Post office say they were “delayed” (we got them back 2 days after we returned to the UK) disgraceful service and rude staff on the phone.

I've received no code and I've clicked on 'resend confirmation code' again and again. Help!

As per report of SPM Tosham, no such instance regarding non booking of articles at 1400 hours occurred in tosham postoffice. The largest retail network in Europe yet the management and successive Governments totally missed the commercial opportunity to generate income/ profit s. They were some of the last to install ATMs, they farmed out Government services to other providers and the advent of internet transactions was the final naik- all of this went from very profitable Sub Post offices to loss making within about an 18 months period.
