Post office say they were “delayed” (we got them back 2 days after we returned to the UK) disgraceful service and rude staff on the phone.

I agree! But I'm glad you still do this for folk who aren't comfortable doing it online. Because the paper form is awful.

As per report of SPM Tosham, no such instance regarding non booking of articles at 1400 hours occurred in tosham postoffice. In this regard, if complainant have some evidence in support of his/her allegation then please provide with complaint so that matter can be inquired accordingly.

No WIFI for services, Long queues, Only 1 person serving whilst other staff were just hanging around, the entrance door was making a scraping noise every time it opened and closed. I would not bother if it was just once or twice. Lastly there are plenty of things that can be done to improve services.

And still believe that your guilty. A cleared name should mean no trace of the convictions. If not it's just lip service
