Post office say they were “delayed” (we got them back 2 days after we returned to the UK) disgraceful service and rude staff on the phone.

Like I want to see a more measured approach and not this rioting and protesting all the time. We don’t need the #BLM Movement protests they’re just stupid. I agree! But I'm glad you still do this for folk who aren't comfortable doing it online. Because the paper form is awful.
