It’s becoming a regular problem in Chalfont St Peter. The staff member ‘Quereshi’ at the window is ridiculously slow, even though customers have told him and he can see a queue, he really isn’t bothered.

Not really a great standard of customer service, and surely not in line with Post Office values? Would be grateful if this could be fed back.

Nothing through the door and no attempt to actual deliver. Instead having to collect from a @PostOffice with a 2 hour queue. Terrible service

Siân Davis (@siany_d) reported@groverdPO @PostOffice @bazzz9 Actually the provision of change via withdrawal is not a service, change giving is a chargeable sevice, the odd bit of change provision is at the discretion of counter staff certainly not an obligation. Businesses are charged to receive change it not a free service.
