@PostOffice Yesterday I posted my old passport to the passport office having renewed online at home and the po counter person commented on it saying how great it was. I agree! But I'm glad you still do this for folk who aren't comfortable doing it online. Because the paper form is awful.

@PostOffice I arrived just after 1300 hours to post a birthday card overseas and left at 1342 hours. None of the self service machines were working as you can see. Staff were swamped. Queue well peeved.

@PostOffice Not quite true. Whilst it's open the self service functions are both out of order. It's crazy in this day and age to have to queue to post one greetings card.

@PostOffice Stephen, this was not a one off. The staff are very pleasant, just never enough of them. Since moved from the original stand alone site, the service has only gone backwards I'm afraid.

@PostOffice I’ve submitted a complaint via web form. The staff in the WH Smith’s branch on Harben Parade, London NW3 really need some customer service training. Being on the receiving end of rude, dismissive, and hostile attitude is unacceptable. Sort them out.

@PostOffice Hayes branch severely understaffed, causing very slow service. Also, the self service machines aren’t 100% self service as branch staff need to log on to complete transaction... slightly faster than queuing, but not much! #poorservice #postoffice

@PostOffice Other staff members would not help, most of them finding refuge behind the door. 40+ people waiting in 2 queues, main desk & self service tills. A guy decides to close the self service despite the queue, insults clients who complain and ask him to finish the queue b4 closing

@PostOffice This happens all the time the lady that works there is rude and unreliable closes when she feels like it. like she's on flexi hours just picks and chooses. We generally have no idea when this place is open or closed. this as this is the worst service ever for a massive company

I’m really not happy that my dog is not considered family or important enough according to the @PostOffice to fly home to be with him as he died in my arms! I never even give it a thought that cutting my trip short due to a family emergency (which is covered) meant 2 legs only!!

@RealKiraDavis @USPS This happens in so many neighborhoods with these types of boxes. These boxes are so easy to get into. The PostOffice take months to fix and meanwhile residents are at the mercy of the thieves.
