  @PostOffice I’ve submitted a complaint via web form. The staff in the WH Smith’s branch on Harben Parade, London NW3 really need some customer service training. Being on the receiving end of rude, dismissive, and hostile attitude is unacceptable. Sort them out.

  @PostOffice I arrived just after 1300 hours to post a birthday card overseas and left at 1342 hours. None of the self service machines were working as you can see. Staff were swamped. Queue well peeved.

  @Rahmani_Mreza @lily_lna @PostOffice If you read the note, it clearly says ‘backless’, not ‘blackless’. Also, an employer can, within reason dictate what is or isn’t deemed work attire. That outfit doesn’t bother me but may be too risqué for others. I can also dictate what people wear if they want service

  A disabled woman went to the postoffice to post important documents but was turned away citing server down. 💔 This is the situation even in the era of 5G. Imagine that sometimes the server is down, how far the world has progressed and this is it. The woman kept saying, Sir, how will I come again, I have come with great difficulty, but the post office people did not listen to her at all. They said the time is over, should we come tomorrow? These people could not understand the pain of a disabled woman. Couldn't you have taken her documents and posted them? Was the poor girl so helpless and still you didn't help her? Please tell me whether action should be taken against such postmaster or not.

  @Irmenberga @lily_lna @PostOffice I've worked in pubs where we've refused service to men in shorts and no shirt. This is common practice and absolutely nothing to do with religion. I support the principle that business owners can refuse service, and they legally can.

  @lily_lna @PostOffice I read it as you were an employee to which my first thought was yes inappropriate but after seeing your comment that you were a customer they IMO have no right to dictate what you or anyone else should wear when entering their store as a paying customer.
