⭐️Ashby⭐️ (@TellerMarie) reported from Bromley, England
@PostOffice There was no need to keep 20 odd people outside in the rain with zero social distancing with a person who clearly had no idea what he was doing. I hope it is a better service when I have to go back next week. You need more staff on at the desks two. Overall not impressed.

@kukuandchips @RoyalMail @PostOffice Mine was sent on 30th November to Ireland (10 weeks ago) and only arrived at Milton Keynes on 18th Jan and hasn’t moved since. No help from their staff! Their service is shocking blaming it on strikes in December and a “cyber hack” in at the start of January

@eunos1 @PostOffice You are 100% right they don’t. It’s a service provided by Royal Mail, not @PostOffice. You may have paid at a Post Office, but you bought a Royal Mail service.

@LilywhiteSimon @LucyandYak @PostOffice This branch has a string of bad ratings on Google on account of staff attitude, going back some time. I have little hope of anything being sorted out if I’m honest.
