I agree! But I'm glad you still do this for folk who aren't comfortable doing it online. Because the paper form is awful.

I’ve rebooked for today. Would feel better if they’d send me a range of times they’re likely to collect. This is very stressful! @RoyalMailHelp

No WIFI for services, Long queues, Only 1 person serving whilst other staff were just hanging around, the entrance door was making a scraping noise every time it opened and closed. As per report of SPM Tosham, no such instance regarding non booking of articles at 1400 hours occurred in tosham postoffice.
