Vettel (@julian2017123) reported from Wandsworth, England@ViscountLe8ton @PostOffice People are attacked for not being gay as well. The bad and good on both sides of the fence. And last time I left the house without that feeling well almost everyday. I don’t believe people are stopped by police because of the skin colour.
-
Vettel (@julian2017123) reported from Wandsworth, England@PostOffice Or maybe even homophobic even tho I’m neither of those. I love diversity but the needs to be a review and people need to calm down. Just tone down a peg. Please. Honestly tone it down.

Joanne Westeng (@msjw1960) reported from Richmond, EnglandHow come when you post something ‘Guaranteed Delivery Next Day’ and it never arrives neither @RoyalMail nor @PostOffice will take responsibility! #lostmail #importantpapers #lost
-
Christie Fidura (@cfidurauk) reported from Richmond, EnglandI was so excited about the @RoyalMail click & collect service. No more queuing at the @PostOffice! But, they failed to show yesterday. I’ve rebooked for today. Would feel better if they’d send me a range of times they’re likely to collect. This is very stressful! @RoyalMailHelp
-
Alan R Adair (@RadarRadar) reported from Hounslow, England@MackenzieSFX @PostOffice I just feel such an idiot. They got my date of birth, email and mobile before I cottoned on. I am so DUMB. 😩

Dawn (@Dawnf1) reported from Hammersmith, England@PostOffice Yesterday I posted my old passport to the passport office having renewed online at home and the po counter person commented on it saying how great it was. I agree! But I'm glad you still do this for folk who aren't comfortable doing it online. Because the paper form is awful.
-
Vettel (@julian2017123) reported from Wandsworth, England@ViscountLe8ton @leah_c86 @PostOffice No it doesn’t. I support it I’m gay myself do I have to prove that for you?
-
Vettel (@julian2017123) reported from Wandsworth, England@PostOffice 1/2 Got few points to make. I support #LGBTQpride but what’s with all these promotions these days rubbing crap into our faces. If it isn’t #BLM it’s #COVID19 and if it’s not #COVID19 it’s #PRIDE2020. Like I support LGBT and all of that for equality.
-
Vettel (@julian2017123) reported from Wandsworth, England@Chrs_re @PostOffice If people want change the needs to be review but that review can’t be rushed. If we take actions to quickly we going to make errors and those errors will lead to consequences equally not equality.
-
Beth Maundrill (@GunshipGirl) reported from Ealing, EnglandI don't often send moany tweets but genuinely the @PostOffice in Ealing is the most depressing place. Always a massive queue and too few staff and just horrible atmosphere. Gross.
-
Caitlin (@caitlincr_) reported from Ealing, EnglandDo not get @PostOffice travel insurance - refused a claim for HAVING to buy clothes on holiday because our bags NEVER arrived. Post office say they were “delayed” (we got them back 2 days after we returned to the UK) disgraceful service and rude staff on the phone.

-
James Schulkes (@schulkes) reported from Hammersmith, England.@PostOffice please sort out your #Hammersmith store. Ridiculous queues every time we go, at least 20 mins each time, only 1 cashier on and the self service machines out of order. It’s been awful ever since it moved into @WHSmith
-
Deborah Brown (@Streethats) reported from Hammersmith, England@PostOffice again #hammersmith king street PO and no self service but a queue....#CustomerExperience
-
Pudding (@no1snoopyfanuk) reported from Brentford, England@PostOffice Not quite true. Whilst it's open the self service functions are both out of order. It's crazy in this day and age to have to queue to post one greetings card.
-
Mazza (@mariorgi) reported from Hounslow, EnglandDisgustingly poor service by inept staff at the Hounslow post office today. Asked to speak to a manager- no one available until Monday. #HounslowPostOffice @PostOffice Staff not interested in doing their job.

@mkerton@mastodon.online Green Env soc #degrowth (@michaelkerton) reportedIt's not NHS staff E.G. those on the front-line, saving and caring for the infirm. Nope, it's "management". The same characters who are involved in #Grenfell; #postoffice and government. It's the so-called "eletes" vs the plebs. Not creed vs the poor. Two-tier "justice".
-
Anil (@aniltokyo) reported@JM_Scindia Regular issue at Sec 82 Gurgaon Post office. Speed post booking counter not working. Standing in line. Please intervene to resolve daily problem at postoffice
-
Cowardly Lion (@Cat_onabike) reported@PostOffice I went on 5 different days to send 2 different parcels. No self service. 3 times I had to go home without posting anything because the queue was too long. I complained to PO cust svcs who thanked me for my queuing feedback. Are you stopping self-service in all branches?

martyn (@martynm700) reported from Dudley, England@ArturNadol7566 @PostOffice Quashing convictions is no good unless they are removed from any DBS checks, if they still show on a DBS check they are still funding you guilty by default. And still believe that your guilty. A cleared name should mean no trace of the convictions. If not it's just lip service
-
Natasha Hings (@NatashaHings) reportedImagine walking to a @PostOffice and wanting to buy an envelope because you don’t have any at home, and there are no shops nearby; to be told they don’t have any. Not only this, but to be repeatedly met with resistant, rude and unhelpful ‘customer service’.

Barry Smith (@you_bf_smith) reported@DonaldPond6 @PostOffice That sounds stupid, and a bit crazy.
-
RE5 Customs (@CustomsRe5) reported@Rantsofus1 @PostOffice Because it’s not the first time and as previously stated they are slow
-
Katie MacScottie (@katiegilchrist) reported@DonaldPond6 @PostOffice It’s because profit at the counter is more important than service at some POs. My local is like a bartering situation. They start at the highest price and I have to keep saying “no, I don’t need that, what’s the cheapest?” several times until I get what is quoted online.
