    @PostOffice Please do because this isn’t the first time this has happened like I said. It’s becoming a regular problem in Chalfont St Peter. The staff member ‘Quereshi’ at the window is ridiculously slow, even though customers have told him and he can see a queue, he really isn’t bothered.

    So stressed out by @ukhomeoffice 3 rejected passport photos coz my mouth may be open or background lighting isn’t bright enough. I AM BLACK it’s obvious you can see me!!!! @PostOffice not my fault that photo booths are ****! Photoshops are closed coz of lockdown #frustrated

    this #PostOffice story where those poor people were wrongfully accused of theft & convicted & it was faulty systems. how bloody awful, some lost everything. some died before their name was cleared 😰

    Well @jajayourlife have managed to lose my monthly payment on my @PostOffice credit card. All the years I dealt with the Post Office, no problem, first month with @jajayourlife and they try to charge me £12 for their mistake!

    Avoid @parcelforce. Worst delivery company going, every time I’ve had a delivery due with them, I’ve had a “we tried to deliver” email. Nothing through the door and no attempt to actual deliver. Instead having to collect from a @PostOffice with a 2 hour queue. Terrible service

    @PostOffice been on hold for an hour only to have the phone put down with talking to someone. Understand your very busy but 2 parcels are missing and we need to find out what has happened. Your website doesn’t give answers

    @PostOffice Thanks Ryan, much appreciated. I did politely explain to him that these are free but was subsequently called a “b*stard” upon leaving. Not really a great standard of customer service, and surely not in line with Post Office values? Would be grateful if this could be fed back.

    I was so excited about the @RoyalMail click & collect service. No more queuing at the @PostOffice! But, they failed to show yesterday. I’ve rebooked for today. Would feel better if they’d send me a range of times they’re likely to collect. This is very stressful! @RoyalMailHelp

    I’m now currently out of work as my license had to be repaid on the day it was to expire. Now I’m out of work and out of pocket down to @PostOffice Camden Town!!! What you gonna do about it @PostOffice don’t be sending me crap about waiting I’m sick of waiting I paid in March !

    @WonderWorksRB Bugs that are still here: 90% of the time when i log in im falling thru the air, lighthouse is not working, no tree shake buttons, ppl being invisible to others, no trading buttons on some people. Please work on that first. And why is postoffice closed :-(

    @DVLAgovuk How long is it taking for license renewals via @PostOffice service? Sent mine three weeks ago yesterday, PO website advertises "within three weeks," haven't had a word. Tracking # on PO receipt doesn't work on your web tracker. Need it ASAP!

    @LondonWorldFood @PostOffice @OxshottCllr Exactly. My daughter took mines today to a post office near South Croydon and was told they couldn’t touch it due to COVID. So I couldn’t get any kind of proof of delivery receipt. If they’re so scared they are going to catch it from a COVID test kit, put on some Damn Gloves!’
