Well @jajayourlife have managed to lose my monthly payment on my @PostOffice credit card. All the years I dealt with the Post Office, no problem, first month with @jajayourlife and they try to charge me £12 for their mistake!

@PostOffice Please do because this isn’t the first time this has happened like I said. It’s becoming a regular problem in Chalfont St Peter. The staff member ‘Quereshi’ at the window is ridiculously slow, even though customers have told him and he can see a queue, he really isn’t bothered.

Avoid @parcelforce. Worst delivery company going, every time I’ve had a delivery due with them, I’ve had a “we tried to deliver” email. Nothing through the door and no attempt to actual deliver. Instead having to collect from a @PostOffice with a 2 hour queue. Terrible service

I was so excited about the @RoyalMail click & collect service. No more queuing at the @PostOffice! But, they failed to show yesterday. I’ve rebooked for today. Would feel better if they’d send me a range of times they’re likely to collect. This is very stressful! @RoyalMailHelp

@PostOffice Thanks Ryan, much appreciated. I did politely explain to him that these are free but was subsequently called a “b*stard” upon leaving. Not really a great standard of customer service, and surely not in line with Post Office values? Would be grateful if this could be fed back.

@santanderukhelp I had an irate customer ring me asking why I hadn't "bothered" banking her cheque. Bit embarrassing. So no, money not left her account. And not in mine. Cash banked same day in OK. Have deposit reference if you or @PostOffice interested....

And it turns out I couldn't send the parcel coz @eBay_UK can't read the ******* prohibition rules but still set-up postal of prohibited goods thru Royal Mail! So now wasted over an hour traveling & queuing for nothing! But hey neither they or @PostOffice gives a damn!

The #secaucus NJ @USPS is the absolute worst #Postoffice in the country. Every single package that goes through it takes at least 3-4 weeks to ever see any movement in tracking. Again and again, over and over. Absolutely pathetic excuse of a post office.

@PostOffice You closed down a decent 7 counter Post Office in Harringay and replaced it with 2 counters in a local shop. 35 min wait at 230pm on a Monday just to post a parcel for a 10 year old’s birthday. Look at Google reviews - shop unusable.

@srbinyon @PostOffice I totally feel for you. You Offer a service people need. Much respect. My issue is the central post office / sorting office in the middle of the 11th biggest town in the country with a population of over 160,000 people. Closing at 12.30pm is pathetic.
