  • BigCaper BigCaper (@BigCaper) reported from Hammersmith, England

@PostOffice I arrived just after 1300 hours to post a birthday card overseas and left at 1342 hours. None of the self service machines were working as you can see. Staff were swamped. Queue well peeved.

  • eziosavva Ezio Savva (@eziosavva) reported from Islington, England

@PostOffice why am I waiting for a long time more than 10 mins at Islington branch. Only two staff and long queue. Not good service

  • Streethats Deborah Brown (@Streethats) reported from Hammersmith, England

@PostOffice again #hammersmith king street PO and no self service but a queue....#CustomerExperience

  • Goonerlover69 G👀nerlover69 (@Goonerlover69) reported from Croydon, England

@PostOffice I think my postman has been kidnapped! 🤨🤨 ain't seen him since last week and I've had nothing in my letter box since Tuesday last week, which leads me to believe he's been kidnapped by some long legged blonde! Poor bloke!😔😔😔

  • GunshipGirl Beth Maundrill (@GunshipGirl) reported from Ealing, England

I don't often send moany tweets but genuinely the @PostOffice in Ealing is the most depressing place. Always a massive queue and too few staff and just horrible atmosphere. Gross.

  • PropPersonnel Anthony Hesse (@PropPersonnel) reported from Egham, England

@PostOffice Stephen, this was not a one off. The staff are very pleasant, just never enough of them. Since moved from the original stand alone site, the service has only gone backwards I'm afraid.

  • DavidTovey1975 David John Tovey (@DavidTovey1975) reported from Camden Town, England

@PostOffice internet service is the biggest rip off going, i’m supposed to pay £21 a month but end up with bills of £40 a month, and the service is never actually working, yet again my service is broken. So angry 😡 right now. Sort out you’re service

  • Dawnf1 Dawn (@Dawnf1) reported from Hammersmith, England

@PostOffice Yesterday I posted my old passport to the passport office having renewed online at home and the po counter person commented on it saying how great it was. I agree! But I'm glad you still do this for folk who aren't comfortable doing it online. Because the paper form is awful.

  • no1snoopyfanuk Pudding (@no1snoopyfanuk) reported from Brentford, England

@PostOffice Not quite true. Whilst it's open the self service functions are both out of order. It's crazy in this day and age to have to queue to post one greetings card.

  • MrChrisLouis Christophe Louis (@MrChrisLouis) reported from Camberwell, England

@PostOffice Other staff members would not help, most of them finding refuge behind the door. 40+ people waiting in 2 queues, main desk & self service tills. A guy decides to close the self service despite the queue, insults clients who complain and ask him to finish the queue b4 closing

  • eniolaxx EnnyCooks 🇳🇬🇳🇬 (@eniolaxx) reported from Islington, England

I’ve just had the most horrendous experience at @PostOffice @PostOfficeNews and trying to make a complaint has never been so long

  • LauraPopkid Laura Newbould (@LauraPopkid) reported from Richmond, England

@PostOffice such rude staff at your Kingston Road branch in Hampton Wick. I cannot believe how many years I have been subject to this poor level of service and attitude.

  • ceemoon51 Simon Welburn (@ceemoon51) reported from Wandsworth, England

@PostOffice As you will no longer have a banking service after the 11th September, is this not superfluous to your business profile.

  • mridout196 Matt Ridout (@mridout196) reported from Wandsworth, England

Hey @PostOffice I paid for travel currency to be delivered to my local PO but it never arrived. I’m off on holiday tmw & now have no money to spend as refund takes 7 days.. #travel #tbloggers

  • misterscoop Darren Boyle 🇮🇪🇪🇺 (@misterscoop) reported from Brentford, England

    @PostOffice No problem!

  • monaghan_ellen Ellen Monaghan (@monaghan_ellen) reported from Camden Town, England

@PostOffice I’ve submitted a complaint via web form. The staff in the WH Smith’s branch on Harben Parade, London NW3 really need some customer service training. Being on the receiving end of rude, dismissive, and hostile attitude is unacceptable. Sort them out.

