I agree! But I'm glad you still do this for folk who aren't comfortable doing it online. Because the paper form is awful.

And last time I left the house without that feeling well almost everyday. I don’t believe people are stopped by police because of the skin colour.

I’m disabled I waited all day Tuesday for a package it never arrives then the app says it tried to deliver at 4:44pm i have a buzzer and a bell in my home. I’m now 2 days later and can’t get any information I absolutely hate Royal Mail.
