    @PostOffice Yes as you would expect at this time of year. Most of the customers should have been encouraged to use self service, but due to lack of understanding about how to operate and whether it took cash, they opted for the customer assistants. Better service at the self service, IMO.

    @PostOffice Spoke to support and they advised I would need to call back Monday. I am glad they confirmed that I will not be charged until we are activated

    @PostOffice I managed to register an account but when I log in it keeps on telling me 'a confirmation code had been sent' to me, so I can confirm my email. I've received no code and I've clicked on 'resend confirmation code' again and again. Help!

    Popped to the @PostOffice today. Fantastic staff - but I’m slightly concerned about the glove wearing. They told me they wear a fresh pair each day...so the same pair of gloves used to interact with every single customer in one day 🤯 #crosscontamination

    @PostOffice can I please enquire about brewery road sub po SE18. It has been closed for over a month with no indication if re-opening. Obviously wishing the staff are safe, but this is a vital service that vulnerable people rely on in this community. Any news is appreciated.

    @PostOffice can you confirm. I am sending a small item today. Fits easily as a large letter. Was asked what in contained as told "as not a letter can not be sent as large letter must be small parcel". Never been asked this before.

    @PostOffice Queueing in Ealing Common W5 3NN branch just now, the lady serving was rather rude to a customer who was concerned about the length of time other customers were being made to wait in the queue as she was the only one serving at the counter. Not the sort of 1/2

    I'll cancel my broadband account with @ShellEnergyHome - I did not sign up to be with them. I was migrated by the @PostOffice - obviously the member of staff on the phone is blaming #thepostoffice for taking money in March. I have been paying "Shell Energy" for more than 4 months

    @PostOffice Just don't use the Post Office Digital Check & Send service. Post office clerk put HER details as Applicant on my kid's forms. 16 days later NO ONE can fix it or help, can't get anyone at Passport Office, apps stuck in limbo. Disgusting service

    @PostOffice disgraceful lack of service at Chesterfield branch (inside W H Smith) rude & unhelpful cashier is use that self service machine but needed authorisation cashier never came so had to queue twice over 45 mins #Disgraceful

    just in @WHSmith Orpington. one incredible woman working the entire @PostOffice alone. shirty customers, helping stupid people (me) and doing it all with grace. As I left I encouraged the entire queue give her applause. I think she deserves a damehood or at least a pay rise!