  • mmcdstudio Michael McDonough (@mmcdstudio) reported from London, England

@PostOffice the post office Lewisham is a farce. Hardly any staff, long queues, little help and massively over complicated touch screen self service tills just to make a simple parcel postage. Ridiculous.

  • schulkes James Schulkes (@schulkes) reported from Hammersmith, England

.@PostOffice please sort out your #Hammersmith store. Ridiculous queues every time we go, at least 20 mins each time, only 1 cashier on and the self service machines out of order. It’s been awful ever since it moved into @WHSmith

  • jparsonsSB James Parsons (@jparsonsSB) reported from Spelthorne District, England

    @V_PaleParsons @Nigel_Farage @PostOffice @JimMFelton @peoplesvote_uk @Andrew_Adonis Calm down dear...to quote an old ad phrase. 😂

  • ianfreeman Ian Freeman (@ianfreeman) reported from Lambeth, England

@BalhamDailyPRSS @DuCaneCourt @BusinessWandBC @NightingaleSMcD @TootingPRSS @naturalforbaby @NNsw1217 @weareBATCA Great news about the @PostOffice - save us having to queue for 20 minutes for the dubious pleasure of being treated like shit by the miserable bastards in the main #Balham one!

Post Office Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • annieclarke1974 Annieclarke1974 (@annieclarke1974) reported

@PostOffice do you have alternative contact details? I keep trying to call 0345 600 3210 to cancel my broadband and you just drop the call. You have reverted my payments to a much higher price with no way to cancel it.

  • foxlet Claire R (@foxlet) reported

@PostOffice Hi again. I re-sent my question via email on Friday and have not heard back, can you help?

  • oh_just_because Gemma💙 (@oh_just_because) reported

@PostOffice They haven’t but they close daily it seems and say back in 30 minutes. A woman said yesterday she waited over 30 minutes and the guy never came back. But I had great service in there so can’t complain really

  • ChrisSkene Chris skene (@ChrisSkene) reported

Submit complaint to @PostOffice who use technology to suggest my complaint isn’t for them. It is. They apologies and expect you to submit the complaint again. A 400 word detailed complaint. The UK is fast becoming a leader in incompetence.

  • betsdb betsarty (@betsdb) reported

Not even the post office where I posted the parcel can give me an answer as to where the parcel is now. Customer service phone just rings. I did not believe that the @PostOffice is really so bad. But now I understand that it is worse than I ever expected.

  • GeminhighC ⬡⬡ Geminhigh_LINK ⬡⬡ (@GeminhighC) reported

@PostOffice hi. So your delivery driver decided not to knock on my door, leave a redelivery card. I then arranged re delivery online, still no delivery. Tried track & trace, no recollection of my parcel. Tried to call, waste of time. Amazing service, any ideas?

  • MROLLIEFORD Ollie Ford (@MROLLIEFORD) reported

@PostOffice hello. I am waiting on some well overdue post. My postcode is se22. Is there bad delays I need to be aware of? Worried about it being lost. Thanks

  • EmmaLPreece Dr Emma Preece (@EmmaLPreece) reported

@iMack82 @PostOffice This is infuriating. It isn't enough to say "oh we put measures in place before", they have to actually maintain & enforce them. A customer threatened to spit at my sister when she asked him to keep his distance. Security etc did absolutely nothing in response

  • Mamonamission Mamonamission (@Mamonamission) reported

@PostOffice We’ve had regular contact every few days from someone who’s very nice but never says anything other than there’s a network issue. This has been going on for more than two weeks and nothing has changed, nor do we have any idea when things may be resolved.

  • carterlb_ Laura 🌷 (@carterlb_) reported

I am disgusted by the customer service received by @PostOffice Telecoms when setting up new Broadband. Cancelling our order without notifying, resulting in a delay for when our Internet can go live. No prior correspondence in the form of post (ironically), email or phone.
