    @kukuandchips @RoyalMail @PostOffice Mine was sent on 30th November to Ireland (10 weeks ago) and only arrived at Milton Keynes on 18th Jan and hasn’t moved since. No help from their staff! Their service is shocking blaming it on strikes in December and a “cyber hack” in at the start of January

    @PostOffice There was no need to keep 20 odd people outside in the rain with zero social distancing with a person who clearly had no idea what he was doing. I hope it is a better service when I have to go back next week. You need more staff on at the desks two. Overall not impressed.

    @santanderukhelp I had an irate customer ring me asking why I hadn't "bothered" banking her cheque. Bit embarrassing. So no, money not left her account. And not in mine. Cash banked same day in OK. Have deposit reference if you or @PostOffice interested....

    @IndiaPostOffice After updating 2.0 it has become a hell for booking registered or speed post articles from Cuttack. Computers not working in many postoffice. At GPO too only 1 counter is active, others are in error mode. You should have make your homework properly before initiating

    @NYTrailBeaver @CardPurchaser I had the whole incident on video as well, the postoffice said they disciplined the mail carrier. A few weeks later I was home and asked the mail carrier why I signed for it as it was promptly stolen and he said he never even knew about it. Luckily 2 nights later the police

    @stugoo17 @PostOffice They really should just shut the whole damn company down - it really doesn't offer any service any longer that isn't available cheaper elsewhere. They have an army of staff who do absolutely naff-all, because all of the work was farmed out, and then steal money to pay them with.

    @PostOffice Is there also an issue with guaranteed next day delivery? I sent a birthday card to arrive today (Monday) and it didn’t arrive. The tracking system isn’t recognising the reference number and your website gives no indication about how to check progress. What do I do?

    @uncledoomer One time I was out at the clubs and I had a red suit on and found a wallet so I walked down to the postoffice of the city it was and dropped it in outgoing . They had cameras in the lobby and it was at like 2 in the morning. They had to think that was a cursed item and a trick
