@santanderukhelp I had an irate customer ring me asking why I hadn't "bothered" banking her cheque. Bit embarrassing. So no, money not left her account. And not in mine. Cash banked same day in OK. Have deposit reference if you or @PostOffice interested....

Well @jajayourlife have managed to lose my monthly payment on my @PostOffice credit card. All the years I dealt with the Post Office, no problem, first month with @jajayourlife and they try to charge me £12 for their mistake!

@PostOffice the post office has lost another item. An automated message on tracking says the tracking number is no longer available. The web site is useless, service is useless, you can't speak to customer services and they were dismissive at the sorting office. They don't care.

@RoyalMailHelp @Marymar34407657 @PostOffice Mary, if it’s a lost parcel chances are the Post Office branch won’t be able to help you anyway and it is Royal Mail you need as they are responsible for the delivery of mail. In which case your best call is to the RM helpline on 03457740740. Hope it turns up for you.
