@PostOffice Yesterday I posted my old passport to the passport office having renewed online at home and the po counter person commented on it saying how great it was. I agree! But I'm glad you still do this for folk who aren't comfortable doing it online. Because the paper form is awful.

@PostOffice I’ve submitted a complaint via web form. The staff in the WH Smith’s branch on Harben Parade, London NW3 really need some customer service training. Being on the receiving end of rude, dismissive, and hostile attitude is unacceptable. Sort them out.

@PostOffice the post office Lewisham is a farce. Hardly any staff, long queues, little help and massively over complicated touch screen self service tills just to make a simple parcel postage. Ridiculous.

@PostOffice Stephen, this was not a one off. The staff are very pleasant, just never enough of them. Since moved from the original stand alone site, the service has only gone backwards I'm afraid.

@PostOffice I arrived just after 1300 hours to post a birthday card overseas and left at 1342 hours. None of the self service machines were working as you can see. Staff were swamped. Queue well peeved.

@PostOffice Other staff members would not help, most of them finding refuge behind the door. 40+ people waiting in 2 queues, main desk & self service tills. A guy decides to close the self service despite the queue, insults clients who complain and ask him to finish the queue b4 closing

.@PostOffice please sort out your #Hammersmith store. Ridiculous queues every time we go, at least 20 mins each time, only 1 cashier on and the self service machines out of order. It’s been awful ever since it moved into @WHSmith

@PostOffice I tried it last night and after being on hold for 20 minutes was told that if it wasn't back on by 8am today to call customer services. I work from 7:30 so I don't get chance to call. I've now been on hold for 52 minutes and haven't spoken to anybody. Customer service is a joke.

@USPS @USPSHelp we had a community mailbox. Something happened to it, we are going to the post office weekly to get our mail. Was told someone from #Dallas #Texas has to come replace the box. #postoffice just how hard is it to pull a mailbox back up? This is piss poor.
