  • julian2017123 Vettel (@julian2017123) reported from Wandsworth, England

@ViscountLe8ton @PostOffice People are attacked for not being gay as well. The bad and good on both sides of the fence. And last time I left the house without that feeling well almost everyday. I don’t believe people are stopped by police because of the skin colour.

  • BallardsLane Barbara (@BallardsLane) reported from Barnet, England

@PostOffice And the National Health Service? They use 🌈 now.

  • symbosimbo SiBurman (@symbosimbo) reported from London, England

@PostOffice Since the service has moved into existing shops the service has been far better! Keep up the good work. Ignore the vile comments on here. We've still got a way to go obviously.

  • stupotpot stupotpot 🏳️‍🌈🌹🏃🏻‍♂️ (@stupotpot) reported from Spelthorne District, England

@Ezeetruth @PostOffice @DarkCarpet In my life and most gay peoples’ life, every day. But if you want examples of people receiving physical/verbal abuse for holding their boyfriend’s hand in public, go to google. Search in Twitter. It won’t take long - I’m not your damn researcher.

  • Macca0403 Andy Mackenzie (@Macca0403) reported from Spelthorne District, England

Are the @PostOffice systems still down? Tried to take a parcel in this morning and was told all systems down across network

  • JoyceBenaich Joyce Benaich (@JoyceBenaich) reported from Camden Town, England

@PostOffice I sent a international tracked letter to the US on the 7th of October and USPS are still waiting for the letter to be handed to them. Please can you help it’s been a week and it hasn’t left the uk!

  • Calum_Kean Calum Kean (@Calum_Kean) reported from Camberwell, England

Avoid @parcelforce. Worst delivery company going, every time I’ve had a delivery due with them, I’ve had a “we tried to deliver” email. Nothing through the door and no attempt to actual deliver. Instead having to collect from a @PostOffice with a 2 hour queue. Terrible service

  • julian2017123 Vettel (@julian2017123) reported from Wandsworth, England

@ViscountLe8ton @leah_c86 @PostOffice No it doesn’t. I support it I’m gay myself do I have to prove that for you?

  • gardencourtman Jonathan Fenster (@gardencourtman) reported from Harrow Weald, England

Well @jajayourlife have managed to lose my monthly payment on my @PostOffice credit card. All the years I dealt with the Post Office, no problem, first month with @jajayourlife and they try to charge me £12 for their mistake!

  • julian2017123 Vettel (@julian2017123) reported from Wandsworth, England

@Chrs_re @PostOffice If people want change the needs to be review but that review can’t be rushed. If we take actions to quickly we going to make errors and those errors will lead to consequences equally not equality.

  • physiorichmond Michelle Cuthbert (@physiorichmond) reported from Richmond, England

@PostOffice I have urgent PPE arriving today. I have filled out a safe place box and your bot has decided I asked for new delivery date please help

  • V_Putrino Valentina Putrino (@V_Putrino) reported from Hackney, England

@PostOffice broadband is awfully slow in my area. Tried to get in contact with customer assistance and yet no answer. Any suggestion?

  • V_Putrino Valentina Putrino (@V_Putrino) reported from Hackney, England

@PostOffice broadband is literally dropping down every 30 mins. How on earth am I supposed to wfh?

  • ayejaypeeCPFC åjP☆ (@ayejaypeeCPFC) reported from Croydon, England

@santanderukhelp I had an irate customer ring me asking why I hadn't "bothered" banking her cheque. Bit embarrassing. So no, money not left her account. And not in mine. Cash banked same day in OK. Have deposit reference if you or @PostOffice interested....

  • stupotpot stupotpot 🏳️‍🌈🌹🏃🏻‍♂️ (@stupotpot) reported from Spelthorne District, England

@Ezeetruth @PostOffice @DarkCarpet What about me not being comfortable walking down the street holding my partners hand for fear of verbal/physical abuse? /2

  • RuthRobinsonLon Ruth Robinson (@RuthRobinsonLon) reported from Islington, England

Perhaps by now the manager of the @PostOffice has realised that lying about being the manager might have been stupid. If he has any brains at all he’ll already have a new job 🌝

  • BrianMcAuslan Brian (@BrianMcAuslan) reported from Hackney, England

@PostOffice Thanks Ryan, much appreciated. I did politely explain to him that these are free but was subsequently called a “b*stard” upon leaving. Not really a great standard of customer service, and surely not in line with Post Office values? Would be grateful if this could be fed back.

  • julian2017123 Vettel (@julian2017123) reported from Wandsworth, England

@rynltylr @ViscountLe8ton @PostOffice I’m not trying to educate no one. I want to be part of the solution of course but not the wrong solution. We may only have one opportunity to get it right but less make sure we get it right. That’s my point. Because if we get it wrong it’ll have consequences.

  • V_Putrino Valentina Putrino (@V_Putrino) reported from Hackney, England

@PostOffice You can send me an engineer to come and fix the problem?

  • 4spinsel Nina (@4spinsel) reported

@PostOffice Hello, Do you have any updates on the broadband being down in the E11 area? Apparently there is a disruption at the exchange. Thank you

  • Fiona_D_H Fiona (@Fiona_D_H) reported

@PostOffice I have chased to no avail - it is a real shame that your branding is used on a such a below standard product that you have no control over. I will never use Post Office for anything like this again and will recommend no one else does either.

  • Sadiohead_10 Sadiohead (@Sadiohead_10) reported

@PostOffice Your branch set-up is a shambles. Every branch has different services and branches don't seem to know what other branches can do. I had to travel to three different post offices today to get the service I wanted.

  • 73Stephanos Stephanos Pelecanos (@73Stephanos) reported

@PostOffice Thank you Ryan- I have done all the above; @parcelforce they simply could not care less or they run such a bad service that they are overwhelmed with complaints

  • curtisrobin vic proulx (@curtisrobin) reported

@Tom_Burpt No, all branches are giving discharges to those who refuse the injection. But it might be a slow roll, because there is a lot of push back, and now with the postoffice getting an exception...

  • cryptoguncel Umut (@cryptoguncel) reported

@DanteLabs hello team, I recieved my packages on time but it doesnt have 2 envelope. I need to send you my day2 kit but i dont have the envelope to send back to your clinic. I have to send you today but i don't know what should i do? Please help me before postoffice closed.

  • Candy195John red-gar56 (@Candy195John) reported

@PostOffice How should I know they belong to you, either directly or franchised? My point is your system seems to be down most Sundays so I'm told for ''maintenance'' - Whether that's true or not, it is pointless for people to go there on a Sunday to only find hey can't post their parcels

  • CaptHughJampton Captain Hugh Jampton VC & Bar. (@CaptHughJampton) reported

@PostOffice Second year in a row you've failed to deliver the cards I sent to my Great Nieces and Godson. Posted 1st Class & Early. Losing the cards is bad enough, but this year I broke the habit of a lifetime & sent money inside the cards. Never again you thieving bastards.

  • 0_microbear_0 Ben (@0_microbear_0) reported

@PostOffice It is.If you.. you know.. managed things ✨effectively✨ you wouldn’t rely on tweets to suggest improvements. But seen as you seem keen: -3 self service tills, all closed -5 cashier positions, one open -it’s ***** and plastered with more posters than a GP surgery during flu season
