    @PostOffice Thanks Ryan, much appreciated. I did politely explain to him that these are free but was subsequently called a “b*stard” upon leaving. Not really a great standard of customer service, and surely not in line with Post Office values? Would be grateful if this could be fed back.

    So stressed out by @ukhomeoffice 3 rejected passport photos coz my mouth may be open or background lighting isn’t bright enough. I AM BLACK it’s obvious you can see me!!!! @PostOffice not my fault that photo booths are ****! Photoshops are closed coz of lockdown #frustrated

    Well @jajayourlife have managed to lose my monthly payment on my @PostOffice credit card. All the years I dealt with the Post Office, no problem, first month with @jajayourlife and they try to charge me £12 for their mistake!

    I was so excited about the @RoyalMail click & collect service. No more queuing at the @PostOffice! But, they failed to show yesterday. I’ve rebooked for today. Would feel better if they’d send me a range of times they’re likely to collect. This is very stressful! @RoyalMailHelp

    Avoid @parcelforce. Worst delivery company going, every time I’ve had a delivery due with them, I’ve had a “we tried to deliver” email. Nothing through the door and no attempt to actual deliver. Instead having to collect from a @PostOffice with a 2 hour queue. Terrible service

    @PostOffice Please do because this isn’t the first time this has happened like I said. It’s becoming a regular problem in Chalfont St Peter. The staff member ‘Quereshi’ at the window is ridiculously slow, even though customers have told him and he can see a queue, he really isn’t bothered.

    @PostOffice I sent a international tracked letter to the US on the 7th of October and USPS are still waiting for the letter to be handed to them. Please can you help it’s been a week and it hasn’t left the uk!

    @PostOffice thanks for the response. Not sure having to submit a complaint in writing to the underwriters, who I am waiting on as it stands, is likely to make any difference to be honest. Again appreciate the response, think I will just have to wait it out to resolution.

    @PostOffice hello I'm trying to renew my provisional photocard, my local post office hasn't been able to do this for weeks due to a technical issue. I'll be visiting the 2nd nearest office tomorrow. But I can't seem to find a number to call to check they aren't also having issues

    I’ve just printed a Special Delivery label only to discover when I got to the @PostOffice that @RoyalMailHelp are on strike. This has caused me much trouble and even more money. Can you at least tell me whether this label is still valid tomorrow, it being a Friday?
