    @PostOffice hello I have a problem. I am waiting for a parcel from Amazon l. Very important. It’s been 10 days and nothing. When I try to track it with you it’s says: An update will only be provided when we attempt to deliver your item. PLEASE HELP!

    Avoid @parcelforce. Worst delivery company going, every time I’ve had a delivery due with them, I’ve had a “we tried to deliver” email. Nothing through the door and no attempt to actual deliver. Instead having to collect from a @PostOffice with a 2 hour queue. Terrible service

    @stugoo17 @PostOffice They are no better than Fujitsu, noses burned deep into the trough and to busy to look up and see the damage and pain they are causing.

    @PostOffice the post office Lewisham is a farce. Hardly any staff, long queues, little help and massively over complicated touch screen self service tills just to make a simple parcel postage. Ridiculous.

    @PostOffice I was passing by so didn't need it today. But this is just one of many complaints locals have about thus sub Post Office which includes rude staff.

    The @PostOffice won't give me my own money back in store. Stay away from their travel card - it's an awful deal and they will hold your money hostage. 🙃

    @RoyalMailHelp @PostOffice I’ve tried to contact the post office several times - tried the help line no and it just stops - I’ve had no mail for 3 weeks in N8 London - please help !!!

    Postal service in Catford is aweful. It’s so intermittent and then Postworker delivering after 10pm Scared the hell out of me. Not cool. @RoyalMail @PostOffice

    @PostOffice Since the service has moved into existing shops the service has been far better! Keep up the good work. Ignore the vile comments on here. We've still got a way to go obviously.

    @PostOffice @CatherineWest1 @haringeycouncil had no response from post office about having no mail for the last 3 weeks - I live in N8 ! Help line doesn’t pick up and no way of contacting anyone via website ! Help please !

    @PostOffice I’ve had no post for 3 weeks - I should have received several letters and some home made face masks and nothing has been received ! I live in Haringay N8 - website is no help whatsoever ever !!!

    @ADTherapyCoach @PostOffice Silly question, but do you call the customer helpline regularly to kick up a fuss? It seems more than a coincidence that these were delivered with a few days after calling virtually every day last week

    @PostOffice Other staff members would not help, most of them finding refuge behind the door. 40+ people waiting in 2 queues, main desk & self service tills. A guy decides to close the self service despite the queue, insults clients who complain and ask him to finish the queue b4 closing

    @DonaldPond6 @PostOffice Online is cheaper, but that's a massive difference. Are you sure it was the same service (letter vs packet)? Counters sometimes manage (🤔) to offer the most expensive option.

    @DavidGr40434506 @DonaldPond6 @PostOffice Why are you using it then. Get rid of your phone , internet, social media accounts, Bank Apps, cancel direct debits , cancel all your cards and start doing everything analog and manual way
