I agree! But I'm glad you still do this for folk who aren't comfortable doing it online. Because the paper form is awful.

Post office say they were “delayed” (we got them back 2 days after we returned to the UK) disgraceful service and rude staff on the phone.

I want to be part of the solution of course but not the wrong solution. We may only have one opportunity to get it right but less make sure we get it right. That’s my point.
