I agree! But I'm glad you still do this for folk who aren't comfortable doing it online. Because the paper form is awful.

As per report of SPM Tosham, no such instance regarding non booking of articles at 1400 hours occurred in tosham postoffice. Despite the costs being astronomical, I wonder why they don't just outsource the whole thing. Or is it because they are using private...?
