@kukuandchips @RoyalMail @PostOffice Mine was sent on 30th November to Ireland (10 weeks ago) and only arrived at Milton Keynes on 18th Jan and hasn’t moved since. No help from their staff! Their service is shocking blaming it on strikes in December and a “cyber hack” in at the start of January

Do not get @PostOffice travel insurance - refused a claim for HAVING to buy clothes on holiday because our bags NEVER arrived. Post office say they were “delayed” (we got them back 2 days after we returned to the UK) disgraceful service and rude staff on the phone.

I’m now currently out of work as my license had to be repaid on the day it was to expire. Now I’m out of work and out of pocket down to @PostOffice Camden Town!!! What you gonna do about it @PostOffice don’t be sending me crap about waiting I’m sick of waiting I paid in March !

@BBCNews My passport renewal took 8 wks and my daughters took 13.5wk (arrived 1wk prior to travel) both through @PostOffice check and send service, only to discover that hers was not completed correctly after 10wks. I will never use this service again. My husband’s took 3wks online.

@royalmail @RoyalMailHelp @PostOffice I just went to Watersheddings Post office OL1 4JL at 12.59pm the blinds came down 'We're closed for lunch'. I checked the website and there is no mention of lunchtime closing. It just states, 08.30-17.30. Another wasted journey.

@PostOffice almost 12 weeks to deal with a straight forward claim still not resolved. Repeatedly asking for the same information via email. Can't get through on the phones - couldn't get through when I had an issue on holiday either. Worst travel insurance I've ever had!

@PostOffice Contacted my bank and there is no issue, tried a different card and still the same. I have rang three times always with different advise and one suggesting youve had "lots of complaints". I now have to use my normal bank card to withdraw cash with associated high cost....

@PostOffice had to do one of those official complaint forms online, the message came back that it can take time to resolve, pretty sure 2 months has passed. That’s seeming rather slow. Any other way I can get this dealt with please?
