I agree! But I'm glad you still do this for folk who aren't comfortable doing it online. Because the paper form is awful.

Post office say they were “delayed” (we got them back 2 days after we returned to the UK) disgraceful service and rude staff on the phone.

As previously said by another, post office offers many different products that can incur very complex procedures. Sometimes you just have to wait.

You can’t always stagger lunches just to suit others. And I’ve already addressed the poor customer service, the job is predominantly thankless at the best of times. No apology needed!
