@Ezeetruth @PostOffice @DarkCarpet What about me not being comfortable walking down the street holding my partners hand for fear of verbal/physical abuse? /2

  • julian2017123 Vettel (@julian2017123) reported from Wandsworth, England

@ViscountLe8ton @PostOffice People are attacked for not being gay as well. The bad and good on both sides of the fence. And last time I left the house without that feeling well almost everyday. I don’t believe people are stopped by police because of the skin colour.

  • ayejaypeeCPFC åjP☆ (@ayejaypeeCPFC) reported from Croydon, England

@santanderukhelp I had an irate customer ring me asking why I hadn't "bothered" banking her cheque. Bit embarrassing. So no, money not left her account. And not in mine. Cash banked same day in OK. Have deposit reference if you or @PostOffice interested....

  • julian2017123 Vettel (@julian2017123) reported from Wandsworth, England

@Chrs_re @PostOffice If people want change the needs to be review but that review can’t be rushed. If we take actions to quickly we going to make errors and those errors will lead to consequences equally not equality.

  • julian2017123 Vettel (@julian2017123) reported from Wandsworth, England

@PostOffice Or maybe even homophobic even tho I’m neither of those. I love diversity but the needs to be a review and people need to calm down. Just tone down a peg. Please. Honestly tone it down.

  • julian2017123 Vettel (@julian2017123) reported from Wandsworth, England

@PostOffice 1/2 Got few points to make. I support #LGBTQpride but what’s with all these promotions these days rubbing crap into our faces. If it isn’t #BLM it’s #COVID19 and if it’s not #COVID19 it’s #PRIDE2020. Like I support LGBT and all of that for equality.

  • Macca0403 Andy Mackenzie (@Macca0403) reported from Spelthorne District, England

Are the @PostOffice systems still down? Tried to take a parcel in this morning and was told all systems down across network

  • JoyceBenaich Joyce Benaich (@JoyceBenaich) reported from Camden Town, England

@PostOffice I sent a international tracked letter to the US on the 7th of October and USPS are still waiting for the letter to be handed to them. Please can you help it’s been a week and it hasn’t left the uk!

  • V_Putrino Valentina Putrino (@V_Putrino) reported from Hackney, England

@PostOffice broadband is literally dropping down every 30 mins. How on earth am I supposed to wfh?

  • julian2017123 Vettel (@julian2017123) reported from Wandsworth, England

@ViscountLe8ton @leah_c86 @PostOffice No it doesn’t. I support it I’m gay myself do I have to prove that for you?

  • V_Putrino Valentina Putrino (@V_Putrino) reported from Hackney, England

@PostOffice You can send me an engineer to come and fix the problem?

  • julian2017123 Vettel (@julian2017123) reported from Wandsworth, England

@rynltylr @ViscountLe8ton @PostOffice I’m not trying to educate no one. I want to be part of the solution of course but not the wrong solution. We may only have one opportunity to get it right but less make sure we get it right. That’s my point. Because if we get it wrong it’ll have consequences.

  • BallardsLane Barbara (@BallardsLane) reported from Barnet, England

@PostOffice And the National Health Service? They use 🌈 now.

  • symbosimbo SiBurman (@symbosimbo) reported from London, England

@PostOffice Since the service has moved into existing shops the service has been far better! Keep up the good work. Ignore the vile comments on here. We've still got a way to go obviously.

  • V_Putrino Valentina Putrino (@V_Putrino) reported from Hackney, England

@PostOffice broadband is awfully slow in my area. Tried to get in contact with customer assistance and yet no answer. Any suggestion?

  • gardencourtman Jonathan Fenster (@gardencourtman) reported from Harrow Weald, England

Well @jajayourlife have managed to lose my monthly payment on my @PostOffice credit card. All the years I dealt with the Post Office, no problem, first month with @jajayourlife and they try to charge me £12 for their mistake!

  • julian2017123 Vettel (@julian2017123) reported from Wandsworth, England

@PostOffice 2/2 But is the really a need to force the agenda? Like 24/7? Like I want to see a more measured approach and not this rioting and protesting all the time. We don’t need the #BLM Movement protests they’re just stupid. But I’ll probably labelled a these days as racist for that.

  • RuthRobinsonLon Ruth Robinson (@RuthRobinsonLon) reported from Islington, England

Perhaps by now the manager of the @PostOffice has realised that lying about being the manager might have been stupid. If he has any brains at all he’ll already have a new job 🌝

  • stupotpot stupotpot 🏳️‍🌈🌹🏃🏻‍♂️ (@stupotpot) reported from Spelthorne District, England

@Ezeetruth @PostOffice @DarkCarpet In my life and most gay peoples’ life, every day. But if you want examples of people receiving physical/verbal abuse for holding their boyfriend’s hand in public, go to google. Search in Twitter. It won’t take long - I’m not your damn researcher.

  • physiorichmond Michelle Cuthbert (@physiorichmond) reported from Richmond, England

@PostOffice I have urgent PPE arriving today. I have filled out a safe place box and your bot has decided I asked for new delivery date please help

Post Office Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • scook2003 scook2003 💙 #GTTO (@scook2003) reported

@PostOffice Hertford a fine example as to why I no longer use. Massive queue, two members, of staff. I just want to post a fully labled up parcel and no way unless I queue to hand it over. Very very poor, very very frustrating.

  • themarsh_wiggle Lizzie Ferguson (@themarsh_wiggle) reported

@PostOffice Why are some services "disrupted"? Are the mules on a go-slow? "Discounts" will help me send a parcel abroad?

  • ConfusedTeenaga cry, sis (@ConfusedTeenaga) reported

Always we don't tolerate rudeness to our staff and never telling your staff to not be rude to us, @PostOffice

  • NewPOGuy Post Office ≠ Royal Mail (@NewPOGuy) reported

@therealCDRL @PostOffice @deptinfra I'm personally not in NI, but it does seem stupid when the rest of the UK doesn't need all of that. In a PO in GB you just need your reminder to tax it, surely they should use the same systems

  • ShannonAnNead Shannon O'Nial (@ShannonAnNead) reported

@Rantsofus1 @DiverseLearners @PostOffice PO hands out all sorts of forms for example DVLA and passport office. They do work for banks etc. This is no criticism of the PO. However, I would’ve expected the Royal Mail to have commissioned them for help with dealing with #SwapOut.

  • NewPOGuy Post Office ≠ Royal Mail (@NewPOGuy) reported

@CobboldMassive @RoyalMailHelp Separate organisations since 2012, but POs should be accepting LL that don't need custom declarations if sent standard airmail. @PostOffice should be able to help more

  • ShannonAnNead Shannon O'Nial (@ShannonAnNead) reported

@Rantsofus1 @DiverseLearners @PostOffice The Post Office Twitter team has informed me that my #SwapOut letter could have been given proof of postage. That was the issue in my original tweet. I would assume that a major change to how customers pay for postage would have been common knowledge to PO staff.

  • Maenie Maenie (@Maenie) reported

@PostOffice trying to buy postage online. I want to drop to my local post office, but the only option I seem to be given is to have it collected. That doesn't work for me. How can I buy online and drop at PO?

@PostOffice Too bad you are located inside a store that has refused service to a customer with a guide dog.
