Well @jajayourlife have managed to lose my monthly payment on my @PostOffice credit card. All the years I dealt with the Post Office, no problem, first month with @jajayourlife and they try to charge me £12 for their mistake!

@PostOffice at your branch on Prestonpans high street. Only one person serving and she is chatting to people. 10 people waiting at one point with some being told they had to leave and wait outside. Not good enough-bad customer service!

@PostOffice Think your Bushbury Lane Wolverhampton store needs education. Had never heard of BFPO and tried to charge me £10 to send a small parcel recently. Would not even listen to me saying it was wrong. Ended up with more travel to another location for correct service.
