Dawn (@Dawnf1) reported from Hammersmith, England@PostOffice Yesterday I posted my old passport to the passport office having renewed online at home and the po counter person commented on it saying how great it was. I agree! But I'm glad you still do this for folk who aren't comfortable doing it online. Because the paper form is awful.

Caitlin (@caitlincr_) reported from Ealing, EnglandDo not get @PostOffice travel insurance - refused a claim for HAVING to buy clothes on holiday because our bags NEVER arrived. Post office say they were “delayed” (we got them back 2 days after we returned to the UK) disgraceful service and rude staff on the phone.

Vettel (@julian2017123) reported from Wandsworth, England@PostOffice 1/2 Got few points to make. I support #LGBTQpride but what’s with all these promotions these days rubbing crap into our faces. If it isn’t #BLM it’s #COVID19 and if it’s not #COVID19 it’s #PRIDE2020. Like I support LGBT and all of that for equality.
-
Joanne Westeng (@msjw1960) reported from Richmond, England@PostOffice Well we’ve submitted our complaint to Royal Mail so let’s see! Doesn’t help the fact important payment not received in time so our case thrown out of Court!

Vettel (@julian2017123) reported from Wandsworth, England@rynltylr @ViscountLe8ton @PostOffice I’m not trying to educate no one. I want to be part of the solution of course but not the wrong solution. We may only have one opportunity to get it right but less make sure we get it right. That’s my point. Because if we get it wrong it’ll have consequences.
-
Laura Newbould (@LauraPopkid) reported from Richmond, England@PostOffice such rude staff at your Kingston Road branch in Hampton Wick. I cannot believe how many years I have been subject to this poor level of service and attitude.

-
Vettel (@julian2017123) reported from Wandsworth, England@PostOffice Or maybe even homophobic even tho I’m neither of those. I love diversity but the needs to be a review and people need to calm down. Just tone down a peg. Please. Honestly tone it down.

NiceMarmot 🇮🇱 (@JMLoe1) reported@TERFSMURF_3 @lily_lna @PostOffice You can be refused entry to restaurants though, if the dress code says no casual clothing, or wear a tie - I have never known if this is legal, or if so why restaurants differ from any other retail space in this respect?
-
🇬🇧 Rubio - Suffrage 2.0 💚🤍💜 (@Rubio43210) reported@lily_lna @PostOffice As an employee it’s inappropriate. If you were wearing shorts & vest top I would view that as inappropriate too. However, as a customer it’s entirely different, it’s a lovely dress. Did she just target women? In France going bare chested into a shop is banned for men. Rightly so
-
Xiled4truth (@xiled4trut20438) reported@ArturNadol7566 @PostOffice Isnt it funny how a lot of these post offices that had these issues appeared to be in the Midlands or North of England? Similarly the BMW E39 engine problems all seem to be clustered in the North also? They blamed it on the chemicals in fuel didnt affect rest of UK or Europe!.
-
Grog the Barbarian (@grog_the) reported@lily_lna @PostOffice Outrageous! I will never patronize this secret post office in its undisclosed location ever again!
