! Yeah it was mailed from a PO with help from staff so the postage etc should be correct - £13.70 for 00.570kg, international tracked & signed. So it's on to you @RoyalMailHelp - why would this item be returned?
