@PostOffice your Kings Cross branch need to check their security of parcels! I’ve just been to post a parcel and the “air lock” is full and open on the customer side. So anyone could steal the parcels. Tried to tell the counter staff but they weren’t interested

@PostOffice Queueing in Ealing Common W5 3NN branch just now, the lady serving was rather rude to a customer who was concerned about the length of time other customers were being made to wait in the queue as she was the only one serving at the counter. Not the sort of 1/2

Popped to the @PostOffice today. Fantastic staff - but I’m slightly concerned about the glove wearing. They told me they wear a fresh pair each day...so the same pair of gloves used to interact with every single customer in one day 🤯 #crosscontamination

@PostOffice The post office I visited today were very rude and said for compliance reasons I had to have ID and proof of address. I had ID and he processed my deposit but then said you can't come here again if you don't have proof of address. This is the branch on Greenwich high road

@billricardi @PostOffice Ug. Yeah, it's a pain. I got totally ignored one time, got one of literally 35 usability problems fixed in a program at work, and once actually got the IT guy to respond immediatly and fix the problem.

@BBCNews My passport renewal took 8 wks and my daughters took 13.5wk (arrived 1wk prior to travel) both through @PostOffice check and send service, only to discover that hers was not completed correctly after 10wks. I will never use this service again. My husband’s took 3wks online.

@PostOffice Travel Insurance Claim put in 30th March. You Closed it despite me providing all requested evidence, didn’t write to us to tell us. Asked to lodge official complaint 3 weeks ago, not been acknowledged, rang again Thurs and told she would ring me back and hasn’t.

@NatWest_Help @HSBC_UK have given me £1100 compensation & hoping the card is restored now. I believe all the complaint departments my mail is intercepted & using my account for money laundering or @PostOffice is selling my data & they compromise my mail. Need to resolve by finding the root
